A chromanone glycoside, 5-β-d-glucopyranosyloxy-7-hydroxy-2-isopropylchromanone, and two acylphloroglucinol glycosides, 2-(3-methylbutyryl)phloroglucinol-4,6-di-C-β-d-glucopyranoside and 2-isobutyrylphloroglucinol-1,5-di-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, along with 15 known compounds were isolated from the bracts of hops (Humulus lupulus L.). Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic data, including TOFMS and 1D/2D NMR.  相似文献

One new bithiophenes, 5-(but-3-yne-1,2-diol)-5′-hydroxy-methyl-2,2′-bithiophene (2), two new polyacetylenic glucosides, 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyloxy-1-hydroxy-4E,6E-tetradecene-8,10,12-triyne (8), (5E)-trideca-1,5-dien-7,9,11-triyne-3,4-diol-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (9), six new terpenoid glycosides, rel-(1S,2S,3S,4R,6R)-1,6-epoxy-menthane-2,3-diol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (10), rel-(1S,2S,3S,4R,6R)-3-O-(6-O-caffeoyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-1,6-epoxy menthane-2,3-diol (11), (2E,6E)-2,6,10-trimethyl-2,6,11-dodecatriene-1,10-diol-1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (12), 3β,16β,29-trihydroxy oleanane-12-ene-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (13), 3,28-di-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3β,16β-dihydroxy oleanane-12-ene-28-oleanlic acid (14), 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl oleanlic-18-ene acid-28-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (15), along with fifteen known compounds (1, 37, and 1624), were isolated from the aerial parts of Eclipta prostrata. Their structures were established by analysis of the spectroscopic data. The isolated compounds 19 were tested for activities against dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV), compound 7 showed significant antihyperglycemic activities by inhibitory effects on DPP-IV in human plasma in vitro, with IC50 value of 0.51 μM. Compounds 1024 were tested in vitro against NF-κB-luc 293 cell line induced by LPS. Compounds 12, 15, 16, 19, 21, and 23 exhibited moderate anti-inflammatory activities.  相似文献

From the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, two new sweet glucosides, rebaudiosides A and B, were isolated besides the known glucosides, stevioside and steviolbioside. On the basis of IR, MS, 1H and 13C NMR as well as chemical evidences, the structure of rebaudioside B was assigned as 13-O-[β-glucosyl(1-2)-β-glucosyl(1-3)]-β-glucosyl-steviol and rebaudioside A was formulated as its β-glucosyl ester.  相似文献

Astragalin (kaempferol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, Ast) glucosides were synthesized by the acceptor reaction of a dextransucrase produced by Leuconostoc mesenteroides B-512FMCM with astragalin and sucrose. Each glucoside was purified and their structures were assigned as kaempferol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-O-α-d-glucopyranoside (or kaempferol-3-O-β-d-nigeroside, Ast-G1′) and kaempferol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-O-α-d-glucopyranoside (or kaempferol-3-O-β-d-isomaltoside, Ast-G1) for one glucose transferred, and kaempferol-3-O-β-d-isomaltooligosacharide (Ast-IMO or Ast-Gn; n = 2-8). The astragalin glucosides exhibited 8.3-60.6% higher inhibitory effects on matrix metalloproteinase-1 expression, 18.8-20.3% increased antioxidant effects, and 3.8-18.8% increased inhibition activity of melanin synthesis compared to control (without the addition of compound), depending on the number of glucosyl residues linked to astragalin. These novel compounds could be used to further expand the industrial applications of astragalin glucosides, in particular in the cosmetics industry.  相似文献

Two new dianthramide glucosides, N-(2′-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5′-hydroxysalicyl)-4-hydroxy-3-methoxyanthranilic acid methyl ester (1) and N-(2′-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5′-hydroxysalicyl)-4-hydroxyanthranilic acid methyl ester (2), together with five known glycosides, were isolated from the lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaelii. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. In the in vitro assays, compounds 1 and 2 showed activity against pentobarbital sodium-induced cardiomyocytes damage by recovering beating rhythm and increasing the cell viability.  相似文献

Matricaria chamomilla synthesize (Z)- and (E)-2-ß-d-glucopyranosyloxy-4-methoxy cinnamic acid (GMCA), the biosynthetic precursors of herniarin. During leaf development the content of (E)-GMCA decreased and no changes were found in the content of other compounds evaluating in the experiments. Methyl jasmonate elicits an increase in (E)-GMCA and herniarin content in young growing leaves as well as mature and senescing leaves 48 h after treatment. In contrast, attack by the thrips, Echinothrips americanus, causes increase not only in GMCAs and herniarin content but also in the amount of coumarin, umbelliferone. The results confirmed that coumarin-like metabolites can be considered as plant defence compounds in biotic and abiotic stress conditions.  相似文献

A new monoterpenoid indole alkaloid N-oxide, 3,4-dihydro-1-(1-β-d-glucopyranosyloxy-1,4a,5,7a-tetrahydro-4-methoxycarbonylcyclopenta[c]pyran-7-yl)-β-carboline-N2-oxide (3) and two known monoterpenoid indole alkaloids, croceaine A (1) and psychollatine (2), were isolated from Palicourea crocea (Rubiaceae) from Trinidad. The structures of 13 were determined on the basis of spectral and other physical data. Compounds 1 and 2 were previously isolated from plants of different genera viz. Palicourea crocea and Psychotria umbellata, respectively, both collected in Brazil. The results support the proposal that the genus Palicourea and the subgenus Heteropsychotria should be combined into a single genus.  相似文献

Two new fatty acid glucosides, 1,6-di-O-octanoyl-β-D-glucopyranose (1) and 6-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-1-O-decanoyl-β-D-glucopyranose (2), were isolated from a methanol extract of the fruit of Morinda citrifolia L. along with five known saccharide fatty acid esters. The structures of these compounds were determined by combination of spectral and chemical analyses. These fatty acid glucosides exhibited inhibitory effect against copper-induced low-density lipoprotein oxidation. Compound 2 had the strongest effect, which was almost comparable to that of butylated hydroxytoluene.  相似文献

The β-glucosides of 3-oxo-α-ionol and 5,6-epoxy-5,6-dihydro-3-hydroxy-β-ionol were isolated from fresh leaves of Nicotiana rustica. Two or more of the glucosides of 3-oxo-α-ionol, 5,6-epoxy-5,6-dihydro-3-hydroxy-β-ionol, 3-hydroxy-β-damascone, blumenol A, 4-(3-hydroxybutylidene)-3,5,5-trimethyl-2-cyclohexenl-one and blumenol C were shown to be present and the amounts measured in N. alata, N. repanda, N. rustica, N. undulata, N. accuminata, N. sylvestris and N. tabacum. In 3- and 14-day-old seedlings and in the leaves of Calendula officinalis the following sterols were identified: cholestanol, campestanol, stigmastanol, cholest-7-en-3-β-ol, 24-methylcholest-7-en-3β-ol, stigmast-7-en-3β-ol, cholesterol, campesterol, sitosterol, 24-methylcholesta-5,22-dien-3β-ol, 24-methylenecholesterol, stigmasterol and clerosterol. Sitosterol was predominant in young and stigmasterol in old tissues. Young tissues contained relatively more campesterol but in old tissues a C28Δ5,22 diene was present suggesting transformation of campesterol to its Δ5,22 analog, similar to that of sitosterol to stigmasterol. All the identified sterols were present as free compounds and also in the steryl esters, glucosides, acylated glucosides and water-soluble complexes. The variations in the amounts of these fractions in the embryo axes and cotyledons of 3- and 14-day-old seedlings and the distribution of individual sterols among the fractions are discussed.  相似文献

Eleven compounds isolated from the growth inhibiting active fraction of male flowers of Cucurbita pepo, were identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, anisyl alcohol, p-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether, p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol, veratryl alcohol, isovanillyl alcohol, p-coumaric acid, phloretic acid, benzyl-β-d-glucoside, 4-methoxybenzyl-β-d-glucoside and 3, 4-dimethoxybenzyl-β-d-glucoside. Each compound was assayed for growth inhibiting activity using lettuce seedlings; three showed strong activity, whereas the glucosides were inactive.  相似文献

From fresh Pinus contorta Doug (Coastal) needles four flavonol acylated glucosides and 6-methyl-kaempferol 3-β-D-glucoside were isolated. The metabolomic analysis of Vanilla planifolia leaves collected at different developmental stages was carried out using 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and multivariate data analysis in order to evaluate their variation. Ontogenic changes of the metabolome were considered since leaves of different ages were collected at two different times of the day and in two different seasons. Principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least square modeling discriminate analysis (PLS-DA) of 1H NMR data provided a clear separation according to leaf age, time of the day and season of collection. Young leaves were found to have higher levels of glucose, bis[4-(β-d-glucopyranosyloxy)-benzyl]-2-isopropyltartrate (glucoside A) and bis[4-(β-d-glucopyranosyloxy)-benzyl]-2-(2-butyl)-tartrate (glucoside B), whereas older leaves had more sucrose, acetic acid, homocitric acid and malic acid. Results obtained from PLS-DA analysis showed that leaves collected in March 2008 had higher levels of glucosides A and B as compared to those collected in August 2007. However, the relative standard deviation (RSD) exhibited by the individual values of glucosides A and B showed that those compounds vary more according to their developmental stage (50%) than to the time of day or the season in which they were collected (19%). Although morphological variations of the V. planifolia accessions were observed, no clear separation of the accessions was determined from the analysis of the NMR spectra. The results obtained in this study, show that this method based on the use of 1H NMR spectroscopy in combination with multivariate analysis has a great potential for further applications in the study of vanilla leaf metabolome.  相似文献

A new diol glucoside, 2-β-d-glucopyranosyloxy-2-methylpropanol, the first reported naturally occurring monoglucoside of an aliphatic dihydric alcohol, was isolated from pods of Acacia sieberana var. woodii. Structure elucidation was based on 1 H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and enzymatic analyses. The compound was hydrolysed very slowly by almond β-glucosidase, but cleaved by a β-glucuronidase enzyme complex from Helix pomatia.  相似文献

From the leaves and stem bark of Campylospermum flavum (Ochnaceae), three compounds, namely 4?-O-methylagathisflavone, flavumchalcone, and flavumindole have been isolated together with 10 known compounds, including three flavonoids, two biflavonoids, two alkaloids, two nitrile glucosides, and glucopyranosyl-β-sistosterol. The structures of these compounds and their relative configurations were established by 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Four new iridoid glucosides, 7-dehydroxyzaluzioside (1), 6'-O-syringylphlorigidoside C (2), barlerin-6″-hydroxy-2″,6″-dimethylocta-2″,7″-dienate ester (3), 6β-n-butoxy-7,8-dehydropenstemonoside (4), and a new C(13)-norisoprenoid derivative, 5β,6α-dihydroxy-3β-(β-D-glucoyranosyloxy)-7-megastigmen-9-one (5), together with 16 known iridoid glucosides, were isolated from Lamiophlomis rotata. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated by HRMS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. A stable nuclear factor kappaB (NF-κB)-luciferase-expressing human embryonic kidney 293 cell line was used in the luciferase assay for monitoring the anti-inflammatory activity of the compounds. It was found that 6β-n-butoxy-7,8-dehydropenstemonoside (4) and two known compounds (8-epi-7-deoxyloganin and 7,8-dehydropenstemonoside) had a significant inhibitory effect on lipopolysaccharide-stimulated NF-κB activation.  相似文献

Three new colchicinoid glucosides, dongduengosides A-C were isolated from seedless pods of Thai origin Gloriosa superba together with colchicoside, colchicine, 2-demethylcolchicine and luteolin 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside. In addition, colchicine, 2-demethylcolchicine, 3-methylcolchicine, colchicoside, epi-catechin and quercetin 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside were identified from seeds. The structure determinations were based on physical data and spectroscopic evidence including 1D- and 2D-experiments. This study showed that the different part of seedless pods and seeds provided the major difference in compounds.  相似文献

The structures of two new acylated apigenin glucosides are reported from the aerial parts of Anisomeles ovata. They were separated as their acetates and identified as apigenin 7-O-β-d-(2″,6″-di-O-p-coumaroyl)glucoside and apigenin 7-O-β-d-(4″,6′-di-O-p-coumaroyl)glucoside by 1H NMR study of the acetates and by chemical degradative methods. The allocation of the p-coumaroyl moieties is also supported by a study of the 13C NMR spectrum of the inseparable mixture of glucosides.  相似文献
