非稻田生境褐飞虱卵寄生蜂群落动态   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对稻田周围田埂和路边上能寄生褐飞虱的卵寄生蜂群落的动态进行了初步研究。研究结果表明:冬季休耕期,卵寄生蜂群落变化趋势为先降后升;夏季休耕期,因为水稻收割,部分寄生蜂迁移到田埂和路边,卵寄生蜂数量呈直线上升趋势;早稻生长期,田埂和路边的飞虱卵寄生蜂的数量变化同稻田褐飞虱卵寄生蜂和褐飞虱呈正相关的关系;晚稻移栽后,田埂和路边上飞虱卵寄生蜂数量下降,以后在一定的范围内波动,晚稻后期,数量急剧上升随后很快下降,害虫防治史影响着稻田周围生境中8飞虱卵寄生蜂群落,综防区试验田周围生境中飞虱卵寄生蜂群落的寄生蜂数量、物种丰富度、多样性指数和均匀性指数均优于非综防区。  相似文献

研究了综防区和非综防区稻田飞虱卵寄生蜂群落的重建和维持。结果表明:早稻生长期,稻虱缨小蜂Anagrus nilaparvatae 和拟稻虱缨小蜂 A. paranilaparvatae 在水稻移栽后第9天进入综防区稻田,在第13天进入非综防区稻田,同在第21天完成群落重建,重建速率分别是0.28种/天和0.21种/天。晚稻生长期,综防区和非综防区稻虱缨小蜂和拟稻虱缨小蜂均在水稻移植后第1天进田,至第21天完成群落重建,重建速率分别是0.12种/天和0.04种/天。维持阶段综防区群落较非综防区稳定。群落重建和维持受温度、种库中卵寄生蜂种类和数量、种库距稻田的远近、稻田中害虫种类和数量以及害虫防治策略的影响。  相似文献

本文对长沙地区综合防治区和化学防治区稻田害虫-天敌群落特性进行了研究。 1.综防区害虫类、寄生昆虫类、蜘蛛类的种类丰富度几乎为化防区的2倍,捕食昆虫类是化防区的3倍以上。 2.利用双轴系统的二维排序表明:害虫一天敌群落的组成变化受它们所处环境和所处时间的影响,水稻品种对群落组成的影响并不重要。 3.综防区、化防区害虫-天敌群落的优势种基本一致。综防区群落各营养层的优势集中性较化防区小。 4.综防区群落的多样性高于化防区。早稻季内的多样性高于晚稻。杀虫药荆对群落多样性的影响是决定群落结构水平的重要因素,环境复杂程度主要影响群落中的稀有种类。综防区害虫-天敌群落的内部结构较化防区稳定,抗灾变能力和自动平衡的调节能力较化防区强。 5.多样性是种类丰富度和均匀性的函数。早稻季内影响多样性的主要成分是种类丰富度(占多样性变异的81.7~87.4%);晚稻季内影响多样性的主要成分是均匀性(占多样性变异的70.7—75.9%)。  相似文献

广东省四会市大沙镇1973年开展以发挥天敌作用为主的水稻害虫综合防治,20多年来稻飞虱一直没有大发生,且发生程度低于临近地区。本文试图从理论上解释这一现象。通过改善天敌的生境条件,捕食性天敌群落种库中天敌的种类和多样性增多,天敌各落重建和发展的能力增强,重建后群落的种类数量和多样性均高于临近地区,最终使得天敌群落对稻飞虱的控制作用增强,98%以上的稻田飞虱的数量常在防治指标以下。  相似文献

对江苏江浦及安徽安庆两地五种类型稻田的节肢动物群落生物多样性研究表明,以对褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens具有抗性的粳稻田多样性指数最高。稻田蜘蛛亚群落与褐飞虱种群数量变化间存在明显的相关性,11年中64%的年份表现为显著相关。利用天敌功能指数EF=(E+P)E/P、数值反应的方法研究了稻田蜘蛛功能团与褐飞虱种群间的生存、繁殖和数量关系,结果表明,初始EF值与褐飞虱对水稻的危害率及褐飞虱种群的未来最大饱和容量K值间呈显著相关。本文讨论了利用初始EF值来预测天敌对害虫的功能作用及生物防治与化学防治协调的可能性。  相似文献

研究了稻田节肢动物群落中优势功能集团的垂直空间分布和数量动态规律.结果表明,狼蛛的分布范围不象过去认识的那样广,而是主要分布在稻株的中下部.蛸蛛也不仅仅限制在稻株叶冠层,其在受到农药干扰后,向下部转移.顶位物种与基位物种垂直空间分布的相关性不大.在稻田内影响天敌对褐飞虱种群动态控制作用大小的因素,除了天敌的数量之外,尚有天敌与褐飞虱的空间分布特征,褐飞虱占天敌食谱中的比例等.提出了包含天敌、褐飞虱、中性昆虫的数量动态、空间分布、取食特性等信息的评价天敌作用的模型.  相似文献

稻飞虱(褐飞虱、白背飞虱和褐飞虱)是威胁我国粮食安全最大的生物灾害。本文基于稻飞虱致害能力的高度变异性、对农药的高适应性、传播病毒病和具有远距离迁飞能力等特点,以及研究中存在的稻飞虱迁飞动态、致害性变异和种间互作关系等灾变机理机制不清楚,提出了稻飞虱迁飞时空动态、致害性变异、稻飞虱传播的病毒病、农药对稻飞虱及其天敌的生态毒理效应、稻飞虱基因组数据分析和稻田生态系统对稻飞虱种群数量调控功能6个研究发展方向以阐明稻飞虱灾变的内在机理,为稻飞虱可持续治理体系建设提供理论依据。  相似文献

稻飞虱(褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens、白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera、灰飞虱Laodelphax striatellus)是世界性重要的水稻Oryza sativa L.害虫之一,给水稻生产造成了重大经济损失。化学防治一直是控制稻飞虱的主要途径,但长期使用化学药剂使稻飞虱产生抗药性,并引起害虫增殖等诸多弊端,迫切需要有效的生物防控手段进行控害。螯蜂是稻飞虱若虫和成虫期重要天敌,兼具捕食与寄生的双重习性,在控制稻飞虱种群数量方面发挥着重要的作用,然而,国内外有关螯蜂的研究报道仍然偏少。本文综述了我国稻飞虱天敌螯蜂常见种类、生物学特性、控害效果及其影响因子,分析了存在的问题,旨在为进一步开发利用螯蜂资源提供参考。  相似文献

稻虱缨小蜂对褐飞虱和白背飞虱卵的识别机制   总被引:13,自引:2,他引:11  
研究了室内条件下信息化合物及稻飞虱卵的形态特征在稻虱缨小蜂识别2种卵寄主褐飞虱和白背飞虱中的作用。结果表明,褐飞虱和白背飞虱雌成虫诱导的水稻挥发物对稻虱缨小蜂的引诱作用无显著差异,各自的引诱比例(头数)分别为57.50%(23头)和42.50%(17头)。稻虱缨小蜂对2种飞虱4组材料,完整卵、磨碎卵、带卵叶鞘和若虫为害叶鞘的行为反应,除了在褐飞虱完整卵上的搜索时间极显著地长于在白背飞虱完整卵上的以外,其余的均不存在差异。挥发物捕集结果表明,褐飞虱和白背飞虱雌成虫诱导的水稻挥发物组成相非常一致。上述结果表明水稻挥发物、稻飞虱利它素及飞虱卵的形态特征在稻虱缨小蜂识别褐飞虱和白背飞虱卵中的作用不明显。文中就稻虱缨小蜂识别2种寄主的机制进行了讨论。  相似文献

报道了广东省四会市大沙镇稻田中褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens卵期寄生蜂的结构和动态。该群落由缨小蜂科和赤眼蜂科的6个属、共19种卵寄生蜂组成。其中,稻虱缨小蜂Anagrus nilaparvatae、长管稻虱缨小蜂A. longitubulosus和拟稻虱缨小蜂A. paranilaparvatae是群落中的优势种群,它们对控制褐飞虱种群卵期的存活率起主要作用。6个属在群落中的优势地位相对稳定,但不同物种包括优势种类在群落中的地位并不稳定。早、晚稻前期,群落的寄生蜂数量与稻田褐飞虱数量正相关;中期,寄生蜂数量在一定的范围内波动;后期,其数量先上升,然后急剧下降。水稻生长前、中和后期,寄生蜂对褐飞虱卵的平均寄生率分别约为76%,70%和50%。  相似文献

The parasitoid Anaphes flavipes (Foerster) (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) is a gregarious egg parasitoid which is widely used in biological control against important crop pest beetles of the genus Oulema (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae). Here, we present the first experimental examination of the influence of adult feeding and timing of host exposure on the longevity and fertility of this parasitoid. We confirmed a positive effect of adult feeding on longevity of both sexes. Fed parasitoids lived 3× longer than unfed ones. On the other hand, adult feeding and feeding time had no effect on female fertility. The number of hatched offspring was not increased by adult feeding, which suggests that the parasitoid emerges with already mature ovaries (proovigenic type). However, the fertility of fed females was strongly influenced by the timing of host egg exposure. By providing distinct groups of parasitoids with host eggs at different times, we were able to show lower fertility of fed females that had been offered host eggs more than 24 h after hatching. Our results thus show that the parasitoid's fertility is determined by her age at the time of parasitization rather than by feeding.  相似文献

In West Africa, Uscana lariophaga (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae) parasitizes the eggs of Callosobruchus maculatus (Coleoptera: Bruchidae), an important pest of stored cowpea. The impact of the egg parasitoid on pest populations was evaluated in clay pots used in traditional storage in Niger. At the beginning of the storage period cowpeas were infested with different densities of larval instars and adults of C. maculatus and inoculated with one density of U. lariophaga. The higher the initial densities of C. maculatus, the better the egg parasitoid was able to establish itself and to control the population of C. maculatus, limiting the damage to cowpea. After three months of storage, the egg parasitoid significantly reduced the number of C. maculatus adults by 68 at the lowest and 86 percent at the highest initial density of the beetle; the percentage of damaged beans was reduced by 13 and 19% respectively.  相似文献

Pseudoligosita nephotetticum (Mani) (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae) and Gonatocerus (Cosmocomoidea) sp. (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) have been identified for the first time as egg parasitoids of the sharpshooter leafhopper Kolla paulula (Walker) (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Cicadellinae: Cicadellini) in Taiwan. K. paulula has been recently identified as a candidate vector of the phytopathogenic bacterium Xylella fastidiosa, the causative agent of Pierce's disease of grapes and similar diseases of other affected plants in Taiwan, and thus has become of particular economic importance. Also provided is a summary of the known records of egg parasitoids (Mymaridae and Trichogrammatidae) of other leafhoppers from the tribe Cicadellini in the world, as well as taxonomic notes on P. nephotetticum.  相似文献

Recent investigations conducted on several tritrophic systems have demonstrated that egg parasitoids, when searching for host eggs, may exploit plant synomones that have been induced as a consequence of host oviposition. In this article we show that, in a system characterized by host eggs embedded in the plant tissue, naïve females of the egg parasitoid Anagrus breviphragma Soyka (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) responded in a Y‐tube olfactometer to volatiles from leaves of Carex riparia Curtis (Cyperaceae) containing eggs of one of its hosts, Cicadella viridis (L.) (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae). The wasp did not respond to host eggs or to clean leaves from non‐infested plants compared with clean air, whereas it showed a strong preference for the olfactometer arm containing volatiles of leaves with embedded host eggs, compared with the arm containing volatiles of leaves from a non‐infested plant or host eggs extracted from the plant. When the eggs were removed from an infested leaf, the parasitoid preference was observed only if eggs were added aside, suggesting a synergistic effect of a local plant synomone and an egg kairomone. The parasitoid also responded to clean leaves from an egg‐infested plant when compared with leaves from a non‐infested plant, indicating a systemic effect of volatile induction.  相似文献

The cereal leaf beetle (CLB) Oulema melanopus (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), was considered a high risk to Washington State’s cereal grain production when the pest was found there in 1999. Biological control agents, which had proven successful in the Midwest, were introduced beginning in 2000. The parasitoids were released into field insectaries that were modified for the region and set up at CLB hotspots across the state. The egg parasitoid, Anaphes flavipes (Förster) (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae), failed to establish. The larval parasitoid, Tetrastichus julis (Walker) (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae), established successfully at all insectaries. Assays of commercial grain fields showed the parasitoid dispersing widely beyond the insectaries. A proactive Extension programme enabled farmers to benefit from the biocontrol without applying insecticides to manage the CLB. A modified insectary, consisting of oat strips seeded between commercial fields of winter and spring wheat, demonstrated potential as a way for farmers to increase parasitoid populations on their land. Within 5 years of first overwintering, T. julis had established across the state and was effectively suppressing CLB.  相似文献

The corn leafhopper, Dalbulus maidis (DeLong), is the most important leafhopper pest of maize, Zea mays, in the Americas. A survey of the diversity of its egg parasitoids was carried out in northwestern Argentina. During summer from 2004 to 2007, the samples were collected, using sentinel eggs of D. maidis on corn leaves, exposed in 48 cornfields. Sixteen species belonging to four families of Chalcidoidea (Hymenoptera) were identified. Among the parasitoid groups, Trichogrammatidae was the most represented family with eight species, followed by Mymaridae with six species. The mymarid Anagrus incarnatus Haliday and the trichogrammatid Pseudoligosita longifrangiata (Viggiani) were the most abundant and frequent parasitoids. The mean percentage of parasitism of D. maidis eggs was 16.4% and varied greatly among the sites, ranging from 0 to 56.7%; generally, it was higher in Yungas and lower in Monte province sites. The species richness was higher in the localities within the Yungas, with 13 parasitoid species, of which two species were dominant, comprising 83.6% of the collected individuals. Monte was the province that showed the highest diversity index (H´ = 1.62). In addition, we present information on the distribution, known host associations of each parasitoid species and an identification key to all species of egg parasitoids of D. maidis in Argentina.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate possible side effects of insecticides used in soybean crops on pupae and adults of the egg parasitoid Telenomus podisi Ashmead (Hymenoptera: Platygastridae) under laboratory conditions. The protocol was adapted from standard methodology stablished by the Pesticides and Beneficial Organisms Working Group of the International Organization for Biological and integrated Control (IOBC) for Trichogramma cacoeciae (Marchal) (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae). All tested benzoylureas, diacylhydrazines, diamides and spinosins as well as pyrethroid beta-cyfluthrin were harmless to T. podisi pupae and adults, and therefore, can be used in IPM without damage to this biological control agent. The tested organophosphate, pyrethroids (except beta-cyfluthrin) and its combinations with either neonicotinoids or diamides triggered deleterious effects on at least one of the life stages of the parasitoid and should, whenever possible, be replaced by other insecticides more selective to natural enemies.  相似文献

Little is known about the potential cumulative long-term effects of transgenic crops on nontarget organisms. In the present laboratory study, the potential cumulative effects of transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) rice on parasitoids in successive generations were observed for an egg parasitoid, Anagrus nilaparvatae parasitizing eggs of Nilaparvata lugens (St?l) (Hemiptera: Delphacidae) feeding on Bt rice. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test confirmed that Cry1Ab insecticidal protein could be detected in newly eclosed parasitoid adults. However, no significant effect on the fecundity of Anagrus nilaparvatae Pang et Wang (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) was observed between Bt and non-Bt rice. Developmental times of both genders of A. nilaparvatae parasitizing host eggs laid in Bt (KMD1 and KMD2) rice lines were significantly prolonged from first generation to second generation, but not always prolonged from third generation to 11th generation as compared with the control rice line. Furthermore, the sex ratio of A. nilaparvatae progeny from the first generation to 11th generation in three rice lines was not significantly different. In general, our results suggested that the effect of Bt rice on this parasitoid could be negligible.  相似文献
