【目的】光肩星天牛Anoplophora glabripennis和星天牛A.chinensis经常混合发生,危害共同的寄主,且共享相同的聚集信息素。本研究旨在评价聚集信息素和寄主植物挥发物对这两种星天牛的引诱作用。【方法】通过取食面积法,测定了两种星天牛对复叶槭Acer negundo、青皮垂柳Salix babylonica和苦楝Media azedarach 3种寄主枝条的室内取食偏好性;采用动态顶空吸附法结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析了寄主植物挥发物成分;通过在浙江余姚和慈溪的野外诱捕试验,分析了聚集信息素和植物挥发物对两种星天牛的诱捕效果。【结果】室内选择性和非选择性取食试验结果都显示,光肩星天牛最喜食的寄主植物是复叶槭,其次是青皮垂柳,再次是苦楝;而星天牛对这3种寄主植物的选择顺序与光肩星天牛相反,最喜食苦楝,其次是青皮垂柳,再次是复叶槭。寄主植物挥发物成分中,以萜烯类和芳香族化合物居多,每种寄主挥发物都有几种特有的成分,且不同寄主植物的挥发物中多种成分之间存在显著性差异。野外林间诱捕试验结果显示,聚集信息素与苦楝混合配方MK(4-庚氧基丁醇+4-庚氧基丁醛+莰烯+顺-3-己烯-1-醇+罗勒烯+β-石竹烯)、聚集信息素M(4-庚氧基丁醇+4-庚氧基丁醛)、苦楝配方K(莰烯+顺-3-己烯-1-醇+罗勒烯+β-石竹烯)和柳树配方L(壬醛)都同时诱捕到了光肩星天牛和星天牛。其中,聚集信息素与苦楝混合配方MK对光肩星天牛和星天牛的诱捕效果最好,都表现出比单独使用信息素或者植物挥发物更高的诱捕效果;聚集信息素诱捕到的光肩星天牛和星天牛中雌虫比例更高,而植物挥发物诱捕到的光肩星天牛和星天牛中雄虫比例更高。【结论】本研究进一步证实了聚集信息素4-庚氧基丁醇和4-庚氧基丁醛是光肩星天牛和星天牛共享的信息素;同时,壬醛、莰烯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、罗勒烯和β-石竹烯是光肩星天牛和星天牛共享的植物挥发物。聚集信息素和植物挥发物联合使用可以应用于光肩星天牛和星天牛的林间监测技术。  相似文献

【目的】挖掘能影响桑天牛Apriona germari行为反应的山核桃Juglans mandshurica挥发物,为筛选桑天牛的植物源引诱剂或驱避剂提供理论依据。【方法】采用动态顶空套袋法收集不同危害状态[健康(CK)以及桑天牛取食、产卵和钻蛀危害]下山核桃释放的挥发物,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)、气相色谱-触角电位测量系统(GC-EAD)及Y型嗅觉仪分析鉴定出桑天牛成虫对其产生电生理及行为反应的挥发物。【结果】不同危害状态下山核桃释放的挥发物皆以萜烯类和芳香族化合物居多,且有多种成分相对含量存在显著性差异,其中每种危害状态下山核桃释放的挥发物都有一种或几种特有的成分。桑天牛成虫仅对不同危害状态下山核桃释放的蒎烯、乙酸叶醇酯、壬醛、α-萜品醇、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯及正十六烷6种挥发物产生显著的电生理反应,对其他挥发物无反应,其中雌成虫对壬醛的电生理反应最强,而雄成虫对乙酸叶醇酯的电生理反应最强。嗅觉反应结果显示,丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯仅对桑天牛雌成虫有显著的引诱作用(P0.05),而乙酸叶醇酯则仅对雄成虫有极显著的引诱作用(P0.01);壬醛对桑天牛雌雄成虫均有显著的引诱作用(P0.05),而α-萜品醇则对其有显著的驱避作用(P0.05)。【结论】本研究结果表明,乙酸叶醇酯、壬醛和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯对桑天牛成虫有较强的引诱作用,而α-萜品醇则对其有较好的驱避作用。  相似文献

【目的】为了探明对云斑天牛Batocera lineolata Chevrolat成虫具有行为导向的寄主植物挥发物对成虫行为反应的影响。【方法】采用触角电位(EAG)和"Y"型嗅觉仪技术,测定云斑天牛成虫(未交配雌虫、未交配雄虫、已交配雌虫)对10种寄主植物挥发物的电生理和行为反应。【结果】所选化合物在特定浓度下,均能引起云斑天牛成虫较为明显的EAG反应,浓度为100μg/μL时,云斑天牛成虫对所测试的植物挥发物的EAG反应最强,其中未交配雌、雄及已交配雌虫对(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇的EAG反应相对值均为最大,分别达2.35、2.31和2.22。行为反应生测中,(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇对未交配雌、雄虫可产生明显的引诱作用,芳樟醇则对两者具有明显的趋避作用,而已交配雌虫对所有化合物均无明显趋性。【结论】试验结果可为开发对其有效的林间引诱剂提供一定的理论依据。  相似文献

【目的】华北大黑鳃金龟Holotrichia oblita是一种分布范围广,寄主种类多的农业害虫。本研究鉴定了桃树顶空挥发物中对华北大黑鳃金龟雌虫具有触角电生理活性的化合物,并探索桃树挥发物活性成分的剂量对华北大黑鳃金龟雌、雄虫触角电生理反应的影响。【方法】采用顶空吸附法收集桃树枝叶挥发物,用气相色谱 触角电位联用技术(GC-EAD)和气相色谱 质谱联用技术(GC-MS)鉴定有电生理活性的桃树挥发物成分,最后用触角电位(electroantennograph, EAG)技术测试这些挥发物在0.01,0.1, 1, 10和100 μg剂量下引起的华北大黑鳃金龟雌、雄成虫EAG反应。【结果】桃树挥发物中能引起华北大黑鳃金龟雌成虫触角电生理反应的成分有7种,包括Z-β-罗勒烯、顺-3-己烯乙酸酯、顺-3-己烯醇、壬醛、水杨酸甲酯以及2种未知化合物。所测试的对华北大黑鳃金龟雌成虫触角具有电生理活性的5种桃树挥发物成分在各剂量下都能引起雌、雄成虫明显的EAG反应。雌、雄虫对同种物质的EAG反应随着剂量的增加而有增大的趋势,并且雌虫的EAG反应显著高于雄虫。【结论】桃树挥发物中,罗勒烯、顺-3-己烯乙酸酯、顺-3-己烯醇、壬醛、水杨酸甲酯均能引起华北大黑鳃金龟雌、雄成虫的剂量依赖性的触角电生理反应,而且存在显著的性别差异。可利用这些化合物开展行为反应和田间诱集试验,进一步验证其对华北大黑鳃金龟的引诱活性。  相似文献

为了探明对星天牛Anoplophora chinensis有效的引诱物质,本实验研究了星天牛对其嗜好取食的砂糖橘Citrus reticulata cv.Shiyue Ju和苦楝Melia azedarach枝叶浸提物的触角电位反应(GC-EAD),结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析了寄主浸提物化学成分。结果表明:壬醛,α-蒎烯、柠檬烯、芳樟醇、4-松油烯醇、松油醇、苯并噻唑和石竹烯等8种寄主植物组分均能引起星天牛不同程度的触角电位反应,其中壬醛的GC-EAD反应重复性最好。本研究为星天牛引诱剂开发提供了理论依据。  相似文献

【目的】充分利用虫害诱导的植物挥发物对天敌的引诱作用,增强天敌对麦蚜田间控制作用,是有效开展害虫生态调控的基础。【方法】比较分析小麦受蚜虫取食对小麦挥发物的影响;检测异色瓢虫对未受损小麦、麦蚜危害小麦和顺-3-己烯乙酸酯的嗅觉反应;评估顺-3-己烯乙酸酯应用于田间后对异色瓢虫和麦蚜的影响。【结果】麦蚜取食提高了小麦挥发物顺-3-己烯乙酸酯的释放速率和相对含量;受麦蚜取食的小麦和单顺-3-己烯乙酸酯均对异色瓢虫有显著的引诱作用;顺-3-己烯乙酸酯投放到田间显著提高了异色瓢虫密度,降低了麦蚜密度。【结论】虫害诱导的植物挥发物(顺-3-己烯乙酸酯)能吸引天敌(异色瓢虫),可用于田间增强天敌对害虫的控制作用。  相似文献

通过林间调查和室内选择性试验,研究云斑天牛Batocera horsfieldi(Hope)成虫在补充营养阶段对多种寄主植物的选择性。林间调查结果表明,云斑天牛成虫对法国冬青(V.awabuki)和光皮桦(B.luninifera)有较强的嗜食性,林间最高取食选择率分别为100%和92.4%。利用"Y"型嗅觉仪测定云斑天牛成虫对法国冬青、核桃(Jugians regia L.)、光皮桦和杨树(Populus tomentosa)等寄主挥发物的行为反应,生测结果与林间调查及室内选择结果一致,法国冬青和光皮桦的挥发物对云斑天牛引诱效果明显,并且枝条挥发物引诱力高于叶片挥发物,引诱效果最佳的组合为:采用蒸馏法,用二氯甲烷提取的冬青枝叶粗提物;采用浸提法,用乙醚提取的冬青和光皮桦枝叶粗提物和二氯甲烷分别提取的冬青枝和叶的粗提物。  相似文献

【目的】探究马尾松健康植株不同位置挥发性物质,比较其不同部位的挥发物的种类差异及含量,分析松墨天牛成虫对健康马尾松各部位挥发物的触角电位反应和嗅觉反应,为开展松墨天牛的行为调控技术提供依据。【方法】采用静态顶空法和气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析了马尾松松针、1 cm枝条、5 cm枝条、20 cm树干、30 cm树干、松油脂6个部位的挥发物,并对松墨天牛雌雄成虫进行触角电位测定和行为反应观测。【结果】6个部位的挥发物提取物中,共检测出36种挥发性物质,各部位挥发物种类相近,相对含量差异较大,但其主要挥发物均为萜烯类物质,主要包括月桂烯、蒎烯、左旋-beta-蒎烯、莰烯等。在触角电位试验中,5 cm枝条挥发物提取物的触角电位值最高,松油脂挥发物提取物的触角电位值最高;在行为反应试验中,各部位挥发物对松墨天牛成虫均有一定的引诱作用,其中雌成虫对5 cm枝条挥发物提取物的趋向性最高,雄成虫对30 cm树干和松油脂挥发物提取物的趋向性最高。【结论】健康状态下,马尾松5 cm枝条及30 cm树干和松油脂中萜烯类挥发物制成的植物源引诱剂对松墨天牛两性成虫具有更好的引诱作用,这将为提高现有的诱捕剂效果提供参考,同时为松墨天牛虫害防治提供科学依据。  相似文献

采用Tenax-TA吸附剂吸附法结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析了法国冬青和光皮桦的健康株和云斑天牛危害株挥发性物质的日节律变化,并利用触角电位技术比较分析了云斑天牛未交配雌、雄虫对法国冬青和光皮桦挥发物的触角电位(EAG)反应.结果表明:法国冬青被取食后柠檬烯、壬醛、十六烷、丙烯酸丁酯和3-甲基丁酸的含量减少,光皮桦被取食后新己烷和十六烷的含量减少;而法国冬青和光皮桦被取食后新合成了异十二烯、辛醇、吲哚、癸醛、己醛和丙烯菊酯等物质.云斑天牛未交配雌、雄成虫对光皮桦被害株挥发物的EAG反应值最大,分别为1.23和1.38 mV;对法国冬青健康株挥发物的EAG反应值最小,分别为0.95和1.01 mV.不同时段,成虫对12:00—14:00挥发成分的EAG反应值最低,与成虫野外取食行为多发生在清晨和傍晚相一致.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted in different locations to investigate responses of adult Stegobium paniceum and Lasioderma serricorne (Col., Anobiidae) to different commercially available or prototype fabrications of their female‐produced sex pheromones. The results showed that the number of S. paniceum captured in traps baited with the commercially available lures was significantly higher than those captured in traps baited with the prototype stegobinone lures. The three commercially available brands of serricornin lures investigated were equally effective in capturing L. serricorne. In a related study, we conducted a 9‐week trapping experiment to determine if responses of L. serricorne to serricornin can be enhanced by the presence of host plant odours. Traps were baited with serricornin alone, serricornin plus dried red chilli (Capsicum frutescens L.) or red chilli alone. The results showed that the number of beetles captured in traps baited with a combination of serricornin and chilli volatiles were significantly higher than in traps baited with pheromone or chilli volatiles alone, indicating that potential exist for improved monitoring or mass trapping of L. serricorne by combining pheromone with plant‐derived volatiles present in Capsicum spp.  相似文献

Field trapping assays were conducted in 2009 and 2010 throughout western Michigan, to evaluate lures for adult emerald ash borer, A. planipennis Fairmaire (Coleoptera: Buprestidae). Several ash tree volatiles were tested on purple prism traps in 2009, and a dark green prism trap in 2010. In 2009, six bark oil distillate lure treatments were tested against manuka oil lures (used in 2008 by USDA APHIS PPQ emerald ash borer cooperative program). Purple traps baited with 80/20 (manuka/phoebe oil) significantly increased beetle catch compared with traps baited with manuka oil alone. In 2010 we monitored emerald ash borer attraction to dark green traps baited with six lure combinations of 80/20 (manuka/phoebe), manuka oil, and (3Z)-hexenol. Traps baited with manuka oil and (3Z)-hexenol caught significantly more male and total count insects than traps baited with manuka oil alone. Traps baited with manuka oil and (3Z)-hexenol did not catch more beetles when compared with traps baited with (3Z)-hexenol alone. When compared with unbaited green traps our results show that (3Z)-hexenol improved male catch significantly in only one of three field experiments using dark green traps. Dark green traps caught a high number of A. planipennis when unbaited while (3Z)-hexenol was seen to have a minimal (nonsignificant) trap catch effect at several different release rates. We hypothesize that the previously reported kairomonal attractancy of (3Z)-hexenol (for males) on light green traps is not as obvious here because of improved male attractancy to the darker green trap.  相似文献

  1. Thousand Cankers Disease (TCD) of walnut trees is caused by the pathogenic fungus Geosmithia morbida vectored by the walnut twig beetle (WTB) Pityophthorus juglandis. Monitoring efforts for WTB rely on pheromone-baited traps, but lures are likely effective at attracting beetles only over short distances. Fungal-derived kairomones may increase the efficacy of current lures, while additional volatiles may repel beetles from valuable trees.
  2. The objective of this study was to determine the extent to which fungal, host and non-host volatiles modify the attraction of WTB to pheromone-baited traps. A trapping study that combined fungal, host-associated and non-host compounds with WTB-pheromone lures was conducted over three years in black walnut plantations experiencing a TCD outbreak in Walla Walla, WA.
  3. Traps baited with pheromone and G. morbida volatiles (i.e., isoamyl and isobutyl alcohol) consistently attracted more WTB, while other fungal volatiles inconsistently increased attraction compared to those baited with pheromone lure alone. This is the first field study that demonstrates fungal volatiles can increase the attraction of a bark beetle to its pheromone in a hardwood system.
  4. One fungal (benzyl alcohol) and two additional volatiles (limonene, piperitone) repelled WTB from pheromone-baited traps. Although limonene is known to repel WTB, this is the first demonstration that benzyl alcohol and piperitone repel a bark beetle.
  5. Fungal volatiles may increase the efficacy of monitoring efforts and may play an important role in management tactics for WTB, especially in detecting the introduction and establishment of nascent populations and protecting trees from colonizing beetles.

The emerald ash borer (EAB), Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire (Coleoptera: Buprestidae), is a highly destructive primary pest of ash (Fraxinus sp., Oleaceae) trees outside of its native range. Ash is an important component of many ecosystems and its loss would be detrimental to both the economy and the environment. The present study aimed to improve our understanding of the effectiveness of green sticky prism traps baited with host kairomone and insect pheromone lures for A. planipennis and to collect data for modelling the range of attraction of the pheromone (3Z)-dodecen-12-olide [(3Z)-lactone]. Traps were deployed over a single flight season in urban locations of Ontario, Canada, with low densities of EAB. Traps were placed in pairs of trees separated by not more than 25 m. All traps contained the host kairomone, (3Z)-hexenol, with the remaining half in each pairing additionally baited with (3Z)-lactone pheromone. Both lure types were highly effective in capturing EAB, with >90% detection rates overall. However, traps baited with the lactone pheromone and host volatile lures doubled trap captures of EAB over distances of at least 25 m from the nearest traps baited with only host volatiles. Although the baseline detection rate of traps containing (3Z)-hexenol alone is not significantly reduced compared with traps containing (3Z)-lactone, the overall trap effectiveness is significantly increased when (3Z)-lactone is present. The implications for the use of (3Z)-lactone at 3 mg per septum dose in an early warning trapping system are discussed. Trap layout methods and risk-based analysis models can now be further refined by including these data about the attractive range of lures and their behaviour in different plot environments.  相似文献

Emerald ash borer, Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire (Coleoptera: Buprestidae), is a major pest of ash trees, Fraxinus spp. (Oleaceae), in North America. This study investigated the timing of reproductive development in female beetles and the influence of female reproductive maturity on attraction to host volatiles. Based on dissections of females of increasing age, females with access to males for mating, and thus presumed mated, developed mature eggs only after 18–24 days. In contrast, female beetles reared without access to males, and thus unmated, did not develop mature eggs at any age. Chemical analysis of cuticular hydrocarbons detected the contact sex pheromone, 9‐methyl‐pentacosane, in cohorts of females which were 8–9 days old and older, supporting previous research that this compound signals sexual maturity to males. Results from field‐trapping bioassays demonstrated that stage of female reproductive maturity influenced their attraction to host volatiles: females caught on traps baited with foliar volatiles contained eggs and ovarioles that were significantly less developed than those on traps baited with bark sesquiterpenes. However, our results revealed that females with immature stages of ovarioles and undeveloped eggs, such as those observed in unmated females, were rarely ever caught on traps baited with either of the host volatile lures. Further research on host compounds attractive to immature females is critical for early detection and possible control of A. planipennis populations during the extended pre‐oviposition period.  相似文献

本研究首先是在不同的寄主植物中利用蚜虫性信息素进行田间诱蚜实验。结果表明寄主植物影响性信息素田间诱蚜的种类和效果。在桃园 ,以蚜虫性信息素荆芥内酯和荆芥醇为性诱剂的水盆诱捕器 ,诱到 3种蚜虫的雄蚜 ,分别是桃蚜、桃粉大尾蚜和莲缢管蚜。其中 ,桃蚜占绝大多数 ,且还被性信息素的单一组分植物提取的荆芥内酯所吸引。麦田中诱到的雄蚜为麦二叉蚜。苹果园中诱到的雄蚜是绣线菊蚜和梨中华圆尾蚜 ,且性信息素诱捕器中的数目远多于对照诱捕器。据田间诱蚜实验结果推测 ,荆芥内酯和荆芥醇对桃粉大尾蚜有吸引作用 ,荆芥内酯可能是绣线菊蚜和梨中华圆尾蚜性信息素的一个组分。另外进行的田间实验表明寄主植物挥发性物质对蚜虫性信息素诱蚜效果有影响 ,当荆芥内酯诱捕器同时释放桃叶挥发物时 ,诱到的桃蚜雄蚜数量明显增加。触角电位记录实验也表明桃蚜雄蚜对桃叶挥发物和桃芽挥发物有反应。  相似文献

【目的】从保护生态环境兼顾防治害虫的角度出发,研究不同防治方法对麦蚜种群动态的影响,为麦蚜的田间防治提供理论依据。【方法】本试验分别设置不同的麦蚜防治田(空白对照田、黄板田、糖醋液田、诱芯田、诱虫灯田、综合防治田),在小麦生长期观察不同的防治田内麦蚜的种群动态的变化。【结果】诱虫灯对有翅蚜的防治效果要好于黄板和糖醋液,但对禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphum padi(Linnaeus)有翅蚜的诱捕效果不明显,黄板和糖醋液对有翅蚜和无翅蚜均有防治效果,多种防治方法共同利用对麦蚜种群数量有一定的防治效果。【结论】多种防治方法共同使用的防治效果优于单一防治方法,诱虫灯、糖醋液、黄板、诱芯对不同种类麦蚜的防治效果不同。在田间使用时应注意不同时期采用不同的防治方法。  相似文献

【目的】为了研究槐绿虎天牛Chlorophorus diadema(Motschulsky)对主要寄主植物柠条锦鸡儿Caragana kroshinskii(Kom.)挥发物中醇类、醛类、烷类、酯类和萜烯类共5类6种化合物的生物活性。【方法】采用EAG和嗅觉行为生测技术,测定槐绿虎天牛雌雄虫对1-癸醇、正壬醛、正十六烷、乙酸-2-乙基丁酯、1-十六烯和1-辛烯6种化合物单一组分8个浓度梯度及其20种组合配方的电生理和嗅觉行为反应。【结果】结果表明,槐绿虎天牛雌雄虫对单一化合物和组合配方的EAG反应值与嗅觉行为反应选择率的变化趋势基本一致。组合配方中,雌雄虫均对S、P、Q、H、I和B 6种配方的引诱活性与对照的差异性具有统计意义(P<0.05)。【结论】(1)组合配方明显较单一组分配方对槐绿虎天牛的引诱效果好;(2)由1-癸醇、正十六烷和正壬醛组成的S配方引诱效果最好;(3)1-癸醇、正十六烷、正壬醛和1-十六烯4种化合物的最适浓度可以作为槐绿虎天牛植物源引诱剂的成分作进一步的研究。  相似文献

Since its introduction into the United States in the past 10 yr, soybean aphid, Aphis glycines Matsumura (Hemiptera: Aphididae), has been a damaging pest to soybean, Glycine max (L.) Merrill. During 2008 and 2009, fields in central and north central Iowa experienced pockets of high soybean aphid populations. Electroantennograms have shown that soybean aphid alatae are capable of detecting host plant volatiles and sex pheromones. Here, we evaluated baited pan traps as a potential soybean aphid attractant. Yellow pan traps were placed in soybean fields after planting along with lures that contained plant volatiles and sex pheromones in 2008 or sex pheromones only in 2009. Pan trap contents were collected weekly, and plant counts also were conducted. Aphids were identified, and soybean aphids were counted to determine whether one chemical lure was more attractive to spring migrants than other lures. In both years, soybean aphids collected in pan traps with lures were not significantly different from the other products tested.  相似文献
