<正>1.总则 按修订的第1号生物制品规程B部分有关检定实验室的基本要求执行。(生产单应和检定实验室的基本要求) 国家质控当局应为人血和血液制品的质量检定的需要提供标准品和参考制品。在适宜情况下,这些标准应与相应的国际标准进行标校。     

E. O. 威尔逊与生物多样性保护

1980年,《哈佛杂志》(Harvard Magazine)的编辑邀请了7位哈佛大学教授,请他们提出未来10年全球即将面对的最大难题。其中4人提出贫穷问题,理由分别是人口过度膨胀、乡村人潮大举涌入城市,以及资本主义盛行带来的贫富差距加剧。第5位教授把焦点放在美国自身,提出福利国家和政府管控过度的议题。     

E.O.威尔逊的“博物学家”头衔

威尔逊(Edward O.Wilson,1929-2021)是哈佛大学著名学者,取得多方面的成就,有许多头衔,如昆虫学家、演化生物学家、社会生物学家、思想家等。我特别关注他的博物学家(naturalist,也可译作"博物者")头衔(Nichols,1991;MacGregor,2018),他本人也特别在意这个称号,并把它用作自传《博物学家》的书名(Wilson, 1994)。     

E. O. 威尔逊与岛屿生物地理学理论

20世纪伟大的博物学家和生物地理学家爱德华·奥斯本·威尔逊(Edward Osborne Wilson,1929-2021)与杰出的理论和数学生态学家罗伯特·赫尔默·麦克阿瑟(Robert Helmer MacA rthur,1930-1972)共同开创的岛屿生物地理学理论是他们青年时代的巅峰之作。     

RAN肿瘤病毒与致癌基因H.E.varmus

H.E.varmus系美国加利福尼亚医科大学微生物和免疫学系教授。今年5月在上海国际三致(致突、致癌和致畸)学术交流会上,宣讲了“肿瘤病毒和致癌基因”论文,他论述到:所有RNA肿瘤病毒(反向病毒)都通过前病毒DNA的中间物进行复制。     

Micropropagation of Calluna vulgaris cv. ‘H.E. Beale’

Axillary shoot producing cultures were obtained from microcuttings and shoot tips of Calluna vulgaris cv. H.E. Beale. For cultures derived from microcuttings the highest multiplication rate of 38 shoots (5 mm or longer) was obtained on a reduced salt medium with the addition of 0.5 mgl^-1 2-isopentenyladenine (2iP) during an 8 week subculture. For shoot tip derived cultures 0.2 mgl^-1 6-benzyladenine (BA) was the best cytokinin and led to a multiplication rate of 26 for a 6 week subculture. The addition of 1 g/l casein hydrolysate to a multiplication medium enhanced shoot proliferation in presence of 0.5 mgl^-1 BA.Despite various auxin treatments shoots formed no roots in vitro but rooted readily if transferred to a peat substrate ex vitro. A high rooting percentage (80%) was also obtained with shoots taken from the end of a multiplication phase and rooted directly. An additional subculture on low auxin containing media before transfer to peat substrate is recommended because the shoot condition can be improved in this way. A high number of rooted plantlets was produced, so the methods described will allow mass propagation.

Ecole d'été de l'A.C.E.M.I.—Ha?ti

Six Canadian medical students record their experience at a summer school of tropical medicine in Haiti, sponsored by the Canadian Association of Medical Students and Internes. The social, economic and medical background is described, including “Voodoo” practices, language and Haitian art. Attention is directed to the occurrence of umbilical tetanus, diarrhea and malnutrition. From even a brief stay in a country such as Haiti one comes to appreciate that a public health program in an underdeveloped nation is not strictly a medical undertaking but must be seen in its social and economic contexts.     

天冬氨酸酶E.coli融合表达研究

以大肠杆菌基因组DNA为模板,设计引物扩增得到天冬氨酸酶基因,将其重组于胞内融合表达型T载体中,重组质粒转化表达宿主大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)。SDS-PAGE分析表明,工程菌经IPTG诱导,表达大量表观分子量约75kD的融合蛋白。经试验,工程菌细胞具有较高的天冬氨酸酶活性,融合形式的酶最适温度37℃,最适pH8.5,融合伴侣DsbA的存在对酶活没有影响。
