大兴安岭桥弯藻科、异极藻科中国新记录植物

在对大兴安岭沼泽硅藻进行分类学研究的过程中,观察到桥弯藻科中国新记录8个分类单位,分别为平截盘状藻Placoneis explanata(Hust.)Lange-Bertalot、类冰川盘状藻Placoneis interglacialis(Hust.)Cox、近北极桥弯藻Cymbella subarctica Krammer、佛罗伦萨弯肋藻Cymbopleura florentina(Grun.)Krammer、新异肋弯肋藻Cymbopleura neoheteropleura Krammer、近尖头弯肋藻Cymbopleura subcuspidata(Krammer)Kram-mer、近喙头弯肋藻Cymbopleura subrostrata(Cl.)Krammer、埃尔金内丝藻Encyonema elginense(Krammer)Mann。异极藻科中国新记录7个分类单位,分别为英吉利异极藻Gomphonema anglicum Ehrenb.、远距异极藻Gomphonema distans(Cl.-Eul.)Lange-Bertalot&Reichardt、肯特异极藻Gomphonema khentiiense Metzeltin,Lange-Bertalot&Nergui、李氏异极藻Gomphonema liyanlingae Metzeltin&Lange-Bertalot、铲形异极藻Gomphonema pala Reichardt、假弱小异极藻Gomphonema pseudopusillum Reichardt、箭形异极藻Gompho-nema sagitta Schumann。文章对这些种类的形态特征进行了观察,对这些种类与相似种类之间的形态差异进行了比较研究,并初步探讨了这些种类的生态分布特点。对盘状藻属Placoneis Mereschkowsky、内丝藻属Encyonema Kützing和弯肋藻属Cymbopleura(Krammer)Krammer的分类特征进行了详细的描述。     

桥弯藻科和异极藻科（硅藻门）植物中国7种新记录

对采自黑龙江省东南部兴凯湖湿地的100余号硅藻标本进行分类研究,共发现桥弯藻科、异极藻科（硅藻门）中国新记录植物5种2变种,分别为亚粗糙桥弯藻（Cymbella peraspera Krammer）、尖头弯肋藻［Cymbopleura cuspidata (Kützing) Krammer］、不显内丝藻高山变种（Encyonema obscurum var.alpina Krammer）、西里西亚内丝藻翼形变种（Encyonema silesiacum var.lata Krammer）、耳状异极藻（Gomphonema auritum Braun & Kützing）、棍棒异极藻（Gomphonema clava Reichardt）、极细异极藻［Gomphonema exilissimum (Grunow) Lange-Bertalot & Reichardt］。对其分类学特征进行了详细的描述,与同属中相似的种类进行了比较与讨论,为今后该区域的藻类研究提供了基础的资料。     

异极藻属(硅藻门)5种中国新记录

对采自海南省三亚亚龙湾国家森林公园,湖北省神农架大九湖湿地和黑龙江省兴凯湖湿地的硅藻标本进行分类学研究,发现异极藻属植物中国新记录5种,分别是狭状披针异极藻(Gomphonema acidoclinatum LangeBertalotReichardt)、矛形异极藻(Gomphonema hasta D.Metzeltin)、林氏异极藻(Gomphonema kobayashiae MetzeltinLange-Bertalot)、宽缘异极藻(Gomphonema latipes E.Reichardt)和隐形异极藻(Gomphonema occultum ReichardtLange-Bertalot)。对相似种类之间的形态差异进行比较,为中国异极藻属植物的分类学研究提供基本资料。     

中国硅藻化石新种和新记录种

在对江汉平原钻孔中的化石硅藻进行鉴定时,发现1个新种类：江汉异极藻（新种）Gomphonema jianghanensis sp.nov.,该种的主要特征为：壳面狭披针形或线性披针形,端部和基部圆形,中轴区窄。中心区宽呈横矩形,在紧靠中心区的一侧具1条很短的线纹,另一侧有时有1条很短的线纹,有时没有线纹,无孤点。壳缝呈直线,在中央区附近略弯向一侧,在极节处折向另一侧。线纹轻微放射状,中部略弯曲,在近顶端处没有线纹,在10μm内,中部具6—13条。长20—30μm,宽4—7μm。4个中国新记录属：楔异极藻属Gomphosphenia Lange-Bertalot、楔月藻属（新记录属）Cymbopleura Krammer、优美藻属Delicata Krammer、尖月藻属Encyonopsis Krammer,8个中国新记录种：微小异极藻Gomphonema minutiforme Lange-Bertalot＆Reichardt、较细楔异极藻Gomphosphenia tenerrima（Hustedt）Reichardt、舌状楔异极藻Gomphosphenia lingulatiforme（Hustedt）Lange-Bertalot、瑞克舟形藻Navicula rakowskae Lange-Bertalot、北方羽纹藻岛屿变种Pinnularia borealis var.islandica Lange-Bertalot,舟形盖斯勒藻Geissleria tectissima（Lange-Bertalot）Lange-Bertalot＆Metaeltin、岩生楔月藻小变种Cymbopleura rupicola var.minor Krammer和法国尖月藻Encyonopsis falaisensis（Grunow）Krammer,1个种的补充说明：中华优美藻Delicata sinensis Krammer ＆ Metzetin。     

江汉平原晚更新世化石硅藻新种和新记录属种

在对江汉平原钻孔中属晚更新世地层的化石硅藻进行鉴定时,发现1个新种:Geissleria jianghanensis sp.nov.Li,2个中国新记录属:Geissleria和Aneumast us,6个中国新记录:Cymbella neuquina var.fastigata(Krasske)Krammer,Maidana et Villanueva,Cymbella perfossilis Krammer,Cymbella neocistula Krammer,Cym-bella neocistula var.islandica Krammer,Cymbella subcistula Krammer,Gomphonema lippertii Reichardt etLange-Bertalot。     

青海省异极藻属和桥弯藻属(硅藻门)的新变种

本文对来自青海省异极藻属和桥弯藻属(硅藻门)的三个新变种进行描述,它们是:橄榄异极藻短纹变种(Gomphonema olivaceum (Lyngbye) Kuetzing var. brevistriatum Li Y. L. et Shi, var. nov.);十字异极藻矩形变种(Gomphonema staurophorum (Pant.) Cleve-Euler var oblongum Li Y. L. et Shi, var. nov)和亚贝桥弯藻具点变种(Cymbella yabe Skvortzow var. punctata Li Y. L. et Shi, var. nov).       

大兴安岭达尔滨湖桥弯藻科（硅藻门）中国新记录植物

报道了采自大兴安岭达尔滨湖及其周围沼泽水体的硅藻门桥弯藻科中国新记录植物9种1变种,分别为新箱形桥弯藻新月变种Cymbella neocistulavar.lunataKrammer、近箱形桥弯藻Cymbella subcistulaKrammer、疏纹内丝藻Encyonema paucistriatum(Cleve-Euler)Mann、普通内丝藻Encyonema vulgareKrammer、尖锐弯肋藻Cymbopleuraacuta(Schmidt)Krammer、英吉利弯肋藻Cymbopleura anglica(Lagerstedt)Krammer、线形弯肋藻Cymbopleura linearis(Foged)Krammer、十字形弯肋藻Cymbopleura stauroneiformis(Lagerstedt)Krammer、泰尼弯肋藻Cymbopleura tynnii(Krammer)Krammer、两尖拟内丝藻Encyonopsis amphioxys(K櫣tzing)Liu et Shi。其中两尖拟内丝藻Encyonopsis am-phioxys(K櫣tzing)Liu et Shi为新组合。对这些种类进行了光镜观察,部分种类进行了扫描电镜观察,对其分类学特征进行了详细的描述,并记录了它们的生境特征。     

湖北省楔桥弯藻属新种类

楔桥弯藻属(Gomphocymbella)是由Mueller在1905年建立的,它兼有桥弯藻属和异极藻属的双重特性。虽然对它的系统发育及分类问题仍在讨论之中,但一般把它归于异极藻科中。它较为罕见,至今报道的种类仅有10个左右。在我国至今只报道有一个种。近几年来,对湖北省硅藻类中的异极藻科(Gomphomenaceae)进行了分类学研究,发现有3个楔桥弯藻属的种类,其中2个为新种类：疏纹楔桥弯藻(Gomphocymbella laxistria Shi et N.Li）和不对称楔桥弯藻(G．asymmetrica Shi et N.Li);另一个种为我国首次报道的新记录：波润楔桥弯藻(G．brunii(Fricke)O．Mailer)。     

黑龙江兴凯湖湿地羽纹藻属(硅藻门)中国新记录

2011年6月对黑龙江兴凯湖湿地自然保护区进行了藻类标本采集,在对硅藻进行分类研究的过程中,观察到羽纹藻属(硅藻门)中国新记录植物6个分类单位,包括5种1变种,分别为埃氏羽纹藻Pinnularia aestuarii Cleve、中心羽纹藻Pinnularia cruxarea Krammer、纤弱羽纹藻钝形变种Pinnularia distinguenda var.obtusa Krammer、球状羽纹藻Pinnularia gibbiformis Krammer、特殊羽纹藻Pinnularia notabilis Krammer、鲜明羽纹藻Pinnularia perspicua Krammer。对这些种类的分类学特征进行了详细的描述,与同属中相似种类进行了比较,为黑龙江兴凯湖湿地藻类资源调查提供了基础资料。     

海南岛异极藻属(硅藻门)中国新记录

报道了采自海南岛的异极藻属(硅藻门)中国新记录植物5种,分别为:雅德维加异极藻Gomphonema jadwigiae Lange-BertalotReichardt、假棍棒异极藻G.pseudoclavatum Lange-BertalotReichardt、假具球异极藻G.pseudosphaerophorum Ehrenberg、萨拉异极藻G.salae Lange-BertalotReichardt和乌拉圭异极藻G.uruguayense Metzeltin,Lange-BertalotGarcía-Rodríguez。对每个种的形态分类学特征进行了详细描述并与相似种进行了比较,为我国藻类分类学研究提供了基础资料。     

Fine structure of two Hygropetra species,Hygropetra gelasina sp. nov. and Hygropetra balfouriana (Bacillariophyceae), and the taxonomic position of the genus with special reference to Frankophila

A small diatom, Hygropetra gelasina sp. nov., obtained from wet moss is described. This diatom is similar to Hygropetra balfouriana (Grunow ex Cleve) Krammer & Lange‐Bertalot, which was found in the same moss sample. Fine structural observations revealed that H. gelasina has a reduced raphe slit and depressions along the margin of the axial area, at the proximal ends of the striae. Both species are characterized by multiple rows of areolae in each stria and a hexagonal pattern of sub‐pores similar to that in Pinnularia, but differing in the position of the areola occlusions or hymenes, which are internal in Hygropetra. Comparison with Frankophila, which shares the characteristics of reduced raphe slits and areola structure with Hygropetra, provides a reference for future taxonomic study of these related genera.     

Freshwater gomphonemoid diatom phylogeny: preliminary results

A cladistic analysis of eleven freshwater gomphonemoid diatom taxa yielded three equally most parsimonious cladograms. The three cladograms suggest Gomphoneis Cleve is non-monophyletic as originally and recently circumscribed. Gomphoneis elegans and G. transsilvanica (Pant.) Krammer are more closely related to Gomphopleura Reichelt ex Tempère than to other members of the genus. Gomphoneis geitleri Kociolek & Stoermer appears to represent a monotypic lineage. Among the taxa with differentiated apical pore fields Gomphonema kaznakowi Mereschkowsky appears to be primitively astigmate.The three cladograms vary with regard to systematic affinities among the Gomphoneis herculeana (Ehrenberg) Cleve group, Miocene gomphonemoid species from Idaho (USA), gomphonemoid taxa from East Africa and Gomphonema sensu stricto. Despite variability in number of puncta rows per stria and presence of an axial plate in the Miocene species from North America, inclusion of these taxa in the analysis provided better resolution of relationships than if they were excluded.     

Studies in selected fragilarioid diatoms (Bacillariophyceae) from Lake Hovsgol, Mongolia

Three fragilarioid diatom taxa were studied in detail at the light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy levels from samples collected from Lake Hovsgol, Mongolia. Two of the taxa are new to science, described here as Staurosirella minuta Morales et M. B. Edlund and Pseudostaurosira tenuis Morales et M. B. Edlund, and may be endemic to Lake Hovsgol. The third taxon has been identified as Fragilaria polonica Witak et Lange‐Bertalot and it is transferred to the genus Pseudostaurosira (Grunow) D. M. Williams et Round as Pseudostaurosira polonica (Witak et Lange‐Bertalot) Morales et M. B. Edlund comb. nov. based on the ultrastructural features of its valves. The relationship of the above taxa to others reported in the literature is included herein, and the nomenclatural transfer, Pseudostaurosira naveana (Le Cohu) Morales et M. B. Edlund comb. nov., is proposed.     

青海省硅藻5种中国新记录

该文报道了采自中国青海省的硅藻中国新记录5种,分别为：亨迪美壁藻(Caloneis hendeyi Lange Bertalot & Genkal)、端聚舟形藻(Navicula digitoconvergens Lange Bertalot)、非洲辐节藻(Stauromis africana Cleve)、埃尔卡布格形藻［Craticula elkab (Müller) Lange Bertalot, Kusber & Cocquyt］和混合海双眉藻［Halamphora hybrida (Grunow) Levkov］,对各个种类的形态特征进行了详细的分类学描述,并附有光镜和扫描电镜图版,给出了各种类的生境分布信息。     

甘肃尕海硅藻初报

报道了2011年8月及2012年10月采自甘肃尕海的硅藻植物共84个分类单位,包括32属75种9变种,其中4种为中国新记录：Gomphonema laticollum E．Reichardt、Navicula antonii Lange—Bertalot、Navicula seibigiana Lange—Bertalot、Stauroneis reichardii Lange—Bertalot。对尕海硅藻的种类组成、生态特征进行了讨论。
