中国绒衣属地衣的初步研究（英文）

绒衣属(Coenogonium)地衣属于真菌界(Fungi)子囊菌门(Ascomycota)茶渍纲(Lecanoromycetes)厚顶盘亚纲(Ostropomycetidae)厚顶盘目(Ostropales)绒衣科(Coenogoniaceae),主要分布于热带和亚热带地区。综述了绒衣属地衣研究简史和中国研究概况;报道了中国该属10种地衣,其中1种为中国新记录种:疏羽绒衣(Coenogonium disjunctum)。对各种进行了描述和讨论,并给出了中国绒衣属的检索表和新记录种的图片。这是首次对中国绒衣属地衣的系统研究,为地衣型真菌分类学研究提供了基础资料。     

中国文字衣科（厚顶盘目、子囊菌门）地衣之稀有和新记录种

新疆黑尔衣属地衣的研究

该研究对采自新疆天山及阿尔泰山山脉、保存于新疆大学中国西北干旱地衣研究中心地衣标本室(XJUNALH)的130余份黑尔衣属(Melanohalea O.Blanco et al.)地衣标本进行了研究。研究发现,新疆黑尔衣属地衣包括2个中国新记录种——烟色黑尔衣(M.infumata)和亚橄榄黑尔衣(M.subolivacea),1个新疆新记录种亚长芽黑尔衣(M.subelegantula)以及4个常见种地衣等7个地衣物种。并提供了新记录种地衣的形态-解剖特征描述和彩色照片,以及包括这些种的检索表、地衣名录和分布地区。这些新记录种的发现,为中国和新疆的地衣资源提供了基础资料。

中国星文衣属地衣型真菌的分类研究

星文衣属(Sarcographa)隶属于真菌界(Fungi)、子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、茶渍纲(Lecanoromycetes)、厚顶盘目(Ostropales)、文字衣科(Graphidaceae),该属地衣体为壳状,子囊盘为放射分支状,多具子座,子囊含8孢子,子囊孢子褐色,横隔透镜型或亚砖壁型,主要分布于热带亚热带地区。该文通过形态学、解剖学、化学与分子生物学等方法进行该属分类学研究,共报道了中国该属9种,其中变黄星文衣[Sarcographa flavescens(Dal-Forno & Eliasaro)L. W. Chen & Z. F. Jia]为新组合(≡ Phaeographis flavescens Dal-Forno & Eliasaro); 曲线星文衣[Sarcographa labyrinthica (Ach.)Müll. Arg. ]为中国大陆新记录种。同时,该文对近似属拟星文衣属(Sarcographina)的1物种——异孢拟星文衣[Sarcographina heterospora(Nyl.)Z. F. Jia & Lücking]进行了描述,并提供了10个物种的特征提要及与其近似种的区别特征,并编制了分种检索表。该研究为中国地衣型真菌生物多样性研究提供了基础资料。     

新疆树花属地衣的分类

根据多年的实地调查资料和相关的研究资料,对树花属(Ramalina Ach.)地衣标本进行了初步整理、分类和鉴定研究,报道了新疆树花属地衣8个种。其中钝树花(Ramalina obtusata),亚细长树花(Ramalina subleptocarpha)为中国新记录种,撕裂树花(Ramalina dilacerata),裂树花(Ramalina minuscula)为新疆新记录种。     

新疆阿尔泰山南麓平茶渍属地衣3个中国新记录种

平茶渍属(Aspicilia)是地衣型真菌的重要类群之一。该类真菌在干旱、半干旱地区尤为丰富,因此在地处半干旱区的新疆,其分布也极其多样。该研究对采自新疆阿尔泰山南麓可可托海风景区的平茶渍属地衣标本,从形态解剖、化学显色反应及薄层层析法和生境等多个角度进行了综合分析,发现中国新记录种3个,分别为博伊金平茶渍(Aspicilia boykinii)、烟色平茶渍(A.fumosa)和斯氏平茶渍(A.sipeana)。提供了这3个新记录种的外部宏观形态和内部解剖结构彩色图。     

中国双缘衣属(双缘衣科)地衣一新种

现分类系统中,双缘衣属隶属于子囊菌门,茶渍纲,厚顶盘亚纲,文字衣目,双缘衣科。全世界有48种,被确认为单系类群的小属。利用形态学、解剖学、生物化学以及分子生物学方法,对采自天山西部的双缘衣属地衣标本进行分类学研究,发现了双缘衣属地衣1个新种：绿盘双缘衣Diploschistes viridis (属于双缘衣亚属)。基于最大似然分析(ML)和贝叶斯分析(BI)构建了基于ITS位点系统发育树,详细描述该种的形态特征、分布及栖息地等情况,并提供了地衣体的彩色图片。     

中国地衣生真菌初步名录

该文是关于中国地衣生真菌汇编的首次报道,其中也包括新近采集的种类。名录中汇编了27种,其中9种为中国新记录种,包括5个中国新记录属的代表：Ampullifera,Intralichen,Marchandiomyces,Phaeosporobolus,和Stigmidium。文中还包括一个新组合种：Stigmidium cupulare (syn,Pharcidia supularis)。     

A new species of the genus Zalophotrema (Digenea: Campulidae), Zalophotrema atlanticum n. sp., from the liver of the striped dolphin Stenella coeruleoalba (Meyen, 1833) (Cetacea: Delphinidae) in Atlantic waters

Zalophotrema atlanticum n. sp. from the liver of a striped dolphin, Stenella coeruleoalba (Meyen, 1833), stranded in the Canary Islands is described. This new species differs from the other Zalophotrema species in body dimensions and relative size and position of the suckers and cirrus-sac. This is the first record of a species of the genus Zalophotrema in the striped dolphin, and the Atlantic Ocean constitutes a new locality record for this genus.     

Munnogonium affinissp. n.: A New Species of Isopod (Asellota: Paramunnidae) from the Coast of Korea,Sea of Japan

The new species Munnogonium affinisfrom the coast of Korea (the Sea of Japan) is described. This is the first record of the genus Munnogoniumfrom the western Pacific. The new species differs considerably from the four eastern Pacific American species of this genus and is most similar to M. maltiniifrom the Mediterranean Sea.     

Taxonomy of the genus Acymatopus Takagi (Diptera: Dolichopodidae)

Two new species of the genus Acymatopus from Japan and China are described. This is the first record of Acymatopus outside Japan. A key to all six valid species of the genus is given, and their distributions are mapped and discussed.     

A new species of Clausia (Copepoda, Poecilostomatoida, Clausiidae) associated with the polychaete Arenicola brasilliensis Nonata in Korea

A new species of the genus Clausia associated with the polychaete Arenicola brasilliensis Nonata is described from intertidal sands in Korea. The new species, as a primitive member of the genus, has a large, non-transformed body and fully segmented rami on legs 1–4. This is the second record of Clausiidae in the Far Eastern seas. The genus Doviella Rocha, originally placed in the Clausidiidae, is synonymized with the genus Clausia in the Clausiidae.     

A new lobster <Emphasis Type="Italic">Paraclytia valashtensis</Emphasis> (Crustacea,Decapoda, Nephropidae) from the Late Cretaceous of the central Alborz Range,Iran

A new species of Late Cretaceous clawed lobster, Paraclytia valashtensis, is described. The discovery is a notable addition to the sparse decapod fossil record of Iran, and this is the first record of the genus outside central Europe. The four previously known species of Paraclytia are from Germany and the Czech Republic, so this discovery represents a significant expansion of the palaeogeographic range of the genus.     

A peculiar new species in the genus Landouria Godwin-Austen, 1918 from China (Gastropoda: Heterobranchia: Stylommatophora: Camaenidae)

Landouria omphalostoma n. sp. is described from northern Yunnan, China. The new species is placed in the genus Landouria Godwin-Austen, 1918 based on the presence of tuberculated flagellum and swollen basal part in the bursa copulatrix, and on the absence of dart sacs and mucous glands. L. omphalostoma n. sp. is characterized by a horizontal aperture of the shell which is unique in the genus. This feature resembles those of only two other camaenid/bradybaenid taxa, species of the Chinese genus Pseudaspasita Möllendorff, 1902 and species of the Japanese genus Coelorus Pilsbry, 1900. This is the first verified record of the genus in China and the easternmost record of Landouria. This paper provides the taxonomic ground work for further studies of the repeated evolution of a horizontal aperture.     

XENOCHIRONOMUS TUBEROSUS SP. NOV. FROM SOUTHERN CHINA,WITH EMENDATION TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE GENUS (DIPTERA: CHIRONOMIDAE)*

Abstract Xenochironomus tuberosus sp. nov. from southern China is here described and illustrated as male imagines. The new species is separated from other known species of this genus in having frontal tubercle, unusual stout setae on tergite VI, characteristic chaetotaxy on tergite IX and unique superior volsela. Based on the new species, an emendation to the diagnosis of the genus is given. This paper is the first record of genus Xenochironomus from China.     

中国毛霉目的一个新纪录属—单囊霉属

单囊霉属(Haplosporangium)是被孢霉科(Mortierellaceae)内的一个小属,由Thaxter在1914年建立的。它的主要特征为孢囊梗从高度分化、通常分隔的菌丝上长出。本文首次在中国报道了两个种(极尖单囊霉Haplosporangium attenuatissima sp. nov.和单孢单囊霉H.decipens Thaxter),其中极尖单囊霉是新种,其特征为孢囊梗基部强烈膨大、顶端极细,孢子囊内含1-9个孢子。
