BACKGROUND: Metallothionein (MT) protein expression deficiency has been implicated in carcinogenesis while MT over expression in tumors is indicative of tumor resistance to anti-cancer treatment. The purpose of the study was to examine the expression of MT expression in human renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and to correlate MT positivity, the pattern and extent of MT expression with tumor histologic cell type and nuclear grade, pathologic stage and patients' survival. PATIENTS AND METHODS: The immunohistochemical expression of MT was determined in 43 formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded RCC specimens, using a mouse monoclonal antibody that reacts with both human MT-I and MT-II. Correlation was sought between immunohistochemical (MT positivity, intensity and extension of staining) and clinico-pathological data (histological cell type, tumor nuclear grade, pathologic stage and patients' survival). RESULTS: Positive MT staining was present in 21 cases (49%), being mild/moderate and intense in 8 and 13 cases, respectively. The pattern was cytoplasmic in 7 cases and was both cytoplasmic and nuclear in 14 cases. MT expression in a percentage of up to 25% of tumor cells (negative MT staining included) was observed in 31 cases, in a percentage 25-50% of tumor cells in 7 cases, and in a percentage of 50-75% of tumor cells in 5 cases. There was no significant correlation of MT intensity of staining to histological type, stage and patients' survival, while it was inversely correlated to higher tumor nuclear grade. MT extent of staining did not correlate with histological type, nuclear grade, and pathologic stage while a statistically significant association was found with patients' survival. CONCLUSIONS: The inverse correlation between MT staining intensity and tumor nuclear grade in RCC suggests a role of MT in tumor differentiation process. Since extent of MT expression is inversely correlated with survival it may be possibly used as a clinical prognostic parameter.  相似文献

目的:口腔鳞状细胞癌是一类极易发生局部侵袭和淋巴结转移的恶性肿瘤,CD9蛋白在多种肿瘤的发生发展及侵袭转移过程中起到重要作用,本研究旨在分析CD9蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:收集我院诊断明确的口腔鳞癌肿瘤患者石蜡标本合计80例,通过免疫组化手段对CD9蛋白表达水平进行评价,并根据CD9蛋白的表达水平分组,分析患者的临床病理学特征与CD9蛋白的关系。结果:CD9在正常组织和癌旁组织正常表达,在肿瘤组织中表达率低,其表达水平和口腔鳞癌的分化程度,淋巴结转移及最终分期有相关性(P0.05)。结论:本研究结果揭示,CD9在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起到重要作用,CD9蛋白水平的低表达或不表达可能预测着肿瘤具有更明显的恶性生物学行为,并可能成为口腔鳞状细胞癌预后的生物学指标及基因治疗的新靶点。  相似文献

目的:研究表皮生长因子受体(epidermalgrowth factorreceptor,EGFR)在晚期声门上型喉鳞癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床各相关因素的关系,探讨EGFR能否作为判断晚期声门上喉鳞癌患者预后的预测性指标。方法:收集我院2004年1月~2008年4月共52例晚期(Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期)声门上型喉鳞癌患者手术后切除的肿瘤组织,应用免疫组化技术检测EGFR表达情况,运用统计学方法,结合临床资料分析其与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移、病理分化程度、生存率及术后放疗对预后的影响等临床病理特征的关系。结果:EGFR在晚期声门上型喉鳞癌组织中存在阳性表达,阳性表达物质呈棕黄色,表达率为76.92%(40/52),其中过表达率为44.23%。EGFR的表达与晚期声门上型喉鳞癌患者的年龄、性别、吸烟无关,与浸润程度(P=0.005),淋巴结转移数目(P=0.018),TNM分期(P=0.003),病理分化程度(P=0.011)有关。单因素分析得出EGFR表达程度、T、N分期以及病理分化程度是影响无复发生存时间的危险因素(P0.05),T、N分期、病理分化程度是影响总生存时间的危险因素(P0.05)。多因素分析显示只有肿瘤浸润程度(T分期)和淋巴结转移(N分期)是影响无复发生存时间和总生存时间的独立预后因素。EGFR的阴性表达组与阳性表达组的3年、5年生存率不具有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:EGFR在晚期声门上型喉鳞癌组织中存在过表达,证实了EGFR的过度表达与肿瘤的侵袭、转移相关,检测其表达水平对晚期喉癌的个体化治疗、靶向治疗有重要参考价值。但EGFR尚不能作为晚期声门上型喉鳞癌行手术及术后辅助放疗患者对无复发生存时间和总生存时间的预测指标。  相似文献

P-cadherin, a transmembrane molecule similar to E-cadherin involved in the cell-cell adhesion, and catenins form complexes between its cytoplasmic domain and the cytoskeleton. Five cell lines, 108 specimens of oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC), 9 metastasis and 10 of normal oral mucosa were examined to evaluate P-cadherin expression and cellular localization by immunohistochemistry and western-blotting. In normal oral mucosa there was a membranous expression only in basal and parabasal layers. 91 cases (84%) showed membranous/cytoplasmic positivity, whereas 17 cases (16%) were negative. In particular, while well-differentiated carcinomas showed P-cadherin upregulation, the protein was homogeneously hypo- or unexpressed in low-differentiated carcinomas. There was a statistically significant correlation between P-cadherin expression and tumour grading: G3 tumours had a lower score than G1-G2 tumours (P<0.05). When analysed for prognostic significance, patients with no P-cadherin expression (score 0) had poorer overall and diseases-free survival rates than the P-cadherin-expressing group (score 1) (P=0.0463 and P=0.0471, respectively). Western blotting analysis of cell lines and tissue samples confirmed immunohistochemical findings. When cell staining pattern of positive cases was examined, 52 cases showed a prevalent membranous pattern, while 39 had a prevalent cytoplasmic pattern. Cases with prevalent cytoplasmic staining showed high rates of lymph node metastases (P>0.05), and regional relapse (P <0.05) and poorer survival rates than the group with prevalent membranous expression (P<0.0001). An absent P-cadherin expression could constitute a hallmark of aggressive biological behaviour in oral squamous cell carcinoma.  相似文献

目的:探讨膜联蛋白A2(Anxa2)和细胞信号转导和转录激活因子3(Stat3)在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选择口腔鳞癌石蜡标本80例为实验组,20例正常口腔黏膜组织为对照组。应用免疫组织化学法检测Anxa2和Stat3蛋白的阳性表达,并进行结果判定,采用x2和Spearman等级相关分析法分析二者表达差异性及其相关性。结果:Anxa2、Stat3在病例组中的阳性表达率,分别为81.3%(65/80)、87.5%(70/80),明显高于对照组中的表达率,25.0%(5/20)、30.0%(6/20),且差异有统计学意义(P0.05),Anxa2和Stat3蛋白表达水平与口腔鳞癌的分期、淋巴结转移及分化程度有密切关系。Spearman等级相关分析Anxa2和Stat3在口腔鳞癌组织中蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.302,P0.01)。结论:Anxa2、Stat3在OSCC的发生和转移过程中均具有重要的作用,且二者间也有相互作用的关系。  相似文献

目的:探讨分析MACC1和C-Met在正常口腔黏膜、口腔白斑及口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测20例口腔黏膜、20例上皮异常增生白斑、50例口腔鳞癌组织中的MACC1、C-Met蛋白的表达情况,采用X2和spearman等级相关分析对结果进行判定。结果:MACC1、C-Met蛋白在异常增生型白斑和口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为50%、76%,35%、66%,均明显高于正常口腔黏膜(17.6%,5.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。MACC1和C-Met蛋白表达与口腔鳞癌的分期、淋巴结转移及分化程度密切相关(P0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示口腔白斑及口腔鳞癌中MACC1和C-Met的表达呈现正相关(P0.05)。结论:MACC1和C-Met在上皮不典型增生性白斑和口腔鳞癌中高表达,二者在口腔黏膜白斑的癌变和口腔鳞癌的发生发展中可能起重要作用。  相似文献

目的:研究人丝氨酸/精氨酸富有剪接因子1(SRSF1)和凋亡抑制因子(Survivin)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织和正常口腔黏膜(NOM)中的表达,探究两因子在OSCC中的相关性及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测两因子在60例OSCC组织、20例NOM组织中的表达,并结合组织学分级、淋巴结转移及临床分期等相关的信息进行相关性分析。结果:在NOM中SRSF1和Survivin低表达,在OSCC组织中均高表达,比例分别为68.3%和60%。SRSF1和Survivin与淋巴结转移、组织学分级以及临床分期之间存在统计学差异(P0.05);并且在OSCC组织中二者之间表达存在着显著正相关性,(r=0.541,P0.05)。结论:SRSF1和Survivin在OSCC中均高表达,与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关并具有协同作用。  相似文献

PURPOSE: To evaluate cytoplasmic and nuclear ErbB-4 expression in prostate cancer specimens and its association with outcome. BASIC PROCEDURES: Specimens of 50 prostate cancer patients were investigated for ErbB-4 overexpression using Immunohistochemistry staining. Cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was graded as 0-3 according to its intensity. The prognostic parameters were tumor stage, PSA level, Gleason score, probability of positive lymph nodes (Partin's tables and Roach equation), and 5-year disease free survival (Kattan nomogram). MAIN FINDINGS: Overexpression of ErbB-4 (> or = 1) was detected in 30 (60%) patients and overexpression using cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was > or = 2 in 19 (38%) and 17 (34%) patients, respectively. In only one third of the specimens was there any similarity between the 2 types of staining. Advanced tumor stage, high pretreatment PSA levels and high Gleason scores were evenly distributed among the patients with low (< or = 1) and intermediate/high (> or = 2) ErbB-4 expression. The probability of lymph node involvement and 5-year disease free survival were similar in both types of staining. PRINCIPAL CONCLUSIONS: ErbB-4 was overexpressed (cytoplasmic and nuclear staining) in approximately one third of prostate cancer patients. The rate of similarity between the 2 staining types was only 33%: overexpression was evenly distributed among intermediate/high and low risk prostate cancer patients with both staining methods.  相似文献

摘要 目的:研究下咽鳞状细胞癌组织紧密连接蛋白1(claudin-1)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达及与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年3月我院收集的75例下咽鳞状细胞癌组织标本进行研究,同期选取60例癌旁正常黏膜组织标本作为对照。采用免疫组织化学法检测claudin-1、MMP-9在下咽鳞状细胞癌组织与癌旁正常黏膜组织中的表达差异,分析claudin-1、MMP-9阳性表达与临床病理特征关系;Spearman相关性分析癌组织claudin-1与MMP-9的相关性。对患者进行5年随访,分析claudin-1、MMP-9表达与预后的关系。结果:下咽鳞状细胞癌组织claudin-1、MMP-9阳性表达率高于癌旁正常黏膜组织(P<0.05)。claudin-1、MMP-9阳性表达与下咽鳞状细胞癌患者组织分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析显示,下咽鳞状细胞癌组织中claudin-1阳性表达与MMP-9阳性表达呈正相关(rs= 0.463,P<0.05)。术后随访5年,2例失访,73例患者获得随访。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线显示,claudin-1阳性表达患者的5年生存率为35.71%,低于阴性表达患者的66.67%(P<0.05),MMP-9阳性表达患者的5年生存率为34.85%,低于阴性表达患者的57.14%(P<0.05)。结论:下咽鳞状细胞癌组织中claudin-1、MMP-9阳性表达升高,其表达与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和预后不良有关,两者呈正相关,可能发挥协同作用促进肿瘤发生发展。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate HDPR1 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and the relationship between HDPR1 and beta-catenin by immunohistochemical analysis. The clinical relevance of these proteins was also analyzed. Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded tissue specimens from 184 ESCC patients to detect the expression of HDPR1 and beta-catenin. The correlation between the results of immunoexpression and the clinicopathologic features was processed statistically. Increased cytoplasmic and nuclear HDPR1 expression was noted in 100 (54.3%) and 131 (71.2%) of 184 specimens, respectively. Statistical analysis showed significant associations of cytoplasmic HDPR1 with regional lymph node metastasis (p = 0.021) and P-stage (p = 0.004). The increased nuclear staining was only correlated with P-stage (p = 0.047). Significant associations of coexpression of cytoplasmic and nuclear HDPR1 with regional lymph node metastasis (p = 0.015) or P-stage (p = 0.002) were observed. Enhanced cytoplasmic expression of HDPR1 was positively correlated with increased cytoplasmic but not reduced membranous beta-catenin expression (r = 0.239, p = 0.027 and r = 0.126, p = 0.089, respectively). These finding suggested that cytoplasmic HDPR1 protein expression was associated with tumor malignant progression via beta-catenin accumulation. It implicated that cytoplasmic HDPR1 expression may serve as a potential predictive factor for lymph node metastasis and tumor development in ESCC.  相似文献

目的:探讨食管鳞癌(esophageal squamous cell cacinoma,ESCC)组织中Pokemon和P14ARF表达的关系及其对ESCC临床病理特征和预后的判定价值。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学方法检测Pokemon和P14ARF二种蛋白在96例ESCC组织及20例癌旁正常组织中的表达,分析它们与ESCC病理学特征的关系,以及Pokemon和P14ARF的相关性,并结合随访资料观察上述蛋白表达对ESCC长期预后的影响。结果:癌旁正常组织中未见Pokemon蛋白表达,P14ARF蛋白阳性表达率为90.0%;在ESCC组织中Pokemon和P14ARF阳性表达率分别为75.0%和30.2%。Pokemon表达与P14ARF表达呈负相关(r=-0.458,P=0.000)。Pokemon和P14ARF的表达与TNM分期和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。Pokemon表达阳性组的5年生存率分别为20.8%,显著低于阴性组(P=0.004);P14ARF表达阳性组的5年生存率为41.4%,显著高于阴性组(P=0.011)。结论:Pokemon蛋白的高表达和P14ARF蛋白低表达可能与ESCC的发生、发展关系密切,它们对于ESCC预后评估有一定的临床意义。  相似文献

Background

Beclin 1 and Beclin 2 are autophagy-related proteins that show similar amino acid sequences and domain structures. Beclin 1 established the first connection between autophagy and cancer. However, the role of Beclin 2 in cancer is unclear. The aims of this study were to analyze Beclin 1 and Beclin 2 expressions in oral cancer tissues and in cell lines, and to evaluate their possible roles in cancer progression.

Methods

We investigated Beclin 1 and Beclin 2 expressions by immunohistochemistry in 195 cases of oral cancer. The prognostic roles of Beclin 1 and Beclin 2 were analyzed statistically. In vitro, overexpression and knockdown of Beclin proteins were performed on an oral cancer cell line, SAS. The immunofluorescence and autophagy flux assays confirmed that Beclin proteins were involved in autophagy. The impacts of Beclin 1 and Beclin 2 on autophagy and tumor growth were evaluated by conversion of LC3-I to LC3-II and by clonogenic assays, respectively.

Results

Oral cancer tissues exhibited aberrant expressions of Beclin 1 and Beclin 2. The cytoplasmic Beclin 1 and Beclin 2 expressions were unrelated in oral cancer tissues. In survival analyses, high cytoplasmic Beclin 1 expression was associated with low disease specific survival, and negative nuclear Beclin 1 expression was associated with high recurrent free survival. Patients with either high or low cytoplasmic Beclin 2 expression had significantly lower overall survival and disease specific survival rates than those with moderate expression. In oral cancer cells, overexpression of either Beclin 1 or Beclin 2 led to autophagy activation and increased clonogenic survival; knockdown of Beclin 2 impaired autophagy and increased clonogenic survival.

Conclusions

Our results indicated that distinct patterns of Beclin 1 and Beclin 2 were associated with aggressive clinical outcomes. Beclin 1 overexpression, as well as Beclin 2 overexpression and depletion, contributed to tumor growth. These findings suggest Beclin proteins are associated with tumorigenesis.  相似文献

目的:研究星形细胞提升基因-1(AEG-1)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化的方法检测53例口腔鳞癌组织和30例正常口腔黏膜组织中AEG-1和MMP-9的蛋白表达,分析其与口腔鳞癌临床病理参数的关系及二者的相关性。结果:AEG-1和MMP-9在口腔鳞癌组织中表达阳性率分别为66.03%(35/53)、73.58%(39/53),在正常口腔黏膜组织中表达阳性率分别为13.33%(4/30)、16.67%(5/30)。AEG-1和MMP-9在口腔鳞癌组织中阳性表达率均高于正常口腔黏膜组织(P0.01)。高表达的AEG-1和MMP-9与口腔鳞癌的组织分化程度,淋巴结转移以及临床分期有密切相关性,但与患者的性别、年龄及吸烟史无相关性。口腔鳞癌组织中AEG-1与MMP-9的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.474,P0.01)。结论:AEG-1和MMP-9的高表达均与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展及转移有密切相关性,同时检测二者可能会对口腔鳞癌的早期诊断及预后判断具有一定的临床参考价值。  相似文献

Introduction

Human antigen R (HuR) regulates the stability of mRNA and is associated with cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and lymphangiogenesis. However, the clinical significance and pathological role of HuR in bladder cancer remains unclear. The main objective of this investigation was to clarify the relationships between HuR expression and clinical significance and cancer cell proliferation, angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and expressions of cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-A, -C, and -D.

Methods

All expressions were examined by immunohistochemical techniques in 122 formalin-fixed specimens of bladder cancer patients. HuR expression was evaluated separately with cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Cell proliferation, angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis were measured as the percentage of Ki-67-positive cell (proliferation index, PI), CD34-stained vessels (microvessel density, MVD), and D2-40-stained vessels (lymph vessel density, LVD). Relationships between each HuR expression and clinicopathological features, prognosis, and expressions of COX-2 and VEGFs were analyzed by multi-variate analyses. HuR expression was also investigated in 10 mice of N-Butyl-N-[4-hydroxybutil] nitrosamine (BBN) induced bladder cancer model.

Results

In human tissues, high cytoplasmic expression was seen in 5% and 25.4% of normal and cancer cells, respectively. Nuclear HuR expression bore no significant relationship to any pathological features. However, cytoplasmic HuR expression appeared positively associated with pT stage and grade (P<0.001). In mouse tissues, similar trends were confirmed. Cytoplasmic expression correlated with PI, MVD, and LVD, as well as expression of VEGF-A and -C, but not VEGF-D. High cytoplasmic expression of HuR was a significant predictor of metastasis and cause-specific survival, and was identified as a prognostic correlative factor for metastasis (hazard ratio, 4.75; P = 0.028) in a multivariate analysis model that included pathological features.

Conclusions

Cytoplasmic HuR appears to play important roles in cell proliferation, progression, and survival of bladder cancer patients. Its expression was associated with angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and expressions of VEGF-A and –C.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨微小核糖核酸(miRNA)-324-5p、miR-605-3p在脑胶质瘤组织的表达及与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年12月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的90例脑胶质瘤患者。收集术中部分瘤组织和瘤旁组织,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)检测miR-324-5p、miR-605-3p表达。根据脑胶质瘤组织中miR-324-5p、miR-605-3p表达的平均值分为高表达组和低表达组,采用Kaplan-Meier法分析不同miR-324-5p、miR-605-3p表达脑胶质瘤患者生存情况,采用多因素Cox回归分析脑胶质瘤患者预后的影响因素。结果:与瘤旁组织比较,脑胶质瘤组织中miR-324-5p、miR-605-3p表达降低(P<0.05)。不同分化程度、淋巴结转移、世界卫生组织(WHO)中枢神经系统肿瘤分类的脑胶质瘤患者miR-324-5p、miR-605-3p表达比较有差异(P<0.05)。90例脑胶质瘤患者3年总生存率为36.67%(33/90)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析显示,miR-324-5p高表达组、miR-605-3p高表达组总生存率高于miR-324-5p低表达组、miR-605-3p低表达组(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归分析显示,低分化、淋巴结转移和WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类Ⅲ~Ⅳ级为脑胶质瘤患者死亡的独立危险因素,miR-324-5p和miR-605-3p升高为独立保护因素(P<0.05)。结论:脑胶质瘤组织中miR-324-5p、miR-605-3p呈低表达,与分化程度、淋巴结转移、WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类有关,miR-324-5p、miR-605-3p低表达还可导致不良预后。  相似文献

目的:探讨磷脂酶Cε1(PLCE1)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在口腔鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测61例口腔鳞癌组织和35例正常口腔黏膜组织中PLCE1和MMP-9的蛋白表达,并分析二者与口腔鳞状细胞癌临床病理参数的关系及二者的相关性。结果:PLCE1在口腔鳞癌组织中表达阳性率为68.85%(42/61),MMP-9在口腔鳞癌组织中表达阳性率为75.40%(46/61),两者在正常口腔黏膜组织中表达阳性率分别为14.28%(5/35)、17.14%(6/35)。PLCE1和MMP-9在正常口腔黏膜组织的阳性表达率均明显低于口腔鳞癌组织(P0.01)。PLCE1与MMP-9的高度阳性表达和患者的性别、年龄、吸烟及肿瘤大小无明显相关性,但与肿瘤TNM分期以及组织分化程度显著相关。口腔鳞癌组织中PLCE1和MMP-9的高表达呈明显正相关(r=0.438,P0.01)。结论:PLCE1和MMP-9的过度表达均与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移有密切相关性,并检测二者可能会对口腔鳞癌患者的早期临床诊断及预后判断具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨肌层浸润性膀胱癌(MIBC)组织赖氨酸甲基转移酶2D(KMT2D)、微小染色体维持蛋白6(MCM6)与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法:选择2017年5月至2019年10月长治医学院附属和平医院行手术治疗的MIBC患者96例,应用逆转录-实时定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)检测癌组织及癌旁正常组织KMT2D 信使核糖核酸(mRNA)、MCM6 mRNA表达,分析KMT2D mRNA、MCM6 mRNA表达与MIBC患者临床病理特征的关系,应用Pearson相关分析法分析MIBC患者癌组织KMT2D mRNA及MCM6 mRNA表达的相关性。随访3年,比较死亡MIBC患者与存活MIBC患者癌组织KMT2D mRNA、MCM6 mRNA表达,并应用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析不同KMT2D mRNA、MCM6 mRNA表达分组MIBC患者预后情况。结果:MIBC癌组织中KMT2D mRNA表达水平显著低于癌旁组织,MCM6 mRNA表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。MIBC患者癌组织中KMT2D mRNA、MCM6 mRNA表达与侵犯输尿管、淋巴结转移、TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05),且两者表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。至随访截止,MIBC患者死亡45例,死亡组患者癌组织中KMT2D mRNA表达水平显著低于存活组、MCM6 mRNA表达水平显著高于存活组(P<0.05)。生存曲线结果显示KMT2D mRNA高表达组3年生存率显著高于KMT2D mRNA低表达组;MCM6 mRNA低表达组3年生存率显著高于MCM6 mRNA高表达组(P<0.05)。结论:MIBC癌组织中KMT2D低表达、MCM6高表达,与MIBC侵犯输尿管、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及患者预后不良有关。  相似文献

探讨E钙粘连素的表达与口腔鳞癌淋巴结转移的相关性。采用蛋白杂交技术 ,对病理确诊的 68例口腔鳞癌标本进行肿瘤组织总蛋白提取 ,然后行蛋白质免疫印迹检测 (Westernblot)。 68例口腔癌中的E钙粘连素表达显示 ,3 6例淋巴结转移标本与 3 2例未发生淋巴结转移的标本相比 ,E钙粘连素的表达明显降低(P <0 .0 1 )。此结果提示口腔鳞癌淋巴结转移与E钙粘连素的丧失密切相关 ,E钙粘连素的表达可以作为极有价值的判定肿瘤转移发生可能性以及愈后的判断指标。  相似文献

AIM: To determine the effect of radiosensitization with Taxol and multimodality treatments on the survival of advanced oral and oropharyngeal cancer. Patients, methods: 56 patients with St. III-IV oral or oropharyngeal cancer were treated with external beam radiotherapy; 26 of them were sensitized by low-dose paxlitaxel and 30 were irradiated traditionally. The median follow up was 23 months (17-36). Endpoints of the study were: response to radiotherapy, progression-free and overall survival and the results of surgery and chemotherapy following radiation. RESULTS: 73.3% (41/56) of treatments resulted in CR or PR with median 10 months (0-33) progression-free and 14 months (4-33) overall survival. There was no significant difference between the radiosensitized and traditional radiotherapy group (p=0.6). The survival was significantly influenced by the stage of tumor and the response to primary radiotherapy. Seven (38.9%) of 16 patients treated also by either surgery or chemotherapy for recurrent or residual disease are free of cancer, 6 (35%) alive with tumor and 5 (26.1%) died with median survivals of 21, 20.5 and 18 months, respectively. Those treated only with radiotherapy with or without sensitization are free of cancer in 31.6%, alive with cancer 5.3%, died 63.2%. CONCLUSION: There were significant correlation between tumor stage, response to radiotherapy and combined modality treatment, and surival. The radiosensitizing effect of Taxol was not obvious so far, it may be apparent in the future by analyzing the long term survival data.  相似文献
