【背景】浮游病毒是水体微生物群落中重要的组成成分,深入研究浮游病毒的时空分布有助于更好地保护和开发当地的微生物资源。【目的】对采集到的纳帕海高原湿地水样中的浮游病毒和浮游细菌进行计数,揭示纳帕海高原湿地浮游病毒的分布规律。【方法】采用流式细胞仪检测2013年12月和2014年9月纳帕海高原湿地7个水样的浮游病毒与浮游细菌丰度,并对影响浮游病毒丰度的因素,如细菌丰度、叶绿素a含量以及其他环境因子进行了相关性分析。【结果】季节分布上,雨季浮游病毒和浮游细菌丰度高于旱季;水平分布上,原水样品的浮游病毒高于湿地水和淤泥水。旱季水样的浮游病毒丰度受到细菌丰度及叶绿素a浓度的影响较大;雨季水样的浮游病毒丰度受到水体的p H值和温度的影响较大。【结论】纳帕海高原湿地的浮游病毒和浮游细菌是比较活跃的。浮游病毒丰度在不同季节、不同采样点受到细菌丰度和叶绿素a浓度等因素的不同影响。在旱季噬菌体而非噬藻体或浮游植物病毒是纳帕海高原湿地中浮游病毒的优势种群。  相似文献

于2010年7月(夏季)调查了雷州半岛近海海域浮游植物和细菌生物量的空间分布特征,并分析了其与海区主要环境因子间的相互关系。结果表明:雷州半岛近海海域夏季浮游植物生物量的变化范围为15.66~1114.92mg.m-3;平均值为192.49mg.m-3;夏季浮游细菌生物量的变化范围为3.36~50.12mgC.m-3,平均值为18.43mgC.m-3;浮游植物生物量水平分布格局在不同区域间没有显著差异,浮游细菌生物量的水平分布呈现西部海区>东部海区>南部海区的格局,差异极显著;浮游植物和浮游细菌生物量在表底层的垂直分布格局没有明显的规律,表、底层生物量或高或低,差异不显著;浮游植物和浮游细菌生物量多体现近岸站位>中间站位>远岸站位,即从陆向向海向呈递减的分布格局;夏季雷州半岛近海海域浮游细菌生物量与水温、pH和硅酸盐呈显著或极显著正相关,与盐度、TOC和磷酸盐呈极显著负相关;浮游植物生物量与pH和DO呈显著或极显著正相关,与盐度和TOC呈显极显著负相关;浮游植物生物量与浮游细菌生物量存在显著的正相关性,二者存在着相互影响的调控关系。  相似文献

于2015年5月至2016年3月对太湖湖滨湿地浮游细菌群落结构及时间动态进行考察。运用实时荧光定量PCR考察了浮游细菌生物量的动态变化;通过16S r RNA基因高通量测序及聚类分析研究了浮游细菌群落组成及时间动态;并运用LEf Se分析探究了浮游细菌群落的主要差异物种;通过冗余分析探究了环境因子对浮游细菌群落结构变化的驱动作用。结果显示:太湖湖滨湿地浮游细菌主要分布于12个门中的24个纲,其中变形菌门、放线菌门、拟杆菌门及蓝细菌门微生物占总体相对丰度的90.11%。浮游细菌生物量在7月达到最高(2.25×10~5 copies/L),同时Shannon-Winner指数及Simpson指数别为5.313±0.124与0.010±0.002,显示群落多样性亦高于其他采样时间;1月浮游细菌生物量仅次于7月(1.70×10~5 copies/L),而群落多样性指数较其他采样时间显著下降,这与Flavobacteria纲微生物相对丰度大幅上升有关。较高的DO值与较低的温度及NH_3-N含量是1月水体Flavobacteria纲微生物快速繁殖的重要原因。  相似文献

河口地区是海陆交互作用的集中地带,生态环境十分脆弱敏感,物质循环机制复杂,而浮游细菌(bacterioplankton)参与的生态过程是河口生态系统物质循环的重要环节。珠江河口是独特的典型亚热带河口。近年的研究表明,浮游细菌在珠江河口生态系统物质循环中占有重要地位,其生产力和丰度受噬菌原生动物(鞭毛虫)和病毒的控制,而且其生物量与浮游植物的数量具有显著的相关性。珠江河口的优势浮游细菌类群为变型菌门(Proteobacteria)和蓝藻菌(Cyanobacteria)等,浮游细菌丰度和群落结构变化主要受到盐度、温度、营养盐水平等因素的影响。珠江河口浮游细菌与地球物质循环功能鲜有报道,而且珠江河口生态系统中有机质的浮游细菌转化机制和生态学效应更是没有深入研究。基于此,本文全面综述了珠江河口浮游细菌种类组成、分布、生物量、地球物质循环及其环境影响因素等方面的研究进展,有助于系统性地揭示近海生态系统的特征;同时,本文作者还对珠江河口浮游细菌生态学研究今后值得关注的科学问题进行了探讨。  相似文献

浮游细菌是河流生态系统中营养元素的转运者和能量流动的主要贡献者,其群落组成和多样性会受沿途河岸带环境的影响,但目前对开放流动水体中浮游细菌群落的研究还不足。研究使用高通量测序方法,获取了滦河中上游21个样点的浮游微生物群落数据,并结合遥感数据和水体理化指标进行分析,探讨浮游细菌群落结构与水环境因子的关系。结果表明:(1)变形菌门和放线菌门是滦河干流中占据优势地位的门类。(2)群落Chao1丰富度指数与Shannon′s多样性指数均与采样点距河流源头距离存在显著负相关(P<0.05),其中Chao1丰富度指数在河流中段的反常升高暗示着外源性偶见种在该河段的大量涌入。(3)采样点距源头距离与细菌群落组成相关性最高;以距源头距离作为控制变量,只有总氮、硝酸盐氮、氨氮与细菌群落组成相关(P<0.05),表明距源头距离所代表的滞水时间和氮营养盐对细菌群落组成存在显著影响。(4)在4种土地利用因子中,无论是否以距源头距离作为控制变量,只有建设用地占比与细菌群落组成相关(P<0.05);若以硝酸盐氮、电导率作为控制变量,则建设用地占比与细菌群落组成在α=0.05的显著性水平下不再显...  相似文献

鄱阳湖湖泊细菌群落组成及结构——以松门山为例   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
于2011年5月在鄱阳湖——松门山湖区采集底泥与表层水样,分别提取了表层水体浮游和底泥微生物基因组DNA,利用454高通量测序技术对细菌的16S rRNA基因进行了序列测定,分析了湖泊底泥细菌、水体浮游细菌群落结构特征。结果显示:底泥细菌OTUs(Operational Taxonomic Units)为1454,表层水体浮游细菌OTUs为269;底泥细菌群落比表层水体更加多样化,底泥细菌的物种数大大多于表层水体。同时,底泥细菌群落与表层浮游细菌群落结构存在显著差异。物种分类显示鄱阳湖底泥细菌种类隶属于20门,228属,其中优势种群为δ-变形菌纲(Deltaproteobacteria)、β-变形菌纲(Betaproteobacteria)和疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia);表层水体浮游细菌隶属于13门116属,优势种群为β-变形菌纲、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)。结果进一步揭示,无论是浮游细菌群落还是沉积物细菌群落,优势细菌种群的基因型多样性更高。  相似文献

松花江是我国东北地区的重要河流之一,为加强对其水环境微生物状况的了解,对松花江干流部分地区的微生物数量和多样性进行了分析。应用传统平板培养法和流式细胞技术测定水样中的细菌数;直接提取样品中的总DNA,以巢式PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction)扩增细菌16SrDNA片段,应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis,DGGE)技术对扩增片段进行分离,研究水样和底泥样品细菌的种群多样性。实验结果显示,pH值为影响水环境中微生物总细胞数量的主要因素。水样中细菌群落多样性主要根据上下游分区,分区点在哈尔滨段附近,而底泥中细菌群落多样性的影响因素呈多样化,没有显示出较为明确的分区特征。  相似文献

安徽沱湖夏季浮游植物群落结构特征与环境因子关系   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了揭示沱湖浮游植物群落结构特征及其与水环境因子的关系,于2016年7月(夏季),对沱湖流域上游至下游11个采样点浮游植物种类组成、细胞丰度、生物量等进行调查研究。结果显示,沱湖共有浮游植物96种(含变种),隶属8门48属,其中绿藻门(Chlorophyta)和硅藻门(Bacillariophyta)种类最多,绿藻门有23属39种,占总种数的40.63%,硅藻门有7属20种,占总种数的20.83%;其次为裸藻门(Euglenophyta),有5属17种,占总种数的17.71%,蓝藻门(Cyanophyta) 8属14种,占14.58%;甲藻门(Pyrrophyta) 2属2种,隐藻门(Cryptophyta) 1属2种,各占总种数的2.08%,黄藻门(Xanthophyta)与金藻门(Chrysophyta)均有1属1种,均占总种数的1.04%。绿藻和硅藻类物种在沱湖浮游植物群落结构中处于优势地位,沱湖夏季浮游植物种类组成表现为绿藻-硅藻型。沱湖夏季浮游植物细胞丰度与生物量从上游到下游呈逐渐增加趋势,细胞丰度与生物量平均值分别为4.022×106cells/L与3.046 mg/L,蓝藻门和绿藻门类群为沱湖浮游植物细胞丰度主体,硅藻门和裸藻门类群为沱湖浮游植物生物量的主体;上游浮游植物多样性指数与均匀度指数均略高于下游采样点,沱湖水质呈β中污型-无污染型,上游水质优于下游水质。浮游植物群落结构与水环境因子的典型对应分析(CCA)结果表明,电导率、透明度、水深及pH值等环境因子与沱湖夏季浮游植物群落结构有较强的相关性。  相似文献

雄安新区地理环境敏感,生态环境较为脆弱,研究新区河流健康对维护区域水生态平衡,实施京津冀协同发展战略及疏解北京非首都功能具有重要意义。以雄安新区4条河流为研究对象,基于高分二号遥感影像、地理信息数据和实测数据,构建由水文水资源、河流水质、河流底泥、河流生物、河流生境和社会服务构成的河流健康评价指标体系,并用主客观赋值法得到各指标的综合权重,进而计算河流的综合健康指数,以此对河流健康情况进行评价。结果表明不同河流的准则层指标的健康指数和河流综合健康指数存在差异性,其中白沟引河综合健康指数为0.640,处于健康状态;府河的综合健康指数为0.484,处于亚健康状态;瀑河和孝义河均处于病态,综合健康指数为0.269和0.228。总体表现同一河流不同河段以及不同河流存在明显的空间异质性,府河和白沟引河的健康状态明显好于孝义河和瀑河,同时除孝义河不同采样点的健康情况没有差别,府河、瀑河和白沟引河三条河流不同采样点之间的健康状况存在一定的差别,河流入淀处健康状况普遍比中游健康状况好。这为后期生态需水及其整个新区的生态功能提升提供了参考依据。  相似文献

雅鲁藏布江流域底栖动物多样性及生态评价   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
雅鲁藏布江起源于喜马拉雅山,是世界上海拔最高的河流之一,是流经我国西藏境内重要的国际河流,其河流生态系统具有特殊地貌及生态条件。研究该流域底栖动物多样性分布特征及其影响因子,是科学评价该区域河流生态系统健康状况,实现资源可持续开发利用的基础。2009年10月—2010年6月期间,以底栖动物作为指示物种,对雅江流域干支流及堰塞湖的14个采样断面进行河流生态评价。采用Alpha及Beta生物多样性指数分别指示局部采样河段及全区域的底栖动物多样性。对采样断面底栖动物组成分析发现:14个采样断面共采集到底栖动物110种,隶属57科102属。雅江干流底栖动物种类数最高为29,平均为19。支流年楚河种类数为17。支流拉萨河,尼洋河,帕龙藏布的最高种类数分别为25,33,36;平均种类数分别为21,21,22,生物多样性普遍高于干流。整个流域中底栖动物平均种类数相差不大,但种类组成和密度相差较大。调查区域的Beta多样性指数β高于低海拔地区的相似的山区河流,说明雅江流域内底栖动物群落差异性高于正常海拔地区。对14个采样断面的物种组成进行除趋势对应分析表明:影响雅江流域底栖动物多样性的主要因素为河型,河床阻力结构,堤岸结构,水流流速。保持稳定的阶梯-深潭结构和自然堤岸结构,以及适宜的流速有利于保护雅江河流生态。  相似文献

为了解广东省鉴江水系底栖硅藻多样性和时空分布特征,对全流域进行了底栖硅藻采样调查。结果表明,从19个采样点4次采样中共检出底栖硅藻10科52属242种,其中舟形藻属(Navicula)、菱形藻属(Nitzschia)和异极藻属(Gomphonema)是优势类群,出现频次和相对丰度较高。硅藻多样性指数(丰富度、真香农多样性指数和真辛普森多样性指数)随河流等级呈现一定的空间分布特征,但它们季节变化不明显。底栖硅藻群落相异性在上游和下游河段较高,从一级到三级河流递减,四级河流又增加。底栖硅藻群落结构空间变化明显,季节变化显著。群落丰富度的稀疏曲线表明,热带河流底栖硅藻群落以400个体计数,不能完整反映底栖硅藻多样性。这些为鉴江水系河流健康监测和水生态保护奠定了基础。  相似文献

The typical urban river is affected by various factors relating to water quality problems, physical habitat modification (for flood prevention) and flashy flows. These restrict macroinvertebrate biodiversity such that a few tolerant taxa may dominate and more sensitive organisms may be completely absent. This paper presents the findings of a year long, macroinvertebrate survey of an urban river catchment and investigates the effects of physical habitat modification on macroinvertebrates using various analytical tools. It is demonstrated that considerable variation in invertebrate species, abundance, diversity and tolerance exists between different urban rivers, sites on the same river and individual sites at different sampling times. Analysis of paired sites with similar water quality, but contrasting physical habitat, indicates that less modified sites support a slightly higher quality macroinvertebrate fauna (defined by biotic score and beta diversity) than heavily engineered sites. It is concluded that water quality is the primary limiting factor of invertebrate biodiversity in the heavily urbanized River Tame catchment. The removal of heavy engineering structures may facilitate improvements to invertebrate fauna in urban rivers only in conjunction with improvements to water quality.  相似文献

1. The Biobío River basin of south‐central Chile exhibits the greatest species richness of all rivers in Chile, where it is one of the most important rivers for human use. Use for provision of drinking water, irrigation, sewage effluents, hydropower generation and industry has increased dramatically during the last decade. To help understand the effects of human activities on the Biobío River, we document recent changes in the fish community. 2. In this study, current patterns of distribution and abundance of fishes were compared with the expected longitudinal pattern, and to historical data from studies conducted before the rapid development of the last decade. Fish distribution, biomass, abundance and diversity were studied at eight sampling stations in the middle and lower zones of the river in both high and low flow seasons. 3. Contrary to the pattern observed in less impacted river systems, species richness (S), diversity (H′) and abundance [calculated catch per unit effort (CPUE)] all tended to decrease downstream from the uppermost sampling locations. Mean S decreased from 7.9 to 5.4, mean H′ decreased from 0.7 to 0.4, and mean CPUE decreased from 111 to 43 from hyporithral to potamal locations. 4. Comparison with previous records indicates loss or reduction in distribution of native species, and a concurrent expansion in distribution and abundance of tolerant introduced species (e.g. Gambusia holbrooki, and Cyprinus carpio) over the last 10–15 years. These comparisons suggest a large‐scale and long‐term effect of recent human impacts on the river.  相似文献

The diversity and longitudinal variation of zooplankton in the lower Vistula River were analyzed. Samples were taken from 40 stations located along a 272-km long section of the lower river course. During the study the unique technique of taking samples from “the same water” was used. The zooplankton community was dominated by rotifers and nauplii — larval stages of copepods. The most abundant species were: Brachionus angularis, Brachionus calyciflorus and Brachionus budapestiensis. The zooplankton species diversity in the main channel of the lower Vistula River was similar to other large European rivers; however, its abundance was lower. The diversity, abundance and biomass of potamoplankton steadily decreased downstream. This could be related both to scarcity of storage zones for potamoplankton development in the river due to the extensive regulation processes, and changes in hydrological conditions of the main channel (by the straightening of riverbed) where the samples were collected.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to verify botanical and ecological traits of river typology based on macrophytes. We compared diversities of macrophyte communities in different river types and their relationship to water quality. The 240 surveyed rivers were situated in the central-west of Poland in a lowland area. Species compositional similarities were analysed using the Jaccard index. The macrophyte matrix was classified into four groups: Large rivers (LR), Sandy rivers (SaR), Stony rivers (StR) and Organic rivers (OR). The highest level of homogeneity was found for LR, followed by OR, StR and SaR. The greatest differences in species composition were found between LR and StR. Variabilities of indices (species richness, Shannon, Simpson and Pielou indices, and total cover) confirmed the specific diversity patterns in the four types of rivers. All metrics based on relative abundance were strongly correlated with each other, and they were never correlated with water quality. The total covers of LR and OR as well as species richness of LR show some correlation with water quality. The total cover was correlated with water quality in OR and LR. The communities with the highest species richness were related with OR.  相似文献

Lotic ecosystems such as rivers and streams are unique in that they represent a continuum of both space and time during the transition from headwaters to the river mouth. As microbes have very different controls over their ecology, distribution and dispersion compared with macrobiota, we wished to explore biogeographical patterns within a river catchment and uncover the major drivers structuring bacterioplankton communities. Water samples collected across the River Thames Basin, UK, covering the transition from headwater tributaries to the lower reaches of the main river channel were characterised using 16S rRNA gene pyrosequencing. This approach revealed an ecological succession in the bacterial community composition along the river continuum, moving from a community dominated by Bacteroidetes in the headwaters to Actinobacteria-dominated downstream. Location of the sampling point in the river network (measured as the cumulative water channel distance upstream) was found to be the most predictive spatial feature; inferring that ecological processes pertaining to temporal community succession are of prime importance in driving the assemblages of riverine bacterioplankton communities. A decrease in bacterial activity rates and an increase in the abundance of low nucleic acid bacteria relative to high nucleic acid bacteria were found to correspond with these downstream changes in community structure, suggesting corresponding functional changes. Our findings show that bacterial communities across the Thames basin exhibit an ecological succession along the river continuum, and that this is primarily driven by water residence time rather than the physico-chemical status of the river.  相似文献

The microbiota of the Amazon River basin has been little studied. We compared the structure of bacterial communities of the Solim?es and Negro Rivers, the main Amazon River tributaries, based on analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences. Water was sampled with a 3-L Van Dorn collection bottle; samples were collected at nine different points/depths totaling 27 L of water from each river. Total DNA was extracted from biomass retained by a 0.22-μm filter after sequential filtration of the water through 0.8- and 0.22-μm filters. The 16S rRNA gene was amplified by PCR, cloned and sequenced, and the sequences were analyzed with the PHYLIP and DOTUR programs to obtain the operational taxonomic units (OTUs) and to calculate the diversity and richness indices using the SPADE program. Taxonomic affiliation was determined using the naive Bayesian rRNA Classifier of the RDP II (Ribosomal Database Project). We recovered 158 sequences from the Solim?es River grouped into 103 OTUs, and 197 sequences from the Negro River library grouped into 90 OTUs by the DOTUR program. The Solim?es River was found to have a greater diversity of bacterial genera, and greater estimated richness of 446 OTUs, compared with 242 OTUs from the Negro River, as calculated by ACE estimator. The Negro River has less bacterial diversity, but more 16S rRNA gene sequences belonging to the bacterial genus Polynucleobacter were detected; 56 sequences from this genus were found (about 30% of the total sequences). We suggest that a more in-depth investigation be made to elucidate the role played by these bacteria in the river environment. These differences in bacterial diversity between Solim?es and Negro Rivers could be explained by differences in organic matter content and pH of the rivers.  相似文献

Bacterioplankton community compositions in the Dongjiang River were characterized using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and 16S rRNA gene clone library construction. Water samples in nine different sites were taken along the mainstem and three tributaries. In total, 24 bands from DGGE gels and 406 clones from the libraries were selected and sequenced, subsequently analyzed for the bacterial diversity and composition of those microbial communities. Bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequences from freshwater bacteria exhibited board phylogenetic diversity, including sequences representing the Alphaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Bacteriodetes, Verrucomicrobia, and candidate division TM7. Members of Betaproteobacteria group were the most dominant in all sampling sites, followed by Gammaproteobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria, and Actinobacteria. DGGE profiles and the ∫-LIBSHUFF analysis revealed similar patterns of bacterial diversity among most sampling sites, while spatial distribution variances existed in all sites along the river basin. Statistical analysis showed that bacterial species distribution strongly correlated with environmental variables, such as nitrate and ammonia, suggesting that nitrogen nutrients may shape the microbial community structure and composition in the Dongjiang River. This study had important implications for the comparison with other rivers elsewhere and contributed to the growing data set on the factors that structure bacterial communities in freshwater ecosystems.  相似文献
