【目的】为明确南方根结线虫Meloidogyne incognita侵染对斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura幼虫的影响是否因幼虫的龄期而异。【方法】采用被南方根结线虫侵染和未被侵染的乌桕叶片饲喂斜纹夜蛾幼虫,并测定不同龄期幼虫的生长(幼虫体重、发育历期、相对生长率)和营养利用(取食量、近似消化率、食物转化率)情况。【结果】随着幼虫龄期的增加,斜纹夜蛾幼虫的取食量及发育历期呈上升趋势,幼虫体重、相对生长率和食物转化率先上升后下降,而近似消化率则先下降后上升。与饲喂未侵染南方根结线虫的乌桕叶片相比,取食线虫侵染的乌桕叶片的斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫近似消化率(0.78±0.07)%显著增加了约30%,但斜纹夜蛾的4龄幼虫体重(0.12±0.04)g、相对生长率(0.20±0.06)g·g(-1)·d(-1)·d(-1)和食物转化率(0.54±0.18)%分别降低了61%、36%和73%。线虫侵染处理与龄期互作对斜纹夜蛾的发育历期和取食量无显著影响。【结论】根结线虫侵染对斜纹夜蛾幼虫生长及其营养利用的影响因龄期而异,线虫侵染处理虽显著增加了斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫的近似消化率,但却抑制了其4龄幼虫的生长及其营养利用。  相似文献

不同寄主植物上马铃薯甲虫种群生长发育的比较研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
马铃薯甲虫Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say)是马铃薯Solanum tuberosum等茄科作物上的一种毁灭性害虫。为了探明寄主植物对新疆马铃薯甲虫种群生长发育的影响, 本研究通过非选择性试验测定了马铃薯、 茄子Solanum melongena和番茄Lycopersicon esculentum 3种栽培寄主及野生寄主中亚天仙子Hyoscyamus pusillus对马铃薯甲虫种群生长发育、 存活、 繁殖及生命表参数的影响。结果表明: 马铃薯甲虫幼虫虽然能够取食番茄, 但幼虫的发育历期长、 存活率低且蛹不能羽化, 表明番茄不是新疆马铃薯甲虫种群的适宜寄主。马铃薯、 茄子、 中亚天仙子3种寄主植物对该虫卵、 幼虫、 蛹的存活率和发育历期及成虫产卵前期没有显著影响, 但对蛹重和繁殖力影响显著。取食不同寄主植物后, 该虫蛹重和繁殖力从大到小的次序为: 马铃薯>茄子>中亚天仙子; 种群的净增殖率(R0)、 内禀增长率(rm)和种群趋势指数(I)从大到小依次为: 马铃薯>茄子>中亚天仙子。因此马铃薯为新疆马铃薯甲虫种群的最适宜寄主, 其次为茄子和中亚天仙子, 而番茄为不适宜寄主。  相似文献

选择4种可规模化饲养的昆虫——米蛾Corcyra cephalonica、家蝇Musca domestica、斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura、甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigu幼虫来饲养穴蚁蛉Myrmeleon sagax(Walker)幼虫(俗称蚁狮),研究这4种饵料对蚁狮生长发育及消化利用的影响。结果显示,用家蝇幼虫饲养的蚁狮,其体重增长、相对生长率、化蛹率、蛹重均显著高于用斜纹夜蛾和甜菜夜蛾幼虫饲养的蚁狮,而幼虫历期则比斜纹夜蛾和甜菜夜蛾幼虫饲养的短;用米蛾幼虫饲养,虽然蚁狮体重增长、化蛹率和蛹重与用家蝇幼虫饲养的差异不显著,但其相对生长率却显著低于用家蝇幼虫饲养的蚁狮,幼虫历期也比用家蝇幼虫饲养的明显延长。同时食物消化利用的结果显示,用4种饵料饲养蚁狮,它们的近似消化率差异不显著,但食物利用率和食物转化率均以家蝇幼虫饲养的蚁狮最高。经分析比较,在4种饵料昆虫中,以用家蝇幼虫每4d喂蚁狮1次的饲养效果最佳。  相似文献

【目的】研究稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocismedialis对水稻、玉米和人工饲料的取食代谢效应以及取食后幼虫生长发育、物质积累和中肠消化酶活性变化。【方法】在实验室条件下以水稻叶片、玉米叶片及人工饲料饲养稻纵卷叶螟,观察生长发育状况,取特定龄期幼虫测定消化代谢、营养物质积累及中肠消化酶活性。【结果】取食水稻的稻纵卷叶螟蛹重最高、历期最短,与玉米和人工饲料差异显著,取食人工饲料幼虫历期最长。取食不同饲料后单雌产卵量、产卵历期以及成虫寿命之间无显著差异;取食水稻的食物转化率显著高于玉米和人工饲料,取食人工饲料近似消化率最高;取食水稻和玉米的幼虫体内脂肪积累量显著高于人工饲料,取食人工饲料幼虫体内蛋白质和可溶性糖含量明显增加,显著高于水稻和玉米。人工饲料的幼虫体内总蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶三种消化酶活性显著高于水稻和玉米。【结论】不同饲料饲养对稻纵卷叶螟生长发育及营养物质累积均有影响,而稻纵卷叶螟幼虫可能通过调节取食量及消化酶活性的方式保证对食料中营养物质摄取。  相似文献

为研究甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua幼虫被斑痣悬茧蜂Meteorus pulchricornis寄生后的取食以及食物利用情况,在室内采用重量法测定了甜菜夜蛾4龄幼虫被寄生后取食量、体重增加量、营养指标的变化。结果表明:被寄生甜菜夜蛾幼虫的取食量、生长率和食物利用效率等明显受到抑制,幼虫被寄生后第3-6 d 取食量显著小于未被寄生幼虫,寄生后第4 d 的幼虫取食量只有正常幼虫的29.89%,第5 d只有48.69%。幼虫在寄生后的第3-5 d体重增加量显著小于未被寄生幼虫,分别为正常幼虫的21.51%,38.87%和14.42%,相对生长率则也显著低于后者。被寄生甜菜夜蛾幼虫的营养利用表现也明显不同于未被寄生幼虫,反映生长和代谢效率的食物利用率(ECI)和食物转化率(ECD)均显著降低,而反映吸收效率的近似消化率(AD)则提高。虽然在寄生后第4 d出现了相反的现象,其原因可能在于第4 d取食量明显减少,而体重仍在增加。本研究表明,斑痣悬茧蜂寄生明显抑制寄主甜菜夜蛾幼虫的取食、食物利用效率和生长。  相似文献

本文对粘虫Mythimna separata(Walker)不同幼虫密度下(1头/瓶、15头/瓶、30头/瓶)5龄至预蛹和6龄至预蛹的幼虫食物取食量、粪便排泄量、近似消化率、体重增长和粗生长效率等进行了研究。结果表明:幼虫的食物取食量、粪便排泄量随幼虫密度的增加而加大,表明群居或幼虫密度的增加可使幼虫的取食量增加从而使为害加重。但是,幼虫的体重增长则随幼虫密度的增加而下降,这是因为近似消化率和粗生长效率也随幼虫密度的增加而下降的缘故。由此认为,食物利用率下降是高密度条件下粘虫个体较小的主要原因之一。但是,些效应均随幼虫密度影响的消失而消失。  相似文献

幼虫食物对甜菜夜蛾生长发育、繁殖及飞行的影响   总被引:31,自引:8,他引:23  
报道了人工饲料、圆白菜和玉米苗三种食物对甜菜夜蛾 Spodoptera exigua 发育历期、蛹重以及成虫产卵和飞行能力的影响。幼虫取食人工饲料时发育历期最短, 蛹最重 (138 m g) , 产卵量最高 (643 粒) ; 在12 h 的吊飞测试中, 成虫飞行距离最远 (255 k m ) , 飞行时间最长 (62 h) ,飞行超过10 k m 的个体占679 % , 超过5 h 的占607 % 。幼虫取食玉米苗时发育历期最长, 蛹最轻 (52 m g) , 产卵量最低 (416 粒) , 成虫仅能飞行33 k m , 17 h , 飞行超过10 k m 或5 h 的个体均仅占42 % , 各项指标均显著低于人工饲料组。幼虫取食圆白菜时各项指标与人工饲料组基本相似 ( 幼虫历期和蛹重除外) , 而显著优于玉米苗组 ( 幼虫历期除外) 。这些结果表明, 幼虫食物对甜菜夜蛾的生长发育、产卵及飞行能力均有显著的影响, 因而是影响其个体发育、种群增长及种群动态的重要因素之一。同时, 由于取食本人工饲料的各项指标均优于其它两种食料植物, 因而可作为饲养甜菜夜蛾的实用饲料。  相似文献

在室内条件下,比较了棉铃虫幼虫对辣味程度依次下降的豫优鲜辣2号、豫艺绿冠、豫艺墨秀大椒和豫甜椒12号4个辣椒品种果实的嗜食性、食物转化率和利用率及种群增长情况。结果表明:(1)棉铃虫幼虫的取食选择性、对食物的近似消化率和利用率在4个辣椒品种之间存在明显差异。其中初孵、3龄和5龄幼虫对4个辣椒品种果实的选择性规律基本一致,在豫甜椒12号品种上幼虫出现的百分率和取食量比率均最大;随着辣椒品种辣味程度的降低,5龄幼虫在其上的取食时间和休息时间依次增加,活动时间则依次降低;取食4个辣椒品种的果实后,6龄幼虫的相对生长率、相对取食量和食物转化率差异不显著,但取食豫甜椒12号与豫优鲜辣2号和豫艺绿冠之间的近似消化率和食物利用率差异达显著水平。(2)室内271 ℃ 、70 %-80 % RH和16 L:8 D光周期条件下,棉铃虫在4个辣椒品种上均能完成其世代周期,随着辣椒品种辣味程度的增加,1龄幼虫和整个世代的发育历期依次延长,且在豫甜椒12号与豫优鲜辣2号之间差异达显著水平。其中在豫优鲜辣2号上棉铃虫的世代发育历期最长(27.86 d),其次为豫艺绿冠(27.23 d),再次为豫艺墨秀大椒(26.83 d),在豫甜椒12号上的发育历期最短(25.85 d);棉铃虫在4个辣椒品种上的世代存活率分别为豫优鲜辣2号为21.67%、豫艺绿冠为23.33%、豫艺墨秀大椒为23.33%、豫甜椒12号为35.00%;取食4个品种辣椒后,棉铃虫的蛹重差异不显著,其中雌蛹重分别为取食豫甜椒12号品种的为249.3 mg,取食豫艺墨秀大椒的为244.7 mg,取食豫艺绿冠的为243.4 mg,取食豫优鲜辣2号的雌蛹最轻,为209.4 mg。雄蛹重与雌蛹表现出的规律基本一致,但取食同一品种的雌蛹重均高于雄蛹重。(3)棉铃虫的种群净增殖率和内禀增长率在豫优鲜辣2号品种上最低,在豫甜椒12号品种上最高。以上结果表明,随着4个辣椒品种辣味程度的增加,棉铃虫在其上的寄主适合度则依次降低,其寄主适合度顺序为:豫甜椒12号>豫艺墨秀大椒>豫艺绿冠>豫优鲜辣2号。  相似文献

三种阔叶草坪草对斜纹夜蛾生长发育及营养利用的作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了探讨斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura对草坪的为害,提供综合治理该虫的理论依据,室内利用白三叶草Trifolium repens、红三叶草T. pratense和马蹄金Dichondra repens 3种阔叶草坪草,分别饲喂斜纹夜蛾幼虫;应用编制实验种群生命表的方法,分析斜纹夜蛾种群生长发育的趋势;同时研究该幼虫对3种草坪草的趋性及营养利用。结果表明:斜纹夜蛾幼虫的趋性表现为白三叶草>红三叶草>马蹄金。该虫在3种草坪草上都能够完成生活史;2种三叶草饲喂的该虫幼虫存活率、化蛹率、成蛾率显著高于马蹄金,幼虫期和蛹期则显著短于马蹄金;3种草坪草饲喂的该虫产卵期和平均产卵量相互之间差异不显著,而马蹄金饲喂的产卵前期和雌成虫寿命则显著短于2种三叶草。3种草坪草饲喂的该虫净生长率(Ro)、世代平均周期(T)、内禀生长率(rm)、周限生长率(λ)、种群加倍时间(DT)及种群增长参数(I)都有差异,其中2种三叶草的各种群增长参数较接近。对5龄幼虫取食3种阔叶草坪草的营养指标测定结果显示:取食马蹄金的相对生长率显著高于取食红三叶草的;取食马蹄金的相对取食量和近似消化率显著高于取食三叶草的;取食马蹄金的食物利用率和食物转化率显著低于取食三叶草的;2种三叶草间无显著差异。综合分析认为,斜纹夜蛾最喜食三叶草,最容易在三叶草草坪上猖獗为害。  相似文献

The feeding behaviour of potato tuber moth, Phthorimaea operculella Zeller (Lep., Gelechiidae), reared on leaves and tubers of potato plants, which were irradiated as seed (tubers) with stimulation doses of gamma irradiation (1, 3, 5 and 10 Gy), was studied. Significant differences in the larvae and pupae developmental time, pupal weight, mortality, fecundity and percentage egg hatch, were observed between insects fed on plants which resulted from the irradiated seeds and those of the control. It appears that leaves of potato plants grown from irradiated seeds particularly those of 3 Gy, became more attractive to the larvae, although the resulting tubers, with the exception of those of 10 Gy, became more resistant to potato tuber moth. Storing the tubers at ambient temperature conditions affected the degree of larval sensitivity. The leaves and tubers of 10 Gy-irradiated seeds became more suitable for insect development, indicating that the later dose may inhibit the production of secondary plant metabolities and chemical compounds.  相似文献

Soil-applied imidacloprid exhibits exceptional efficacy as a systemic insecticide against the Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say). An uneven distribution of the chemical within potato plants could result in differential concentrations, which may allow for discrimination between genotypes of varying susceptibility. In this study, susceptible and tolerant larvae were fed leaves from the lower, middle, and upper canopy of treated and untreated plants to characterize within-plant distribution of imidacloprid at 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 wk after planting. Significant differences in larval mortality and development indicated that the concentration of imidacloprid was unevenly distributed in the potato foliage during 6-14 wk after planting. The concentration of imidacloprid was lowest in the younger tissues of the upper leaves and highest in the older, lower leaves. At 6 wk, a time when the postdiapause beetles are colonizing potato fields, the lower concentration in upper leaves was toxic to susceptible larvae but did not kill a substantial portion of the tolerant larvae. Results suggest that higher concentrations of imidacloprid in the lower canopy leaves may act as a toxic barrier to colonizing susceptible beetles but may allow more tolerant individuals to reach the upper canopy with lower concentrations. Possible scenarios of how different concentrations of the systemic insecticide could influence the rate of resistance development are discussed.  相似文献

在实验室条件下,通过人工饲养研究了虫害处理的69杨和895杨对分月扇舟蛾Clostera anastomosis幼虫、蛹及成虫的生长发育的影响。结果表明:虫害处理的叶片对分月扇舟蛾幼虫表现为驱避作用;取食虫害处理的叶片,使得幼虫的发育历期延长,死亡率增加,对食物的利用和转化效率下降;蛹重减轻,蛹期延长;成虫的羽化率降低,产卵量减少。说明昆虫取食危害能够诱导杨树对分月扇舟蛾产生抗虫性。  相似文献

Colorado potato beetle (CPB; Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say, Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) has shown a remarkable adaptability to a variety of control measures. Although oryzacystatin I and II (OCI and OCII) have potential in controlling pests that use cysteine proteinases for food digestion, expression of a single OC gene in potato exhibited a minimal or no effect on CPB fitness traits. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of coexpressed OCI and OCII in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivars Desiree, Draga?evka and Jelica on CPB larvae. Growth parameters, consumption rates and food utilization, as well as activity of proteases of CPB larvae were assayed. Second and third instar larvae fed on transformed leaves molted earlier and had higher relative growth and consumption rates than larvae fed on nontransformed leaves, while efficiency of food utilization was unaffected. In contrast, fourth instar maximum weight gain and amount of leaves consumed were about 20% lower for the larvae fed on transgenic potato. Analysis of total protease activity of third instar larvae revealed reduction in overall proteolytic activity measured by azocasein hydrolysis, accompanied with inhibition of cysteine proteinase activity 24 h after ingestion of potato leaves expressing OCI and OCII. However, after long‐term feeding on transformed leaves proteolytic activities of larvae became similar to the controls. Although feeding on OCI/OCII leaves did not affect larval survival, coexpression of OC genes reduced the development time and thus significantly decreased plant damage caused by CPB larvae.  相似文献

2010年6月至7月,在室内研究了美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea(Drury)第1代幼虫对洋白蜡、欧美107号杨、法桐和白榆的取食量及不同的食料种类对美国白蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明,美国白蛾对受试的各树种的取食量以洋白蜡为最多,完成一代平均每头可以取食2.21 g,其次为欧美107号杨1.95 g,再次为法桐和白榆,分别为1.85 g/头和1.68 g/头。3龄后幼虫对不同的寄主呈现出一定的偏好性,特别是5龄和6龄幼虫对不同的寄主的取食量表现出显著差异。不同的食料植物对美国白蛾幼虫和蛹的发育历期、存活率、蛹重、成虫寿命、产卵量等有显著影响。取食法桐对其生长发育和繁殖表现出明显的不利性,主要表现为幼虫期延长、蛹重减轻、单雌产卵量降低。  相似文献

为了选育出在生产上具有推广价值的美洲黑杨Populus deltoides优良抗虫品系,本研究以分月扇舟蛾Clostera anastomosis 3龄幼虫为材料,以I-72杨为对照评价和分析了18个美洲黑杨无性系在实验室条件(28±1℃,RH 70%,16L∶8D)下的抗虫性,通过选择性和非选择性取食实验筛选出了11个具有较强抗性的无性系; 测定了美洲黑杨主要营养物质和次生代谢物质含量,研究了不同无性系对分月扇舟蛾体内保护酶和消化酶活性及对该虫生长发育和食物利用的影响。结果表明:美洲黑杨不同无性系抗性的大小与它们叶片中总酚含量呈明显正相关趋势; 抗性水平不同的无性系对分月扇舟蛾幼虫的生长发育和食物利用有不同的影响,表现在幼虫体重、每日体重增加量、相对生长率、近似消化率、食物利用率和食物转化率等主要生长发育指标的变化上,同时对分月扇舟蛾幼虫取食量和排粪量亦有不同的影响。结果说明,分月扇舟蛾对次生代谢物质的反应更为敏感,抗性无性系对分月扇舟蛾幼虫体内SOD和CAT酶活性有明显的激活作用。  相似文献

报道饲养烟青虫HelicoverpaassultaGue澖ee的一种人工饲料,比较了烟青虫取食该饲料和天然饲料的主要生物学指标,测定了6龄幼虫对2种食料的转化和利用率。该人工饲料的主要成分是麦胚、黄豆粉、酵母粉和烟叶粉,天然饲料为烟草叶片。结果表明:取食人工饲料的烟青虫幼虫生长发育快,化的蛹较大,成虫寿命长,产卵量大,所产卵孵化率高;取食人工饲料的烟青虫与取食烟草蒴果的相比,前者相对取食量和近似消化率较高,相对生长率无显著性差异。说明烟青虫对该人工饲料有较好的适应性,可以作为繁殖烟青虫的实用饲料。  相似文献

在室内用重量法研究了粘虫Mythimna separata (Walker)高龄幼虫对转Bt基因玉米MON810和Bt11叶片的消化和利用,以明确Bt玉米对暴食期幼虫取食的影响。结果表明,在连续测定的5天中,取食MON810和Bt11两种Bt玉米叶片时,幼虫存活率和取食量均显著低于各自的对照组幼虫,取食Bt玉米叶片的幼虫体重呈下降趋势,第3 天时分别比第2 天减少12.2 mg 和7.4 mg,而取食对照玉米叶片时的幼虫日增重显著的高于处理组的幼虫,第3 天的日增重分别为100.4 mg 和119.9 mg。取食Bt玉米叶片的幼虫对食物的转化率(ECI和ECD)均为负值,在最初4 天的ECI和ECD都显著低于对照组幼虫,但取食两种非Bt玉米叶片的幼虫的近似消化率(AD) 随取食时间的延长而逐渐下降,取食第5 天分别为20.6 %和15.1 %;而取食MON810和Bt11叶片时幼虫的AD均显著地高于对照组幼虫。  相似文献

The phytotoxic potential of Beauveria brongniartii and its main secondary metabolite oosporein were evaluated against seed potatoes ( Solanum tuberosum ) both in vitro and in situ . In a tray test, potatoes were inoculated using conidiospores and grown either in garden soil or in B. brongniartii -enriched soil. The only significant effect of the treatment was the fact that the weight of the roots was different compared with the controls. The weight of haulm and tubers was unaffected by the treatment with B. brongniartii . No oosporein was detected in the potatoes, although the density of B. brongniartii in the soil was forty times higher than recommended for the usage of this biological control agent (BCA). This indicates that oosporein does not enter the food chain via potato tubers. The effect of BCA on seed potatoes was also tested in situ . No B. brongniartii was detected in the potato field before the application of BCA. Three months after application, an average of 3 ×10 4 colony forming units per gram soil (dry weight) were recorded. Although Melolontha melolontha larvae damaged 60% of the potatoes, only 3% of the tissue samples were infected with B. brongniartii . The results obtained in this study suggest that B. brongniartii and its secondary metabolite oosporein pose no risks to potato plants, tubers, or to their consumers.  相似文献

Baseline toxicity levels to a novel semicarbazone insecticide, metaflumizone were established for 25 field populations of Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae),from North America. Excluding the susceptible laboratory strain, 50% lethal concentrations of metaflumizone ranged from 0.57 to 1.31 ppm, while response slopes ranged from 1.92 to 4.24 (average = 2.93), and were unrelated to the 50% lethal concentration (r = 0.06; P = 0.76). Beetle populations with known resistance to the neonicotinoid imidacloprid also exhibited the highest LC50 levels to metaflumizone suggesting at least the possibility of cross-resistance. Additional experiments using a potato leaf-dip bioassay as well as field efficacy evaluations confirmed the high level of toxicity of metaflumizone to L. decemlineata and demonstrated a potential benefit of tank mixing a low rate of the pyrethroid esfenvalerate with metaflumizone at one-tenth the recommended field rate. These research findings confirm that metaflumizone is highly active against L. decemlineata larvae and adults and could provide an effective alternative insecticide for potato pest management.  相似文献
