中药砂仁挥发油化学成分及其抗菌活性(英文)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本研究将Bligh-Dyer溶剂提取法首次应用于植物挥发油的提取,通过GC-MS方法分析,从干燥成熟的砂仁种子和果壳四种挥发油提取物中共鉴定出138种化学成分,挥发油成分主要包括乙酸龙脑酯(5%~47%)、樟脑(4%~17%)、龙脑(1.5%~6%)、莰烯(0.2%~3%)、α-蒎烯(0.2%~3%)、β-蒎烯(0.2%~5%)以及α-柯巴烯(0.1%~2%)等,其中总烯类物质相对含量占总挥发油总成分的10%~40%。从该植物中首次鉴定出蓝桉醇、二环大根香叶烯、薄荷烯醇、二十三烷、二十四烷等新的化学成分35个。所得挥发油对部分真菌及细菌的抑制试验表明其对红色毛癣菌、须毛癣菌、石膏样小孢子癣菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和粪肠球菌均表现出显著的抑制活性。因此,砂仁不仅可作为抗菌药物应用于临床,也可以作为食品原料或天然的食品防腐剂用于食品工业的生产。  相似文献

本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取传统中药火麻仁中的挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量,并用GC-MS鉴定其化学成分.共检出90个色谱峰,鉴定其中62个化合物,占挥发油总量的89 25%.鉴定的成分包括44种烃类化合物、7种芳香族化合物和11种脂肪族化合物及其衍生物.烃类化合物中以萜类为主,占挥发油总量的32.01%,相对含量较高的单萜及其衍生物包括β-芳樟醇(1.66%)、β-顺式-罗勒烯(1.30%)、樟脑(0.93%)、冰片和薄荷醇(0.44%);相对含量较高的倍半萜及其衍生物包括大牦牛儿烯 D(8.20%)、α-芹子烯(5.23%)、β-丁香烯(3.65%)、氧化石竹烯(2.22%)、δ-愈创木烯(1.55%)和α-丁香烯(1.19%).  相似文献

研究了马缨丹 ( Lantana camara L.)叶片水提物和挥发油水溶液的化感作用。结果表明 ,马缨丹叶片水溶物浓度在 0 .2 5 g FW m L- 1时 ,对所有受试植物的幼苗生长均有一定的抑制作用 ,浓度降至 0 .1 0 g FWm L- 1时 ,其抑制作用显著降低 ;马缨丹叶片挥发油水溶液在浓度为 1 0 0、2 0 0、30 0 μg m L- 1时 ,对受试植物均有很强的抑制作用 ,且具有明显的浓度效应。采用 GC/MS分析了马缨丹叶片挥发油的化学成分 ,鉴定了 1 9种化感物质 ,其中α-子丁香烯和β-子丁香烯为主要物质 ,分别占挥发油含量的 1 6 .2 9%、2 2 .2 9%。  相似文献

利用水蒸汽蒸馏法、两相溶剂萃取法提取下田菊(Adenostemma lavenia(L.)O.Ktze.)地上部分的挥发油,提取10h的挥发油得率为0.990%。采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术结合计算机检索对该挥发油的化学成分进行了分析和鉴定,采用色谱峰面积归一化法计算了各成分的相对含量。从挥发油中共分离出36个峰,鉴定了其中的35种成分,占总量的99.56%,其中α-荜澄茄油烯(32.62%)、石竹烯(24.97%)和γ-榄香烯(5.53%)为主要成分,此外α-石竹烯(3.97%)、α-恰米烯(3.57%)、双环[4,3,0]-7-亚甲基-2,4,4-三甲基-2-乙烯基-壬烷(3.41%)、γ-萜品烯(3.07%)、d-柠檬烯(2.57%)、α-蒎烯(2.49%)及2-蒈烯(2.28%)的含量也较高。  相似文献

深山含笑叶片的挥发油成分及其生物活性研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用水蒸气蒸馏法及GC-MS联用技术提取并分析了深山含笑(Michelia maudiae Dunn)叶片的挥发油成分,并用杯碟法和Alamar blue法检测了其抑菌和抗肿瘤生物活性。从深山含笑挥发油中共分离出45种化合物,并鉴定出其中37种化合物,占挥发油总相对含量的97.8%;挥发油主要成分有莰烯(16.575%)、β-蒎烯(15.857%)、D-柠檬烯(12.653%)、丁香烯(11.923%)、1R-α-蒎烯(6.855%)及橙花叔醇(5.199%)等。该挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphalococus aureus Rosenbach)和红酵母(Rhodotorula glutinisTrans.)有一定的抑制能力;对人非小细胞肺癌细胞(NCI-H460)有较强的抑制作用,浓度为100 mg.L-1,抑制率可达98.89%以上。  相似文献

本文报道用气相色谱-质谱联用,结合成份系统分离和薄层析,对国产鱼腥草挥发油成份进行了研究,鉴定了4个单萜烯——α-蒎烯(α-pinene)、莰烯(camphene)、月桂烯(myrcene)和 d-柠檬烯(d-liraonene);2个含氧单萜化合物——芳樟醇(linalool)和乙酸龙脑酯(bornylacetate);1个倍半萜——丁香烯(caryophyllene);3个醛酮化合物——甲基正壬基酮(2-undecanone)、癸酰乙醛(decanoyl acetaldehyde)和月桂醛(dodecanaldehyde)等10个成份。其中莰烯、乙酸龙脑酯和丁香烯系首次在鱼腥草中发现。研究证明,我国广东产鱼腥草全草挥发油的成份与国外报道的日本产鱼腥草地上部分挥发油有较大的差别。癸酰乙醛、芳樟醇、α-蒎烯和甲基正壬基酮为挥发油中的抗菌有效成份。  相似文献

超微粉碎后超临界CO2萃取灵芝孢子挥发油组分的GC-MS分析   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
采用扫描电子显微镜观察比较原木灵芝孢子超微粉碎后的破壁形态,应用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从破壁孢子粉中提取分离孢子挥发油。气相色谱-质谱联用分析其组分,结果表明超微粉碎后超临界萃取得到的灵芝孢子挥发油化学成分较为丰富。分离得到29个峰,共鉴定出4类25种成分,脂肪类17种,萜类3种,芳香类2种,杂环类3种;有些成分如α-愈创烯(倍半萜)、τ-杜松烯(单萜)等均首次发现于灵芝孢子;此外,1,3,5-环庚三烯(、1α,2β,4α,5β)-四氢-3-氧杂三环辛烷及2-氯-乙基岩芹酸酯等稀有脂肪类化合物也是首次从灵芝孢子中检出。  相似文献

目的:分析栉叶蒿挥发油化学成分.方法:用GC-MS结合Kovats保留指数(KI)对比法对其化学成分进行鉴定,并用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量.结果:共鉴定了38个成分,占挥发油总含量的62.22%.结论:通过对栉叶蒿挥发油的分析,其主要成分为大香叶烯D(7.34%),α-桉叶醇(5.65%),丁香烯环氧物(5.12%)等,为充分开发利用这一植物资源提供依据.  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法从野生蜂窝草籽中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油中的化学组分进行分离和结构鉴定,运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各个组分的相对百分含量。从蜂窝草籽挥发油中鉴出56种成分,主要组分是油酸(12.57%),棕榈酸(10.36%),1-辛烯-3-醇(7.96%),石竹烯(5.98%),2,4,6-三甲基-1,3,6-庚三烯(5.63%)等。对蜂窝草籽挥发油进行了抗氧化实验和抗菌实验,结果表明蜂窝草籽挥发油对.OH有明显的清除作用,蜂窝草籽挥发油对实验菌株均有明显的抑制和灭活作用特别是对大肠杆菌ATCC25922株和肠炎沙门菌50040株的抗菌活性表现得更为显著。  相似文献

用GC-MS法对来源于不同产地的野菊(Dendranthema indicum L.)及菊花脑(D. nankingene Hand.-Mazz.)花的挥发油成分进行分析及鉴定。结果显示,河北产野菊、江苏产野生和栽培野菊、湖北产野菊及江苏产菊花脑花的挥发油相对含量分别为0.731%、0.226%、0.199%、0.219%及0.171%;它们的主要成分分别为樟脑(12.62%)和龙脑(8.06%)、2-甲氧基-1,7,7-三甲基-二环[2.2.1]庚烷(27.82%)和樟脑(27.56%)、2,6,6-三甲基-二环[3.1.1]-3-庚烯-4-醇乙酸酯(40.58%)和乙酸桃金娘酯(20.07%)、2,7,7-三甲基-二环[3.1.1]-2-庚烯-6-酮(25.10%)和2-亚乙基-6-甲基-3,5-庚二烯醛(17.66%)、龙脑(26.90%)和乙酸龙脑酯(18.60%)。主成分分析及聚类分析结果表明,河北产野菊花的挥发油成分与其他产地野菊花的挥发油成分差异显著,且菊花脑的挥发油成分与不同产地的野菊间也存在一定的差异。  相似文献

Essential oil has been isolated from the above-ground part of the lemon balm growing in the neighborhood of Krasnoyarsk by the method of exhaustive water and steam distillation. Forty seven components, each with a content of more than 0.1% of whole oil, have been identified by GC-MS. The main oil components are citronellol (36.71%) and geraniol (27.20%). The oil also contains ten components with a content of more than 1% of the sum of all oil components: benzyl alcohol (1.67%), linalool (1.75%), citronellal (1.44%), neral (3.33%), geranial (4.39%), caryophyllene (3.73%), caryophyllene oxide (1.40%), dibutyl phthalate (1.36%), butylisobutyl ester of phthalic acid (2.45%), and phytol (2.55%). The composition of lemon balm oils from different regions of the world has been compared.  相似文献

In this study, chemical compositions of hydrodistilled essential oil and anti-inflammatory activities from the twigs of Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh. were investigated for the first time. The chemical constituents of the twig essential oil were further analyzed by GC-MS and they were found to be L-bornyl acetate (15.89%), caryophyllene oxide (12.98%), gamma-eudesmol (8.03%), beta-caryophyllene (6.60%), T-cadinol (5.49%), delta-cadinene (4.79%), trans-beta-elemenone (4.25%), cadalene (4.19%), and trans-cinnamaldehyde (4.07%). The effects of essential oil on nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated RAW 264.7 macrophages were also examined. Results of nitric oxide tests indicated that twig essential oil and its major constituents such as trans-cinnamaldehyde, caryophyllene oxide, L-borneol, L-bornyl acetate, eugenol, beta-caryophyllene, E-nerolidol, and cinnamyl acetate have excellent activities. These findings demonstrated that essential oil of C. osmophloeum twigs have excellent anti-inflammatory activities and thus have great potential to be used as a source for natural health products.  相似文献

研究结果表明 :飞机草挥发油在中等浓度 (80 0mg·l-1)时 ,对水稻稻瘟病菌 (Pryiculariagrisea)的抑制作用最强 ,对长春花疫病菌 (Phytophthoranicotianae)的抑制作用次之 ,对香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusariumoxysporum)的抑制作用最弱 ,其抑菌率分别为 6 1.4 0 %、2 9.2 7%和 14 .4 4 %。用 10~ 2 0 μl·株 -1的飞机草挥发油 ,对小菜蛾 (Plutellaxylostella)和黄曲条跳甲 (Phyllotretastriolata)有显著的驱避产卵作用。用GC/MS详细分析了飞机草挥发油的化学成分 ,共鉴定了 33个化合物。主要成分是萜类化合物 ,如反式 石竹烯 (16 5 8% )、δ 杜松烯 (15 .85 % )、α 可巴烯 (11.5 8% )、氧化石竹烯 (9.6 3% )、大根香叶烯 (4.96 % )和α 律草烯 (4.32 % )。  相似文献

The chemical composition of the essential oils from leaves and wood of Ocotea brenesii Standl. growing wild in Costa Rica was determined by capillary GC/FID and GC/MS. From the leaves, 64 compounds were identified, corresponding to 85.9% of the oil, and from the wood 57 compounds were identified corresponding to 69.0% of the oil. The major constituents identified in the leaf oil were alpha-copaene (21. 1%), 8-cadinene (9.2%), spathulenol (7.3%), globulol (5.6%) and beta-caryophyllene (5.2%). The major constituents of the wood oil were alpha-copaene (6.6%), caryophyllene oxide (6.3%). beta-caryophyllene (6.1%) and humulene epoxide (4.6%).  相似文献

利用气相色谱—质谱(GCMS)法结合化学计量学方法对丁香挥发油化学成分进行了分析研究。得益于化学计量学分辨方法,从丁香花蕾与丁香果实中共鉴定了46种化合物。其中从丁香果实挥发油中鉴定了41种化合物,占挥发油总量的94.154%;从丁香花蕾挥发油中鉴定出30种化合物,占其挥发油总量的98.418%。2,3,4trimethoxyacetophenone和2methoxy4[2propenyl]phenolacetate为首次从丁香挥发油中鉴定得到。两种已经确认具有生物活性的化合物丁子香酚和石竹烯在丁香果挥发油分别为22.667%和7.147%,而在丁香花蕾挥发油中含量分别为和57.133%和14.408%,二者在相对含量上差异较大。体外抗菌试验结果表明,这两种挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌十分敏感,对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌敏感。而丁香花蕾挥发油对所有试验菌株都比丁香果挥发油表现出更强的抗菌活性,我们认为这可能是前者丁子香酚和石竹烯含量高的原因。  相似文献

Essential oil of the subterranean part of Cacalia tangutica (Maxim.) Hand.-Mazz was analyzed by gas chromatography (GC)-mass spectrum (MS) tech-nique in two different capillary columns of different polar-ities. Thirty-one components were identified in the oil and the main compounds were a-zingiberene (13.49%), germa-crene D (10.76%), a-pinene (8.54%), caryophyllene(Z-) (6.36%), linalool (6.16%), β-myrcene (4.89%),β-ocimene (Z-) (4.40%)and ocimenone(Z-) (3.58%). The antimicro-bial activity of the oil was evaluated against 2 fungi and 12 bacteria including 6 clinically isolated strains using the agar disc diffusion and broth microdilution methods. The results show that the oil presented a broad antimicro-bial spectrum and had better antimicrobial activity against yeast and gram-positive bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentration values were 0.16-5.00 g/L and minimum bactericidal concentration values were 0.16-5.00 g/L.  相似文献

萼翅藤枝叶挥发油由GC/MS检测.树叶挥发油的52种成分中,氧化石竹烯(13.79%)、棕榈酸(11.91%)和β-石竹烯(10.45%)是主要成分.同时,树枝挥发油中的10种成分占总量的99.99%,其中主要的化学成分为棕榈酸(59.18%),亚油酸(12.70%)和邻苯二甲酸丁辛酯(8.21%).用滤纸扩散法,分别测定了枝、叶挥发油对8种微生物的抑制效果.枝、叶挥发油均具有很强的抗菌效果,并且抗细菌活性优于抗真菌活性.叶挥发油比枝挥发油具有更广谱的抑菌效果,且对所试的大多数菌株都具有更高的活性.  相似文献

Volatile constituents and a hexane extract of the leaves of Halimium voldii Kit Tan, Perdetzoglou & Raus, sp. nova, were analyzed by GC and GC-MS. Thirty compounds were identified in the essential oil of Halimium representing 88.7% of the oil composition. The main components were nonanal (12.8%), dodecane (10.6%), Z-caryophyllene (8.2%), gamma-muurolene (10.9%), delta-cadidene (3.5%), caryophyllene oxide (5.1%), beta-eudesmol (3.6%) and manoyl oxide (5.5%). Thymol was identified in the hexane extract as the main compound. A labdane diterpene ent-labd-7, 13 (E)-dien, 15-ol was detected by its mass spectra fragmentation pattern and its structure was determined by spectroscopic methods and its optical rotation. The essential oil and the hexane extract were assayed for their antimicrobial activity against gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria.  相似文献

Phlomis linearis Boiss. & Bal. of the Lamiaceae family growing in central, east and southeast Anatolia is an endemic species for Turkey. The essential oil obtained from the aerial parts by hydro distillation was subsequently analyzed by GC/MS. The main components of the oil were found as beta-caryophyllene (24.2%), germacrene D (22.3%) and caryophyllene oxide (9.2%), among 49 identified compounds, representing 94.5% of the total essential oil. The overall biological activity of the essential oil (100 microg/pellet) was tested on the chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) of the fertilized hen's egg in order to examine the anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory activity. None of the tests showed pronounced activity, toxicity or irritation at the tested concentration.  相似文献

The phytochemical composition of the essential oil of Teucrium ramosissimum (aerial parts), harvested in a mountainous region of Tunisia, was analyzed. A total of 68 compounds, accounting for 99.44% of the essential oil, were identified by GC and GC/MS. The major compounds were beta-eudesmol (61; 44.52%), caryophyllene oxide (56; 9.35%), alpha-thujene (1; 5.51%), sabinene (4; 4.71%), and T-cadinol (59; 3.9%). The essential oil, which is being used in Tunisian folk medicine against infectious diseases, was tested for its antimicrobial properties against five different bacteria, and found to have weak to moderate activity, with minimal-inhibitory-concentration (MIC) and minimal-bactericidal-concentration (MBC) values in the range 0.24-0.36 and 1.3-2.9 mg/ml, resp.  相似文献
