利用扫描电镜首次对水筛[Blxa japonica(Miq.)Maxim.ex Asch.et Guerk.]花器官的发生进行了观察。结果显示:萼片原基以轮关方式向心发生;花瓣原基轮状近同时发生,与萼片基基交替排列;雄蕊原基以对萼的形式轮关发生,与花瓣原基轮状近同时发生,与萼片原基交替排列;雄蕊原基以对萼的形式轮状发生,与花瓣原基交替排列;花柱原基在整个花的发育过程中发生较晚,以对瓣的形式轮状发生,与雄蕊原基交替排列。与同科其它属的花比较,水筛的花为两性,辐射对称,胚珠多数,体现了较原始的特征。花各部数目均为3,进化程度居于中间水平。该属花各部轮状发生,子房下位,心皮合生,体现了本科在泽泻亚纲中花部结构进化的特征。  相似文献

本文用扫描电镜观察了泽苔草的花器官发生过程,观察结果表明:花萼以螺旋状方式向心发生,花瓣以接近轮状方式近同时发生,不存在花瓣雄蕊复合原基。雄蕊和心皮均以轮状向心方式发生,6枚雄蕊分两轮分别在对萼和对瓣的位置先后发生,至发育的后期排成一轮,但仍分别处于对萼和对瓣的位置;随后发生的第一轮3个心皮原基与3枚萼片相对,第二、三轮心皮原基分别为1~3个,与前一轮心皮相间排列向心发生。本文首次揭示了泽苔草花被的外轮3个萼片螺旋状发生方式,这种螺旋状方式很可能是泽泻科植物的花部结构在进化过程中适应环境而保留下来的一种较原始的叶性特征。  相似文献

利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了突脉金丝桃(Hypericum przewalskii)(金丝桃科)的花部器官发生发育过程。结果表明,突脉金丝桃2枚苞片原基首先发生,花原基在苞片原基的包裹中完成发育。在苞片原基发生后,5枚萼片原基沿2/5圆周依次发生。萼片原基发生近完成时,5枚雄蕊—花瓣共同原基在萼片原基之间的角隅处近同时发生,此后,雄蕊—花瓣共同原基下部向外伸展形成花瓣原基,上部向上凸起形成与花瓣原基相对的雄蕊原基,之后雄蕊原基由内向外依次分化发育产生次生雄蕊原基,随着次生雄蕊原基的发育和数目的增多,形成了5束雄蕊。次生雄蕊原基发生的同时,5枚心皮原基近同时发生。突脉金丝桃雄蕊束的发生方式表明,金丝桃属的雄蕊束可能起源于5基数的单轮雄蕊。金丝桃科与藤黄科植物花瓣及雄蕊原基发生方式的显著不同,支持了APG Ⅲ系统将金丝桃亚科从藤黄科中独立为金丝桃科的观点。  相似文献

通过扫描电镜观察了宽叶泽苔草Caldesia grandisSamuel.的花器官发生。宽叶泽苔草 的萼片3枚,逆时针螺旋向心发生 ;花瓣3枚,呈一轮近同时发生,未观察到花瓣_雄蕊复合原基;雄蕊、心皮原基皆轮状向心 发生,最先近同时发生的6枚原基全部发育成雄蕊,随后发生的6枚原基早期并无差别,在发 育过程中逐渐出现形态差异,直至其中1-4枚发育成心皮,其余的发育成雄蕊;而后的几轮 心皮原基,6枚一轮,陆续向心相间发生。本文揭示了3枚萼片螺旋状的发生方式,并推测这种螺旋方式是泽泻科植物进化过程中保留下来  相似文献

报道了南天竹(NandinadomesticaThunb.)(小檗科)的花部器官发生。发现该属植物萼片、花瓣和雄蕊的发生式样为三数轮生;雄蕊与花瓣是经它们所具有的共同原基进行侧向分裂而形成的;花瓣发育早期存在迟滞发育的阶段;心皮发生属于瓶状发生类型。讨论了花器官的三基数性质,小檗科花瓣的来源,雄蕊对瓣着生及单心皮雌蕊的形成等问题。对本属的花部个体发育性状同小檗科中已有报道的红毛七属(Caulophylum)、足叶草属(Podophylum)进行了比较,萼片多数轮列与心皮发生的多态现象是南天竹属的独特性状。  相似文献

以不同发育时期的长角凤仙花Impatiens longicornuta Y.L.Chen(凤仙花科Balsaminaceae)为材料,利用扫描电镜技术观察了其花器官的分化及其发育过程。长角凤仙花为两侧对称花,具2枚侧生萼片,唇瓣囊状,旗瓣具鸡冠状突起,雄蕊5枚,子房上位,5心皮5室。其花器官分化顺序为向心式,萼片—花瓣—雄蕊—雌蕊原基。2枚侧生萼片先发生,然后近轴萼片(即唇瓣)原基和2枚前外侧萼片原基近同时发生;但是这3枚萼片原基的发育不同步,远轴的2枚前外侧萼片原基的发育渐渐滞后,然后停止发育,最后渐渐为周围组织所吸收,直至消失不见。花瓣原基中,旗瓣原基最先发生,4个侧生花瓣原基相继成对发生,且之后在基部成对愈合形成翼瓣;5枚雄蕊原基几乎同时发生,5个心皮原基轮状同时发生。本文结果支持凤仙花属植物为5基数的花,并进一步证实了唇瓣的萼片来源;此外,研究结果表明花器官早期发育资料对植物系统与进化研究具有重要参考价值。  相似文献

利用扫描电镜首次观察了山茶科极濒危植物猪血木(Euryodendron excelsum)的花器官发生过程。猪血木的花为两性完全花,萼片和花瓣均为2/5螺旋向心发生,单轮排列,且有逆时针和顺时针两种方式。雄蕊的形成是先形成一个环形分生组织,然后在环形分生组织上以2/5螺旋产生5束雄蕊原基,每一束雄蕊原基的第一雄蕊原基都是在对萼的位置产生,其它的雄蕊原基在其两侧产生。3心皮顺序发生,愈合成3室单子房,柱头平截不裂。猪血木与山茶亚科的花器官发生明显不同。  相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜观察了掌叶木的花器官发生过程。观察结果表明: 花序原基最先发生, 然后形成两个大小不一的花原基; 萼片原基的发生不同步, 螺旋状向心发生; 4-5枚花瓣原基以接近轮状方式近同时发生; 不存在花瓣-雄蕊复合原基; 7-8枚雄蕊原基为近同时发生, 其生长较花瓣原基快; 心皮原基最后发生, 3枚心皮原基为同时发生。花为单性花。在雌花中, 子房膨大而雄蕊退化。在雄花中, 雄蕊正常发育, 子房退化。讨论了掌叶木花器官发生和发育的系统学意义。  相似文献

用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对铁线莲属(Clematis L.)植物灌木铁线莲(C. fruticosa Turcz.)花的形态发生和发育过程进行了观察。灌木铁线莲花原基形成后,4枚萼片以交互对生的方式首先发生,呈轮状排列。最早的4枚雄蕊原基在4枚萼片交接的位置上近螺旋状发生,此后,随着雄蕊原基的向心发生和数目不断增多,其发生的螺旋状序列逐渐明显。雄蕊原基发生后,在花原基顶端,心皮原基沿着雄蕊原基的发生序列呈螺旋状发生。本文结果支持在原始被子植物花中螺旋状排列和轮状排列同时存在的观点。此外,本文也进一步证实了花萼与苞片的同源性。  相似文献

The floral development of four species of Cypripediaceae (sensu Rasmussen 1985) was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy, with special attention to the early development of the organs that constitute the gynostemium. At the ventral base of the gynostemium a prominent structure was observed. It is most probably a vestige of the median adaxial stamen a3 based on its early initiation and place of origin. In Cypripedium calceolus the median carpel primordium is, according to expectation, initiated slightly earlier than the lateral carpel primordia, and later develops into the largest stigma lobe. Interestingly, Cypripedium irapeanurn shows an opposite sequence in the initial phase of the carpel development in that the primordia of the lateral carpels are initiated before the primordium of the median carpel.  相似文献

Titanotrichum oldhamii (a monotypic genus from Taiwan, Okinawa, and adjacent regions of China) has inflorescences bearing either showy yellow flowers or asexual bulbils. Asexual reproduction by bulbils is important in natural populations, and bulbil production increases in August and September at the end of the flowering season (which runs from June to the end of September). The bulbils are small (~1-2.5 mm long) and numerous. They consist of a small portion of stem (bract-stem) topped by opposite storage bracts that enclose a minute apical meristem. A secondary root develops from the side of the bract-stem. The floral meristem of T. oldhamii has three possible fates: (1) bulbil formation, (2) flower formation, or (3) bracteose proliferation. Bracteose proliferation rarely occurs and appears to be a developmental transition between the bulbiliferous and racemose inflorescence forms. It is strongly reminiscent of the floricaula and squamosa mutants of Antirrhinum. In the bulbiliferous form a single floral primordium, which would normally produce one flower, gives rise to ~50-70 bulbils by repeated subdivision of the meristem. This form of bulbil production appears to be unique to Titanotrichum. Occasionally a floral meristem divides, but the subdivision forms multiflowered units of up to four flowers rather than bulbils, suggesting that meristem fate is reversible up to the first or second meristem subdivision. In Titanotrichum, therefore, primordium fate is apparently not determined at inception but becomes irreversibly determined shortly after the appearance of developmental characteristics of the floral or bulbil pathway.  相似文献

CAMARA-HERNANDEZ J. & GAMBINO, S., 1991. Early ontogenetic development of the pistillate inflorescence in a diploid perennial teosinte (Zea diploperennis , Poaceae). The early ontogeny of pistillate inflorescences of %ea diploperennis in plants grown at the latitude of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is investigated using the scanning electron microscope. The pattern of development of the inflorescence is similar to that in staminate and mixed inflorescences, starting with the formation of a pair of spikelets from a common branch primordium initiated in the axil of a bract on the ear axis. This bract arrests its development and aborts early. After initiation of an outer glume on both spikelet primordia, the pedicellate spikelet arrests its growth and aborts resulting in the mature inflorescence having two rows of solitary spikelets arranged distichally. This is significantly different from the pattern observed by other authors in plants grown in different environments (such as in natural populations in Mexico).  相似文献

It is shown that the recently developed quantitative J(NN)HNN-COSY experiment can be used for the direct identification of hydrogen bonds in non-canonical base pairs in RNA. Scalar(2h)J(NN)couplings across NH.N hydrogen bonds are observed in imino hydrogen bonded GA base pairs of the hpGA RNA molecule, which contains a tandem GA mismatch, and in the reverse Hoogsteen AU base pairs of the E-loop of Escherichia coli 5S rRNA. These scalar couplings correlate the imino donor(15)N nucleus of guanine or uridine with the acceptor N1 or N7 nucleus of adenine. The values of the corresponding(2h)J(NN)coupling constants are similar in size to those observed in Watson-Crick base pairs. The reverse Hoogsteen base pairs could be directly detected for the E-loop of E.coli 5S rRNA both in the free form and in a complex with the ribosomal protein L25. This supports the notion that the E-loop is a pre-folded RNA recognition site that is not subject to significant induced conformational changes. Since Watson-Crick GC and AU base pairs are also readily detected the HNN-COSY experiment provides a useful and sensitive tool for the rapid identification of RNA secondary structure elements.  相似文献

Homokaryotic isolates of Phanerochaete chrysosporium are generally obtained by stimulating the production of basidiospores. The most commonly used method requires a special incubator that is maintained at 28 degrees C with continuous illumination. Here we report an alternate method which permits the production of basidiopores with common laboratory incubators and requires no special illumination conditions. This alternate method gives reproducible results and yields basidiospores that are not contaminated with conidia. We also report a detailed optimized method for staining basidiospores for visualizing nuclei.  相似文献

Coevolution in Ficus carica (Moraceae) and the fig wasp (Blastophaga psenes, Agaonidae, Chalcidoidea) has resulted in a complex breeding system involving two tree morphs (Caprifig and Edible fig), three floral forms (long-styled female, short-styled female, and male flowers) and the insect pollinator. The two female floral forms have been reported to differ only in style length and stigma shape. In the present study, we demonstrate that the two female flowers differ from inception—short-styled flower primordia are smaller and exhibit significantly greater individual variation than do those of the long-styled flower, and the relative growth rate of each flower type differs. Mature forms exhibit disparity in style length, in stigma characteristics, and in degree of fusion of stylar lobes. Female flowers of both tree morphs are unisexual from inception. Male flowers of the Caprifig tree morph are initiated as hermaphrodites and gynoecium abortion occurs before megaspore mother cell stage. A single inflorescence therefore expresses two pathways to unisexuality. Hermaphrodite flower primordia were repeatedly found in the supposedly unisexual female syconium of the Edible fig tree morph. Based on its developmental morphology, Ficus carica appears to be of gynomonoecious ancestry.  相似文献

In dicotyledonous plants, two cotyledons are formed at bilaterally symmetric positions in the apical region of the embryo. Single mutations in the PIN-FORMED1 (PIN1) and PINOID (PID) genes, which mediate auxin-dependent organ formation, moderately disrupt the symmetric patterning of cotyledons. We report that the pin1 pid double mutant displays a striking phenotype that completely lacks cotyledons and bilateral symmetry. In the double mutant embryo, the expression domains of CUP-SHAPED COTYLEDON1 (CUC1), CUC2 and SHOOT MERISTEMLESS (STM), the functions of which are normally required to repress growth at cotyledon boundaries, expand to the periphery and overlap with a cotyledon-specific marker, FILAMENTOUS FLOWER. Elimination of CUC1, CUC2 or STM activity leads to recovery of cotyledon growth in the double mutant, suggesting that the negative regulation of these boundary genes by PIN1 and PID is sufficient for primordium growth. We also show that PID mRNA is localized mainly to the boundaries of cotyledon primordia and early expression of PID mRNA is dependent on PIN1. Our results demonstrate the redundant roles of PIN1 and PID in the establishment of bilateral symmetry, as well as in the promotion of cotyledon outgrowth, the latter of which involves the negative regulation of CUC1, CUC2 and STM genes, which are boundary-specific downstream effectors.  相似文献
