The pink dolphin (Inia geoffrensis) is widely distributed along the Amazon and Orinoco basins, covering an area of approximately 7 million km2. Previous morphological and genetic studies have proposed the existence of at least two evolutionary significant units: one distributed across the Orinoco and Amazon basins and another confined to the Bolivian Amazon. The presence of barriers in the riverine environment has been suggested to play a significant role in shaping present‐day patterns of ecological and genetic structure for this species. In the present study, we examined the phylogeographic structure, lineage divergence time and historical demography using mitochondrial (mt)DNA sequences in different pink dolphin populations distributed in large and small spatial scales, including two neighbouring Brazilian Amazon populations. mtDNA control region (CR) analysis revealed that the Brazilian haplotypes occupy an intermediate position compared to three previously studied geographic locations: the Colombian Amazon, the Colombian Orinoco, and the Bolivian Amazon. On a local scale, we have identified a pattern of maternal isolation between two neighbouring populations from Brazil. Six mtDNA CR haplotypes were identified in Brazil with no sharing between the two populations, as well as specific cytochrome b (cyt b) haplotypes identified in each locality. In addition, we analyzed autosomal microsatellites to investigate male‐mediated gene flow and demographic changes within the study area in Brazil. Data analysis of 14 microsatellite loci failed to detect significant population subdivision, suggesting that male‐mediated gene flow may maintain homogeneity between these two locations. Moreover, both mtDNA and microsatellite data indicate a major demographic collapse within Brazil in the late Pleistocene. Bayesian skyline plots (BSP) of mtDNA data revealed a stable population for Colombian and Brazilian Amazon lineages through time, whereas a population decline was demonstrated in the Colombian Orinoco lineage. Moreover, BSP and Tajima's D and Fu's Fs tests revealed a recent population expansion exclusively in the Bolivian sample. Finally, we estimated that the diversification of the Inia sp. lineage began in the Late Pliocene (approximately 3.1 Mya) and continued throughout the Pleistocene. Published 2011. Phylogeographical patterns of intraspecific variation can provide insights into the population‐level processes responsible for speciation and yield information useful for conservation purposes. In the present study, three hundred and forty‐five base pairs of the mitochondrial DNA control region were sequenced to analyse the genetic diversity, population structure and history, and phylogeography of finless porpoises (Neophocaena phocaenoides) in Chinese and Japanese waters of the North Pacific. Nucleotide and haplotype diversities were 0.44% and 0.79 ± 0.01 for Chinese and Japanese waters, respectively, but varied significantly among populations. Analysis of molecular variance showed a high level of genetic structure between populations (ΦST = 0.61, P < 0.001; FST = 0.52, P < 0.001). Eleven of 18 haplotypes were restricted to a single population, common haplotypes were found in two to four populations, but no haplotype was found throughout Sino‐Japanese waters, suggesting multiple colonization events followed by limited gene flow. The inferred age of demographic expansion was from the end stage of the last ice age to the Holocene. No obvious phylogeographical pattern was revealed, including between saline and fresh water populations. A low level of genetic diversity for each population and high among‐population differentiation in haplotype frequency were revealed, which suggest a role for random genetic drift, recent demographic bottlenecks, and reduced or limited gene flow in these populations. Some conservation considerations, with special reference to the unique Yangtze population, are discussed. © 2008 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2008, 95 , 193–204.  相似文献

The karstic nature of the Yucatan Peninsula promotes the formation of submerged caves and sinkholes that are inhabited by an endemic subterranean water fauna. By contrast with most other micro‐endemic stygobitic species, the freshwater palaemonid shrimp Creaseria morleyi is widely distributed across the northern part of the peninsula. In the present study, we investigated the phylogeographic structure of C. morleyi using two mitochondrial genes as markers, and explored hypotheses related to its evolution in the peninsula. DNA from 14 localities was extracted, and the 16S rRNA and cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) genes were amplified and sequenced. The different haplotypes were identified to construct a haplotype network and perform a nested clade analysis. Five haplotypes of the 16S gene were obtained, with a maximum divergence of 0.5%. One of these haplotypes is widely distributed and the most divergent is located in the north‐western section of the peninsula. Twelve haplotypes for the COI gene were found with a maximum divergence of 2%, showing the same spatial pattern. The analysis revealed two significantly different clades corresponding to populations in the centre and south‐east of the peninsula as a consequence of restricted genetic flow with isolation‐by‐distance. The divergence time of these two clades was 40–120 thousand years. The genetic variation in C. morleyi, the relationship between haplotypes and their geographic distribution, along with the geological history of the Yucatan Peninsula, may indicate that this variation is a relict of an ancient marked genetic structure reduced by changes in sea level that resulted in a series of bottlenecks. © 2010 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2010, 99 , 315–325.  相似文献

The genetic structure of disjunct populations is determined by founding genetic properties, demographic processes, gene flow, drift and local selection. We aim to identify the genetic consequences of natural population disjunction at regional and local scales in Hakea oldfieldii using nuclear and plastid markers to investigate long‐term effective population sizes and gene flow, and patterns of diversity and divergence, among populations. Regional divergence was significant as shown by a consistent pattern in principal coordinates, neighbor‐joining and Bayesian analyses, but divergence at the local level was also significant with localized distribution of plastid haplotypes and populations clustering separately in Bayesian analyses. Historical, recent and first‐generation gene flow was low, suggesting that recent habitat fragmentation has not reduced gene migration significantly. Genetic bottlenecks were detected in three populations. Long‐term effective population size was significantly correlated with the number of alleles/locus and observed heterozygosity, but not with census population size, suggesting that the loss of diversity is associated with long‐term changes rather than recent fragmentation. Inbreeding coefficients were significant in only three populations, suggesting that the loss of diversity is linked to drift and bottlenecks associated with demographic processes (local extinction by fires) rather than inbreeding. Historical disjunction as a result of specific ecological requirements, contraction of habitats following drying during the Pleistocene, low gene flow and changes in population size are likely to have been important forces driving divergence through isolation by distance and drift. © 2015 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, 2015, 179 , 319–334.  相似文献

We investigated a major geographic break in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) haplotypes in deer mice, Peromyscus maniculatus, by analysing spatial variation in a 491‐bp fragment of the mtDNA control region from 455 samples distributed across a north–south transect of 2000 km in Western North America. To determine whether the mtDNA break was reflected in the nuclear genome, we then compared spatial variation in 13 nuclear microsatellites of 95 individuals surrounding the mtDNA break. Using a canonical correlation analysis we found that nuclear genomic variation was not correlated with mtDNA differentiation. The contrasting patterns of variation in mtDNA and nuclear DNA are consistent with a hypothesis of historic genetic drift that occurred in isolated refugia combined with recent gene flow between the formerly isolated refugial populations. A Mantel test of genetic vs. geographic distance revealed that recent gene flow between deer mouse populations has been high. We conclude that past vicariant events associated with Pleistocene climate changes together with recent gene flow have created the observed intra‐specific cytonuclear discordance in Western North America.  相似文献

The red deer (Cervus elaphus) population in Denmark became almost extinct in recent historical times due to over‐hunting. The species has subsequently recovered within remote areas, but non‐Danish individuals have been introduced at several localities. To assess genetic structure, past demographic history, and the possibility of a still existing original stock, we analysed 349 specimens from 11 geographically separate areas and from three enclosed areas, genotyping 11 microsatellite loci. Moreover, an 826‐bp fragment of the control region of the mitochondrial DNA was sequenced for 116 recent specimens and seven museum specimens. There was a significant difference in mean expected heterozygosity (HE) between the three enclosed areas and the 11 unenclosed areas. Significant departures from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium were observed in the three enclosed areas and in nine of the unenclosed areas. The overall degree of genetic differentiation among all 14 areas was significant (FST = 0.09, P < 0.01), primarily because the mean pairwise FST for the three enclosed areas was significantly higher than that for the 11 unenclosed areas. A Bayesian clustering procedure detected three genetically distinct populations and indicated reduced gene flow between the enclosed and unenclosed areas. The individuals in the unenclosed areas show genotypic mixture, presumably as a result of gene flow among them. Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulations, based on the genealogical history of the microsatellite alleles, suggest a drastic decline in the effective population size of the enclosed areas some 188–474 years ago. Mitochondrial DNA analysis of the recent specimens showed seven haplotypes. Individuals from the enclosed Jægersborg Dyrehave contain haplotypes that occur all over Denmark and also are found in Western Europe. A close relationship between Scandinavian and Western European red deer is most likely. Only individuals from the unenclosed Lindenborg Estate and the enclosed Tofte Skov did not group with any other Danish individuals. As six of seven museum specimens had haplotypes also found in modern Danish samples, the current population of red deer in Denmark is genetically close to the original Danish red deer. © 2008 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2008, 95 , 688–701.  相似文献

We quantify the population divergence processes that shaped population genetic structure in the Trans‐Volcanic bunchgrass lizard (Sceloporus bicanthalis) across the highlands of south‐eastern Mexico. Multilocus genetic data from nine nuclear loci and mitochondrial (mt)DNA were used to estimate the population divergence history for 47 samples of S. bicanthalis. Bayesian clustering methods partitioned S. bicanthalis into three populations: (1) a southern population in Oaxaca and southern Puebla; (2) a population in western Puebla; and (3) a northern population with a broad distribution across Hidalgo, Puebla, and Veracruz. The multilocus nuclear data and mtDNA both supported a Late Pleistocene increase in effective population size, and the nuclear data revealed low levels of unidirectional gene flow from the widespread northern population into the southern and western populations. Populations of S. bicanthalis experienced different demographic histories during the Pleistocene, and phylogeographical patterns were similar to those observed in many co‐distributed highland taxa. Although we recommend continuing to recognize S. bicanthalis as a single species, future research on the evolution of viviparity could gain novel insights by contrasting physiological and genomic patterns among the different populations located across the highlands of south‐eastern Mexico. © 2013 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2013, 110 , 852–865.  相似文献

Mitochondrial DNA analysis has revealed two distinct phylogenetic lineages within the ecotoxological sentinel earthworm model Lumbricus rubellus Hoffmeister, 1843. The existence of these lineages could complicate ecotoxicological studies that use the species as a sentinel for soil contamination testing, as they may respond differently to contamination; however, as mitochondrial haplotypes are not always expected to segregate in the same way as chromosomal DNA in natural populations, we further investigated this issue by using nuclear DNA markers (microsatellites) to measure genetic diversity, differentiation, and gene flow in sympatric populations of the two L. rubellus lineages at two sites in South Wales. Our results show that sympatric populations of the two lineages are more genetically differentiated than geographically distant populations of the same lineage, and Bayesian clustering analysis revealed no evidence of gene flow between the lineages at either site. Additionally, DNA sequencing of these microsatellite loci uncovered substantial differentiation between lineages at homologous flanking regions. Overall our findings indicate a high degree of nuclear genetic differentiation between the two lineages of L. rubellus, implying reproductive isolation at the two study sites and therefore the potential existence of cryptic species. The existence of two cryptic taxa has major implications for the application of L. rubellus as an ecotoxicological sentinel. It may therefore be necessary to consider the lineages as separate taxa during future ecotoxicological studies. © 2013 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2013, 110 , 780–795.  相似文献

Mitochondrial genetic variability among populations of the blackfish genus Dallia (Esociformes) across Beringia was examined. Levels of divergence and patterns of geographic distribution of mitochondrial DNA lineages were characterized using phylogenetic inference, median‐joining haplotype networks, Bayesian skyline plots, mismatch analysis and spatial analysis of molecular variance (SAMOVA) to infer genealogical relationships and to assess patterns of phylogeography among extant mitochondrial lineages in populations of species of Dallia. The observed variation includes extensive standing mitochondrial genetic diversity and patterns of distinct spatial segregation corresponding to historical and contemporary barriers with minimal or no mixing of mitochondrial haplotypes between geographic areas. Mitochondrial diversity is highest in the common delta formed by the Yukon and Kuskokwim Rivers where they meet the Bering Sea. Other regions sampled in this study host comparatively low levels of mitochondrial diversity. The observed levels of mitochondrial diversity and the spatial distribution of that diversity are consistent with persistence of mitochondrial lineages in multiple refugia through the last glacial maximum.  相似文献

Catchment population structure and divergence patterns of the rainbow darter Etheostoma caeruleum (Percidae: Teleostei), an eastern North American benthic fish, are tested using a landscape genetics approach. Allelic variation at eight nuclear DNA microsatellite loci and two mitochondrial DNA regions [cytochrome (cyt) b gene and control region; 2056 aligned base pairs (bp)] is analysed from 89 individuals and six sites in the Lake Erie catchment (Blanchard, Chagrin, Cuyahoga and Grand Rivers) v. the Ohio River catchment (Big Darby Creek and Little Miami River). Genetic and geographic patterning is assessed using phylogenetic trees, pair‐wise FST analogues, AMOVA partitioning, Mantel regression, Bayesian assignment, 3D factorial correspondence and barrier analyses. Results identify 34 cyt b haplotypes, 22 control region haplotypes and 137 microsatellite alleles whose distributions demonstrate marked genetic divergence between populations from the Lake Erie and Ohio River catchments. Etheostoma caeruleum populations in the Lake Erie and Ohio River catchments diverged c. 1·6 mya during the Pleistocene glaciations. Greater genetic separations characterize the Ohio River populations, reflecting their older habitat age and less recent connectivity. Divergence levels within the Lake Erie catchment denote more recent post‐glacial origins. Notably, the western Lake Erie Blanchard River population markedly differs from the three central basin tributary samples, which are each genetically distinguishable using microsatellites. Overall relationships among the Lake Erie sites refute a genetic isolation by geographic distance hypothesis. Etheostoma caeruleum populations thus exchange few genes and have low migration among tributaries and catchments.  相似文献

Plateau uprisings and climatic oscillations are considered to have caused extensive allopatric divergences that account for the rich species diversity of the Qinghai‐Tibetan Plateau (QTP). However, secondary contact during range shifts in the Quaternary glacial cycles or inter‐uplift stages may have restored the gene flow between species and so counteracted these divergences, particularly in rapidly‐adapting dominant elements. We tested this hypothesis by determining the phylogeographical history of Dasiphora (Rosaceae), a genus of two species that are widely distributed on the QTP and co‐exist in numerous localities. We sequenced two chloroplast DNA fragments (rbcL, trnT‐L) for 559 individuals from 87 populations. Bayesian methods were used to identify phylogenetic relationships and to estimate divergence times. Demographic histories were inferred using neutrality tests, mismatch distribution analysis, and coalescent simulation. A total of 112 haplotypes that clustered into three major groups were identified. The formation of these groups and their subgroups was dated to between the Pliocene and the late Pleistocene. In addition, we found that some groups underwent multiple extensive expansions. Species‐specific haplotypes were identified for each species, although these haplotypes phylogenetically intermixed. These results suggest that recent plateau uplifts and climatic oscillations might have caused the deep divergences observed within this genus. However, later range expansions probably blurred these divergences and possible species boundaries. Our results shed new light on the complex evolutionary history of the QTP alpine plants. © 2014 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2014, 111 , 777–788.  相似文献

Three species of boid snakes are recognized in Madagascar, namely the genus Sanzinia (one species and two subspecies) and the genus Acrantophis (two species). In the present study, we studied the patterns of genetic variation of these species across Madagascar using a fragment of the mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene in 77 specimens. To support the phylogenetic relationships of the lineages identified, three further gene fragments (cytochrome b, 12S rRNA and c‐mos) were analyzed in a reduced but representative set of samples. The results obtained corroborate that the genus Sanzinia includes two highly divergent mitochondrial lineages that evolved independently from each other on the east versus the west side of Madagascar. Each of these lineages presents a further subdivision that separates northern from southern groups. The nuclear marker showed no variation among the Malagasy boas, indicating either very low substitution rates in this gene or relatively recent speciation events coupled with high mitochondrial substitution rates. Because the broad geographic sampling detected no admixture among haplotypic lineages within Sanzinia, it is hypothesized that these may represent distinct species. Deviant haplotypes of snakes morphologically similar to Acrantophis dumerili indicate that this taxon may be a complex of two species as well. © 2008 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2008, 95 , 640–652.  相似文献

Phenotypically diverse Lake Malawi cichlids exhibit similar genomes. The extensive sharing of genetic polymorphism among forms has both intrigued and frustrated biologists trying to understand the nature of diversity in this and other rapidly evolving systems. Shared polymorphism might result from hybridization and/or the retention of ancestrally polymorphic alleles. To examine these alternatives, we used new genomic tools to characterize genetic differentiation in widespread, geographically structured populations of Labeotropheus fuelleborni and Metriaclima zebra. These phenotypically distinct species share mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) haplotypes and show greater mtDNA differentiation among localities than between species. However, Bayesian analysis of nuclear single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data revealed two distinct genetic clusters corresponding perfectly to morphologically diagnosed L. fuelleborni and M. zebra. This result is a function of the resolving power of the multi‐locus dataset, not a conflict between nuclear and mitochondrial partitions. Locus‐by‐locus analysis showed that mtDNA differentiation between species (FCT) was nearly identical to the median single‐locus SNP FCT. Finally, we asked whether there is evidence for gene flow at sites of co‐occurrence. We used simulations to generate a null distribution for the level of differentiation between co‐occurring populations of L. fuelleborni and M. zebra expected if there was no hybridization. The null hypothesis was rejected for the SNP data; populations that co‐occur at rock reef sites were slightly more similar than expected by chance, suggesting recent gene flow. The coupling of numerous independent markers with extensive geographic sampling and simulations utilized here provides a framework for assessing the prevalence of gene flow in recently diverged species.  相似文献

Aim We surveyed mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequence variation among regionally isolated populations of 10 grassland‐associated butterfly species to determine: (1) the utility of phylogeographic comparisons among multiple species for assessing recent evolutionary patterns, and (2) the respective roles of isolation attributable to range disjunction versus isolation attributable solely to geographic distance in establishing divergence patterns. Location The Peace River grasslands of northern Alberta and British Columbia, Canada, which are isolated by 300+ km from similar communities to the south. Methods We sequenced mtDNA (1420 bp of cytochrome c oxidase subunit I) from five grassland‐restricted butterfly species that have geographically disjunct populations and from five ecologically broader species that have more continuous distributions across the same regions. Using analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA), Mantel and partial Mantel tests, and haplotype networks, we compared population structure within and between species in order to assess the validity of single‐species phylogeographic characterizations. We then contrasted variance components between disjunct and continuously distributed species to assess whether divergences were correlated more with disjunction or with geographic distance. Results Single‐species analyses varied substantially within both the disjunct and the continuous groups. One species in each of these groups had mtDNA with unusually deep intraspecific mitochondrial lineage divergences. On the whole, however, the five species with disjunct ranges exhibited greater divergence between geographically distant populations than did the five species with continuous distributions. Comparison of variance components between disjunct and continuous species indicated that isolation attributable only to geographic distance was responsible for up to half of the total sequence variation between disjunct populations of grassland butterflies. Main conclusions Our findings show that single‐species phylogeographic analyses of post‐Pleistocene butterfly distributions are inadequate for characterizing regional biogeographic divergence histories. However, comparison of mtDNA sequence divergences between groups of disjunct and continuously distributed species can allow isolation attributable to range interruption to be quantitatively distinguished from isolation attributable solely to gene flow attenuation over the same geographic area.  相似文献

The gilgie (Cherax quinquecarinatus) is among the more widespread of the six endemic south‐western Australian freshwater crayfish species. In the present study, the phylogeographic structure of the gilgie was investigated across its distribution to determine whether patterns reflected those identified earlier in a co‐distributed congeneric, the koonac (Cherax preissii). Gilgies were sampled from 20 localities, a 412‐bp fragment of the cytochrome c oxidase subunit I mitochondrial DNA gene was amplified from 75 individuals, and allozyme variation was assayed at nine loci. As in the koonac, three geographically‐restricted lineages were identified: from the north‐western, southern coastal, and intermediate/south‐western regions. Phylogeographic breaks appeared to be congruent with those in the koonac. The extent of genetic differentiation among lineages was comparable to that in the koonac, suggesting temporal congruence of the historical events responsible for the observed structure. A relaxed Bayesian molecular clock suggested that the major clades and lineages in each species diverged in the Late Miocene–Early Pliocene (4.0–9.6 Myr ago), possibly resulting from increasing pulses of aridity. The retrieval of almost‐identical phylogeographic structure in two co‐distributed species suggests that biogeographic regions can be more accurately defined in south‐western Australia. With the geographic fidelity of these lineages, the present data also provide evidence of the translocation of a single individual from the north‐west to the south coast. © 2010 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2010, 101 , 385–402.  相似文献

Long‐distance dispersal (LDD) is a pivotal process for plants determining their range of distribution and promoting gene flow among distant populations. Most fleshy‐fruited species rely on frugivorous vertebrates to disperse their seeds across the landscape. While LDD events are difficult to record, a few ecological studies have shown that birds move a sizeable number of ingested seeds across geographic barriers, such as sea straits. The foraging movements of migrant frugivores across distant populations, including those separated by geographic barriers, creates a constant flow of propagules that in turn shapes the spatial distributions of the genetic variation in populations. Here, we have analysed the genetic diversity and structure of 74 populations of Pistacia lentiscus, a fleshy‐fruited shrub widely distributed in the Mediterranean Basin, to elucidate whether the Mediterranean Sea acts as a geographic barrier or alternatively whether migratory frugivorous birds promote gene flow among populations located on both sides of the sea. Our results show reduced genetic distances among populations, including intercontinental populations, and they show a significant genetic structure across an eastern‐western axis. These findings are consistent with known bird migratory routes that connect the European and African continents following a north‐southwards direction during the fruiting season of many fleshy‐fruited plants. Further, approximate Bayesian analysis failed to explain the observed patterns as a result of historical population migrations at the end of Last Glacial Maximum. Therefore, anthropic and/or climatic changes that would disrupt the migratory routes of frugivorous birds might have genetic consequences for the plant species they feed upon.  相似文献

Traditional models of amphibian dispersal and gene flow point to low dispersal and high philopatry. In recent years, this traditional view has been challenged and it appears that no general model holds across taxa. Conservation of amphibians cannot be addressed on an over‐arching scale, but must come on a case‐by‐case basis, especially for range‐restricted species where information on gene flow and migration must be incorporated into conservation efforts. The only two members of the genus Capensibufo Grandison, 1980 (Anura: Bufonidae) are range restricted small bufonids, with distributions limited to montane areas in South Africa. Using a Bayesian analysis of two mitochondrial markers (16S and ND2), we examined the genetic patterns in Capensibufo rosei and Capensibufo tradouwi in order to understand both taxonomic and geographic boundaries. These species were not monophyletic, and demonstrate no clear taxonomic boundaries. Instead, the genus is extremely diverse genetically, with distinct lineages confined to isolated mountains that represent geographic boundaries. In addition, bioclimatic modelling using MAXENT and scenarios of climatic conditions at both the present and last glacial maximum suggest multiple bioclimatic and physical barriers to gene flow at present and in the past. We conclude that members of the genus have very low vagility, that current taxonomic boundaries are inadequate, and that strong geographic structuring has undoubtedly contributed to genetic diversity at the species level, rather than the population level. © 2010 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2010, 100 , 822–834.  相似文献

The perennial herbs Silene vulgaris and S. uniflora are closely related, partially sympatric and interfertile, yet morphologically distinct. We used nuclear (allozyme) and plastid (polymerase chain reaction–restriction fragment length polymorphism) DNA markers to investigate whether these species have a shared history of postglacial colonization and hybridization in Europe, as inferred from large‐scale patterns of geographic variation. The majority of plastid haplotypes and allozyme alleles were widespread and patchily distributed within both species and there was no geographic structure in the distributions of shared allozymes or haplotypes. The mosaic variation is consistent with a scenario in which repeated episodes of interspecific hybridization pre‐dated the largely allopatric range expansion of the two species during the postglacial period. Our overall results are not consistent with a scenario of extensive hybridization and introgression during the postglacial range expansion of the species or within their current areas of sympatry, but we found some evidence for local, postglacial evolution and hybridization in the Baltic region. © 2011 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, 2011, 166 , 127–148.  相似文献
