目的:评价应用Beyond冷光美白技术漂白活髓着色牙的临床疗效。方法:选择牙齿变色病人117例,其中外源性染色牙18例,氟牙症16例,四环素染色牙47例,增龄性变色牙36例,该组病例的前牙及第一前磨牙均为活髓牙,采用Beyond冷光漂白法治疗,关白效果用Vita比色板进行前后比较。结果:外源性着色牙与增龄性变色牙关白疗效较好,平均提高6.09个色阶。对氟牙症疗效也较明显,但颜色分布不均匀,仍会有条纹或斑块状白斑。对轻、中度的四环素牙平均可提高3.46个色阶,重度四环素牙疗效欠佳。结论:Beyond冷光美白技术是目前治疗活髓变色牙特别简捷、安全和有效的方法之一。  相似文献

目的:比较传统机械切割法、非创伤性充填法(atraumatic restorative treatment,ART)和Carisolv化学法在临床乳牙龋病治疗中的应用效果差异。方法:选取2011年1月-2012年6月来我科就诊的5-8岁儿牙患者96名,患牙180颗,随机分为3个不同的治疗组:传统机械去龋组、ART组和Carisolv化学去龋组进行相应牙体充填治疗,通过去龋效果、去龋时间、术中疼痛发生率和术后长期疗效等方面比较不同去龋技术之间的差异。结果:常规机械去龋组和Carisolv组的去龋效果明显优于ART组(P0.05),二者之间无明显差异(P0.05);3种去龋方法的去龋操作时间无明显差异(P0.05);Carisolv组和ART组去龋治疗中患儿术中疼痛发生例数明显低于常规机械去龋组(P0.05),二者之间无明显差异(P0.05);治疗1年后的复诊发现,常规机械去龋组和Carisolv组中患牙继发龋发生率明显低于ART组(P0.05),二者之间无明显差异(P0.05);三种方法治疗后患牙充填物折断/脱落发生率无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:Carisolv化学去龋法能有效减轻术中疼痛和术后复发率,值得在临床乳牙治疗中推广应用;ART的去龋效果和远期疗效可能限制其广泛应用。  相似文献

采用硅管套接大鼠切断的坐骨神经模型 ,局部给予胶质细胞源性神经营养因子 (GDNF) ,应用尼氏染色、酶组织化学染色方法 ,观察到外源性GDNF能减少脊髓修复侧前角运动神经元死亡的数目 ,降低脊髓前角运动神经元及脊神经节感觉神经元中胆碱酯酶 (CHE)及酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)变化的幅度。这表明外源性GDNF能保护周围神经切断后引起的神经元损伤。  相似文献

采用软托盘加诺丹顿增白胶对30例牙色泽异常患者进行漂白治疗,其有效率达100%。其中,对于外源性色斑牙,轻度,中度四环素牙,采用该方法治疗效果最佳。笔者认为在目前众多的牙色泽异常方法中,该方法操作简便,应用安全,疗效可靠,建议推广。  相似文献

通过比较而获得沙冬青cDNA-AFLP银染和条带回收的最佳方法.银染时采取Bassam法和Sanguinetti法,凝胶条带回收时利用直接回收法、试剂盒法、LiCl高盐法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶高效回收法.比较不同方法对于开展聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的影响.采用Bassam银染法对获得的扩增产物进行染色后无法得到差异显示条带,而利用Sanguinetti银染法显色后可观察到比较明显的差异表达条带;以直接回收法、PAGE试剂盒法、LiCl高盐法对差异条带进行回收后,二次PCR无法得到扩增产物,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶高效回收法后则可获得比较清晰的二次扩增产物.Sanguinetti银染法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶高效回收法是应用于本研究的最佳方法.  相似文献

目的:使用核酸染料Genefinder检测琼脂糖凝胶中的核酸,通过比较预染样品法、胶内染色法和后染法三种染色方法的染色效果,了解该染料的染色特性,以期找到性能稳定,染色效果好的染色方法.方法:在琼脂糖凝胶电泳中,以不同的染色方法使用核酸染料Genefinder进行染色,对染色结果进行比较分析.结果:使用电泳后染色方法染色效果较好,胶内染色法次之,预染样品法效果最差.结论:核酸染料Genefinder会干扰DNA的迁移效率,因此,使用Genefinder进行电泳后染色是一种较好的染色方法.  相似文献

为研究外源性Rb和P53基因导入血管平滑肌细胞后对c-fos和c-jun基因表达的调控作用,将Rb基因或P53基因重组腺病毒载体转染人脐动脉血管平滑肌细胞,应用RT-PCR和免疫组化法检测c-fos、c-jun的mRNA及蛋白质表达水平,以DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳和β-半乳糖苷酶染色分别观察细胞凋亡和细胞衰老.结果显示,野生型P53基因导入可诱导平滑肌细胞凋亡,c-fos和c-jun mRNA及蛋白质表达水平显著增高.外源性Rb基因导入能促进细胞衰老,下调c-fos基因表达,但对c-jun基因表达没有明显影响.  相似文献

Black tooth stain is a characteristic extrinsic discoloration commonly seen on the cervical enamel following the contour of the gingiva. To investigate the relationship between black tooth stain and the oral microbiota, we used 16S rRNA gene sequencing to compare the microbial composition of dental plaque and saliva among caries-free children with and without black stain. Dental plaque and saliva, as well as black stain, were sampled from 10 children with and 15 children without black stain. Data were analyzed using the pipeline tool MOTHUR. Student’s t-test was used to compare alpha diversities and the Mann-Whitney U test to compare the relative abundances of the microbial taxa. A total of 10 phyla, 19 classes, 32 orders, 61 families and 102 genera were detected in these samples. Shannon and Simpson diversity were found to be significantly lower in saliva samples of children with black stain. Microbial diversity was reduced in the black stain compared to the plaque samples. Actinomyces, Cardiobacterium, Haemophilus, Corynebacterium, Tannerella and Treponema were more abundant and Campylobacter less abundant in plaque samples of children with black stain. Principal component analysis demonstrated clustering among the dental plaque samples from the control group, while the plaque samples from the black stain group were not and appeared to cluster into two subgroups. Alterations in oral microbiota may be associated with the formation of black stain.  相似文献

This paper explores the correlates of variation in dental development across the order Primates. We are particularly interested in how 1) dental precocity (percentage of total postcanine primary and secondary teeth that have erupted at selected absolute ages and life cycle stages) and 2) dental endowment at weaning (percentage of adult postcanine occlusal area that is present at weaning) are related to variation in body or brain size and diet in primates. We ask whether folivores have more accelerated dental schedules than do like-sized frugivores, and if so, to what extent this is part and parcel of a general pattern of acceleration of life histories in more folivorous taxa. What is the adaptive significance of variation in dental eruption schedules across the order Primates? We show that folivorous primate species tend to exhibit more rapid dental development (on an absolute scale) than comparably sized frugivores, and their dental development tends to be more advanced at weaning. Our data affirm an important role for brain (rather than body) size as a predictor of both absolute and relative dental development. Tests of alternative dietary hypotheses offer the strongest support for the foraging independence and food processing hypotheses.  相似文献

Mice from the Orkney archipelago exhibit an important diversity regarding molar shape. While on some islands mice display a usual dental pattern, teeth from other islands display additional cusplets and unusual phenotypes that may constitute case studies for evaluating the potential functional relevance of dental changes. We developed a multifaceted approach combining 2D and 3D geometric morphometrics, dental topography, dental wear, biomechanics, estimations of masticatory muscles force, and in vivo bite force on wild-derived lab descendants exemplifying the two extreme dental morphologies. The two strains differed in the geometry of the upper and lower tooth rows, and in the topography of the upper row only. Surprisingly, the most unusual tooth morphology appeared as the least complex because tooth simplification overwhelmed the signal provided by the occurrence of additional cusplets. No difference in bite force nor muscle force was evidenced, showing that the important change in dental morphology was accommodated without major changes in the rest of the masticatory apparatus. The evolution of unusual dental phenotypes was possibly fueled by drift and inbreeding in small and isolated populations on remote islands of the archipelago. No functional counter-selection impeded this diversification, since the unusual dental phenotypes did not disrupt occlusion and mastication.  相似文献

Apposition of cementum occurs in phases resulting in two types of layers with different optical and staining properties that can be observed by light microscopy. Narrow, dark staining incremental lines are separated by wider bands of pale staining cementum. The distance from one line to the next represents a yearly increment deposit of cementum in many mammals, and counting these lines has been used routinely to estimate the age of the animals. Incremental lines in cementum have also been observed in sections of human teeth, and the object of the present investigation was to examine a number of methods for preparing and staining them for counting. Longitudinal and transverse sections, either ground or decalcified, were cut from formalin fixed human dental roots, paraffin embedded or frozen, and stained using several techniques. The cementum was investigated using conventional light, fluorescence, polarized light, confocal laser scanning, interference contrast, phase contrast, and scanning electron microscopy. Incremental lines in the cementum could be observed in ground sections and, following decalcification, in both frozen and paraffin embedded sections. Toluidine blue, cresyl violet, hematoxylin, or periodic acid Schiff (PAS) stained incremental lines allowing differentiation by conventional light microscopy. Contrast was best using fluorescence microscopy and excitation by green light since the stained cemental bands, but not the incremental lines, fluoresced after staining with cresyl violet, PAS or hematoxylin and eosin. The results with other microscopic techniques were unsatisfactory. Since incremental lines are not destroyed by acids and stain differently than the remaining cementum, it is likely that they possess an organic structure which differs from the cementum. Incremental lines in human dental cementum could be observed best using decalcified sections stained with cresyl violet excited by green light.  相似文献

Current interest in tetracycline staining of teeth and other enamel defects led to this review. In the handicapped child structural defects that were seen in the dental enamel may provide a most accurate etiological clue. The method of determining the time of insult is described. Comments are made on seven states in which enamel dysplasia may be frequently observed. A simple means of identifying tetracycline pigment incorporated in dental enamel is outlined. Bilirubin staining of teeth is also shown and warnings are given about the indelible nature of these pigments.  相似文献

Abstract. The nature, amounts, and distribution of glycos-aminoglycans (GAG) before and during odontoblast terminal differentiation were studied. GAG have been isolated from intact mouse tooth germs and from dissociated dental epithelia and dental papillae after labeling with [3H] glucos-amine or 35SO42− as precursor. The kinds and relative amounts of 3H-labeled GAG were analyzed by chromatography on a DEAE-cellulose column and cellulose thin-layer sheets. The amounts of individual GAG relative to total GAG were determined from the elution profiles, whereas their nature was identified by the selective removal of chromatographic peaks after enzymatic or chemical degradation. We found hyaluronate and probably a minute quantity of heparan sulfate in the dental epithelium, while hyaluronate, heparan sulfate, and chondroitin sulfate were the main types of GAG in the dental papilla. The chondroitin sulfate recovered was further fractionated by cellulose thin-layer chromatography into two isomers, namely chondroitin-4-sulfate (the major component) and chondroitin-6-sulfate. Changes in the elution profile from DEAE-cellulose chromatography of tooth GAG extracted from different developmental stages suggest that modifications of GAG occur during odontogenesis. Alcian blue staining localized large amounts of hyaluronate and sulfated GAG along the epithelio-mesenchymal junction. Tissue specificity and changing patterns of GAG were demonstrated during odontogenesis.  相似文献

Using the high-iron diamine thiocarbohydrazide silver proteinate (HID-TCH-SP) staining technique and enzymatic digestion, we investigated the ultrastructural distribution pattern of heparan sulfate side chains of heparan sulfate proteoglycan (HSPG) in various basement membranes (nerve, capillary, oral epithelial, muscle, and dental basement membranes). Four different distribution patterns of stain deposits were identified as heparan sulfate on the basis of enzymatic degradation by heparitinase. In some basement membranes associated with tooth germs and oral epithelium, HID-TCH-SP stain deposits were regularly located at both sides of the lamina densa, but few were observed in the lamina densa itself. In nerve, muscle, and capillary basement membranes, the stain deposits were localized at the external side of the lamina densa adjacent to the underlying connective tissue, but were not found in the laminae lucida and densa. In the internal basal lamina of junctional epithelium of gingiva, the stain deposits were detected mainly in the lamina lucida region. Finally, in some dental and oral epithelial basement membranes, the stain deposits were randomly distributed throughout both laminae lucida and densa. Thus, the present study demonstrated distinct differences in heparan sulfate distribution pattern among various basement membranes, suggesting their architectural heterogeneity.  相似文献

Here, we test whether the increase in tooth height in insular endemics results from the expansion of the dietary niche under resource limitation, as widely considered, or whether it represents an investment in dental durability in response to the selection for extended longevity under low levels of extrinsic mortality. We tested these hypotheses in the extremely hypsodont fossil bovid Myotragus balearicus from the Balearic Islands, an ideal model to study the evolutionary trends on islands. Dental abrasion was significantly lower in the insular bovid than in highly hypsodont continental artiodactyls, suggesting that feeding habits are not the sole driving force behind increased crown height. However, the estimated longevity for M. balearicus based on dental durability was two times that predicted from body mass. Survivorship curves confirm that an extraordinarily large number of individuals approached the longevity of the species. Our results, hence, provide evidence that hypsodonty in insular endemics is the outcome of selection for increased durability of the permanent dentition in association with an extended lifespan. In the context of insularity, our results lend additional support to the disposable soma theory of ageing confirming the dependency of somatic maintenance and repair on lifespan, and its control by resource availability and extrinsic mortality.  相似文献

I investigated the ultrastructural localization and histochemical properties of sulfated glycoconjugates in developing enameloid matrix of the fish Polypterus senegalus, by use of the high iron diamine thiocarbohydrazide silver proteinate (HID-TCH-SP) staining and enzymatic digestion methods. HID-TCH-SP stain deposits were localized in the dental basal lamina and in the whole thickness of developing enameloid matrix, particularly closely associated with enameloid collagen fibrils. Most HID-TCH-SP stain deposits in the enameloid were susceptible to testicular hyaluronidase but some stain deposits survived. HID-TCH-SP stain deposits in the basal lamina resisted the enzymatic digestion, and were regularly localized to the internal and external sites of lamina densa at an early stage of development, subsequently tending to be randomly arranged with the increase in thickness of enameloid matrix layer. Furthermore, enzymatic digestion with heparitinase preferentially removed HID-TCH-SP stain deposits in the region of the basal lamina. Thus, it was confirmed that most HID-TCH-SP stain deposits in developing enameloid matrix are chondroitin 4-sulfate and/or 6-sulfate and that the stain deposits in the basal lamina represent heparan sulfate. The chondroitin sulfates tended to disappear with the advancement of enameloid mineralization.  相似文献

Formalin-fixed rat hemimandibles were ground to approximately 80μ with the aid of a diamond disc attached to a dental handpiece. A 1/10-hp motor attached to the handpiece by a pulley powered the disc to speeds up to 4000 rev/min. Contact between the hemimandible, which was placed on water-moistened cork, and the diamond disc was made possible through manipulation of the handpiece. The ground sections obtained by this procedure were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and periodic acid-Schiff for microscopic study. The fine structure of mineralized tissues (teeth and bones) as well as related soft structures, e.g., blood vessels, endosteum, pulp, etc., were demonstrated. The procedure did not require the embedding of the tissue nor were complicated grinding devices necessary.  相似文献
