New copper(II) clofibriates (clof, {2-(4-chlorophenoxy)-2-methylpropionic or 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid}) of composition Cu(clof)2L2 (where L=2-pyridylmethanol (2-pymeth) (1), N-methylnicotinamide (Menia) (4), N,N-diethylnicotinamide (Et2nia) (5), isonicotinamide (isonia) (7) or methyl-3-pyridylcarbamate (mpc) (8)), [Cu(clof)2(4-pymeth)2(H2O)] · 2H2O (4-pymeth=4-pyridylmethanol) (2 · 2H2O) and Cu(clof)2L (where L=4-pymeth (3) or Et2nia (6)) have been prepared and spectroscopically characterized. All the Cu(clof)2L2 compounds seem to possess distorted octahedral copper(II) stereochemistry with differing tetragonal distortions. An X-ray analysis of 1 was carried out and it featured a tetragonal-bipyramidal geometry around the copper(II) atom. X-ray analysis of 2 · 2H2O featured a square-pyramidal geometry around copper(II) atom. Both the Cu(clof)2L compounds seem to consist of a binuclear unit of tetracarboxylate type bridging. An X-ray analysis of 6 revealed typical binuclear paddle-wheel type structure, consisting of two copper(II) atoms in square-pyramidal geometry bridged by four carboxylate anions in the xy-plane. All complexes under study were characterized by EPR and electronic spectroscopy. The antimicrobial effects have been tested on various strains of bacteria, yeasts and filamentous fungi.  相似文献

Thiocarbonate ruthenium complexes of the form CpRu(L)(L′)SCO2R (L = L′ = PPh3 (1), 1/2 dppe (2), L = PPh3, L′ = CO (3); R = Et (a), Bun (b), C6H5 (c), 4-C6H4NO2 (d)) have been synthesized by the reaction of the corresponding sulfhydryl complexes, CpRu(L)(L′)SH, with chloroformates, ROCOCl, at low temperature. The bis(triphenylphosphine) complexes 1 can be converted to 3 under CO atmosphere. The crystal structures of CpRu(PPh3)2SCO2Bun (1b), CpRu(dppe)SCO2Bun (2b), and CpRu(PPh3)(CO)SCO2Bun (3b) are reported.  相似文献

Novel bipyridine-type linking ligands L1 ((4-py)-CHN-C10H6-NCH-(4-py)) and L2 ((3-py)-CHN-C10H6-NCH-(3-py)), a pair of isomers due to possessing different pairs of terminal pyridyl groups, were prepared by the Schiff-base condensation. In ligand L1, the N?N separation between the terminal pyridyl groups is 16.0 Å, with their nitrogen donor atoms at the para positions (4,4′). The corresponding N?N separation in ligand L2 is 14.2 Å, with the nitrogen donor atoms at the meta positions (3,3′). 1-D zigzag-chain coordination polymers [Zn(L1)(NO3)2] (1) and [Zn(L2)(NO3)2] (2) were prepared by reactions of Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O with ligands L1 and L2, respectively, by solution diffusion. Polymer 3, [Cd(L1)1.5(NO3)2], prepared from Cd(NO3)2 · 4H2O and L1, exhibits a 1-D ladder structure, whose repeating ladder unit consists of four Cd metals and four L1 ligands to create a large 76-membered ring with dimensions of 20.8 × 20.8 Å. It was found that the lanthanide diiodides LnI2 (1) (Ln = Nd, Sm, Eu, Dy, Tm, Yb) are dissolved in isopropylamine (IPA) without redox transformations. Stability of the formed solutions decreases in a row Eu ≈ Yb > Sm > Tm > Dy > Nd. Removing of a solvent in vacuum leaves complexes LnI2(IPA)x (2) (Nd, x = 5; Sm, Eu, Dy, Tm, Yb, x = 4) as crystalline colored solids. Stability of 2-Nd,Dy,Tm is higher than that of known THF or DME coordinated salts. Divalent state of metal in the products is confirmed by data of UV-Vis spectroscopy, magnetic measurements and their chemical behavior. Structure of 2-Eu and 2-Tm was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. Oxidation of 2-Nd,Dy in IPA affords amine-amides (PriNH)Ln(IPA)y (3) (Nd, y = 4; Dy, x = 3). n-Propylamine also dissolves the iodides 1-Sm,Eu,Dy,Tm,Yb but stability of the solutions is significantly lower. 1-Nd vigorously reacts with PrnNH2 even at −30 °C which hampers the formation of the solution.  相似文献

Two new complexes, {[MnAu2(CN)4(NITpPy)2(H2O)2]}n (1) and {[Co(N(CN)2)2(NITpPy)2(H2O)2]}n (2), have been synthesized and characterized. The single-crystal X-ray analysis for the complexes 1 and 2 demonstrates that each M(II) (M = Mn or Co) ion assumes a distorted octahedral MN4O2 coordination polyhedron. Four nitrogen atoms come from the cyanide groups and the pyridyl rings in a common plane, and two oxygen atoms come from the H2O molecules in trans-positions. The structures of complexes 1 and 2 illustrate that aurophilicity and/or hydrogen bonding interactions play important roles in increasing dimensionality. Magnetic investigations on complexes 1 and 2 show the presence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

When the iron sulfide complexes (μ-Sx)[CpFe(CO)2]2 (x = 2, 3) are treated with O-alkyl oxalyl chlorides ROCOCOCl the complexes CpFe(CO)2SCOCO2R (1) [R = Me (a), Et (b)] are obtained. Similarly, the complexes CpFe(CO)2SeCOCO2R (2) are obtained from the analogous iron selenide (μ-Se)[CpFe(CO)2]2 reaction with the same reagents. Treatment of the iron selenide with half equivalent of oxalyl chloride produces the dimeric complex [CpFe(CO)2SeCO]2 (3). The new complexes, 1, 2 and 3, have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The solid state structures of 1a, 2a, 3 and [CpFe(CO)2SCO]2 (4) were determined by an X-ray crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

Reaction of 4-amino-6-methyl-1,2,4-triazin-thione-5-one (AMTTO, 1) with 2-thiophenecarboxaldehyde and 2-furaldehyde led to the corresponding iminic compounds 6-methyl-4-[thiophene-2-yl-methylene-amino]-3-thioxo-[1,2,4]-triazin-3,4-dihydro(2H)-5-one (TAMTTO, 2) and 4-[furan-2-yl-methylene-amino]-6-methyl-3-thioxo-[1,2,4]-triazin-3,4-dihydro(2H)-5-one (FAMTTO, 3). Treatment of 2 with AgNO3 gave the complex [Ag2(TAMMTO)4](NO3)2 · 4MeOH (4) and of 2 and 3 with [Ag(PPh3)2]NO3 gave the complexes [Ag(TAMTTO)(PPh3)2]NO3 · 1.5THF (5) and [Ag(FAMTTO)(PPh3)2]NO3 (6), respectively. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Compound 2 and all the complexes have been characterized by X-ray diffraction studies, respectively. In addition, 5 and 6 have been characterized by 31P NMR spectroscopy. Crystal data for 2 at −80 °C: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=2319.6(2), b=609.8(1), c=1673.6(2) pm, β=106.14(1)°, Z=8, R1=0.0523; for 4 at −80 °C: triclinic, space group , a=877.6(1), b=1085.2(1), c=1557.7(2) pm, α=77.14(1)°, β=80.87(1)°, γ=78.18(1)°, Z=1, R1=0.0407; for 5 at 20 °C: triclinic, space group , a=1151.1(2), b=1225.1(2), c=1887.4(3) pm, α=78.04(1)°, β=86.20(1)°, γ=76.03(1)°, Z=2, R1=0.0662; for 6 at −80 °C: triclinic, space group , a=1189.7(2), b=1387.8(2), c=1410.9(2) pm, α=94.74(2)°, β=95.12(2)°, γ=112.41(2)°, Z=2, R1=0.0511.  相似文献

Palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes with N-alkylpyridylpyrazole-derived ligands, 2-(1-ethyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L1) and 2-(1-octyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L2), cis-[MCl2(L)] (M = Pd(II), Pt(II)), have been synthesised. Treatment of [PdCl2(L)] (L = L1, L2) with excess of ligand (L1, L2), pyridine (py) or triphenylphosphine (PPh3) in the presence of AgBF4 and NaBPh4 produced the following complexes: [Pd(L)2](BPh4)2, [Pd(L)(py)2](BPh4)2 and [Pd(L)(PPh3)2](BPh4)2. All complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity, IR and NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structures of cis-[PdCl2(L2)] (2) and cis-[PtCl2(L1)] (3) were determined by a single crystal X-ray diffraction method. In both complexes, the metal atom is coordinated by one pyrazole nitrogen, one pyridine nitrogen and two chlorine atoms in a distorted square-planar geometry. In complex 3, π-π stacking between pairs of molecules is observed.  相似文献

Two new rhenium(IV) mononuclear compounds of formula NBu4[ReBr4(OCN)(DMF)] (1) and (NBu4)2[ReBr(OCN)2(NCO)3] (2) (NBu4 = tetrabutylammonium cation, OCN = O-bonded cyanate anion, NCO = N-bonded cyanate anion and DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the space group P21/n, whereas 2 crystallizes in the triclinic one with as space group. In both complexes the rhenium atom is six-coordinated, in 1 by four Br atoms in the equatorial plane, and two trans-oxygen atoms, one of a DMF molecule and another one from a cyanato group, while in 2 by one bromide anion and five cyanate ligands, two of which are O-bonded and three N-bonded, forming a somewhat distorted octahedral surrounding. Magnetic susceptibility measurements on polycrystalline samples of 1 and 2 in the temperature range 1.9-300 K are interpreted in terms of magnetically isolated spin quartets with large values of the zero-field splitting (|2D| is ca. 41.6 and 39.2 cm−1 for 1 and 2, respectively).  相似文献

The organotin complex [Ph3SnS(CH2)3SSnPh3] (1) was synthesized by PdCl2 catalyzed reaction between Ph3SnCl and disodium-1,3-propanedithiolate which in turn was prepared from 1,2-propanedithiol and sodium in refluxing THF. Reaction of 1 with Ru3(CO)12 in refluxing THF affords the mononuclear complex trans-[Ru(CO)4(SnPh3)2] (2) and the dinuclear complex [Ru2(CO)6(μ-κ2-SCH2CH2CH2S)] (3) in 20 and 11% yields, respectively, formed by cleavage of Sn-S bond of the ligand and Ru-Ru bonds of the cluster. Treatment of pymSSnPPh3 (pymS = pyrimidine-2-thiolate) with Ru3(CO)12 at 55-60 °C also gives 2 in 38% yield. Both 1 and 2 have been characterized by a combination of spectroscopic data and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A trinuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu3(2,5-pydc)2(Me5dien)2(BF4)2(H2O)2] · H2O 1, has been constructed from 2,5-pyridine-dicarboxylato bridges (2,5-pydc2−) and N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyl-diethylenetriamine (Me5dien) acting as a blocking ligand. The copper ions, within the centrosymmetric trinuclear cations, are connected by two 2,5-pydc2− bridges, with an intramolecular Cu···Cu separation of 8.432 Å. The central copper ion exhibits an elongated octahedral geometry, with semicoordinated ions, while the terminal ones are pentacoordinated (distorted square-pyramidal geometry). The cryomagnetic investigation of 1 reveals an antiferromagnetic coupling of the copper(II) ions (J = −5.9 cm−1, H = −JSCu1SCu2 − JSCu2SCu1a).  相似文献

Reaction of tetrathiafulvalene carboxylic acid (TTFCO2H) with paddlewheel dirhodium complex Rh2(ButCO2)4 yielded TTFCO2-bridged complexes Rh2(ButCO2)3(TTFCO2) (1) and cis- and trans-Rh2(ButCO2)2(TTFCO2)2 (cis- and trans-2). Their triethylamine adducts [1(NEt3)2] and cis-[2(NEt3)2] were purified and isolated with chromatographic separation, and characterized with single crystal X-ray analysis. Trans-[2(NEt3)2] is not completely separated from a mixture of cis- and trans-[2(NEt3)2], but its single crystals were obtained from a solution of the mixture. A three-step quasi-reversible oxidation process was observed for 1 in MeCN. The first two steps correspond to the oxidation of the TTFCO2 moiety and the last one is the oxidation of the Rh2 core. The oxidation of cis-2 is observed as a two-step process with very similar E1/2 values to those of the first two processes for 1. Both 1+ and cis-22+ in MeCN at room temperature show isotropic ESR spectra with a g value of 2.008 and aH = 0.135 mT for two equivalent H atoms and aH = 0.068 mT for one H atom. The redox and ESR data of cis-2 suggest that the intramolecular interaction between the TTF moieties is very small.  相似文献

One monomeric neutral Cu(II) complex [(pmtpm)CuCl2] (1) is reported by Lindoy and Livingstone [8]. Two new complexes namely, μ-Cl bridged binuclear Cu(II) complex [{(pmtpm)Cu(Cl)}2 μ-Cl](ClO4) (2) and a bis μ-Cl bridged binuclear Cu(II) complex [{(pmtpm)Cu}2(μ-Cl)2](ClO4)2 (3) derived from a tridentate Schiff base ligand, 2-pyridyl-N-(2′-methylthiophenyl)methyleneimine (pmtpm) were synthesized and characterized by various spectroscopic methods and by X-ray crystallography. (N2S)CuCl2 chromophore(s) of distorted square pyramidal coordination geometries around Cu(II) ion(s) have been observed for all the complexes 1-3. The equatorial sites of the square plane comprise two N and a thioether S donor atoms of the pmtpm ligand as well as one Cl ion (terminal in 1 and 2, and bridging in 3) while the remaining axial site is occupied by a terminal Cl ion (for 1) or a bridging Cl ion (for 2 and 3). The equatorial Cu-Cl distances are much shorter [1: 2.2511(4) Å, 2: 2.2307(12) Å, 3: 2.2513(12) Å] than the axial Cu-Cl distances [1: 2.4394(4) Å, 2: 2.5597(9) Å, 3: 2.7037(12) Å]. The correlation of an axial Cu-Cl bond elongation with a lower g|| value in the solid state EPR spectrum and a blue shifted ligand field transition in the solid and solution phase absorption spectrum has been observed.  相似文献

A new series of biscyclometalated dinuclear rhodium (II) compounds with the general formula Rh2(O2CR)2(PC)2 · 2H2O, being PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = CH3 (1 · 2H2O), PC = [(p-CH3 OC6H3)P(p-CH3 OC6H4)2], R = CF3 (2 · 2H2O), PC = (C6H4)P[CH(CH3)2]2, R = CH3 (3 · 2H2O) and PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = C6F5 (4 · 2H2O) has been obtained. The crystal structures for these compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction and the main structural trends, bond lengths, bond angles and torsion angles have been analyzed, and have also been compared with the structural parameters for different analogous complexes described previously in the literature.  相似文献

Two novel complexes [Cu(DBA)2(1,10-phen)]n (1) and [Cd(DBA)2(1,10-phen)2] (2) [HDBA = benzilic acid: (C6H5)2C(OH)COOH] have been synthesized and characterized by element analysis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The crystal structures of compounds 1, 2 and HDBA (3) were also determined. Complex 1 is a one-dimensional (1D) helical infinite chain, in which [(1,10)-phen]Cu(II) units were bridged by benzilic acid. Complex 2 is a mononuclear structure, and is self-assembled through π-π stacking interactions to form a 1D helical chain. Compound 3 is self-assembled to form a 1D helical chain through hydrogen bonds interactions. Thermal analyses indicate that complexes 1 and 2 are stable under 200 and 254 °C in solid state, respectively.  相似文献

Lead(II) complexes of S-methyldithiocarbazate (SMDTC), [Pb(SMDTC)(NO3)2] (1) and S-benzyldithiocarbazate (SBDTC), [Pb(SBDTC)(NO3)2] (2) have been synthesized for the first time and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TGA techniques. The complexes were obtained by addition of the appropriate ligand to an aqueous ethanolic solution of lead(II) nitrate in 1:1 molar ratio. The X-ray crystal structure of complex 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffractometry. In complex 1, lead(II) is in a nine coordinated sphere with seven oxygen atoms of the nitrate groups and thione sulfur, β-nitrogen of neutral bidentate NS chelating ligand. Three nitrate groups act as bidentate chelating whereas the fourth nitrate group is coordinating to the central lead(II) and at the same time it bridges with neighboring lead(II) atom. Coordination geometry of the central lead(II) atom has a tricapped trigonal prismatic arrangement with streochemically inactive lone pair. The lead atoms are linked into polymeric chains and these chains form twin polymeric ribbons linked through bridging oxygen atoms. The N-H?O hydrogen bond network between NSMDTC and Onitrate atom leads to self-assembled molecular conformation and stabilizes the crystal structure. The complex 2 with similar spectral and thermal behavior is expected to have a tricapped trigonal prismatic structure. The thermal behavior studies shows that the complexes start to decompose at relatively low temperature (ca. 110 °C) to give PbS residue.  相似文献

The aqueous solution behaviour of the equilibrium related cis-[PdCl2(PTA)2] and [PdCl(PTA)3]Cl complexes has been investigated in the presence of acid and iodide ions. Several of the resulting species were identified and a reaction scheme accounting for identified complexes is proposed. The crystal structures of trans-[PdI2(PTA-H)2][PdI3(PTA)]2 · 2H2O (1) (PTA-H+ = protonated form of PTA) and trans-[PdI2(PTA)2] (2) are reported. The geometry around the Pd(II) metal centre in 1 (for both the cation and anion) and 2 is distorted square planar. The PTA ligands occupy a trans orientation in the cation of 1 and in complex 2. Compound 1 represents a rare example of a Pd(II) system wherein the cation:anion pair, in a 1:2 ratio, are both coordination complexes. It is the first d8 Ni-triad square planar complex containing only one PTA ligand and only the second platinum group metal complex. For the cation in 1, the bond distances and angles are Pd(1)-P(1) = 2.2864(16) Å, Pd(1)-I(1) = 2.6216(7) Å, P(1)-Pd(1)-P(1)′ = 180.00(7)° and P(1)-Pd(1)-I(1) = 87.62(4)°, while in the anion the bond distances are Pd(2)-P(2) = 2.2377(15) Å, Pd(2)-I(4) = 2.5961(13) Å, Pd(2)-I(2) = 2.6328(13) Å, Pd(2)-I(3) = 2.6513(8) Å, while the angles are P(2)-Pd(2)-I(4) = 90.00(5)°, P(2)-Pd(2)-I(2) = 89.69(5)°, I(4)-Pd(2)-I(2) = 179.57(2)°, P(2)-Pd(2)-I(3) = 175.19(4)°, I(4)-Pd(2)-I(3) = 90.29(4)° and I(2)-Pd(2)-I(3) = 90.05(4)°. Bond distances and angles of the coordination polyhedron in 2 are Pd-P = 2.327(3) Å, Pd-I = 2.5916(10) Å, P-Pd-I = 89.13(7)° and P-Pd-P = 180.00(13)°. The average effective- and Tolman cone angles for the two ligands, calculated from the crystallographic data, are 115° and 117° for PTA and PTA-H, respectively.  相似文献

The ligand hydrotris(1,4-dihydro-3-methyl-4-phenyl-5-thioxo-1,2,4-triazolyl)borato (TrPh,Me) was synthetized as natrium salt and the complexes [Zn(TrPh,Me)2] · 7.5H2O · 1.5CH3CN (2a), [Zn(TrPh,Me)2] · 8DMF (2b), [Co(TrPh,Me)2] · 8DMF (3a), [Ni(TrPh,Me)2] · H2O · 6DMSO (4a), [Bi(TrPh,Me)2]NO3 (5), have been isolated and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. In the zinc derivatives the ligand adopts different denticity and coordination modes, η2 and [S2] for 2a and η3 and [N3] for 2b, depending on the crystallization solvent, giving rise to tetrahedral and octahedral geometry, respectively. In the octahedral cobalt and nickel complexes the ligand is η3 and [N3] coordinated whereas in the bismuth complex the η3 and [S3] coordination is exhibited.  相似文献

Three new complexes [Cu2(mip)2(bbi)]n (1), {[Cu2(tbip)2(bbi)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n (2) and {[Co2(tbip)2(bbi)2]·2H2O}n (3), were prepared through hydrothermal reactions of Cu(II) and Co(II) acetate with H2mip or H2tbip (H2mip = 5-methyl isophthalic acid and H2tbip = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid) and the flexible ligand bbi (bbi = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole)). All these complexes were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 exhibits a 3D network, which are constructed from 2D carboxylate layer and bbi pillar. Complex 2 possesses a 2D layer structure, and exists extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions, while complex 3 is constructed from 2D layers which consists of alternating left- and right-handed helical chains, and further assembled to form a 3D framework by hydrogen-bonding interactions. The thermal stabilities of the corresponding complexes have been briefly investigated. In addition, dominant antiferromagnetic coupling was observed in complex 1.  相似文献

The meta-diaminoaryl ferrocenes Fc-NCN-H (3) and Fc-CC-NCN-H (5) (Fc = (η5-C5H5)(η5-C5H4)Fe, NCN-H = C6H3(CH2NMe2)2-3,5) can be used as precursors in the preparation of heterobimetallic transition metal complexes of structural type Fc-NCN-MX (NCN = [C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6]; MX = PdCl (7), PtCl (8), PtI (9)) and Fc-CC-NCN-MX (MX = PdCl (11), PdI (12), PtCl (13)), respectively. They are accessible by applying different synthesis procedures, including oxidative addition and metallation-transmetallation processes.Cyclovoltammetric studies show that the ferrocene moieties in 3, 5, 7-9 and 11-13 can reversibly be oxidised. The potential of the Fe(II)/Fe(III) redox couple decreases with increasing electron density at the NCN pincer unit. The use of 8 as a possible (electro)chemical sensor in the detection of SO2 is discussed as well.The solid-state structures of 8 and 13 are reported. The crystals of 8 contain two molecules of 8 in the asymmetric unit. The plane of the C6H2 moiety is with 27.2(3)° and 38.2(3)° tilted towards the C5H4 entity, while in 13 an angle of 45.9(3)° can be found. The d8-electron configured platinum atoms possess a somewhat distorted square-planar surrounding, setup by two Me2NCH2ortho-substituents, the NCN Cipso carbon atom and the chloride ligand.  相似文献
