An internal fragment of the ddl gene, encoding the cytoplasmic enzyme D-alanyl-D-alanine ligase, was sequenced from 566 isolates of Streptococcus pneumoniae and single isolates of Streptococcus mitis and Streptococcus oralis. The 52 alleles found among the S. pneumoniae isolates fell into two groups. Group A alleles were very uniform in sequence and were present in both penicillin-susceptible and penicillin-resistant pneumococci. Group B alleles were much more diverse and were found only in penicillin-resistant isolates. The Streptococcus oralis and Streptococcus mitis alleles were less diverged from group A alleles than some of the group B pneumococcal alleles, suggesting that the latter alleles contain interspecies recombinational replacements. The ddl gene was located 783 bp downstream of the penicillin-binding protein 2b gene (pbp2b). Sequencing of the pbp2b-recR-ddl-murF region of three penicillin-resistant pneumococci that had diverged ddl alleles showed that the whole region from pbp2b to ddl (or beyond) was highly diverged (about 8%) compared with the sequences from three penicillin-susceptible isolates. The high levels of diversity in the group B ddl alleles from penicillin-resistant isolates were ascribed to a hitchhiking effect whereby interspecies recombinational exchanges at pbp2b, selected by penicillin usage, often extend into, or through, the ddl gene. The data allow the average size of the interspecies recombinational replacements to be estimated at about 6 kb.  相似文献

In this study, 100 clinical isolates of Streptococcus agalactiae recovered from genitourinary tract specimens of non-pregnant individuals living in Rio de Janeiro were submitted for antimicrobial susceptibility testing, detection of macrolide resistance genes and evaluation of the genetic diversity of erythromycin-resistant isolates. By agar diffusion method, all isolates were susceptible to ceftazidime, penicillin and vancomycin. Isolates were resistant to levofloxacin (1%), clindamycin (5%), erythromycin (11%) and tetracycline (83%) and were intermediated to erythromycin (4%) and tetracycline (6%). Erythromycin-resistant and intermediated isolates presented the following phenotypes: M (n = 3), constitutive macrolide-lincosamide-streptogramin B (MLS B, n = 5) and inductive MLS B (n = 7). Determinants of macrolide resistance genes, erm and mef, were detected in isolates presenting MLS B and M phenotypes, respectively. Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA profiles of erythromycin-resistant isolates were clustered into two major groups of similarity.  相似文献

目的探讨耐青霉素肺炎链球菌pbp2b和pbp1 a基因的突变与青霉素耐药的关系,为明了肺炎链球菌的耐药性变异机制,防治其感染提供实验依据。方法从呼吸道感染患儿痰标本中分离肺炎链球菌163株,液体培养基连续稀释法测定其对青霉素的最小抑菌浓度(M IC),套式聚合酶链反应(nPCR)扩增pbp2b和pbp1 a基因,扩增产物直接DNA测序,所测序列与青霉素敏感株(SPN R6)的基因序列进行比较,并分析其氨基酸结构的改变。结果 163株肺炎链球菌中检出青霉素敏感菌75株,中度敏感17株,青霉素耐药菌71株(44%)。耐药菌中58株存在pbp2b突变(81.7%),其中,56株为点突变,2株为CCT插入突变;在27株有pbp2b基因突变的B型和C型耐药菌中,21株出现了不同程度的pbp1 a基因突变。PBP2B氨基酸结构改变以苏氨酸变为丙氨酸、精氨酸变为赖氨酸为主,PBP1A以丙氨酸变为苏氨酸、谷氨酸变为天门冬氨酸为主。结论肺炎链球菌的pbp2b和pbp1 a基因突变与对青霉素的耐药性密切相关,PBP2b突变导致低水平耐药;PBP2b和PBP1A突变导致高水平耐药。  相似文献

AIMS: To investigate the existing antimicrobial susceptibility and genetic characteristics of Lactococcus garvieae isolates from cultured Seriola in Japan. METHODS AND RESULTS: Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 14 antimicrobial agents for 170 isolates were determined using the agar dilution method. Seventy-five isolates (44.1%) were simultaneously resistant to erythromycin (EM) (MIC>or=2 microg ml-1), lincomycin (LCM) (MIC>or=128 microg ml-1) and oxytetracycline (OTC) (MIC>or=4 microg ml-1). Resistance to EM was grouped as intermediate- and high-level resistant by MIC values. All resistant isolates possessed ermB and tet(S) genes. The number of different bands between pulsed-field gel electrophoresis patterns of 25 isolates and two ATCC strains (isolated in 1974), determined using two enzymes (ApaI and SmaI), did not exceed 3. CONCLUSIONS: The present resistance pattern observed with ermB and tet(S) is similar to that observed in previous reports. Moreover, the genetic characteristics of L. garvieae isolates from a wide area in Japan in 2002 and ATCC strains were closely related. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: This study suggests that EM-, LCM- and OTC-resistant isolates have been present for 15 years and that L. garvieae strains with same origin have spread among Seriola spp. in Japan since 1974.  相似文献

Objective

To provide guidance for clinical disease prevention and treatment, this study examined the epidemiology, antibiotic susceptibility, and serotype distribution of Streptococcus pneumoniae (S. pneumoniae) associated with invasive pneumococcal diseases (IPDs) among children less than 14 years of age in Shenzhen, China.

Materials and Methods

All the clinical strains were isolated from children less than 14 years old from January 2009 to August 2012. The serotypes and antibiotic resistance of strains of S. pneumoniae were determined using the capsular swelling method and the E-test.

Results

A total of 89 strains were isolated and 87 isolates were included. The five prevailing serotypes were 19F (28.7%), 14 (16.1%), 23F (11.5%), 19A (9.2%) and 6B (6.9%). The most common sequence types (ST) were ST271 (21.8%), ST876 (18.4%), ST320 (8.0%) and ST81 (6.9%) which were mainly related to 19F, 14, 19A and 23F, respectively. The potential coverage by 7-, 10-, and 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine were 77.0%, 77.0%, and 89.7%, respectively. Among the 87 isolates investigated, 11.5% were resistant to penicillin, and for meningitis isolates, the resistance rate was 100%. Multi-drug resistance (MDR) was exhibited by 49 (56.3%) isolates. Eighty-four isolates were resistance to erythromycin, among which, 56 (66.7%) carried the ermB gene alone and 28 (33.3%) expressed both the ermB and mefA/E genes.

Conclusions

The potential coverage of PCV13 is higher than PCV7 and PCV10 because high rates of serotypes 19A and 6A in Shenzhen. The clinical treatment of IPD needs a higher drug concentration of antibiotics. Continued surveillance of the antimicrobial susceptibility and serotypes distribution of IPD isolates may be necessary.  相似文献

Streptococcus agalactiae isolates are more common among pregnant women, neonates and nonpregnant adults with underlying diseases compared to other demographic groups. In this study, we evaluate the genetic and phenotypic diversity in S. agalactiae strains from Rio de Janeiro (RJ) that were isolated from asymptomatic carriers. We analysed these S. agalactiae strains using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE), serotyping and antimicrobial susceptibility testing, as well as by determining the macrolide resistance phenotype, and detecting the presence of the ermA/B, mefA/E and lnuB genes. The serotypes Ia, II, III and V were the most prevalent serotypes observed. The 60 strains analysed were susceptible to penicillin, vancomycin and levofloxacin. Resistance to clindamycin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, rifampin and tetracycline was observed. Among the erythromycin and/or clindamycin resistant strains, the ermA, ermB and mefA/E genes were detected and the constitutive macrolides, lincosamides and streptogramin B-type resistance was the most prevalent phenotype observed. The lnuB gene was not detected in any of the strains studied. We found 56 PFGE electrophoretic profiles and only 22 of them were allocated in polymorphism patterns. This work presents data on the genetic diversity and prevalent capsular serotypes among RJ isolates. Approximately 85% of these strains came from pregnant women; therefore, these data may be helpful in developing future prophylaxis and treatment strategies for neonatal syndromes in RJ.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to provide current data on Staphylococcus species from the vaginas of clinically normal captive lion tamarins and to determine the antimicrobial susceptibility of these isolates. Samples were collected from 25 adult lion tamarins, processed to isolate Staphylococcus species, and tested for susceptibility to penicillin G, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, streptomycin, ampicillin, and rifampicin. Isolates with the typical characteristics of the genus Staphylococcus were recovered from all 25 samples. Coagulase-negative species were the most common (68% of the isolates), and the most frequently isolated species (10 samples) was S. simulans. Other coagulase-negative species, including S. saprophyticus (n=5), S. epidermidis (n=1), and S. arlettae (n=1), were also recovered. Coagulase-positive Staphylococci were obtained from eight animals (six of from the S. aureus species and two from S. intermedius). Resistance to antibiotics was frequently observed, and 88% of the isolates (23 samples) showed resistance to at least one drug. Resistance to penicillin G was a common finding, and the most active antimicrobial agents were chloramphenicol and gentamicin. Coagulase-positive strains were more frequently resistant to antibiotics (79.7%, average=6.4 drugs) than coagulase-negative strains (38.2%, average=3.0 drugs). The high frequency of resistance observed in those isolates is surprising and very alarming. A detailed history of the use of antimicrobial drugs in these subjects did not reveal any previous exposure to any of the tested antibiotics that could justify the observed resistance rate.  相似文献

Streptococcus pneumoniae penicillin resistance is associated with the international dispersion of specifically identified strains. In Colombia, the presence and circulation of resistant strains Spain23F-1, Spain6B-2, Spain9V and Colombian23F-25 has been demonstrated in children less than 5 years old. Strain identities were established for 80 penicillin resistant S. pneumoniae isolates recovered from Colombian adult patients. Three approaches to genotypic characterization of the strains wrere used: a) chromosomal DNA was digested with Sma 1, and the products subjected to pulse-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE); b) restriction enzyme fragment comparison of the penicillin binding protein genes (pbp 1a, 2b and 2x), and c) pneumococcal surface protein A (PspA) family. The results showed that 2.5% of the isolates were genetically related to Spain23F-1 clone, 10% to Spain6B-2 clone, 37.5% to Spain9V-3, in addition, 14% of the capsular type 23F isolates were related to the Colombia23F-25 clone and demonstrated an intermediate level resistance to penicillin. Wide spread circulation of international strains as well as a Colombian strain highlighted the importance of these clones in maintaining the prevalence of resistance to penicillin in Colombia.  相似文献

Viridans group streptococci bloodstream infections (VGS BSI) remain a significant cause of mortality and morbidity in patients with severe neutropenia. The goal of our study was to evaluate clinical course and microbiological susceptibility of VGS BSI at our center. Retrospective analysis of all microbiologically documented bloodstream infections caused by VGS during the 9-year time period (from January 2006 until December 2014) was carried out. Only patients with severe neutropenia (< 500/μL) were included in the study. Clinical outcome and microbiological susceptibility pattern of isolates were recorded. Fifty-one individual patients with episode of VGS BSI were identified. The most frequent agent was Streptococcus mitis (23/51 cases, 45.1%). 88.2% (45/51) of patients were on recommended ciprofloxacin prophylaxis. 20/51 (39.2%) of patients suffered from mucositis at the time of diagnosis (10 patients had oral mucositis, 2 patients had bowel mucositis, and 8 patients both). Twenty-six patients (51.0%) had clinically relevant lung damage caused by VGS BSI (i.e., acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome). Twenty-four (47.0%) patients presented with bilateral lung infiltrated upon chest imaging, and two (4.0%) patients had unilateral lung infiltrates. Three patients (5.9%) died due to VGS BSI until day 28 of observation. No difference in signs of shock syndrome was observed in the patients during transplantation procedures compared to patients without transplantation as well as in a group received previous high-dose chemotherapy with cytosinarabinoside or in patients with mucositis. Only 3/51 of isolates (5.9%) were resistant to penicillin. All isolates were susceptible to empirical treatment. While the penicillin resistance of VGS remains low in middle Europe, initial antibiotic therapy of febrile neutropenia are still effective in most cases. The mortality and complication rates of VGS BSI were comparable to other studies, and no specific risk factor of shock presence could be identified.  相似文献

The susceptibility of 101 pneumococcal isolates from the respiratory tract during 1991–1994 was examined and compared with the susceptibility of isolates over the period of 1975–1990. A rapid increase of resistance was seen not only to penicillin but also other antimicrobial agents. During 1991–1994, 38% of all the isolates were resistant to penicillin. The rates of resistance during this period were 16–23% for three newer cephalosporins, 18% for imipenem, 69% for tetracycline, 31% for erythromycin, 20% for chloramphenicol and 9% for clindamycin. The use of antibiotics within one month prior to pneumococcal isolation was correlated with penicillin resistance (P < 0.05). Serotyping of the isolates by antiserum revealed differences in predominant types between penicillin-resistant (19F, 23F, 4) and -susceptible isolates (15, 4, 11A). Our data suggests that anti-pneumococcal antibiotics should be carefully chosen on the basis of susceptibility tests.  相似文献

The increasing problems with multidrug resistance in relation to Corynebacterium, including C. diphtheriae, are examples of challenges confronting many countries. For this reason, Brazilian C. diphtheriae strains were evaluated by the E-Test for their susceptibility to nine antibacterial drugs used in therapy. Resistance (MIC < 0.002; 0.38 microg/ml) to penicillin G was found in 14.8% of the strains tested. Although erythromycin (MIC90 0.75 microg/ml) and azithromycin (MIC90 0.064 microg/ml) were active against C. diphtheriae in this study, 4.2% of the strains showed decreased susceptibility (MIC 1.0 microg/ml) to erythromycin. Multiple resistance profiles were determined by the disk diffusion method using 31 antibiotics. Most C. diphtheriae strains (95.74%) showed resistance to mupirocin, aztreonam, ceftazidime, and/or oxacillin, ampicillin, penicillin, tetracycline, clindamycin, lincomycin, and erythromycin. This study presents the antimicrobial susceptibility profiles of Brazilian C. diphtheriae isolates. The data are of value to practitioners, and suggest that some concern exists regarding the use of penicillin.  相似文献

The effect of tylosin on erythromycin-resistant enterococci was examined on three farms; farm A used tylosin for growth promotion, farm B used tylosin for treatment of disease, and farm C did not use tylosin for either growth promotion or disease treatment. A total of 1,187 enterococci were isolated from gestation, farrowing, suckling, nursery, and finishing swine from the farms. From a subset of those isolates (n = 662), 59% (124 out of 208), 28% (80 out of 281), and 2% (4 out of 170) were resistant to erythromycin (MIC >/= 8 microg/ml) from farms A, B, and C, respectively. PCR analysis and Southern blotting revealed that 95% (65 out of 68) of isolates chosen from all three farms for further study were positive for ermB, but all were negative for ermA and ermC. By using Southern blotting, ermB was localized to the chromosome in 56 of the isolates while 9 isolates from farms A and B contained ermB on two similar-sized plasmid bands (12 to 16 kb). Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis revealed that the isolates were genetically diverse and represented a heterogeneous population of enterococci. This study suggests that although there was resistance to a greater number of enterococcal isolates on a farm where tylosin was used as a growth promotant, resistant enterococci also existed on a farm where no antimicrobial agents were used.  相似文献

The enterococci are important nosocomial pathogens with a remarkable capacity of expressing resistance to several antimicrobial agents. Their ubiquitous nature and resistance to adverse environmental conditions take account for their ability to colonize different habitats and for their potential for easy spreading through the food chain. In the present study we evaluated the distribution of species and antimicrobial susceptibility among enterococcal isolates recovered from food obtained in retail stores in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The following species were identified among 167 isolates obtained from poultry meat and 127 from pasteurized milk: Enterococcus faecalis (62.6%), E. casseliflavus (17.3%), E. durans (6.5%), E. gallinarum (3.0%), E. gilvus (2.4%), E. faecium (2.0%), E. hirae (1.4%), and E. sulfureus (1.0%). The overall percentages of antimicrobial resistant isolates were: 31.2 % to tetracycline, 23.8% to erythromycin, 11.3% to streptomycin, 4.3% to chloramphenicol, 3.9% to gentamicin, 1.4% to norfloxacin, 1.1% to imipenem, 0.7% to ciprofloxacin, nitrofurantoin, and penicillin, and 0.4% to ampicillin. Intermediate resistance was detected in frequencies varying from 0.5% for linezolid to 58.2% for erythromycin. None of the isolates showed resistance to glycopeptides. High-level resistance to aminoglycosides was observed in 13.1% of the isolates. Multiresistance was observed in E. faecalis, E. casseliflavus, E. faecium, E. gallinarum, E. durans and E. gilvus.  相似文献

AIMS: To determine the level and mechanism(s) of antimicrobial resistance in Campylobacter isolates obtained from human and environmental sources from South Canterbury, New Zealand. METHODS AND RESULTS: A total of 251 Campylobacter isolates were tested for susceptibility to ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, nalidixic acid and tetracycline using disc diffusion assays. Five pig offal isolates were observed to be highly erythromycin resistant, with minimal inhibitory concentrations determined to be >/=256 microg ml(-1). Nucleotide sequencing of the 23S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) in these resistant isolates identified an A --> G change at Escherichia coli position 2059 that has been previously implicated in erythromycin resistance in Campylobacter coli. Macrorestriction profiling using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis showed these isolates were nonclonal. CONCLUSIONS: The majority of Campylobacter isolates from South Canterbury remain sensitive to the most clinically relevant antimicrobial agents. Our results support other reports showing that specific variations in the 23S rDNA contribute to erythromycin resistance. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACTS OF THE STUDY: This study defines the baseline frequency of antimicrobial resistance associated with Campylobacter isolates from South Canterbury, and discusses the likely molecular mechanisms conferring erythromycin resistance in this organism. Resistance to erythromycin in these isolates is not linked to a dominant Campylobacter clone and has likely arisen independently in different genetic lines exposed to selective antimicrobial pressure.  相似文献

The susceptibility of 224 Streptococcus pyogenes isolates obtained from children in Japan from 1981 to 1997 to treatment with erythromycin was determined by the agar dilution method. A total of 17 isolates belonging to serotype M12T12 were resistant (MICs>1 microg/ml). Fourteen of the 17 resistant strains obtained from 1982 to 1985 harbored ermB and showed an identical pulsed-field gel electrophoresis pattern, indicating the spread of a single clone. Two ermTR-containing isolates were obtained in 1983. mefA gene was found in a strain obtained in 1994 in the present study, although this gene is predominantly associated with recent erythromycin resistance among S. pyogenes strains in many countries.  相似文献

目的探讨荆州地区GBS对常用抗生素的耐药谱和对红霉素的耐药机制。方法采用选择性培养法从阴道和肛门拭子中分离B群链球菌(GroupB Streptococci,GBS),用标准的K-B法对常用的7种抗生素进行药敏试验,然后针对红霉素耐药菌株检测耐药基因ermA、ermB和mefA。结果 176株GBS对头孢噻肟和万古霉素均敏感,对青霉素和氨苄青霉素虽然没有耐药但其中介率达到12.0%。对红霉素的耐药率和中介率分别为35.8%和6.8%;对克林霉素的耐药率和中介率分别为9.5%和12.5%。63株对红霉素耐药的GBS中有22株同时对克林霉素耐药(cMLS型),有41株对红霉素耐药而对克林霉素敏感(M型)。在22株cMLS型耐药的菌株中有18株检测到ermB基因,2株检测到检测到ermA基因。在M型耐药的菌株中有32株检测到mefA基因,6株检测到ermB基因,1株检测到检测到ermA基因。结论青霉素是治疗本地区GBS感染的有效药物,但本地区GBS对红霉素的耐药比较严重。mefA介导的外排机制可能是是本地区分离的GBS对红霉素耐药的主要机制。  相似文献

Streptococci strains of the anginosus group isolated from various oral and maxillofacial infections (OMF) were screened for their susceptibility to the following antimicrobial agents: benzylpenicillin, ampicillin, oxacillin, cephalothin, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, cefuroxime, erythromycin, clindamycin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, vancomycin and trimethoprime-sulphamethoxazole. The isolates were susceptable to: clindamycin, chloramphenicol, vancomycin and all beta-lactam antibiotics, except ceftazidime to which 54.5% of the strains showed intermediate susceptibility. Intermediate susceptibility to tetracycline was found in 11.3% of the strains, whereas resistance to the same antibiotic was demonstrated in 61.4%. Resistance to erythromycin and trimethoprime-sulphamethoxazole was of 2.3% for both. In conclusion, penicillin is the drug of choice in infections caused by streptococci of the anginosus group.  相似文献

Beta-lactam antibiotics remain the drugs of choice for treatment of S. pneumoniae infections in spite of growing level of resistance. The formation of S. pneumoniae resistance to these drugs is mediated by modifications of the penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs), the targets of the antibiotic action. A new approach to detection of mutations in PBP1A, 2B and 2X genes based on minisequencing reaction followed by MALDI-ToF (Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time of Flight) mass spectrometry was developed in this study. The evaluation of these mutations prevalence in clinical S. pneumoniae isolates (n = 194) with different susceptibility level to beta-lactam antibiotics was performed. Twenty-four different combinations of mutations in PBPs (genotypes) were detected. All isolates susceptible to penicillin (n = 49, MIC > or = 0.06 > or = gamma/ml) carried no mutations in all analyzed loci. For 145 S. pneumoniae isolates with reduced susceptibility to penicillin (MIC > 0.06 > or = gamma/ml) the mutations in PBPs were detected in 133 (91.7 %) cases that testify to high diagnostic sensitivity of such approach. The isolates with MIC > or = 4 > or = gamma/ml (n = 20) carried multiple mutations in all analyzed genes that confirms cumulative effects of penicillin resistance formation. However, it was not possible to associate observed mutations in PBPs genes with decrease of susceptibility to cefotaxime that allows suggesting the entire difference in molecular mechanisms of formation of resistance to penicillins and cephalosporins. The offered method of S. pneumoniae genotyping is suitable for susceptibility testing to penicillin of individual isolates and for molecular monitoring of the resistance determinants in population.  相似文献

Staphylococcus aureus is a major bovine mastitis pathogen. Although the reported antimicrobial resistance was generally low, the emergence of new genetic clusters in bovine mastitis requires examination of the link between antimicrobial resistance and genotypes. Here, amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) profiles and standard antimicrobial resistance profiles were determined in order to characterize a total of 343 S. aureus cow mastitis isolates from two geographically close regions of Switzerland and France. AFLP profiles revealed similar population compositions in the two regions, with 4 major clusters (C8, C20, C97, and C151), but the proportions of isolates in each cluster significantly diverged between the two countries (P = 9.2 × 10−9). Antimicrobial resistance was overall low (<5% resistance to all therapeutically relevant molecules), with the exception of penicillin resistance, which was detected in 26% of the isolates. Penicillin resistance proportions differed between clusters, with only 1 to 2% of resistance associated with C20 and C151 and up to 70% associated with bovine C97. The prevalence of C20 and C8 was unexpectedly high and requires further investigation into the mechanism of adaptation to the bovine host. The strong association of penicillin resistance with few clusters highlights the fact that the knowledge of local epidemiology is essential for rational choices of antimicrobial treatment in the absence of susceptibility testing. Taken together, these observations argue in favor of more routine scrutiny of antimicrobial resistance and antibiotic-resistant clones in cattle and the farm environment.  相似文献

Continuous surveillance on resistance patterns and characterization of Staphylococcus aureus represent simple and low-cost techniques to understand and evaluate the effectiveness of infection control and antimicrobial prescribing measures. In this study we analyzed the antibiotic susceptibility and trends for S. aureus strains collected from bacteraemia cases in a five year period. Between 2004 and 2008 we noted a progressive decrease in the number of S. aureus isolates compared to all pathogens from clinical specimens and S. aureus bloodstream infections (BSI) reflected a similar trend. In particular we analyzed 185 isolates from blood cultures: 89 isolates were MSSA and 96 isolates were MRSA. Molecular SCCmec typing of these strains showed an absolute prevalence of types I and II, whereas five spa types from 96 isolates were obtained. Resistance pattern analysis allowed us to place MRSA strains into 12 antibiotypes and the major antibiotype was resistant to penicillin, gentamicin, erythromycin, clindamycin and ciprofloxacin. The predominant antibiotype among the MSSA isolates was resistant only to penicillin. In addition, 19.1% of MSSA are susceptible to all antibiotics tested. We also found a close association between antibiotyping 1 and genotyping t002/SCCmecI of MRSA strains, suggesting a nosocomial scenario dominated by a few particular clones.  相似文献
