PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication systern)是图像存档和通信系统,它以高速计算机设备为基础,以高速网络和通讯方式联接各种影像设备和相关科室.利用大容量磁、光存储技术,以数字的方法存储管理、传送和显示医学影像和相关信息,具有图像质量高,存储、传输和复制无失真,传送迅速、影像资料可共享等突出的特点。因此,针对医院PACS建设中人们较为关心的问题,结合本单位PACS建设的实践,回顾性总结了本单位PACS建设的经验,并对医院PACS建设的实施步骤,规模大小,投资回报,影像设备的选型,公司的技术支持,医务人员的培训以及医院的组织管理等提出了一些看法和建设性的意见。  相似文献

为了提高设备利用率,大多医院将部分设备集中放置于病区服务中心,供全院科室共享使用,但是设备的借用、归还登记依然采用手工模式,这种模式工作效率低下且数据统计难度大。为了解决该问题,本文设计开发了一套基于Android系统的医院设备共享服务管理系统。该系统利用二维码作为设备唯一识别标识,利用Android移动终端软件扫描设备二维码获取该设备基础信息,并通过Web Service接口从数据服务器中获取设备详细信息后进行共享服务管理操作。该软件系统采用Java+MVC框架开发,利用SQL Server 2008实现设备信息存储、共享。通过对徐州医科大学附属医院病区服务中心200余台设备的日常共享服务管理的实际应用与测试,该系统能很好的优化医院设备共享服务管理流程,提高了设备管理人员工作效率。  相似文献

医院建设和实施居民健康卡项目涉及多家服务商和多个系统,具有一定的复杂性。文章对医院建设居民健康卡的全过程进行探讨,从建设准备工作开始,对医院通信网络建设、居民健康卡发行建设、自助服务系统建设和改造、各科室业务系统改造的全过程进行了讨论。通过上述实施步骤,最终帮助医院完成居民健康卡服务体系的建设,对即将规划和实施居民健康卡的医院具有参考意义。  相似文献

为便于大规模代谢网络的计算,发展了一款方便实用的工具:MetaGen,对Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genesand Genomes(KEGG)中物种特异的各层次代谢系统进行建模,生成的代谢网络以酶图和通路图的方式表示.利用该工具,对人类代谢系统的bow-tie结构进行了初步研究,并以此为例展示了该工具广阔的应用前景.MetaGen利用KEGGweb服务保证建模数据的可靠性,依靠本地关系数据库加速网络建模过程并提供更多的数据管理和利用方式,并结合高级JAVA技术提高代码的可扩展性.MetaGen完全开源,可直接从http://bnct.sourceforge.net/下载.  相似文献

The Reconfigurable Computing Cluster (RCC) project has been investigating unconventional architectures for high end computing using a cluster of FPGA devices connected by a high-speed, custom network. Most applications use the FPGAs to realize an embedded System-on-a-Chip (SoC) design augmented with application-specific accelerators to form a message-passing parallel computer. Other applications take a single accelerator core and tessellate the core across all of the devices, treating them like a large virtual FPGA. The experimental hardware has also been used for basic computer research by emulating novel architectures. This article discusses the genesis of the over-arching project, summarizes results of individual investigations that have been completed, and how this approach may prove useful in the investigation of future Exascale systems.  相似文献

Abstract

This article describes the experience of project Dryades, coordinated by the University of Trieste, in developing interactive identification keys in the form of applications for mobile devices (iPhone/iPad/iPodtouch). All of our keys were previously generated from a database of morpho-anatomical characters using software FRIDA. The applications for mobile devices, which were tested Europe-wide during the project KeyToNature, have proved to be useful in education, in the promotion of nature-aware tourism and in projects of citizen science. The first-generation apps were stand-alone packages which consisted into a sequence of stand-alone HTML pages, while those of the second generation do incorporate the digital key as a true database into the mobile device. All of the hitherto published applications are basically in the form of illustrated dichotomous keys. Future developments will also include a multi-entry query interface, and will be extended to devices which use the Android system.  相似文献

Biosensors are useful analytical devices that can be integrated with on-line process monitoring schemes. In this article, the principles and applications of these devices for bioprocess monitoring are considered. Several different types of biosensors are described, and the applications and limitations of flow injection analysis (FIA) for these applications are discussed. 生物分析是生命科学研究中的重要环节,分析仪器的小型化是提高生物分析灵敏度、速度、通量和降低成本的有效途径之一.微流控技术能够方便地操纵微量样品,具有集成度高、样品耗量小、污染少等诸多其他常量流控技术难以具备的优点,适用于进行多通道样品处理和高通量分析.除广泛采用的光学和电化学检测手段外,质谱也被用作这些微流控器件的检测器,并逐渐形成了微流控器件-质谱联用技术专门研究领域,进一步促进了自动化程度好、灵敏度高、特异性强的高通量生物分析方法的迅速发展.在大量调研国内外文献的基础上,对微流控器件-质谱联用领域的研究背景和现状进行了综述,不但介绍了微流控器件的制造技术还着重介绍了微流控器件-质谱联用技术在蛋白质组学等生物质谱分析方面的应用和新近进展,评述了可能的发展趋势.  相似文献

The current sensor networks are assumed to be designed for specific applications, having data communication protocols strongly coupled to applications. The future sensor networks are envisioned as comprising heterogeneous devices assisting to a large range of applications. To achieve this goal, a new architecture approach is needed, having application specific features separated from the data communication protocol, while influencing its behavior. We propose a Web Services approach for the design of sensor network, in which sensor nodes are service providers and applications are clients of such services. Our main goal is to enable a flexible architecture in which sensor networks data can be accessed by users spread all over the world.  相似文献

Body-worn radiofrequency electromagnetic field (RF-EMF) personal exposure meters (PEMs) have been increasingly used for exposure assessment in epidemiological research. However, little research on the measurement accuracy of these devices is available. In this article a novel measurement setup and a measurement protocol are presented for characterizing and testing PEMs. The whole setup and procedure is tested using two EME SPY 120 devices. The performance of the PEM was analyzed for absolute measurements in an anechoic chamber. Modulated signals representing the different services as real signals generated by appropriate testers were used. Measurement results were evaluated with respect to a root mean square detector. We found that measurement accuracy depends strongly on the carrier frequency and also on the number of occupied time slots for Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA)-based services. Thus, correction factors can only be derived if the distribution of the network configuration over the measurement time for all measurement points is available. As a result of the simplicity of the measurement setup and the straightforward measurement protocol, the possibility of fast validation leads to a higher accuracy in the characterization and testing of PEMs.  相似文献

Boolean networks (BNs) have been extensively used as mathematical models of genetic regulatory networks. The number of fixed points of a BN is a key feature of its dynamical behavior. Here, we study the maximum number of fixed points in a particular class of BNs called regulatory Boolean networks, where each interaction between the elements of the network is either an activation or an inhibition. We find relationships between the positive and negative cycles of the interaction graph and the number of fixed points of the network. As our main result, we exhibit an upper bound for the number of fixed points in terms of minimum cardinality of a set of vertices meeting all positive cycles of the network, which can be applied in the design of genetic regulatory networks.  相似文献

Wireless sensor network (WSN) are widely used in many applications. A WSN is a wireless decentralized structure network comprised of nodes, which autonomously set up a network. The node localization that is to be aware of position of the node in the network is an essential part of many sensor network operations and applications. The existing localization algorithms can be classified into two categories: range-based and range-free. The range-based localization algorithm has requirements on hardware, thus is expensive to be implemented in practice. The range-free localization algorithm reduces the hardware cost. Because of the hardware limitations of WSN devices, solutions in range-free localization are being pursued as a cost-effective alternative to more expensive range-based approaches. However, these techniques usually have higher localization error compared to the range-based algorithms. DV-Hop is a typical range-free localization algorithm utilizing hop-distance estimation. In this paper, we propose an improved DV-Hop algorithm based on genetic algorithm. Simulation results show that our proposed algorithm improves the localization accuracy compared with previous algorithms.  相似文献
