Solution‐processable small molecule (SM) donors are promising alternatives to their polymer counterparts in bulk‐heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells. While SM donors with favorable spectral absorption, self‐assembly patterns, optimum thin‐film morphologies, and high carrier mobilities in optimized donor–acceptor blends are required to further BHJ device efficiencies, material structure governs each one of those attributes. As a result, the rational design of SM donors with gradually improved BHJ solar cell efficiencies must concurrently address: (i) bandgap tuning and optimization of spectral absorption (inherent to the SM main chain) and (ii) pendant‐group substitution promoting structural order and mediating morphological effects. In this paper, the rational pendant‐group substitution in benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene–6,7‐difluoroquinoxaline SMs is shown to be an effective approach to narrowing the optical gap (Eopt) of the SM donors ( SM1 and SM2 ), without altering their propensity to order and form favorable thin‐film BHJ morphologies with PC71BM. Systematic device examinations show that power conversion efficiencies >8% and open‐circuit voltages (VOC) nearing 1 V can be achieved with the narrow‐gap SM donor analog ( SM2 , Eopt = 1.6 eV) and that charge transport in optimized BHJ solar cells proceeds with minimal, nearly trap‐free recombination. Detailed device simulations, light intensity dependence, and transient photocurrent analyses emphasize how carrier recombination impacts BHJ device performance upon optimization of active layer thickness and morphology.  相似文献

While polymer acceptors are promising fullerene alternatives in the fabrication of efficient bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells, the range of efficient material systems relevant to the “all‐polymer” BHJ concept remains narrow, and currently limits the perspectives to meet the 10% efficiency threshold in all‐polymer solar cells. This report examines two polymer acceptor analogs composed of thieno[3,4‐c ]pyrrole‐4,6‐dione (TPD) and 3,4‐difluorothiophene ([2F]T) motifs, and their BHJ solar cell performance pattern with a low‐bandgap polymer donor commonly used with fullerenes (PBDT‐TS1; taken as a model system). In this material set, the introduction of a third electron‐deficient motif, namely 2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole (BT), is shown to (i) significantly narrow the optical gap (E opt) of the corresponding polymer (by ≈0.2 eV) and (ii) improve the electron mobility of the polymer by over two orders of magnitude in BHJ solar cells. In turn, the narrow‐gap P2TPDBT[2F]T analog (E opt = 1.7 eV) used as fullerene alternative yields high open‐circuit voltages (V OC) of ≈1.0 V, notable short‐circuit current values (J SC) of ≈11.0 mA cm−2, and power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) nearing 5% in all‐polymer BHJ solar cells. P2TPDBT[2F]T paves the way to a new, promising class of polymer acceptor candidates.  相似文献

To ensure laboratory‐to‐industry transfer of next‐generation energy harvesting organic solar cells (OSCs), it is necessary to develop flexible OSC modules that can be produced on a continuous roll‐to‐roll basis and to apply an all‐solution process. In this study, nonfullerene acceptors (NFAs)‐based donor polymer, SMD2, is newly designed and synthesized to continuously fabricate high‐performance flexible OSC modules. Also, multifunctional hole transport layers (HTLs), WO3/HTL solar bilayer HTLs, are developed and applied via an all‐solution process called “ProcessOne” into inverted structure. SMD2, the donor terpolymer, has a deep highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level and can achieve a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 11.3% with NFAs without any pre‐/post‐treatment because of its optimal balance between crystallinity and miscibility. Furthermore, the integration of multifunctional HTLs enables the recovery of the drop in open circuit voltage (VOC) caused by a mismatch in energy levels between the deep HOMO level of the NFAs‐based bulk‐heterojunction layer and the solution‐processed HTLs. Also, the photostability under ultraviolet‐exposure necessary for “ProcessOne” is greatly improved because of the integration of multifunctional HTLs. Consequently, because of the synergistic effects of these approaches, the flexible OSC modules fabricated in an industrial production line have a PCE of 5.25% (Pmax = 419.6 mW) on an active area of 80 cm2.  相似文献

In bulk heterojunction (BHJ) polymeric organic solar cells (OSCs), the use of processing additives in the material formulation has emerged as a promising, cost‐effective, and widely applicable method for optimizing the phase separation between the donor (D) and acceptor (A) materials, thus increasing their efficiency. So far, however, there has been no systematic approach for identifying suitable processing additives for a given D:A system. A method based on the Hansen solubility parameters (HSPs) is proposed for guiding the selection of processing additives for a given D:A combination. The method is applied to the archetypical poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and [6,6]‐phenyl‐C61‐butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) system. The HSPs of these materials are determined and used to define a set of numerical criteria that need to be satisfied by a processing additive in order for it to be effective in realizing a higher efficiency OSC. Applying the selection criteria results in the identification of three novel processing additives. OSCs made of these formulations demonstrate an increase in their short‐circuit current density (JSC) and power conversion efficiency (PCE). These results demonstrate the efficiency of these novel processing additives and show that the HSPs represent a useful tool to determine and explore new types of processing additives for BHJ‐OSCs.  相似文献

Remarkable progress has been made in the development of high‐efficiency solution‐processable nonfullerene organic solar cells (OSCs). However, the effect of the vertical stratification of bulk heterojunction (BHJ) on the efficiency and stability of nonfullerene OSCs is not fully understood yet. In this work, we report our effort to understand the stability of nonfullerene OSCs, made with the binary blend poly[(2,6‐(4, 8‐bis(5‐(2‐ethylhexyl)thiophen‐2‐yl)‐benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene))‐alt‐(5,5‐(1′,3′‐di‐2‐thienyl‐5′,7′‐bis(2‐ethylhexyl)benzo[1′,2′‐c:4′,5′‐c′] dithiophene‐4,8‐dione)] (PBDB‐T):3,9‐ bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone))‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(4‐hexylphenyl)‐ dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′] dithiophene (ITIC) system. It shows that a continuous vertical phase separation process occurs, forming a PBDB‐T‐rich top surface and an ITIC‐rich bottom surface in PBDB‐T:ITIC BHJ during the aging period. A gradual decrease in the built‐in potential (V0) in the regular configuration PBDB‐T:ITIC OSCs, due to the interfacial reaction between the poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene)‐poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) hole transporting layer and ITIC acceptor, is one of the reasons responsible for the performance deterioration. The reduction in V0, caused by an inevitable reaction at the ITIC/PEDOT:PSS interface in the OSCs, can be suppressed by introducing a MoO3 interfacial passivation layer. Retaining a stable and high V0 across the BHJ through interfacial modification and device engineering, e.g., as seen in the inverted PBDB‐T:ITIC OSCs, is a prerequisite for efficient and stable operation of nonfullerene OSCs.  相似文献

Three low‐bandgap nonfullerene acceptors (NFAs) IDTO‐T‐4F, IDTO‐Se‐4F, and IDTO‐TT‐4F with extended conjugation length are designed and synthesized. Various π‐spacers, thiophene, selenophene, and thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene are incorporated to extend the conjugated length and enhance the backbone planarity via noncovalent O···S or O···Se interactions. These NFAs exhibit strong light absorption in the range of 600–900 nm with narrow bandgaps between 1.38 and 1.45 eV. By blending with a wide‐bandgap donor material PBDB‐T, organic solar cells (OSCs) based on these NFAs all yield high efficiency over 10% with low energy losses ranging from 0.52 to 0.59 eV. Importantly, as a result of relatively high lowest unoccupied molecular orbital level, large hole and electron mobility in blend film, and low charge carrier recombination loss, optimized devices based on IDTO‐T‐4F exhibit a large open‐circuit voltage of 0.864 V, a high short‐circuit current density of 20.12 mA cm?2, and a notable fill factor of 72.7%, leading to an impressive efficiency of 12.62%, which represents the best performance for NFA OSCs using noncovalent interactions in acceptor molecule design. The results indicate that optimizing the conjugation length and backbone planarity via intramolecular noncovalent O···S or O···Se interactions is a useful strategy for NFA materials invention toward high‐performance solar cells.  相似文献

The current work reports a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.54% achieved with nonfullerene organic solar cells (OSCs) based on PTB7‐Th donor and 3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone))‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(4‐hexylphenyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]dithiophene) (ITIC) acceptor fabricated by doctor‐blade printing, which has the highest efficiency ever reported in printed nonfullerene OSCs. Furthermore, a high PCE of 7.6% is realized in flexible large‐area (2.03 cm2) indium tin oxide (ITO)‐free doctor‐bladed nonfullerene OSCs, which is higher than that (5.86%) of the spin‐coated counterpart. To understand the mechanism of the performance enhancement with doctor‐blade printing, the morphology, crystallinity, charge recombination, and transport of the active layers are investigated. These results suggest that the good performance of the doctor‐blade OSCs is attributed to a favorable nanoscale phase separation by incorporating 0.6 vol% of 1,8‐diiodooctane that prolongs the dynamic drying time of the doctor‐bladed active layer and contributes to the migration of ITIC molecules in the drying process. High PCE obtained in the flexible large‐area ITO‐free doctor‐bladed nonfullerene OSCs indicates the feasibility of doctor‐blade printing in large‐scale fullerene‐free OSC manufacturing. For the first time, the open‐circuit voltage is increased by 0.1 V when 1 vol% solvent additive is added, due to the vertical segregation of ITIC molecules during solvent evaporation.  相似文献

Significantly increased power conversion efficiency (PCE) of polymer solar cells (PSCs) is achieved by applying a plasmonic enhanced light trapping strategy to a low bandgap conjugated polymer, poly(indacenodithiophene‐ co‐phananthrene‐quinoxaline) (PIDT‐PhanQ) and [6,6]‐phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) based bulk‐heterojunction (BHJ) system. By doping both the rear and front charge‐selecting interfacial layers of the device with different sizes of Au NPs, the PCE of the devices is improved from 6.65% to 7.50% (13% enhancement). A detailed study of processing, characterization, microscopy, and device fabrication is conducted to understand the underlying mechanism for the enhanced device performance. The success of this work provides a simple and generally applicable approach to enhance light harnessing of low bandgap polymers in PSCs.  相似文献

Tuning the blend composition is an essential step to optimize the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of organic bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells. PCEs from devices of unoptimized donor:acceptor (D:A) weight ratio are generally significantly lower than optimized devices. Here, two high‐performance organic nonfullerene BHJ blends PBDB‐T:ITIC and PBDB‐T:N2200 are adopted to investigate the effect of blend ratio on device performance. It is found that the PCEs of polymer‐polymer (PBDB‐T:N2200) blend are more tolerant to composition changes, relative to polymer‐molecule (PBDB‐T:ITIC) devices. In both systems, short‐circuit current density (Jsc) is tracked closely with PCE, indicating that exciton dissociation and transport strongly influence PCEs. With dilute acceptor concentrations, polymer‐polymer blends maintain high electron mobility relative to the polymer‐molecule blends, which explains the dramatic difference in PCEs between them as a function of D:A blend ratio. In addition, polymer‐polymer solar cells, especially at high D:A blend ratio, are stable (less than 5% relative loss) over 70 d under continuous heating at 80 °C in a glovebox without encapsulation. This work demonstrates that all‐polymer solar cells show advantage in operational lifetime under thermal stress and blend‐ratio resilience, which indicates their high potential for designing of stable and scalable solar cells.  相似文献

A tandem organic solar cell (OSC) is a valid structure to widen the photon response range and suppress the transmission loss and thermalization loss. In the past few years, the development of low‐bandgap materials with broad absorption in long‐wavelength region for back subcells has attracted considerable attention. However, wide‐bandgap materials for front cells that have both high short‐circuit current density (JSC) and open‐circuit voltage (VOC) are scarce. In this work, a new fluorine‐substituted wide‐bandgap small molecule nonfullerene acceptor TfIF‐4FIC is reported, which has an optical bandgap of 1.61 eV. When PBDB‐T‐2F is selected as the donor, the device offers an extremely high VOC of 0.98 V, a high JSC of 17.6 mA cm?2, and a power conversion efficiency of 13.1%. This is the best performing acceptor with such a wide bandgap. More importantly, the energy loss in this combination is 0.63 eV. These properties ensure that PBDB‐T‐2F:TfIF‐4FIC is an ideal candidate for the fabrication of tandem OSCs. When PBDB‐T‐2F:TfIF‐4FIC and PTB7‐Th:PCDTBT:IEICO‐4F are used as the front cell and the back cell to construct tandem solar cells, a PCE of 15% is obtained, which is one of best results reported to date in the field of organic solar cells.  相似文献

Even though significant breakthroughs with over 18% power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) in polymer:non‐fullerene acceptor (NFA) bulk heterojunction organic solar cells (OSCs) have been achieved, not many studies have focused on acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the underlying mechanisms governing these systems. This is because it can be challenging to delineate device photophysics in polymer:NFA blends comprehensively, and even more complicated to trace the origins of the differences in device photophysics to the subtle differences in energetics and morphology. Here, a systematic study of a series of polymer:NFA blends is conducted to unify and correlate the cumulative effects of i) voltage losses, ii) charge generation efficiencies, iii) non‐geminate recombination and extraction dynamics, and iv) nuanced morphological differences with device performances. Most importantly, a deconvolution of the major loss processes in polymer:NFA blends and their connections to the complex BHJ morphology and energetics are established. An extension to advanced morphological techniques, such as solid‐state NMR (for atomic level insights on the local ordering and donor:acceptor π? π interactions) and resonant soft X‐ray scattering (for donor and acceptor interfacial area and domain spacings), provide detailed insights on how efficient charge generation, transport, and extraction processes can outweigh increased voltage losses to yield high PCEs.  相似文献

Nonfullerene polymer solar cells (PSCs) are fabricated by using one wide bandgap donor PBDB‐T and one ultranarrow bandgap acceptor IEICO‐4F as the active layers. One medium bandgap donor PTB7‐Th is selected as the third component due to the similar highest occupied molecular orbital level compared to that of PBDB‐T and their complementary absorption spectra. The champion power conversion efficiency (PCE) of PSCs is increased from 10.25% to 11.62% via incorporating 20 wt% PTB7‐Th in donors, with enhanced short‐circuit current (JSC) of 24.14 mA cm?2 and fill factor (FF) of 65.03%. The 11.62% PCE should be the highest value for ternary nonfullerene PSCs. The main contribution of PTB7‐Th can be summarized as the improved photon harvesting and enhanced exciton utilization of PBDB‐T due to the efficient energy transfer from PBDB‐T to PTB7‐Th. Meanwhile, PTB7‐Th can also act as a regulator to adjust PBDB‐T molecular arrangement for optimizing charge transport, resulting in the enhanced FF of ternary PSCs. This experimental result may provide new insight for developing high‐performance ternary nonfullerene PSCs by selecting two well‐compatible donors with different bandgap and one ultranarrow bandgap acceptor.  相似文献

The development of non‐fullerene‐based electron acceptors (especially organic molecules with sufficient absorption property within the solar spectrum region) for bulk‐heterojunction (BHJ) organic solar cells (OSCs) is an important issue for the achievement of high photoconversion efficiency. In this contribution, a new class of organic acceptors di‐cyan substituted quinacridone derivatives (DCN‐nCQA, n = 4, 6 and 8) for BHJ solar cells was designed and synthesized. DCN‐nCQA molecules possess facile synthesis, solution processability, visible and near‐IR light absorption and relatively stable characteristics. The DCN‐8CQA molecule exhibited a proper LUMO energy level (–4.1 eV), small bandgap (1.8 eV) and moderate electron mobility (10?4 cm2 V?1 S?1), suggesting that this molecule is an ideal acceptor material for the classical donor material regio‐regular poly (3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT). A photovoltaic device with a structure of [ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:DCN‐8CQA/LiF/Al] displayed a power conversion efficiency of 1.57% and a fill factor of 57% under 100 mW cm?2 AM 1.5G simulated solar illumination. The DCN‐nCQA molecules showed remarkable absorption in the region from 650 to 700 nm, where P3HT has a weak absorption promoting overlap with the solar spectrum and potentially improving the performance of the solar cell.  相似文献

In this study the thickness of the PTB7‐Th:PC71BM bulk heterojunction (BHJ) film and the PF3N‐2TNDI electron transport layer (ETL) is systematically tuned to achieve polymer solar cells (PSCs) with optimized power conversion efficiency (PCE) of over 9% when an ultrathin BHJ of 50 nm is used. Optical modeling suggests that the high PCE is attributed to the optical spacer effect from the ETL, which not only maximizes the optical field within the BHJ film but also facilitates the formation of a more homogeneously distributed charge generation profile across the BHJ film. Experimentally it is further proved that the extra photocurrent produced at the PTB7‐Th/PF3N‐2TNDI interface also contributes to the improved performance. Taking advantage of this high performance thin film device structure, one step further is taken to fabricate semitransparent PSCs (ST‐PSCs) by using an ultrathin transparent Ag cathode to replace the thick Ag mirror cathode, yielding a series of high performance ST‐PSCs with PCEs over 6% and average visible transmittance between 20% and 30%. These ST‐PSCs also possess remarkable transparency color perception and rendering properties, which are state‐of‐the‐art and fulfill the performance criteria for potential use as power‐generating windows in near future.  相似文献

One of the most important factors that limits the efficiencies of bulk‐heterojunction organic solar cells (OSCs) is the modest open‐circuit voltage (Voc) due to their large voltage loss (Vloss) caused by significant nonradiative recombination loss. To boost the performance of OSCs toward their theoretical limit, developing high‐performance donor: acceptor systems featuring low Vloss with suppressed nonradiative recombination losses (<0.30 V) is desired. Herein, high performance OSCs based on a polymer donor benzodithiophene‐difluorobenzoxadiazole‐2‐decyltetradecyl (BDT‐ffBX‐DT) and perylenediimide‐based acceptors (PDI dimer with spirofluorene linker (SFPDI), PDI4, and PDI6) are reported which offer a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 7.5%, 56% external quantum efficiency associated with very high Voc (>1.10 V) and low Vloss (<0.60 V). A high Voc up to 1.23 V is achieved, which is among the highest values reported for OSCs with a PCE beyond 6%, to date. These attractive results are benefit from the suppressed nonradiative recombination voltage loss, which is as low as 0.20 V. This value is the lowest value for OSCs so far and is comparable to high performance crystalline silicon and perovskite solar cells. These results show that OSCs have the potential to achieve comparable Voc and voltage loss as inorganic photovoltaic technologies.  相似文献

A terthieno[3,2‐b]thiophene ( 6T ) based fused‐ring low bandgap electron acceptor, 6TIC , is designed and synthesized for highly efficient nonfullerene solar cells. The chemical, optical, and physical properties, device characteristics, and film morphology of 6TIC are intensively studied. 6TIC shows a narrow bandgap with band edge reaching 905 nm due to the electron‐rich π‐conjugated 6T core and reduced resonance stabilization energy. The rigid, π‐conjugated 6T also offers lower reorganization energy to facilitate very low VOC loss in the 6TIC system. The analysis of film morphology shows that PTB7‐Th and 6TIC can form crystalline domains and a bicontinuous network. These domains are enlarged when thermal annealing is applied. Consequently, the device based on PTB7‐Th : 6TIC exhibits a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 11.07% with a high JSC > 20 mA cm?2 and a high VOC of 0.83 V with a relatively low VOC loss (≈0.55 V). Moreover, a semitransparent solar cell based on PTB7‐Th : 6TIC exhibits a relatively high PCE (7.62%). The device can have combined high PCE and high JSC is quite rare for organic solar cells.  相似文献

Poly‐dimethylsiloxane (PDMS) films with 2D periodic inverted moth‐eye nanopatterns on one surface are implemented as antireflection (AR) layers on a glass substrate for efficient light capture in encapsulated organic solar cells (OSCs). The inverted moth‐eye nanopatterned PDMS (IMN PDMS) films are fabricated by a soft imprint lithographic method using conical subwavelength grating patterns formed by laser interference lithography/dry etching. Their optical characteristics, together with theoretical analysis using rigorous coupled‐wave analysis simulation, and wetting behaviors are investigated. For a period of 380 nm, IMN PDMS films laminated on glass substrates exhibit a hydrophobic surface with a water contact angle (θCA) of ≈120° and solar weighted transmittance (SWT) of ≈94.2%, both significantly higher than those (θCA≈ 36° and SWT ≈ 90.3%) of bare glass substrates. By employing IMN PDMS films with a period of 380 nm on glass substrates for OSCs, an enhanced power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 6.19% is obtained mainly due to the increased short‐circuit current density (Jsc) of 19.74 mA cm‐2 compared to the OSCs with the bare glass substrates (PCE = 5.16% and Jsc = 17.25 mA cm‐2). For the OSCs, the device stability is also studied.  相似文献

Poly(benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene–alt–thieno[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐4,6‐dione) (PBDTTPD) polymer donors with linear side‐chains yield bulk‐heterojunction (BHJ) solar cell power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of about 4% with phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) as the acceptor, while a PBDTTPD polymer with a combination of branched and linear substituents yields a doubling of the PCE to 8%. Using transient optical spectroscopy it is shown that while the exciton dissociation and ultrafast charge generation steps are not strongly affected by the side chain modifications, the polymer with branched side chains exhibits a decreased rate of nongeminate recombination and a lower fraction of sub‐nanosecond geminate recombination. In turn the yield of long‐lived charge carriers increases, resulting in a 33% increase in short circuit current (J sc). In parallel, the two polymers show distinct grazing incidence X‐ray scattering spectra indicative of the presence of stacks with different orientation patterns in optimized thin‐film BHJ devices. Independent of the packing pattern the spectroscopic data also reveals the existence of polymer aggregates in the pristine polymer films as well as in both blends which trap excitons and hinder their dissociation.  相似文献

The impact of alkyl side‐chain substituents on conjugated polymers on the photovoltaic properties of bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells has been studied extensively, but their impact on small molecules has not received adequate attention. To reveal the effect of side chains, a series of star‐shaped molecules based on a triphenylamine (TPA) core, bithiophene, and dicyanovinyl units derivatized with various alkyl end‐capping groups of methyl, ethyl, hexyl and dodecyl is synthesiyed and studied to comprehensively investigate structure‐properties relationships. UV‐vis absorption and cyclic voltammetry data show that variations of alkyl chain length have little influence on the absorption and highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO)‐lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) levels. However, these seemingly negligible changes have a pronounced impact on the morphology of BHJ thin films as well as their charge carrier separation and transportation, which in turn influences the photovoltaic properties of these small‐molecule‐based BHJ devices. Solution‐processed organic solar cells (OSCs) based on the small molecule with the shortest methyl end groups exhibit high short circuit current (Jsc) and fill factor (FF), with an efficiency as high as 4.76% without any post‐treatments; these are among the highest reported for solution‐processed OSCs based on star‐shaped molecules.  相似文献

All‐inorganic CsPbIBr2 perovskite solar cells (pero‐SCs) exhibit excellent overall stability, but their power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) are greatly limited by their wide bandgaps. Integrated solar cells (ISCs) are considered to be an emergent technology that could extend their photoresponse by directly stacking two distinct photoactive layers with complementary bandgaps. However, rising photocurrents always sacrifice other photovoltaic parameters, thereby leading to an unsatisfactory PCE. Here, a recast strategy is proposed to optimize the spatial distribution components of low‐bandgap organic bulk‐heterojunction (BHJ) film, and is combined with an all‐inorganic perovskite to construct perovskite/BHJ ISCs. With this strategy, the integrated perovskite/BHJ film with a top‐enriched donor‐material spatial distribution is shown to effectively improve ambipolar charge transport behavior and suppress charge carrier recombination. For the first time, the ISC is not only significantly extended and enhanced the photoresponse achieving a 20% increase in current density, but also exhibits a high open‐circuit voltage and fill factor at the same time. As a result, a record PCE of 11.08% based on CsPbIBr2 pero‐SCs is realized; it simultaneously shows excellent long‐term stability against heat and ultraviolet light.  相似文献
