文本重点阐述了新疆奎屯垦区一二四团草场甲螨的季节、昼夜数量消长,甲螨越冬和若虫数量消长等生态规律。并揭示在新疆特定自然条件下,甲螨全年分为活动期和越冬期。依据流行学考察,田螨全年可分为四个阶段。经鉴定新疆奎屯垦区一二四团草场,现有甲螨计9科12属12种,其中有4种为优势种。  相似文献

洼甲螨科的分类研究进展(蜱螨亚纲:甲螨目:懒甲螨总科)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
洼甲螨科隶属于蜱螨亚纲甲螨目懒甲螨总科,是低等甲螨中进化相对较高级,介于低等甲螨和高等甲螨之间的过渡类群,广泛分布于世界各大动物地理区,目前全世界有3属5亚属79种5亚种,国内现知2属16种.综述了洼甲螨科该科的分类沿革及分类研究进展;概述了洼甲螨科各属(亚属)的地理分布,指出该科目前所知分布较多的是古北界、新北界、东洋界;对中国洼甲螨科已知种进行了区系总结,目前青藏区和蒙新区各仅知1种,主要原因是缺乏深入研究;编制了洼甲螨科3个属及5个亚属和中国已知2属16种的分类检索表.  相似文献

【目的】为了解施秉喀斯特地区林地土壤甲螨的分布和群落组成特点,明确中国西南喀斯特地区林地类型对土壤甲螨群落密度、组成和物种多样性的影响,对该区林地土壤甲螨的群落结构及多样性进行了的调查和分析。【方法】2012年8月选取了中国西南施秉喀斯特地区典型生境中的8个样地,每个样地9个取样点,用Berlese-Tullgren装置分离土样24 h。多样性分析采用常见的多样性指数;群落相似性分析采用Jaccard相似性系数(CJ);群落聚类分析分别采用Marczewski Steinhaus 距离(Cms)和Bray-Curtis距离,应用R 2.11程序进行类平均法聚类。【结果】结果显示,中国西南喀斯特8个样地中土壤甲螨由少数的优势属和数量众多的稀有属组成。其中全菌甲螨属 Perscheloribates (22.48%)和长单翼甲螨属 Protoribates (11.45%)个体数量最为丰富。长单翼甲螨属 Protoribate、上罗甲螨属Epilohmannia、小奥甲螨属 Oppiella、小盾珠甲螨属 Suctobelbella 和盖头甲螨属 Tectocepheus 分布广泛。本区的甲螨组成(属级水平)表现出明显热带和亚热带地区特点。在天然常绿落叶阔叶林中,甲螨的个体数量和种类数较多,但多样性不高,而在人工针叶林中甲螨多样性最高。甲螨群落组成和分布特征多样,异质性高,特别是在天然常绿落叶阔叶林中突出。【结论】研究表明,施秉喀斯特生态系统的不同林分影响甲螨的物种多样性和群落稳定性,天然常绿落叶阔叶混交林是甲螨的“避难所”。  相似文献

2001年7月至2002年4月在不同的季节,对梵净山自然保护区属级水平上土壤甲螨结构的季节变化进行了调查.结果显示,土壤甲螨多度的四季变化为春季>冬季>秋季>夏季.土壤甲螨多样性的四季变化为秋季>夏季>冬季>春季.不同的季节土壤甲螨群落组成不同,但小奥甲螨属、小盾珠甲螨属、木单翼甲螨属3个属在每个季节均为绝对优势属.土壤甲螨主要分布在表层,但从夏季到冬季,土壤甲螨从表层向深层迁徙.  相似文献

通过野外选择样地,设置样方,调查了温带地区松嫩草原区农牧林复合系统中小型土壤动物群落的生态特征.结果表明,中小型土壤动物的优势类群是球角跳虫科(Hypogastruridae)、辐螨(Actinedida)、革螨(Gamasida)和甲螨(Oribatida),常见类群是节跳虫科(Isotomidae)和叶蝉科(Jassidae),从玉米田、草地和杨树林3个子系统的对比分析看,草地物种最丰富,多样性最高,生境条件最优越,中小型土壤动物的个体数和类群数随土层深度的增加而递减,表聚性明显;但3个子系统的垂直分布特征不完全相同,运用主成分分析方法,分析了主要土壤环境要素和气侯要素与中小型土壤节肢动物群落的相关关系,发现土壤环境要素是影响中小型土壤动物群落的主导因子。  相似文献

比较7种常规杀虫剂组合对玉米田草地贪夜蛾的防效、喇叭口受害率以及用药经济性关系。表明了乙基多杀菌素SC+苏云金杆菌SC、甲维盐EC+苏云金杆菌SC和甲维盐EC+虱螨脲EC这3种组合,对草地贪夜蛾防效较好,14 d后,对低龄幼虫防效达93.7%~95.69%,高龄幼虫防效达93.49%~97.07%。乙基多杀菌素SC+苏云金杆菌SC、甲维盐EC+苏云金杆菌SC、甲维盐EC+虱螨脲EC和氯氰·辛硫磷EC+虱螨脲EC等组合,在药后14 d喇叭口受害率显著降低,仅8.33%~11.67%。对防效和植株止损投入比分析认为,考虑用药经济性,推荐氯氰·辛硫磷EC+虱螨脲EC的处理组合,能获得较好的防效;在防治预算充足条件下,推荐甲维盐EC+苏云金杆菌SC、苏云金杆菌SC和甲维盐EC+虱螨脲EC能达到更好地防治目标。  相似文献

2001年5月、8月、11月对鹤伴山国家森林公园土壤甲螨群落结构进行定量研究,结果表明:该地区土壤甲螨群落由41属组成,其中优势属及亚优势属5个:木单翼甲螨、合若甲螨及菌甲螨、小奥甲螨、礼服甲螨。各样点土壤甲螨群落的组成和数量分布均有明显不同,样点Ⅰ有31属,样点Ⅱ23属;密度最高的样点Ⅲ达8450头/m2,为平均密度的1.3倍,样点Ⅳ密度最低,虫口密度仅有4583头/m2,为平均密度的0.7倍。甲螨群落数量的季节变化明显,春季数量最高,秋季次之,夏季最低。MGP分析结果表明,该区土壤甲螨群落属于O型和P型,P群的种类和数量均明显多于M群和G群。甲螨群落的异质性高,多样性指数较高,可达最大多样性指数的4/5,各样点之间的多样性指数有一定的差异。各样点之间的群落相似性较高,少数样点之间为中等不相似,大多数样点间为中度相似,两种聚类方法结果明显不同,说明植被类型及海拔高度对土壤甲螨群落种类组成具有一定的影响,对其数量分布的影响更加明显。  相似文献

甲螨是土壤动物主要的三大类群之一, 数量庞大且种类丰富。截至2020年, 中国已报道的甲螨仅占世界所有已知甲螨种类的7.6%, 这与我国已知甲螨种类真实物种状况仍有较大的差距。值此中国甲螨学开创100周年之际, 本研究以甲螨亚目为研究对象, 分别基于世界2020-2021年度和中国2007-2021年度发表的分类学文献资料, 编制了世界新增分类单元名录和近15年中国发表甲螨新种名录, 分析了新分类单元的地理分布、学者贡献和出版刊物情况。研究结果表明, 2020-2021年, 世界甲螨亚目共描述238个新分类单元, 包括新属及新亚属21个, 新种217个; 新分类单元发表的热点地区在埃塞俄比亚界、东洋界和新热带界; 描述的新分类单元由27位作者所贡献, 其中外国学者贡献占比高; 论文均发表在国外期刊上, Systematic and Applied Acarology是新分类单元发表的主要期刊。2007-2021年, 中国发表甲螨亚目新种183个, 无新科和新属发表; 新种发表的热点地区在华南区和西南区; 描述的新种由24位作者所贡献, 中国学者占主要贡献; 论文多发表在国外期刊上, Systematic and Applied AcarologyZootaxa是新分类单元发表的主要期刊。基于以上结果, 本文认为目前从事甲螨分类学研究的学者相对较少, 发表的新分类单元在类群分布和区域分布上均表现出极不均衡的现象。传统分类学未来的发展将面临机遇和挑战。  相似文献

The distribution of feather mites (Astigmata) along the wing of passerine birds could change dramatically within minutes because of the rapid movement of mites between feathers. However, no rigorous study has answered how fine‐tuned is the pattern of distribution of feather mites at a given time. Here we present a multiscale study of the distribution of feather mites on the wing of non‐moulting blackcaps Sylvia atricapilla in a short time period and at a single locality. We found that the number and distribution of mites differed among birds, but it was extremely similar between the wings of each bird. Moreover, mites consistently avoided the first secondary feather, despite that it is placed at the centre of the feathers most used by them. Thus, our results suggest that feather mites do precise, feather‐level decisions on where to live, contradicting the current view that mites perform “mass”, or “blind” movements across wing feathers. Moreover, our findings indicate that “rare” distributions are not spurious data or sampling errors, but each distribution of mites on the wing of each bird is the outcome of the particular conditions operating on each ambient‐bird‐feather mite system at a given time. This study indicates that we need to focus on the distribution of feather mites at the level of the individual bird and at the feather level to improve our understanding of the spatial ecology of mites on the wings of birds.  相似文献

根据建国以来的大量研究调查资料,对青海地区已记载的寄生螨类(主要包括革螨、恙螨)计10科33属100余种进行了初步的区系分布、数量与宿主关系的探讨。(1)河湟谷地小区[1]:计有45种,主要有:赛氏血革螨、秉氏血革螨、旱獭青厉螨、毒厉螨、鼠兔赫刺螨、褪色巨螯螨、似田鼠新恙螨、旱獭新恙螨等;(2)柴达木盆地小区:计有15种,具代表性种类为乌兰纤恙螨;(3)祁连青南小区:计有85种,具代表性种类为久治真棒恙螨、玉树羽叶恙螨和朱雀禽棒恙螨;(4)羌塘高原小区:计有3种,皆为血厉螨属种类。  相似文献

The taxonomic composition, biotopic distribution, and interannual dynamics of the population of water mites in Lake Kuchak (Western Siberia) have been studied. The occurrence has been analyzed. The dominant species in different biotops have been revealed. Forty-three species of water mites from 12 families are recorded. Acarofauna is primarily composed of eurybiontic species typical for stagnant waterbodies. The highest species diversity and a large number of mites are the most usual characteristics of shallow water areas with well-developed vegetation. The age structure has been shown to influence the distribution. It has been revealed that mature specimens seem to prefer life in shallow water, while specimens at the larval and nymphal stages tend to live at greater depths.  相似文献

Feather mites (Astigmata) are specialized parasites living on the plumage and skin of birds. The paper presents data on infestation of some passerines (Passeriformes) by feather mites in the south of Western Siberia (Omsk and Tyumen Provinces). We found 24 species of feather mites belonging to the families Analgidae, Dermoglyphidae, Pteronyssidae, Trouessartiidae, and Proctophyllodidae on 16 bird species. Among them, 19 species are common parasites of the passerine birds examined; five species were detected on atypical hosts. Ten mite species were recorded for the first time on the passerine species examined. Analysis of the distribution of abundant and common mite species on their hosts has demonstrated that the majority of the bird parasites possess a specific distribution pattern in the host plumage with preference for certain feather types. We have also obtained new data on host associations of several mite species.  相似文献

It has been stated that small organisms do not have barriers for distribution and will not show biogeographic discreteness. General models for size-mediated biogeographies establish a transition region between ubiquitous dispersal and restricted biogeography at about 1–10 mm. We tested patterns of distribution versus size with water mites, a group of freshwater organisms with sizes between 300 μm and 10 mm.We compiled a list of all known water mite species for Sierra del Guadarrama (a mountain range in the centre of the Iberian Peninsula) from different authors and our own studies in the area. Recorded habitats include lotic, lentic and interstitial environments. Species body size and world distribution were drawn from our work and published specialized taxonomic literature. The null hypothesis was that distribution is size-independent. The relationship between distribution and size was approached via analysis of variance and between size and habitat via logistic regression. Contrary to expectations, there is no special relationship between water mite size and area size distribution. On the other hand, water mite size is differentially distributed among habitats, although this ecological sorting is very weak. Larger water mites are more common in lentic habitats and smaller water mites in lotic habitats. Size-dependent distribution in which small organisms tend to be cosmopolitan breaks down when the particular biology comes into play. Water mites do not fit a previously proposed size-dependent biogeographical distribution, and are in accordance with similar data published on Tardigrada, Rotifera, Gastrotricha and the like.  相似文献

为了解云南省锡金小鼠(Mus pahari)体表革螨的感染情况及分布规律,本研究基于1990至2015年云南省39个县(市)的调查数据,统计分析锡金小鼠体表革螨的基本感染情况和感染差异。使用聚块指数测定革螨空间分布型,用Jaccard指数计算革螨物种相似性。从捕获的720只锡金小鼠体表共采集到革螨14 098只,鉴定为2科12属37种。贵州厉螨(Laelaps guizhouensis)、贫毛厉螨(L. paucisetosa)和兴义厉螨(L. xingyiensis)是优势革螨,其在不同个体的锡金小鼠体表均呈聚集分布。不同地理景观中采集的锡金小鼠体表革螨的种类和数量相差大,山区景观中采集的锡金小鼠体表革螨的感染率Pm、平均多度MA和感染度MI均明显高于坝区景观中采集的个体(P0.05)。不同性别的锡金小鼠体表革螨物种中度相似,雄鼠的平均多度和感染度高于雌鼠(P 0.05)。种-样方关系图显示革螨物种数随宿主抽样量的增加而增加。结果表明,锡金小鼠体表革螨感染普遍,三个优势螨种在不同个体的宿主体表呈聚集分布,采自不同地理景观的锡金小鼠体表革螨构成差异较大。  相似文献

云南大理洱海周边是我国流行性出血热的流行地区之一。本文目的是运用Shannon-Wiener、系统聚类分析方法(SPSS 13.0软件)和Levins'niche等对该区3 303只小兽体表寄生革螨的物种多样性、群落结构、相似性、分布和生态位进行研究。选择的洱海周边三个不同方位恰好处于东部无量山、南部哀老山和西部苍山,由于洱海的天然隔离使这三个方位形成了同地域异生境的地理景观。在调查点共捕获小兽宿主3 303只属4目(啮齿目、食虫目、攀鼩目和食肉目)7科15属21种,收集到的小兽体表寄生虫革螨23 196只被鉴定为6科16属43种。研究结果表明革螨群落结构复杂,物种多样性高。在不同方位革螨和它们相对应宿主的分布是不均匀的,但是洱海周边不同方位同样优势小兽上寄生的优势革螨种是一致的。结果暗示:生境影响着革螨和它们相对应小兽的物种构成和分布,如果小兽宿主的分类地位和生境相似,那么相对应的小兽宿主上的革螨群落就相似; 不同方位小兽体表寄生虫革螨的丰富度和物种多样性主要由宿主本身和宿主所栖息的生境决定;这可能是小兽和革螨之间协同进化在生态学上的一个佐证。但通过使用革螨的生态位宽度分析,革螨的宿主特异性很低,这又可能暗示着小兽和革螨之间有协同进化,但协同进化程度不高。  相似文献

We studied body size ratio in gamasid mites (Acari: Mesostigmata) parasitic on Palearctic small mammals at 3 hierarchical scales, namely infracommunities (an assemblage of mites harboured by an individual host), component communities (an assemblage of mites harboured by a host population), and compound communities (an assemblage of mites harboured by a host community). We used null models and asked a) whether body size distributions in these communities demonstrate non‐random patterns; b) whether these patterns indicate segregation or aggregation of body sizes of coexisting species; and c) whether patterns of body size distribution are scale‐dependent, that is, differ among infracommunities, component communities, and compound communities. In most mite assemblages, the observed pattern of body size distribution did not differ from that expected by chance. However, meta‐analyses demonstrated that component and compound communities of gamasid mites consistently demonstrated a tendency to reduced body size overlap, while we did not find any clear trend in mite body size distribution across infracommunities. We discuss reasons for scale‐dependence of body size distribution pattern in parasite communities and propose ecological and evolutionary mechanisms that allowed the reduced body size overlap in component and compound communities of ectoparasites to arise.  相似文献

We analyzed the pattern of distribution and the effect of moltingon the escape behavior of feather mites on the wing feathersduring the nonmolting and molting season of the barn swallowHirundo rustica. Feather mites showed consistent preferencefor the second outermost primary, with a steady decrease inproximal distance and avoidance of the outermost primary. Severalexplanations are suggested to explain this unusual distribution.Further, analyzing the escape behavior of feather mites on moltingprimaries, we show that mites avoid the feathers destined tobe dropped next on molting barn swallows, and in the case ofthe outermost primary, mites use the "last moment" strategy,namely, leaving feathers shortly before it is dropped. Next,we performed an experiment in which we simulated shedding feathersor feathers about to be shed on nonmolting barn swallows, inorder to test cues used by feather mites in avoiding moltingprimaries. Both the vibration of the incised feather and thegap of the pulled feather induced mites to leave primaries situateddistally, at two-feathers distance from the manipulated primary,related to the control group. Our results show that feathermites have the ability to perceive the signal produced by thefeather that will drop next and by the gap of the missing feather.It remains to be demonstrated, whether feather mites have theability to perceive the vibration of the feather per se or theyperceive the altered airflow caused by the vibrating feathers.  相似文献
