为系统掌握常春二乔玉兰春夏季开花物候节律,探讨其与营养物质的关系,本研究以6年生常春二乔玉兰为试验材料,观测其年生长发育节律、春夏季开花物候特性以及茎段营养物质的含量变化。结果表明:(1)每年12月始至翌年2月下旬为常春二乔玉兰休眠期。2月下旬花芽膨大生长,并于3月开始春季开花,花期持续约20 d。4月进行营养生长,5月完成花芽分化。5月底部分花芽膨大并于6月开始开花,夏季花期持续约20 d。7~9月为未膨大花芽的发育滞缓期。此外,少量夏季开放的花的基部侧芽再次分化形成花芽。10~12月随着落叶的开始,树体逐渐进入休眠期。(2)常春二乔玉兰营养生长后分化的花芽能够花开两季。春季开花为先花后叶,开花率为100%,开花同步率较高,雌、雄蕊发育正常,为可育花。夏季开花为花叶同放,开花率约为30%,且开花同步率较低,开放的花内雌、雄蕊发育异常,为不育花。(3)春季开花期间可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白呈下降趋势,淀粉含量于开花后期下降;夏季开花期间可溶性糖和淀粉总体呈先降后升趋势,而可溶性蛋白总体呈下降趋势。综上所述,常春二乔玉兰春、夏季开花期内开花模式存在一定差异,其显著节律特征与营养物质含量变化有关,推测低水平的可溶性糖及高水平的淀粉和可溶性蛋白有利于春季开花的启动,而低水平的可溶性蛋白及高水平的可溶性糖和淀粉含量则有利于夏季开花的实现。  相似文献

低温处理对牡丹春节催花及营养类物质变化的影响   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:10  
连续观察、测定了牡丹春节催花进程中不同低温天数处理对温室外自然低温解除休眠及温室内培养过程中形态及某些生理生化变化的影响,结果显示:低温处理34d后的11月28日温室外牡丹花芽形态及可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸含量变化显著,11月28日左右是低温处理期间牡丹花芽代谢变化剧烈的时期;处理41d后的12月5口及以后移入温室的植株能够正常开花。以上结果从形态与营养物质变化的角度说明了11月28日左右牡丹花芽开始逐步解除休眠,12月5日花芽已彻底解除休眠,不同低温对牡丹春节催花过程中花芽的发育有着质的作用。  相似文献

该研究采用人工温室于3种培养温度(20℃/15℃、15℃/10℃、10℃/5℃)条件下,分析独蒜兰生长开花进程以及假鳞茎中有机物质含量的动态变化。结果表明:(1)于20℃/15℃(模拟原生地开花期自然温度)处理下,独蒜兰进入初花期的时间比15℃/10℃、10℃/5℃处理下分别提前24d和53d,花期分别延长了4d和6d。(2)独蒜兰的花色以10℃/5℃处理较深,但该处理中有哑蕾出现。(3)老假鳞茎生长开花过程中,20℃/15℃处理的淀粉含量呈升高趋势,15℃/10℃和10℃/5℃处理先升高后降低;3种温度处理下,可溶性糖均在花期含量最高,且10℃/5℃处理下可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量均保持较高水平。研究认为,20℃/15℃和15℃/10℃培养温度均有利于独蒜兰的生长和开花;独蒜兰休眠的假鳞茎不需要经过低温诱导解除休眠,随着温度上升,相应的生长发育进程就会启动。  相似文献

为了探讨砂梨二次开花与枝皮和花芽营养之间的关系,分析了‘丰水’梨去叶后二次开花过程中枝皮和花芽有机营养的变化。结果显示:(1)‘丰水’梨从去叶后第6天出现萌芽现象,在第2周萌芽率迅猛增长,至第42天萌芽率增至91%,满树呈春天开花现象。(2)去叶后初期‘丰水’梨枝皮中可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,并于第12天时达到高峰后迅速下降,且枝皮中可溶性糖和淀粉含量迅速降低的时期与花芽萌芽率快速提高期同步;去叶后枝皮中可溶性蛋白质含量急剧降低,而花芽中游离氨基酸的含量迅速增加。(3)‘丰水’梨花芽萌芽率与枝皮、花芽中的淀粉和可溶性蛋白质含量呈极显著或显著负相关关系,而与花芽中可溶性糖含量呈显著正相关关系。研究表明,砂梨枝皮、花芽中有机营养物质及其活跃状态是影响其花芽萌动的重要原因。  相似文献

以新疆主栽品种灰枣和骏枣的花芽为材料,测定不同分化时期花芽的可溶性糖、还原糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量,SOD、POD、PPO、CAT活性以及内源GA3、IAA、ABA、ZT水平的变化,并分析它们与花芽分化的关系,为枣花芽分化调控提供理论参考。结果表明:(1)灰枣和骏枣花芽可溶性糖、还原糖和淀粉含量在花芽分化过程的变化趋势基本相似,于花原基分化期至雌蕊分化期先降低后升高,至雌蕊分化期到达峰值;而可溶性蛋白质含量变化趋势相反,在花原基分化期至雌蕊分化期先上升再降低。(2)在整个花芽分化过程中,其POD、PPO、CAT活性变化趋势基本一致,从花芽开始分化后逐步降低,最低点出现在雌蕊分化期;两个品种花芽SOD活性在花原基分化期至分化初期时显著上升,之后SOD活性在灰枣中不断降低,而在骏枣中则显著上升。(3)两品种花芽IAA、GA3、ZT含量在分化过程中的变化规律基本相似,它们均在萼片分化期前呈下降趋势,之后GA3、ZT含量及灰枣中IAA含量逐渐上升,而骏枣IAA含量在萼片分化期至花瓣分化期呈先显著上升后下降再上升;灰枣ABA含量在花原基分化期至萼片分化期显著上升,而同期骏枣则显著降低,随着分化进程的推进,灰枣ABA含量在萼片分化期后逐步降低,而骏枣则逐步上升并在雌蕊分化期达到峰值。(4)花芽分化开始后,骏枣ABA/IAA、ZT/IAA、GA3/IAA比值快速上升,但GA3/ABA、ZT/ABA的比值呈下降趋势;灰枣ZT/IAA、GA3/IAA在花原基分化期至萼片分化期显著上升后降低,分化结束后低于花原基分化期。研究认为,枣花芽开始分化后会消耗大量的营养物质,导致花芽的可溶性糖、淀粉和还原糖含量降低,且整个分化过程中淀粉含量始终高于可溶性糖和还原糖含量;两个品种枣花芽分化过程中POD、CAT、PPO活性下降以及骏枣花芽分化过程中SOD活性的上升均有利于枣营养生长向生殖生长的转变,且枣花芽分化过程中低水平的GA3和IAA、中等水平的ABA、较高水平的ZT,以及较高的ZT/IAA、ABA/IAA和GA3/IAA有利于枣花芽分化和花芽形成。  相似文献

【背景】细菌生物膜在废水处理领域显示出良好的前景,但目前应用于海水养殖水体处理的菌株主要源自淡水菌株,存在难以适应海水高盐环境的问题。源自红树林的海洋着色菌(Marichromatiumgracile)YL28应用于海水养殖水体处理,不仅具有高效除氮能力,而且趋光贴壁能力很强。【目的】阐明海洋着色菌(Marichromatium gracile) YL28的生物膜形成特性和规律,以期为海水养殖水体生物膜反应系统的开发和应用提供参考。【方法】以生物膜和游离菌体生物量、脱氢酶活性、生物膜多糖含量和蛋白含量、无机三态氮去除活性为测定指标,在光照厌氧环境中研究海洋着色菌YL28菌株的生物膜形成规律、生物活性和脱氮效果。【结果】随着时间延长,4 000 lx光照时游离菌体生物量逐渐升高,但在稳定期前快速降低,而成膜生物量经过延滞期后逐渐升高并趋于稳定,表明培养过程中游离菌体能趋光贴壁生长并形成生物膜。在0-5 000 lx光照范围内培养4 d,低光照强度(500 lx)时成膜率(71.21%)最高,1 000-4 000 lx光照强度下成膜率虽然不是最高(54.64%-68.66%),但适宜菌体成膜,膜生物量干重达到0.60-0.80 mg/cm2。除了5 000 lx光照对成膜菌体脱氢酶活性有不利影响外,成膜菌体和游离菌体脱氢酶活性随光照强度升高而升高,而且没有明显差异。生物膜的形成会导致光反应器内部光照受限,但反应器内部游离菌体的脱氢酶活性并没有降低,由此表明,培养液中的菌体主要在生物膜及其界面生长并游离扩散至培养液中。随光照强度(1 000-5 000 lx)和培养时间(4-10 d)的变化,胞外复合物(Extracellularpolymericsubstances,EPS)中蛋白含量变异较大,多糖含量变化较小;随时间延长,蛋白含量升高,其中3 000 lx时蛋白含量最高;4 000 lx时生物膜菌体与游离菌体脱氮活性相比,单位质量菌体的氨氮和亚硝氮去除活性未受到明显影响,而硝氮去除活性有所降低。【结论】海洋着色菌YL28具有良好的生物膜形成能力,其成膜过程主要是菌体趋光贴壁生长成膜,成膜菌体具有良好的脱氮活性,这为利用生物膜系统消除海水养殖水体氮污染奠定了基础。  相似文献

以郁金香的两个品种‘朱迪斯'(‘Judith Leyster')和‘大笑'(‘Big Smile')为材料,采用石蜡切片法确定其花芽分化进程,并测定花芽分化期鳞茎内碳水化合物和可溶性蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明,郁金香花芽分化过程中,两个品种的碳水化合物含量的变化趋势较为接近。随着鳞茎含水量的下降,可溶性总糖和可溶性蛋白含量均呈先增加后减少的趋势。淀粉含量的变化呈现波动性,而淀粉酶活性则持续增强并在后期达到稳定水平。鳞片中可溶性糖含量和淀粉酶活性同时增加是郁金香花芽形态分化启动的标志。相比于外层鳞片,内层鳞片是为花芽原基生长发育提供营养物质的首要场所。  相似文献

以西红花球茎为材料,设置20℃-25℃-20℃(T_1)、20℃-30℃-25℃(T_2)、25℃-35℃-25℃(T_3)及25℃-30℃-25℃(经验变温对照,CK_1)和25℃-25℃-25℃(恒温对照,CK_2)共5组三阶段(Ⅰ-Ⅱ-Ⅲ)变温处理,在各阶段采集球茎样品,用石蜡制片方法观察西红花花芽的分化情况,并测定各处理组球茎的淀粉、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、内源生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)的含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,探索变温处理对西红花花芽分化的影响,为调控其花芽分化提供理论依据。结果表明:(1) T_1处理组的西红花球茎先于其他各组开始花芽分化,其花芽长度与生长状况优于其他各处理组,且首花时间较对照组提前1周以上。(2)变温处理期间,T_1处理可促进可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白等营养物质的积累,同时有利于SOD、POD以及CAT等抗氧化酶活力的提高,且T_1处理可有效调节内源IAA和GA的含量。研究发现,外界环境温度的改变也可间接调节西红花球茎内部营养物质、抗氧化酶及植物激素的合成与运输,从而影响植物的休眠和花芽分化,最终调控花芽分化和开花,适宜的三阶段变温处理(20℃-25℃-20℃)能有效地调控西红花花芽分化的起始与时间长短。  相似文献

为了解果梅(Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc.)雌蕊分化进程及其败育机制,采用石蜡切片法观察了不同时期果梅品种‘龙眼’(‘Longyan’)和‘大嵌蒂’(‘Daqiandi’)花芽纵切面的解剖结构,并对2个品种不同时期花器官发育状况、花芽百分率、花芽纵径和横径以及花芽中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和淀粉含量进行了测定分析.结果显示:雌蕊分化期、雌蕊分化末期及盛花期,品种‘龙眼’的不完全花比例均显著小于品种‘大嵌蒂’,其中,盛花期‘龙眼’不完全花比例仅为5.0%,而‘大嵌蒂’不完全花比例高达76.3%.品种‘龙眼’雌蕊分化过程经历未分化期、分化初期、分化期及分化末期4个阶段,且最终有95.0%的花芽在分化末期能顺利形成完全花;品种‘大嵌蒂’雌蕊分化过程则包含未分化期、分化初期、分化期、解体期、解体后修复期和分化末期6个阶段,且仅有23.7%的花芽能形成完全花.雌蕊分化的不同阶段2个品种花芽纵径和横径的变化与其分化进程基本一致.品种‘龙眼’完全花的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量均高于品种‘大嵌蒂’的完全花和不完全花、淀粉含量则低于后两者;品种‘大嵌蒂’不完全花的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量最低、淀粉含量则最高,与2个品种的完全花有显著差异.综合分析结果表明:品种‘大嵌蒂’的花芽在12月中上旬停止伸长生长、雌蕊分化停滞直至逐渐解体,这一时期即为品种‘大嵌蒂’雌蕊败育的关键时期;导致果梅雌蕊选择性败育的原因可能与花芽中大分子营养物质的分解代谢有关.  相似文献

以穗花牡荆为研究材料,通过探究其花芽分化进程和生理特性,为花期调控技术提供成花机理。采用物候期观察和石蜡切片相结合的方法并测定花芽分化过程中相关生理指标,研究花发育过程中的形态和生理变化。结果表明,穗花牡荆花芽分化为一年多次分化型,其进程可划分为七个时期:未分化期、总轴花序原基分化期、初级分轴花序原基分化期、次级分轴花序原基分化期、小花原基分化期、花器官分化前期和花器官分化后期。同一植株不同位置花芽及同一花序中不同单花分化的进程不同,第一季花期后各阶段的花芽分化形态常存在重叠。花芽分化过程中不同时期叶片和花芽的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量均有上升下降的变化,总体上叶片中营养物质含量高于花芽保证营养供应。花芽分化过程中,IAA、ABA、CTK和GA3整体水平上先升后降有利于花芽分化进行。研究认为,花芽中大量的可溶性糖和蛋白质积累及较高的碳氮比,有利于穗花牡荆花芽形态分化顺利完成。低水平的GA3/ABA和IAA/CTK有利于花序的形成,ABA/CTK和ABA/IAA比值升高促进小花原基和小花萼片原基的分化, GA3/CTK、GA3/ABA和GA3/IAA比值升高促进花瓣原基、雄雌蕊原基发育。  相似文献

Scirtothrips perseae Nakahara was discovered attacking avocados in California, USA, in 1996. Host plant surveys in California indicated that S. perseae has a highly restricted host range with larvae being found only on avocados, while adults were collected from 11 different plant species. As part of a management program for this pest, a “classical” biological control program was initiated and foreign exploration was conducted to delineate the home range of S. perseae, to survey for associated natural enemies and inventory other species of phytophagous thrips on avocados grown in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and Brazil. Foreign exploration efforts indicate that S. perseae occurs on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1500 m) from Uruapan in Mexico south to areas around Guatemala City in Guatemala. In Costa Rica, S. perseae is replaced by an undescribed congener as the dominant phytophagous thrips on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1300 m). No species of Scirtothrips were found on avocados in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, or Brazil. In total, 2136 phytophagous thrips were collected and identified, representing over 47 identified species from at least 19 genera. The significance of these species records is discussed. Of collected material 4% were potential thrips biological control agents. Natural enemies were dominated by six genera of predatory thrips (Aeolothrips, Aleurodothrips, Franklinothrips, Leptothrips, Scolothrips, and Karnyothrips). One genus each of parasitoid (Ceranisus) and predatory mite (Balaustium) were found. Based on the results of our sampling techniques, prospects for the importation of thrips natural enemies for use in a “classical” biological control program in California against S. perseae are not promising.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. The genusKarschia, in the earlier sense, including saprophytes and parasites on lichens, has been thought to be a non-lichenized parallel genus of the lichen genusBuellia. Modern workers included it on the one hand inBuellia, on the other hand combined it with bitunicate ascomycetes. It is now proved thatKarschia is heterogeneous and contains but superficially similar members both of the genusBuellia of theLecanorales and of typical or masked bitunicateAscomycetes. Therefore, it can not be regarded as a link betweenLecanorales andDothideales. The type species ofKarschia belongs to theDothideales.

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Since 1999, four specific weevils (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) were released in the Republic of Congo against three exotic floating water weeds: Neochetina eichhorniae Warner and N. bruchi Hustache against water hyacinth, Neohydronomus affinis Hustache against water lettuce, and Cyrtobagous salviniae Calder and Sands against water fern. Recoveries of exotic weevils were made from all 24 release sites except one, and all four species have established and spread (up to 800 km for water hyacinth weevils). Within a few years of releases, control of water fern and water lettuce was such that fishing and navigation could be resumed, while reductions of water hyacinth populations were only beginning.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献
