Background

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of the BACTEC MGIT 960 (M960) system compared with the proportion method (PM) on Löwenstein-Jensen (L-J) medium in a peripheral laboratory in China for the testing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) susceptibility to streptomycin (SM), isoniazid (INH) rifampicin (RIF) and ethambutol (EMB) a combination known as SIRE.

Methods

The susceptibility of 205 clinical isolates of MTB to SM, INH, RIF and EMB was performed with the M960 system. The drugs were tested at the following concentrations: 1.0 µg/ml for SM, 0.1 µg/ml for INH, 1.0 µg/ml for RIF, and 5.0 µg/ml for EMB. The results were compared with those obtained by the L-J PM. The L-J PM at an arbiter site was used to resolve any discordant results.

Results

The overall consistency was 96.6% and concordance values were 95.6% for SM, 97.6% for INH, 98.0% for RIF and 95.1% for EMB. The overall sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) of the M960 system for PM (the standard method) was 95.6%, 97.3%, 96.2% and 96.9% respectively, and the sensitivity were 93.3% for SM, 96.9% for INH, 97.4% for RIF and 94.6% for EMB, the specificity were 96.9% for SM, 98.2% for INH, 98.4% for RIF and 95.5% for EMB, the PPV were 94.6% for SM, 97.9% for INH, 97.4% for RIF and 94.6% for EMB, the NPV were 96.2% for SM, 97.3% for INH, 98.4% for RIF and 95.5% for EMB. The turnaround time with the M960 system (median 8.0 days, ranged from 5 to 14 days) was significantly shorter than that with the PM (28 days or 42 days).

Conclusion

There was a substantial degree of agreement between the two methods. The M960 system was a reliable and rapid method for SIRE susceptibility testing of tuberculosis in China.  相似文献

Seventy strains of Staphylococcus spp. and Escherichia coli (35 each) were isolated from various foodstuffs and identified on the basis of cultural, morphological and biochemical characteristics and were further tested for their antibiotic susceptibility with commonly used antibiotics/drugs. 69.2% of the strains of Staphylococci were resistant to co-trimazine and 34.6% were resistant to penicillin-G. 19.2% of the staphylococcal isolates exhibited resistance to cloxacillin, nalidixic acid, methicillin and tetracycline whereas 15.3% of the staphylococcal isolates were resistant to amoxycillin and nitrofurantoin. The isolated E. coli strains exhibited sharp peaks of resistance to antimicrobial agents such as tetracycline (72%), doxycycline (60%) and nalidixic acid (48%). Forty-four percent of the E. coli strains were resistant to nitrofurantoin and penicillin-G respectively. Among the 13 antibiotics/drugs tested for resistance, six different resistance patterns were observed in staphylococcal isolates and seven different resistance patterns were observed in the E. coli isolates from various foodstuffs. Bacterial strains exhibiting MIC values 100 g/ml for ampicillin and cloxacillin were screened for -lactamase activity and out of 10 staphylococcal isolates, seven were found to be positive for -lactamase, whereas out of 13 E. coli isolates tested for -lactamase production, only three were found to be positive.  相似文献

Reference methods for antifungal susceptibility tests recommend the use of conidia as inoculum. However, some isolates produce few conidia, while the invasive form of filamentous fungi in general is hyphae making susceptibility tests infeaseble. These facts suggest that other than conidia broth dilution method is required for susceptibility tests. The aim of this study was to clarify if the hyphal growth inhibition rate could be used as a method of determining the antifungal susceptibility of genus Microsporum. For this reason, a method which traces hyphal tips automatically and measures their growth rate was standardized for Microsporum spp. Control growth curves and test growth curves obtained by real-time observation of the hyphae groups responses to different concentrations of terbinafine, griseofulvin, and ciclopiroxolamine were used to compare with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) obtained by conidia broth microdilution method. A visible reduction in the growth inhibition rate was observed when hyphal activity was evaluated using the third or fourth serial two-fold dilution below the MIC determined by broth microdilution for terbinafine and ciclopiroxolamine. For griseofulvin, this reduction occurred after the fifth dilution below the MIC. This study highlights the importance of the inoculum type used to determine the in vitro susceptibility of Microsporum strains. We conclude that measurement of hyphal growth inhibition, despite being time consuming, could be a suitable method for evaluating antifungal susceptibility, particularly for fungi as Microsporum spp. that produce a small (or not at all) number of conidia.  相似文献

One of the most important forms of the occurrence of protothecosis is bovine mastitis. Studies on the in vivo and in vitro susceptibility to antimicrobials have shown that the microorganism is resistant to most of them. Looking for alternative treatments this study aimed to study the susceptibility to copper sulphate (which has an important algicide effect) and silver nitrate (used in dairy cattle breeding for the cauterization of mammary glands) and also to chlorexidine (an important post-dipping anti-septic used in dairy practice), and the effect of these antimicrobials in the ultrastructure of Prototheca zopfii before and after the exposure to these drugs. The in vitro susceptibility tests to chlorexidine, silver nitrate and copper sulphate of the strains of Prototheca zopfii for the determination of their minimal microbicidal concentrations (MMC), were performed using the tube dilution method in Sabouraud dextrose broth and evaluation of colony growth after plating in Sabouraud dextrose agar. The MMCs of chlorexidine, copper sulphate and silver nitrate of the 50 strains tested were 0.01%, 0.1% and 0.3%, respectively. The tubes containing the material used in the antimicrobial susceptibility tests were prepared for the examination in an electron microscope. The untreated controls of P. zopfii showed a similar ultrastructural appearance with the typical characteristics of the microorganism. Cells exposed to silver nitrate showed changes suggesting thickness of the cell wall. Cells exposed to chlorexidine showed changes suggesting degradation of intra-cellular organelles present in the cytoplasm. P. zopfii treated with copper sulphate showed changes suggesting fibrilation of inner layer of cell wall. This revised version was published online in October 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

A higher inoculum size of β-lactamase-positive Haemophilus influenzae is reported to increase minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) for β-lactams. However, the effect of inoculum size of β-lactamase-negative, ampicillin-resistant H. influenzae (BLNAR) on MICs for carbapenems has not been investigated. This study evaluated the effect of inoculum size on MICs for carbapenems and other β-lactams in nine clinical isolates of BLNAR. The MICs were determined by both the standard method described by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (final inoculum size of 5 × 105 colony-forming units [CFU]/ml) and a modified method (final inoculum size of 5 × 106 CFU/ml) using viable cell counts. The findings showed that the higher inoculum size increased MICs for imipenem, meropenem, panipenem, biapenem, ampicillin, ceftazidime, and ceftriaxone. The inoculum effect (4 log2 dilution or a greater increase in the MIC) with imipenem, meropenem, panipenem, and biapenem was found in three, five, two, and two isolates, respectively. The magnitude of the inoculum effect for panipenem significantly increased with the levels of MICs, but correlation between them for the others was not statistically significant. The mutations of penicillin-binding protein genes had little relevance to the reduced susceptibility to carbapenems or to the magnitude of the inoculum effect. These results suggest that MIC determination using turbidity can produce interpretive errors in the antimicrobial susceptibility testing of BLNAR for carbapenems because of their inoculum effect. Thus, accurate adjustment of inoculum size, such as viable cell count, is helpful for confirming the true MICs when the isolates are interpreted as “resistant” by turbidity-based MIC determination.  相似文献

Forty isolates of Bradyrhizobium sp. (cajanus) were isolated from the nodules of pigeon pea plants grown in fields receiving petrochemical industrial wastewater for the past 12 years and characterized using standard methods. The heavy metal analysis of field soil and treated wastewater showed their presence in varying concentrations. All isolates showed resistance to one or more metals at concentrations >200 g/ml. Multiple metal resistance was a common phenomenon in these isolates. There was no correlation between extractable soil metal concentration and the ability of the isolates to tolerate metal salts in their growth medium as evidenced from their minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). However, high incidence of metal resistance and the multiple nature of resistance might have been the result of continuous exposure of these strains to heavy metals in the treated wastewater of Mathura Oil Refinery. These strains were also found to be resistant to one or more of the 13 antibacterial drugs tested.  相似文献

Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains resistant to streptomycin (SM), isoniazid (INH), and/or rifampin (RIF) as determined by the conventional L?wenstein-Jensen proportion method (LJPM) were compared with the E test, a minimum inhibitory concentration susceptibility method. Discrepant isolates were further evaluated by BACTEC and by DNA sequence analyses for mutations in genes most often associated with resistance to these drugs (rpsL, katG, inhA, and rpoB). Preliminary discordant E test results were seen in 75% of isolates resistant to SM and in 11% to INH. Discordance improved for these two drugs (63%) for SM and none for INH when isolates were re-tested but worsened for RIF (30%). Despite good agreement between phenotypic results and sequencing analyses, wild type profiles were detected on resistant strains mainly for SM and INH. It should be aware that susceptible isolates according to molecular methods might contain other mechanisms of resistance. Although reproducibility of the LJPM susceptibility method has been established, variable E test results for some M. tuberculosis isolates poses questions regarding its reproducibility particularly the impact of E test performance which may vary among laboratories despite adherence to recommended protocols. Further studies must be done to enlarge the evaluated samples and looked possible mutations outside of the hot spot sequenced gene among discrepant strains.  相似文献

Although chemotherapy has been documented to be effective in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis and gastroduodenal ulcers, some cases are known to have been unsuccessful in the attempt to eradicate this species. In this study, we examined the relation between the susceptibility of H. pylori isolates and the efficacy of chemotherapy. We utilized the modified agar plate dilution method to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 63 H. pylori strains isolated before treatment with several drugs routinely used during eradication chemotherapy. Among the drugs tested, amoxicillin (AMPC) and clarithromycin (CAM) demonstrated high degrees of activity with MIC90, 0.39 and 0.2 μg/ml, respectively. No highly resistant strain against AMPC was detected among the strains examined, while for CAM and metronidazole (MTZ), 9.5% and 7.9% of the strains, respectively, were resistant before treatment. It should be noted that all of the MICs of the strains from patients with successful therapy were lower than those from patients with unsuccessful therapy. These findings indicate that susceptibility tests should be carried out prior to the commencement of drug administration in order to provide safer and more effective chemotherapy.  相似文献

A total of 64 bacterial isolates (40 Pseudomonas spp., 12 Azotobacter and 12 Rhizobium spp.) were characterized on the basis of morphological, cultural and biochemical characteristics. All the isolates were tested for their tolerance to the pesticides endosulfan, carbofuran, and malathion. 12.5% of the Pseudomonas isolates from soil tolerated concentrations of 1600 g malathion ml whereas 7.5% of isolates tolerated the same concentration of carbofuran. However, Pseudomonas isolates demonstrated a tolerance limit to endosulfan at a concentration of 800 g/ml. Asymbiotic N2-fixers (Azotobacter) and symbiotic N2-fixers (Rhizobium spp.) were also able to tolerate concentrations of pesticides up to 1600 g/ml. All the isolates were further tested for their antibiotic susceptibility against seven different antibiotics, nalidixic acid, cloxacillin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, amoxycillin, methicillin, doxycycline. 100% of the Pseudomonas isolates were resistant to cloxacillin and 57.5% were resistant to methicillin. 7.5% of the isolates exhibited multiple resistance to five different antibiotics in three different combinations whereas 25% of the isolates showed multiple resistance to four different antibiotics in seven different combinations. Some of the resistant isolates were also screened for plasmid DNA and found to harbour a single plasmid.  相似文献

Vaginal and/or rectal Escherichia coli colonization of pregnant women is sometimes associated with neonatal infections. Despite the relevance of these strains, they have been rarely described before. Thus, the aim of this study was to compare vaginal (VEC) and rectal E. coli (REC) isolates in respect of antimicrobial susceptibility and the frequency of virulence-associated genes (VAGs). The antimicrobial susceptibility of 50 VEC and 50 REC isolates was performed by using the disc diffusion method, and VAGs were detected by PCR. There were no significant differences in the antimicrobial resistance between VEC and REC. Both VEC and REC isolates were mostly resistant to ticarcillin (36 and 30%) and ampicillin (36 and 22%). None of the tested isolates was positive for ESBL. Gene’s fimH, fimA, sfa/foc, iutA, ibeA, hlyF, and neuC were detected, respectively, in 98, 92, 32, 28, 12, 8, and 2% of VEC and in 94, 72, 12, 34, 8, 10, and 8% of REC isolates. The co-occurrence of fimA/H and sfa/foc genes was significantly more prevalent among VEC isolates, in comparison to REC isolates. The study indicated that VEC and REC isolates are quite similar in terms of antimicrobial non-susceptibility and VAGs.  相似文献

This work aimed at evaluating the antifungal susceptibility and production of virulence factors by Candida spp. isolated from sirenians in Brazil. The isolates (n = 105) were recovered from the natural cavities of Amazonian and West Indian manatees and were tested for the susceptibility to amphotericin B, itraconazole, and fluconazole and for the production of phospholipases, proteases, and biofilm. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) for amphotericin B ranged from 0.03 to 1 µg/mL, and no resistant isolates were detected. Itraconazole and fluconazole MICs ranged from 0.03 to 16 µg/mL and from 0.125 to 64 µg/mL, respectively, and 35.2% (37/105) of the isolates were resistant to at least one of these azole drugs. Concerning the production of virulence factors, phospholipase activity was observed in 67.6% (71/105) of the isolates, while protease activity and biofilm production were detected in 50.5% (53/105) and 32.4% (34/105) of the isolates, respectively. Since the natural cavities of manatees are colonized by resistant and virulent strains of Candida spp., these animals can act as sources of resistance and virulence genes for the environment, conspecifics and other animal species, demonstrating the potential environmental impacts associated with their release back into their natural habitat.  相似文献

Twenty-four fungus isolates from the compost utilized in commercially growing Agaricus brunnescens were tested for their ability to produce extracellular enzymes involved in the degradation of cellulose, lignin and xylan, the major components of the straw of the compost. All 24 isolates were able to degrade carboxymethyl cellulose. Most were classified as weak or moderate producers of exo--glucanase. Twenty of the 24 were also able to hydrolyze filter paper, a crystalline cellulose. Nineteen of the 24 were able to hydrolyze xylan, a hemicellulose. The production of extracellular polyphenol oxidases was detected utilizing two tests; the blueing of alcoholic gum guaiacol, which indicates tyrosinase production, and the browning of malt extract-gallic acid agar, which indicates laccase production. Twenty produced tyrosinase, but only eight produced laccase. Agaricus brunnescens was also included in all of the tests. It produced exo--glucanase, hemicellulase, tyrosinase and lactase.  相似文献

Transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana plants expressing the coat protein gene of cymbidium ringspot virus (CyRSV) were tested for resistance against infection with CyRSV. Transgenic plants showed resistance to infection only when the purified virions concentration in the inoculum was as low as 0.05 g/ml. No protection was observed in transgenic plants inoculated with virion concentrations of 0.5 and 5.0 g/ml or when the inoculum was in vitro synthesized genomic RNA.  相似文献

The comparative action of seven drugs, namely, rifampicin (RIF), ansamycin-LM 427 (ANS), streptomycin (SM), isoniazid (INH), pyrizinamide (PZA), clofazimine (CLF), and pristinamycin (PST), was studied both on extracellularly and intracellularly growing mycobacterial speciesMycobacterium bovis, M. tuberculosis, andM. avium. All the drugs were used at their minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and their obtainable serum levels in man; 10×MICs, when less than the obtainable serum levels, were also tested. The action of drugs on extracellularly growing bacilli was tested with the Middlebrook 7H9-Tween medium, whereas for intracellular growth, an experimental model using a continuous murine macrophage cell line J-774 was developed, and macrophage-mycobacteria interactions by use of cytochemistry, scanning and transmission electron microscopy were investigated. Extracellularly growingM. avium was resistant to all the drugs tested; however, when tested on intracellularly growing bacilli, both RIF and CLF were found to be bactericidal, whereas other drugs only delayed the bacterial growth. In the case of extracellularly growingM. bovis andM. tuberculosis, INH, RIF, and SM were active, whereas PZA was active only onM. tuberculosis. However, on intracellularly growing bacilli, only INH and RIF were found to be bactericidal for both species, CLF to a lesser extent in the case ofM. tuberculosis; ANS and SM were bacteriostatic, whereas both PZA and PST were without any antibacterial effect. This investigation underlined the discrepancies concerning the action of drugs on extra- and intracellularly multiplying mycobacteria and the advantage of using a continuous cell line model while studying drug susceptibility of mycobacteria in relation to their intracellular growth.  相似文献

During a prospective study of indwelling vascular catheter-related infections, 134 isolates ofStaphylococcus epidermidis were grown from 700 catheter tips.In vitro antimicrobial susceptibility testing of these isolates to oxacillin, vancomycin and ofloxacin was performed using the standard broth microdilution technique. These results were compared to those for the same organisms grown in biofilm before the addition of antimicrobial agents. In 96-well flat bottom microtiter plates, 104–105 colony forming units ofS. epidermidis in 0.1 ml broth were grown for 18 h at 37°C, at which time a biofilm was observed for all isolates. Different concentrations of antimicrobial agents (0.1 ml) were then added to the plates. The plates were incubated for 18 h at 37°C. Since MICs could not be estimated in these plates, all the wells were subcultured after mixing the biofilm with the broth. Minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBCs) were defined as 99.9% reduction in colony forming units. For organisms grown in suspension, 100% of the isolates were susceptible to vancomycin, 81% to ofloxacin and 40% to oxacillin. MBCs of susceptible isolates were within four-fold differences for vancomycin (53%), oxacillin (50%), and ofloxacin (51%). When grown as a biofilm, 78%, 93% and 71% of isolates had MBCs of 2048 g ml–1 of oxacillin, vancomycin and ofloxacin respectively. These data demonstrate the reduced bactericidal activity of antimicrobial agents againstS. epidermidis in a biofilm and a simple method for its detection in the microbiology laboratory.  相似文献

The in vitro activity of seven azole compounds viz clotrimozole, isoconazole, bifanazole, fluconazole oxyconazole, Bay n 7133 and Bay L 9139 was investigated against 47 clinical isolates of pathogenic non-dermatophytic filamentous fungi and dermatophytic fungi. The isolates included Hendersonula toruloidea-26, Scytalidium hyalinium-5, Scytalidium japonicum-1, Trichophyton rubrum-5, Trichophyton tonsurans-3, Trichophyton mentagrophytes var. mentagrophytes-4, Epidemophyton floccosum-2, Microporum gypseum-2 isolates. The drugs were significantly more active against the dermatophytes (MIC range 0.025–1.56 g/ml) than non-dermatophytes (MIC range 0.39–6.25 g/ml). Isoconazole showed more activity than the rest of the azole compound tested. Clotrimazole, fluconazole, oxyconazole, bifonazole were comparable in their inhibitory activity against both dermatophytes and non-dermatophytes. The azole derivatives, Bay n 7133 and Bay L 9139 showed higher MIC range i.e. gave a range of 0.39–1.56 g/ml for dermatophytes and 1.56–6.25 g/ml for non-dermatophytic filamentous fungi. The minimal fungicidal concentration (MFC) of all the drugs tested were mostly within 2–8 times their MIC values.  相似文献

Human clinical streptococcal isolates can be identified rapidly by means of commercially available miniaturized biochemical systems, in contrast to animal and environmental isolates which may require extensive characterization using conventional methods. Streptococcal isolates (n=548) from fresh animal feces of cattle, swine, and broiler chickens were tested by means of conventional biochemical and physiological techniques, and also with a miniaturized technique in which conventional formulations were dispensed in 0.1 ml volume into microtiter plates. Agreement of the positive feature frequencies of the two methods were compared. Results from the tolerance tests in the two methods were generally in good agreement. However, the miniaturized method tended to give false negative results in some carbohydrate fermentation tests. Agreement between the 2 methods ranged from 100% for bile esculin tests to 71% for raffinose fermentation. Cluster analysis of the conventional method data indicated that there were 11 biochemically related groups of isolates, 2 of which were identified asStreptococcus faecalis, andS. morbillorum. Half of the isolates biochemically resembledS. faecium. Errors of miniaturized tests occurred mainly in certain tests and in certain biochemically related clusters of isolates. The data indicate that further investigation of experimental conditions such as medium formulation and inoculum size could lead to a successful miniaturized technique for testing animal streptococcal isolates.  相似文献

Background

The B′, CRF07_BC and CRF01_AE are the predominant HIV-1 subtypes in China. It is essential to determine their baseline susceptibility to HIV entry inhibitors before these drugs are used in China.

Methodology/Principal Findings

The baseline susceptibility of 14 representative HIV-1 isolates (5 CRF07_BC, 4 CRF01_AE, and 5 B′), most of which were R5 viruses, obtained from drug-naïve patients to HIV entry inhibitors, including two fusion inhibitors (enfuvirtide and C34), two CCR5 antagonists (maraviroc and TAK779) and one CXCR4 antagonist (AMD3100), were determined by virus inhibition assay. The sequences of their env genes were amplified and analyzed. These isolates possessed similar susceptibility to C34, but they exhibited different sensitivity to enfuvirtide, maraviroc or TAK779. CRF07_BC isolates, which carried polymorphisms of A578T and V583I in the N-terminal heptad repeat and E630Q, E662A, K665S, A667K and S668N in the C-terminal heptad repeat of gp41, were about 5-fold less sensitive than B′ and CRF01_AE isolates to enfuvirtide. Subtype B′ isolates with a unique polymorphism site of F317W in V3 loop, were about 4- to 5-fold more sensitive than CRF07_BC and CRF01_AE isolates to maraviroc and TAK779. AMD3100 at the concentration as high as 5 µM exhibited no significant inhibitory activity against any of the isolates tested.

Conclusion

Our results suggest that there are significant differences in baseline susceptibility to HIV entry inhibitors among the predominant HIV-1 subtypes in China and the differences may partly result from the naturally occurring polymorphisms in these subtypes. This study provides useful information for rational design of optimal therapeutic regimens for HIV-1-infected patients in China.  相似文献

Ten antibiotic-producing Streptomyces spp. isolated from Moroccan soils were evaluated for their ability to inhibit in vitro Sclerotium rolfsii development. Four isolates having the greatest pathogen inhibitory capabilities were subsequently tested for their ability to inhibit sclerotial germination in sterile soil. This test was carried out by using biomass inoculum, culture filtrate, and spore suspension of the isolates as treatment. Treatment with biomass inoculum and culture filtrate gave the highest inhibition of sclerotia. Biological control tests against Sclerotium rolfsii damping-off of sugar beet seeds showed that the selected Streptomyces isolates reduced significantly the disease severity, the J-2 isolate being the more potent. In addition, treatment with the isolate J-2 resulted in a significant increase (P ≤ 0.05) in seedling development compared to the control. All antagonistic Streptomyces selected here were able to grow in the rhizosphere soil from infected sugar beet culture.  相似文献

In Gram negative bacteria, fluoroquinolone resistance is acquired by target mutations in topoisomerase genes or by reducing the permeation of drugs due to the increase in expression of endogenous multidrug efflux pumps that expel structurally unrelated antimicrobial agents. An ongoing challenge is searching for new inhibitory substances in order to block efflux pumps and restore the antibiotic drugs susceptibility. In this research, we sought to investigate the interplay between ciprofloxacin and an efflux pump inhibitor (EPI), phenyl alanine arginyl β-naphtylamide (PAβN), to determine the prevalence of efflux pump overexpression in clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Ciprofloxacin was tested at different concentrations (256–0.25 μg/ml) with a fixed concentration of PAβN (50 μg/ml). The isolates susceptibility profiles were analyzed by disc diffusion and agar dilution methods using 10 antibiotic discs and 4 powders. It was found that in the presence of PAβN, resistance to ciprofloxacin was inhibited obviously and MIC values were decreased. The comparison between subgroups of P. aeruginosa isolates with different resistance profiles indicates that efflux pump overexpression (EPO) is present in 35% of ciprofloxacin resistant isolates with no cross resistance and in variable frequencies among isolates showing cross resistance to other tested antibiotics: gentamicin (31%), ceftazidime (29%), and imipenem (18%). Altogether, these results imply that PAβN maybe effective to restore the fluoroquinolone drugs susceptibility in clinical treatment procedures. Results also show that increased use of a fluoroquinolone drug such as ciprofloxacin can affect the susceptibility of P. aeruginosa to other different antipseudomonal agents.  相似文献
