本研究用PAP法、胸腺细胞增殖法、脾细胞增殖法,分别检测16例体外HBV感染的骨髓单个核细胞与16例慢性乙型肝炎患者体内感染的骨髓单个核细胞(MNCs)中的HBcAg和白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的诱生活性(以△cpm值表示)。结果显示,体外HBV感染组与体内HBV感染组骨髓MNCs中HBcAg检出率分别为50%和43.7%。本实验结果表明,HBV在体外感染骨髓MNCs,且与体内自然感染相符,但光镜下未观察到致细胞病变效应(CPE)。体外感染组与体内感染组IL-I和IL-2活性均较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)。且细胞中HBcAg检出阳性者较阴性者下降更为明显(P<0.01)。IL-1和IL-2诱生活性降低与HBV侵染免疫细胞及其在细胞内复制有密切关系,从而提示,IL-1和IL-2降低可能影响HBV的清除而引起慢性化过程。  相似文献

目的:探讨柴芩承气汤加减联合西医治疗对肠梗阻(IO)患者临床疗效、免疫功能及急性炎症反应的影响。方法:将486例肠梗阻患者随机分配为西医治疗组(对照组,n=243)与中西医结合治疗组(治疗组,n=243),对照组患者进行西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用柴芩承气汤加减治疗。治疗前后检测并比较两组患者血清前蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(Alb)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化,比较患者T淋巴细胞亚群的比例、血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)、乳果糖/甘露醇比值(L/M)变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效与临床症状改善显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后PA、Alb指标显著提高(P0.05),IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、WBC、CRP指标显著降低(P0.05);治疗组血浆DAO与L/M指标显著降低(P0.05);与本组治疗前比较,治疗组患者血清CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+与Ig A、Ig G指标显著提高(P0.05);与对照组同期比较,治疗组血清CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+与IgA指标显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:柴芩承气汤加减联合西医治疗肠梗阻可以显著减轻患者炎症反应,改善免疫功能,修复胃肠道黏膜,疗效显著。  相似文献

目的:探讨脓毒症患儿血浆微RNA-146a(miR-146a)、miR-223表达及与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的关系。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年2月在我院治疗的脓毒症患儿44例作为脓毒症组,同时选取32例全身性炎症反应综合征(SIRS)患儿(SIRS组)和40例健康儿童(对照组),检测和比较各组患儿血浆miR-146a、miR-223、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α的表达,同时采用序贯器官衰竭估计评分(SOFA评分)评价脓毒症患儿的病情。结果:脓毒症组miR-146a、miR-223、IL-6和IL-10表达分别为(5.90±1.22)×10~(-5)、(13.17±2.13)×10~(-4),20.21(12.06,64.13)ng/L和17.60(8.94,70.11)pg/m L,明显高于SIRS组和对照组(P0.05);脓毒症组和SIRS组血浆TNF-水平分别为(22.50(22.50,29.80)pg/m L和(23.40(19.41,30.01)pg/m L,明显高于对照组(P0.05);患儿miR-146a、miR-223与SOFA评分呈正相关(rs=0.411和0.321,P0.05),而血浆IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α水平与SOFA评分无显著相关性(P0.05);miR-146a与血浆IL-6、IL-10水平呈显著正相关(rs=0.297和0.301,P0.05),miR-223与血浆TNF-α水平呈正相关(rs=0.284,P0.05)。结论:脓毒症患儿血浆miR-146a和miR-223表达、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平均异常上调,且血浆miR-146a和miR-223表达与IL-6、IL-10、TNF-水平及病情程度显著相关。  相似文献

目的:研究消化性溃疡并幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染初治失败患者血浆网膜素-1(Omentin-1)水平的变化及中西医结合干预治疗的效果。方法:选择2011年9月~2015年9月在我院进行诊治的消化性溃疡患者82例观察组,采用阿莫西林,奥美拉唑、拉霉素和清幽口服液等中西医结合治疗,并选择20例健康体检者为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血浆Omentin-1水平,分析血浆Omentin-1水平与一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的关系。观察中西医结合治疗前后病例组血浆Omentin-1水平的变化并评价H.pylori根除的疗效及安全性。结果:进行中西医结合治疗后,H.pylori根除率达88.6%;有34例溃疡痊愈,22例显效,33例有效,3例无效,愈合率为68.29%(56/82),有效率为96.34%(79/82);观察组血浆Omentin-1水平为(18.15±3.96)ng/m L,明显低于对照组的(23.12±6.03)ng/m L(P0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的NO、IL-2水平明显降低(P0.05),ET-1,TNF-α和IL-6水平明显升高(P0.05);与治疗前相比,经中西医结合治疗后NO、IL-2水平明显降低(P0.05),ET-1,TNF-α和IL-6水平明显升高(P0.05);观察组血浆Omentin-1与IL-2、NO呈明显正相关(r=0.412,P0.05和r=0.382,P0.05),与IL-6和TNF-α呈明显负相关(r=-0.246,P0.05和r=-0.258,P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能升高血浆Omentin-1水平,有效提高溃疡愈合率及H.pylori根除率,抑制炎性因子的分泌,增强内源性NO保护作用和机体免疫功能。  相似文献

目的:探讨原发性舍格伦综合征(pSS)患者血清炎症因子、外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布与病情严重程度的相关性。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年8月我院收治的105例pSS患者为研究对象,根据病程将全部患者分为初发组(n=51)、复发组(n=22)与稳定组(n=32),并选取同期来我院体检的50例健康成人作为对照组。比较各组患者的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)与白细胞介素-32(IL-32)水平以及外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布。采用Pearson相关分析探讨pSS患者欧洲抗风湿联盟干燥综合征疾病活动指数(ESSDAI)与其血清炎症因子、外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布的相关性。结果:⑴血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平:初发组、复发组稳定组对照组;血清IL-32水平:初发组、复发组对照组,复发组稳定组。⑵外周血CD4~+/CD8~+比值:初发组、复发组、稳定组对照组;外周血Th1/Th2比值:初发组、复发组对照组;外周血Th17/Treg比值:初发组、复发组、稳定组对照组,且复发组稳定组。四组研究对象的外周血T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞的百分比比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。⑶Pearson相关分析显示pSS患者的ESSDAI评分与血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-32水平及外周血Th17/Treg比值均呈显著正相关(r=0.271、0.306、0.251、0.198,P0.05)。结论:pSS患者的血清TNF-α、IL-1β与IL-32水平及外周血CD4~+/CD8~+、Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg比值均明显升高,其中血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-32水平、外周血Th17/Treg比值与疾病活动度呈明显正相关。  相似文献

目的:分析米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法:106例子宫内膜异位症患者按抽签法分为对照组(n=53)与实验组(n=53),对照组采用米非司酮治疗,实验组基于对照组加以桂枝茯苓丸治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,治疗前后血清癌抗原125(CA125)、癌抗原199(CA199)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数的变化。结果:实验组的治疗总有效率为94.33%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组治疗后血清CA125、CA199、VEGF、SOD、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平、血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效确切,可能与其抗炎、抗氧化和改善血液流变学作用有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨鼻炎患者血清中白细胞介素-27(IL-27)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)在变应性中的表达以及临床意义。方法:选取2013年5月到2014年5月我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者60例为研究组,另外选取健康志愿者60例为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测入选者血清中的IL-27、IL-17以及IL-10的表达情况,并分析其相关关系。结果:研究组血清中IL-27、IL-10水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组IL-17水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组患者血清中的IL-27和IL-17呈负相关关系(r=-0.372,P=0.035),IL-27和IL-10呈正相关关系(r=0.524,P=0.026),而IL-17和IL-10无相关关系(r=0.519,P=0.318)。结论:变应性鼻炎患者中IL-27和IL-10呈低表达,而IL-17呈高表达,IL-27可能对IL-17和IL-10具有免疫调节的作用。  相似文献

目的:研究白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与大鼠骨质疏松形成的关系,为研究细胞因子与骨质疏松之间的相关作用机制提供参考。方法:选择2015年1月至2015年11月我院采购的90只雌性大鼠作为研究对象,按照数字随机法将大鼠分成观察组(n=45)以及对照组(n=45)。观察组制成骨质疏松模型,对照组不作处理,对比两组局部骨密度,成骨细胞,骨小梁以及破骨细胞在视野面积中的比例,骨组织相关细胞因子水平,分析IL-6、IL-1β以及TNF-α水平与大鼠骨质疏松的相关性。结果:观察组椎体骨密度(BD)和椎间盘BD以及小关节BD均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组骨小梁和成骨细胞在视野面积中的比例明显低于对照组,而破骨细胞在视野面积中的比例明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组IL-6和IL-1β以及TNF-α均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。IL-6、IL-1β以及TNF-α水平与大鼠椎体BD、椎间盘BD以及小关节BD均呈明显负相关。结论:去卵巢大鼠的细胞因子与其骨质疏松具有紧密联系,表现在IL-6、IL-1β以及TNF-α水平与大鼠椎体BD、椎间盘BD以及小关节BD均呈明显负相关。  相似文献

目的:探讨爱康肤银离子敷料在早期重度烧伤患儿中的应用及对炎性因子的影响。方法:98例早期重度烧伤患儿按抽签法分为对照组(n=49)与观察组(n=49),对照组采用磺胺嘧啶银治疗,观察组采用爱康肤银离子敷料治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合率及感染率,以及治疗前后血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)及视觉模拟评分(VAS)的变化情况。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组创面愈合率高于对照组,创面愈合时间早于对照组,创面感染率低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,APTT,TT及PT均低于对照组,而Fg高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:爱康肤银离子敷料治疗早期重度烧伤的临床疗效显著,能够降低患儿血清炎性因子水平。  相似文献

本文应用3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-thymidine, 3H-TdR)掺入法及3H-脯氨酸(3H-proline, 3H-Pro)掺入法观察白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β, IL-1β)对Spague-Dawley乳鼠心肌成纤维细胞DNA及胶原合成的影响,并用明胶酶谱法和Western blot检测基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases, MMPs) MMP-2、 MMP-9活性及MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白表达,用RT-PCR检测MMP-2、 MMP-9的mRNA表达.结果显示:(1)0.1、1、10、100ng/mL的IL-1β作用于细胞24h后,各组3H-TdR掺入量明显较对照组低(P<0.05, P<0.01),同时3H-Pro掺入量明显降低(P<0.05, P<0.01);而0.01ng/mL的IL-1β作用于细胞后,对3H-TdR掺入量和3H-Pro掺入量无明显影响.(2)不同剂量(0.01~100ng/mL)的IL-1β均刺激MMP-2和MMP-9活性升高,并呈剂量依赖性.IL-1β增加MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白表达(P<0.05, P<0.01).(3)IL-1β(0.01~100ng/mL)刺激MMP-2和MMP-9 mRNA表达升高(P<0.05, P<0.01).以上结果表明,IL-1β通过减少心肌成纤维细胞的细胞分裂来降低胶原的合成,同时促进MMP-2和MMP-9的转录及转录后的表达来促进胶原的分解,提示其在心肌重塑过程中起一定作用.  相似文献

For the study of the changes in plasma interleukin-1 (IL-1) and their possible relationship with the changes in glucocorticoid receptor (GR), plasma IL-1 and GR in peripheral blood leukocytes in aged long-distance runner were measured simultaneously. The activity of IL-1 was expressed as its ability to stimulate 3H-TdR incorporation in the thymocytes of C57 mice. GR was determined by whole cell assay with 3H-Dex. The results showed that the activity of plasma IL-1 in aged long-distance runner was 209%, 223% and 145% of the control at 14.7-18.7, 3.8-7.0 and 1.5-2.6 KD fractions. The GR in peripheral blood leukocytes in aged runner was 65% of the control. Possible relationship between the changes in IL-1 and GR in aged long-distance runner and its physiological significance are discussed.  相似文献

目的:本文旨在探讨急进高原低氧人群血浆NO和红细胞SOD的变化及其相互作用的生理意义。方法:以急进高原的健康人群为研究对象,年龄范围在18~21岁之间,分为对照组和高原低氧组。血浆NO测定采用硝酸还原酶法,红细胞SOD测定采用亚硝酸盐显色法。结果:高原低氧组血浆NO浓度显著低于平原对照组;高原低氧组红细胞SOD含量显著高于平原对照组。结论:急进高原低氧人群红细胞SOD显著升高,NO降低,可能与低氧造成肺血管收缩有关系。但NO、自由基及自由基清除剂(SOD)之间的调控网络,在低氧的病理生理过程中的作用有待进一步研究  相似文献

Intermittent psychological stress was induced in adult rats by 2 h/day of immobilization stress for 4 days, with or without blocking the function of IL-6 by using an anti-IL-6 antibody. Basal concentrations of serum corticosterone, IL-1beta, IL-6, and TNF-alpha were assessed 24 h after the last intervention, as were levels of glucocorticoid receptors (GR) and activities of glucocorticoid-inducible enzymes (tyrosine aminotransferase and glutamine synthetase) in muscle and liver. Whole blood cultures were used to assess both spontaneous and LPS-induced reactivity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Stress increased corticosterone concentration in a manner partially modulated by IL-6. Serum IL-1beta concentration was downregulated during stress when IL-6 was blocked (P < 0.01). LPS-induced IL-6 secretion by peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro correlated positively with serum IL-1beta concentration in antibody-treated groups, independently of stress (R = 0.70 in nonstressed and R = 0.78 in stressed rats; both P < 0.05), whereas serum corticosterone concentration correlated positively with LPS-induced secretion of IL-6 only in control rats (R = 0.66; P < 0.05). Reductions in liver GR levels indicated independent effects of stress (34.5%) and anti-IL-6 antibody (16.7%) and additive effects for both (62.5%). Similar results are reported for vastus muscle. Conversely, stress increased tyrosine aminotransferase and glutamine synthetase activities in muscle and liver with a significant (P < 0.05) effect of anti-IL-6 antibody only seen in stressed livers. In conclusion, IL-6 plays a role in maintaining circulating IL-1beta concentration after multiple exposures to stress, thus promoting a continued elevation of corticosterone release; in peripheral tissues, IL-6 antagonizes the effects of glucocorticoids, especially at the level of GR concentration.  相似文献

We investigated the hypolipidemic effects of Goami-3 rice (GR; Oryza sativa L. cv. Goami-3), a newly developed strain with high levels of amylose and fibers. Diet-induced obese mice were fed three types of isocaloric diets for 8 weeks: a high-fat diet, a high-fat diet with GR or control rice (CR; O. sativa L. cv. Ilpumbyeo). Mice fed GR exhibited a significant reduction in body fat (–23%), total cholesterol (–20%) and triglyceride concentrations (–30%) compared to mice fed CR. The mice fed GR showed induction of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR)-α and inhibition of γ expressions in the liver and adipose tissue. The reduced adiposity of mice fed GC was supported by changes in the expression of genes related to lipid accumulation and hydrolysis in adipose tissues and the plasma concentrations of insulin, adiponectin and leptin. Principal components analysis with gas chromatography–time-of-flight mass spectrometry-based metabolomic data revealed that the average level of specific plasma metabolites in the GR group was statistically different from that in the other groups after 4 weeks. These metabolites included propionic acid, valine, leucine and proline. Based on partial least-squares analysis, the plasma concentrations of valine were inversely correlated with the high-density lipoprotein (HDL) to non-HDL and HDL to total cholesterol ratios. In conclusion, GR feeding for 8 weeks significantly improved dyslipidemia and adiposity in diet-induced obese mice by regulating gene expression of PPARs and its target genes. Key plasma metabolites (including valine) were significantly altered by the hypolipidemic effects of GR.  相似文献

本实验观察了阻断冠脉血流后血液流变学的变化并分析了肾上腺髓质活动增强在急性心肌缺血早期血液流变学变化中的作用。实验结果表明,对照组阻断冠脉血流40min时全血粘度已显著增加,血细胞压积、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度逐渐升高。阻断冠脉血流前切断双侧内脏大神经可消除心肌缺血早期血液流变学的异常变化,而切断内脏大神经后输注肾上腺素又可使心肌缺血时全血粘度、血细胞压积等各项指标出现明显异常。上述结果提示,阻断冠脉血流后交感-肾上腺系统活动增强可能是急性心肌缺血早期血液流变学变化的重要原因。  相似文献

The objective was to determine the effects of exercise training on changes in blood immune function in postmenopausal breast cancer survivors. Fifty-three postmenopausal breast cancer survivors were randomly assigned to an exercise (n=25) or control group (n=28). The exercise group trained on cycle ergometers three times per week for 15 wk. The control group did not train. The primary end point was change in natural killer cell cytotoxic activity in isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Secondary end points were changes in standard hematological variables, whole blood neutrophil function, the phenotypes of isolated mononuclear cells, estimations of unstimulated and phytohemaglutinin-stimulated mononuclear cell function (rate of [3H]thymidine uptake), and the production of proinflammatory [interleukin (IL)-1alpha, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, IL-6] and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-4, IL-10, transforming growth factor-beta1). Statistical tests were two-sided (alpha <0.05). Fifty-two participants completed the trial. Intention-to-treat analyses, which included the baseline value as a covariate, showed significant differences between groups for change in percent specific lysis of a target natural killer cell at all five effector-to-target ratios (adjusted mean between-group change over all 5 effector-to-target ratios = +6.34%; P <0.05 for all comparisons), the lytic activity per cell (adjusted mean between-group change = -2.72 lytic units; P=0.035), and unstimulated [3H]thymidine uptake by peripheral blood lymphocytes (adjusted mean between-group change = +218 per dpm x 10(6) cells; P = 0.007). There were no significant differences between groups for change in any other end point. Exercise training increased natural killer cell cytotoxic activity and unstimulated [3H]thymidine uptake by peripheral blood lymphocytes in postmenopausal breast cancer survivors.  相似文献

Background

Corticosteroid insensitivity is a major barrier of treatment for some chronic inflammatory diseases, such as severe asthma, but the molecular mechanism of the insensitivity has not been fully elucidated. The object of this study is to investigate the role of protein phosphate 2A (PP2A), a serine/threonine phosphatase, on corticosteroid sensitivity in severe asthma.

Methodology/Principal Findings

Corticosteroid sensitivity was determined by the dexamethasone ability to inhibit TNFα-induced IL-8 or LPS-induced TNFα production. PP2A expression, glucocorticoid receptor (GR) nuclear translocation defined as the nuclear/cytoplasmic GR ratio and phosphorylation of GR-Ser226, c-Jun N-terminal kinase 1 (JNK1) and PP2A were analysed by Western-blotting. Phosphatase activity was measured by fluorescence-based assay. Okadaic acid (OA), a PP2A inhibitor, reduced corticosteroid sensitivity with reduced GR nuclear translocation and increased GR phosphorylation in U937 monocytic cells. PP2A knockdown by RNA interference showed similar effects. IL-2/IL-4 treatment to U937 reduced corticosteroid sensitivity, and PP2A expression/activity. In peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from severe asthma, the PP2A expression and activity were significantly reduced with concomitant enhancement of PP2AC-Tyr307 phosphorylation compared with those in healthy volunteers. As the results, GR-Ser226 and JNK1 phosphorylation were increased. The expression and activity of PP2A were negatively correlated with phosphorylation levels of GR-Ser226. Furthermore, co-immunoprecipitation assay in U937 cells revealed that PP2A associated with GR and JNK1 and IL-2/IL-4 exposure caused dissociation of each molecule. Lastly, PP2A overexpression increased corticosteroid sensitivity in U937 cells.

Conclusions/Significance

PP2A regulates GR nuclear translocation and corticosteroid sensitivity possibly by dephosphorylation of GR-Ser226 via dephosphorylation of upstream JNK1. This novel mechanism will provide new insight for the development of new therapy for severe asthma.  相似文献

目的:探讨重度子痫前期患者外周血中NK细胞数量、杀伤功能以及相关细胞因子的变化。方法:选择重度子痫前期患者25例(研究组)以及正常妊娠妇女25例(对照组),流式细胞术测定外周血中NK细胞数量,细胞毒实验测定NK细胞的杀伤活性,ELISA法测定血清IFN-γ及IL-2的浓度。结果:研究组患者外周血中NK细胞的数量以及杀伤活性显著高于对照组;研究组外周血中IFN-γ、IL-2的浓度也显著高于对照组。结论:重度子痫前期患者外周血NK细胞数量增多,杀伤活性增强,血清中NK细胞相关细胞因子也增加。这些改变可能参与重度子痫前期的发病机制。  相似文献

Nowadays, it is assumed that therapeutic efficacy of antidepressants depends, at least partly, on their anti-inflammatory properties. The present study investigated for the first time the effect of 21-day oral administration of desipramine on the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated IL-1β concentration in the olfactory bulb, hypothalamus, frontal cortex, hippocampus and plasma of rats, and on the LPS-induced IL-1β mRNA level in the olfactory bulb. Desipramine (15 mg/kg/day) reduced significantly the LPS (250 μg/kg i.p.)-induced IL-1β concentration in the olfactory bulb, hypothalamus and in plasma, and diminished the LPS effect on IL-1β mRNA in the olfactory bulb. Plasma concentration of desipramine was comparable to its therapeutic range. By using the α1/α2-adrenoceptor antagonist prazosin and the unspecific β-adrenoceptor antagonist propranolol given prior to LPS, we found that the effect of desipramine on LPS-induced IL-1β production was partially mediated by both adrenoceptors in the olfactory bulb and plasma, and that β-adrenoceptors contributed also to its effect on the stimulated IL-1β concentration in the hypothalamus. The effect of LPS on the cerebral IL-1β levels was, in part, mediated by β-adrenoceptors and, in a region-specific manner, by α1/α2-adrenoceptors. The findings provide evidence for central and peripheral anti-inflammatory activity of desipramine and confirm the impact of the noradrenergic system on IL-1β production induced by an immunostimulatory challenge.  相似文献

Leukocyte--plasma suspensions and plasma from tumour patients have been tested in vitro against staphylococcus aureus for bactericidal capacity. Blood was collected during surgical intervention from peripheral vein and from the nearest point of vein to tumour. Second collection of peripheral blood was done 2--3 weeks later after surgery. Decrease of bactericidal activity of plasma has been found in blood collected from vein near the tumour. We can suggest that tumours release some factors disturbing the bactericidal capacity or that the tumour absorbs some factors of plasma or changes the functions of granulocytes.  相似文献
