本文研究两种品系油菜植株成分与桃蚜(Myzus persicae(Sulzer))、萝卜蚜(Lipaphis erysimi(Kaltenbach))的种群消长及成蚜翅型的关系.经分析得出如下结果:1.桃蚜种群消长与苏氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、丙氨酸、硬脂酸等含量有关;桃蚜成蚜无翅率与精氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸、异亮氨酸等含量有关.2.萝卜蚜种群消长与苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、含水量有关;萝卜蚜成蚜无翅率与含水量.亚麻酸.苏氨酸、油酸,天门冬氨酸、丝氯酸、亚油酸等含量有关.  相似文献

研究白蝴蝶(Syngonium podophyllum)乙醇提取物、苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum)乙醇提取物、机油乳剂和0.3%印楝素乳油对桃蚜(Myzus persicae)和萝卜蚜(Lipaphis erysimi)的控制效果.室内四因子(1/2实施)二次正交回归旋转组合设计测试对有翅蚜的忌避作用,结果表明,对有翅桃蚜的主要忌避作用物为苍耳乙醇提取物,当苍耳提取物与白蝴蝶乙醇提取物混用,以及机油乳剂和印楝素混用时,对桃蚜有翅蚜的忌避效果提高;而对萝卜蚜有翅蚜的忌避作用主要受苍耳提取物和白蝴蝶提取物的影响.这些干扰作用均是非线性的.田间试验结果,单独使用白蝴蝶提取物对有翅成蚜有较强的驱避作用;对萝卜蚜自然种群的干扰控制作用以4种植物提取物和药剂混配效果最好,达95.7%;对桃蚜自然种群干扰控制效果最好的则是白蝴蝶提取物,控制效果达87%;同时,白蝴蝶提取物与印楝素乳油混配以及苍耳提取物与印楝素乳油混配,对两种蚜虫的控制效果均达80%以上.  相似文献

采用恒温试验,自然变温试验和大田系绕调查相结合的研究方法,探讨了温度对桃蚜和萝卜蚜孤雌胎生型翅型分化的影响,结果表明低温有助于翅的发育,高温则对翅的发育有抑制作用,但低温对翅发育的促进作用在桃蚜中比在萝卜蚜中要强得多。在桃蚜中还证实母蚜体内的仔蚜胚胎期及仔蚜都可感受温度的作用从而对仔蚜的翅型分化产生影响。根据本文结果并综合文献中有关报道,作者认为在确定蚜虫翅型分化与环境因子的关系时,温度是一个不可忽略的重要因子。  相似文献

测定了桃蚜Myzus persicae(Sulzer)、萝卜蚜Lipaphis erysimi (Kaltenbach)非全周期孤雌胎生型在13个恒温、3组自然变温下的发育、存活和生殖情况.结果表明:(1)温度对两种蚜虫的发育速率(以及桃蚜的翅型分化)、寿命和存活率;生殖力和生殖率都有直接的影响;(2)两种蚜虫能生存繁衍的温度广度基本一致,恒温下限到上限约相距23℃,但所对应的具体温度范围桃蚜的比萝卜蚜的约低3—4℃;(3)在较低的温度下,桃蚜的发育速率、若虫期存活率、生殖力和生殖率都比萝卜蚜的高,而在较高温度下则是萝卜蚜的比桃蚜的高;(4)两种蚜虫的内禀增长能力rm均随温度升高呈二次抛物线变化,在16—24℃范围内两种蚜虫的rm基本一致,低于16℃桃蚜的比萝卜蚜的高,高于24℃则萝卜蚜的比桃蚜的高;(5)在变温下两种蚜虫能适应的低温范围都比在恒温下明显要低.  相似文献

Alate formation and its importance in the population dynamics of Elatobium abietinum is examined. It is concluded that alate formation is related to high soluble nitrogen levels in Sitka spruce needles. In N.E. Scotland the proportion of the population developing as alatae was related to aphid density. The apparently differing status of alatae in S. England may be related to differences in the physiology of the host caused by heat input. In Scotland alate formation may cause a decline in spruce aphid populations when densities are very high but, at the densities normally encountered in Scotland and Germany only small proportions of the populations become alate. In these areas the population collapses in late June or early July occur in response to low soluble nitrogen levels in the spruce needles. The role of alate adults in the formation of new colonies following migration to uncolonised hosts is discussed.  相似文献

Summary Observations over a period of 10 years showed that, in Northeastern Scotland, alatae of E. abietinum regularly appeared in mid-May, the timing being unrelated to aphid density. The peak number of alatae produced was, however, correlated with aphid density. Following an initially high level the proportion of alatae dropped to virtually nil by mid-June, whilst over the same period the aphid population density increased. Amino acid levels in spruce needles were considerably higher during the period of alate formation than they were at the termination of alate production. It is suggested that a high amino acid level was the main factor controlling the formation of alatae and that population density affected the proportions of these alatae only when nutritional levels were favourable for alate formation.  相似文献

1 A simulation model was developed to investigate the inter‐relationship of factors influencing the population dynamics of the bird cherry‐oat aphid (Rhopalosiphum padi (L.)) in barley crops during the autumn and winter. 2 The model incorporated algorithms describing alate immigration, development and survival of adults and nymphs, fecundity and morph determination in newly born nymphs. 3 The model was validated against pest outbreaks in barley fields in south‐east England. 4 It simulated accurately the size of the outbreaks with predictions of peak aphid populations within 20% of the observed in all but one case. Similarly, all but one of the year‐sowing date combination predictions of timing of peak abundance fell within 14 days of the observed. 5 A sensitivity analysis of the model highlighted the relative importance of various population processes in determining simulated aphid population dynamics; decreasing mortality rates of apterous nymphs by as little as 5% over the autumn and winter increased peak densities by as much as 60‐fold, whereas increasing daily temperatures by only 1 °C more than doubled peak aphid abundance. 6 The model identified our understanding of the mechanisms of aphid mortality as a limiting factor in the accurate prediction of R. padi outbreaks in the field.  相似文献

1. Specialisation in dispersal by alate aphids often imposes constraints on other functions, particularly a reduction in fecundity due to wing development. Short‐distance flight from patches of high population density to uninfested plants may provide temporary predator‐free space, compensating for low fecundity. However, this theoretical prediction has not been explored experimentally. 2. To test this hypothesis, a field cage experiment was conducted in which Aphis glycines populations initiated with controlled proportions of apterous and alate individuals were exposed to predation, while predator‐free space was accessible only through flight. It was predicted that an investment in alate individuals would benefit a population under predation, regardless of associated costs to fecundity. 3. As expected, a strong trade‐off was observed between fecundity and wing development. However, populations initiated with a fixed proportion of alate and apterous individuals showed no reductions in final population size compared with populations initiated with apterous individuals exclusively. Moreover, the initial presence of alate individuals in the populations increased aphid prevalence (i.e. proportion of plants colonised). Similarly, both increased population size and prevalence were observed when predator‐free space was accessible through flight, as opposed to when it was inaccessible. 4. These results show that despite high costs to fecundity, an investment in alate individuals is neither beneficial nor detrimental to population size when predator‐free space is accessible, but increases aphid prevalence. It is concluded that prevalence might provide an ecological advantage important enough to warrant the production of alate morphs under intense predation.  相似文献

【目的】研究大豆播期对大豆蚜Aphis glycines Matsumura及其天敌的影响。【方法】试验在2012年、2013年进行,设置了3个大豆播期处理。每周调查播期处理田大豆蚜种群及天敌种类和数量,分析大豆蚜种群数量、种群增长率的时序动态、大豆蚜和天敌的关联度。【结果】不同播期条件下大豆蚜有翅蚜及无翅蚜的种群动态趋势基本一致,有翅蚜蚜量高峰期要早于无翅蚜1周。处理间的大豆蚜田间始见期与终见期随着播期推后而延迟,大豆蚜在田间扩散和消退的时期也随着大豆播期延后。晚播的两个处理高峰期蚜量多于或等于正常播期处理的蚜量。大豆蚜与天敌关联度随着播期的推后而变高。在调查的7种天敌中大豆蚜与异色瓢虫的关联度最高,草蛉、小花蝽和蚜茧蜂也表现较高的关联度。【结论】播期会显著影响大豆蚜的田间始见期和终见期,随着播期的推迟大豆蚜种群高峰期蚜量以及大豆蚜与天敌的关联度都会提高。  相似文献

通过1992—1978年的调查试验, 初步明确了以下事实:本地越冬的麦长管蚜尚未羽化, 田间已出现有翘成蚜;小麦苗期发现了穗期才能产生的穗型蚜;在冰冻期的高山上多次捕到有翅麦蚜;有翅成蚜大范围的“同期突发”现象;外来麦蚜占春季田间有翅蚜的98.8%以上.首次提出, 在有本地蚜源的情况下, 存在外来蚜源, 且外来蚜源可以成为春季田间麦长管蚜群的主体.本文分析讨论了迁入蚜源的可能基地和须进一步研究的问题.  相似文献

Interannual dynamics of aerial and arboreal green spruce aphid populations   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Partial defoliation of spruce by the green spruce aphid Elatobium abietinum (Walker) is a recurrent event in European and, increasingly, North American forests. The patterns of insect abundance on trees have never been satisfactorily described by a numerical model despite considerable knowledge of endogenous and exogenous factors in the population dynamics of the species. Long-term field population estimates of the aphid on foliage provided the opportunity to evaluate such a model. Unlike comparable models for tree-dwelling aphids, this was also applicable to almost completely independent aphid field data derived from the Rothamsted Insect Survey’s nationwide network of suction traps. Although based on relatively few parameters, the model was robust in its predictions of alate aphids geographically remote from the forest in which the original population was estimated. The population maximum, which causes the greatest forest damage, is reached in early summer and can be predicted from knowledge of winter temperature (chill bouts), spring temperature (thermal sum), and interannual negative feedback (density dependence). The model provides confirmation that alate populations of spruce aphids, upon which a number of other extensive studies have been based, are ultimately influenced by similar endogenous and climatic factors and that they are a reasonable proxy for aphids on trees.  相似文献

Abstract.  1. Non-Mendelian maternal effects, the effects of maternal phenotype or environment on offspring phenotype, have been documented in numerous taxa. By affecting offspring vital rates (birth, death, and movement), maternal effects have the potential to influence population dynamics. However, relatively few studies have directly linked maternal phenotype or environment to offspring vital rates. Additionally, even fewer studies have compared the magnitude of across-generation effects (i.e. maternal effects) to within-generation effects.
2. Because of their telescoping generations, aphids can be strongly influenced by maternal effects. The effects of maternal density and maternal host-plant species on offspring survival, fecundity, and alate formation were investigated experimentally in Aphis nerii , the milkweed–oleander aphid.
3. Additionally, the relative strength of maternal effects were compared with those operating within a generation. Therefore, in another set of experiments, the effects of current density and host-plant species (within-generation effects) on aphid vital rates were examined.
4. While maternal effects were present, within-generation effects were much stronger and more strongly influenced aphid vital rates. Within a generation, aphids exhibited density-dependent survival, fecundity, and alate formation and these effects varied among host-plant species.
5. These results indicate that while maternal effects have the potential to affect population dynamics, this potential is not always met. Additionally, the current environment, not the environment of previous generations, more strongly impacts population dynamics.  相似文献
