灵长类(除猕猴属外)在中国的分布   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文从动态动物地理学观点对中国灵长类(不包括猕猴)的分布进行了分析,提出:(1)中国灵长类自更新世时的分布呈现向南退缩的总趋势,并随气候的变迁而波动,晚更新世向南退缩最为明显;(2)根据Jablonski等认为,我国特有种金丝猴的不连续分布,是由于青藏高原抬升的影响。作者总结了迄今所知的金丝猴生态地理分化特点,对此假说未提出异议,(3)由于除猕猴以外的我国灵长类生态上与森林环境有密切联系,而森林被破坏直接对灵长类在我国分布区的缩小与岛状断裂影响最大,近期可能绝灭的地点甚多。  相似文献

In illuminated maize (Zea mays L.) leaves, the distribution of triose phosphates, 3-phosphoglycerate, malate and various amino acids between the chloroplastic and the extrachloroplastic compartments of mesophyll and bundle-sheath cells, and the total vacuolar fraction of the leaves, was determined by a combination of previously published methods, for separating mesophyll from bundle-sheath material, and for nonaqueous subcellular fractionation. The results show that the triose phosphate/3-phosphoglycerate ratio in the extrachloroplastic fraction of the mesophyll cells is about 20-fold higher than in the bundle-sheath cells, which is in accordance with a triose phosphate/phosphoglycerate shuttle postulated previously. Whereas the vacuolar compartment was shown to contain most of the cellular malate, amino acids were found to be almost absent from this compartment. The amino-acid pattern in the extrachloroplastic fraction of the bundle-sheath cells largely resembled the pattern in whole leaves. 物种分布模型通常用于基础生态和应用生态研究,用来确定影响生物分布和物种丰富度的因素,量化物种与非生物条件的关系,预测物种对土地利用和气候变化的反应,并确定潜在的保护区.在传统的物种分布模型中,生物的相互作用很少被纳入,而联合物种分布模型(JSDMs)作为近年提出的一种新的可行方法,可以同时考虑环境因素和生物交互作用,因而成为分析生物群落结构和种间相互作用过程的有力工具.JSDMs以物种分布模型(SDMs)为基础,通常采用广义线性回归模型建立物种对环境变量的多变量响应,以随机效应的形式获取物种间的关联,同时结合隐变量模型(LVMs),并基于Laplace近似和马尔科夫蒙脱卡罗模拟的最大似然估计或贝叶斯方法来估算模型参数.本文对JSDMs的产生及理论基础进行归纳总结,重点介绍了不同类型JSDMs的特点及其在现代生态学中的应用,阐述了JSDMs的应用前景、使用过程中存在的问题及发展方向.随着对环境因素与多物种种间关系研究的深入,JSDMs将是今后物种分布模型研究的重点.  相似文献

A Bacillus subtilis 168 strain carrying an inversion of about 1600kb-long chromosomal DNA was isolated. Physical and genetic analyses demonstrated that the inversion was generated as a result of homologous recombination between two homologous sequences integrated at the met and leuB loci. This is the first clear evidence of a large stable chromosomal inversion induced by homologous recombination in B. subtilis.  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the stress distributions and deformations of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) during different periods before and after sagittal split ramus osteotomy (SSRO). A three-dimensional finite element model of the mandible and TMJ was established, based on the preoperative CT of a patient with mandibular prognathism. Numerical SSRO was performed and the models of three postoperative periods were established. Contact elements were used to simulate the interaction between the articular discs and the articular cartilages. Nonlinear cable elements were used to simulate the disc attachments and the ligaments. Muscle forces and boundary conditions corresponding to the central occlusion were applied on all the models. The results showed that the stress distributions of the patient’s TMJs were not the same as those of asymptomatic subjects. The stress distributions and deformations of the disc, condylar and temporal cartilage were changed at different periods after SSRO. The biomechanical parameters of TMJ were improved after SSRO. And the postoperative results showed that appropriate functional training could help to avoid TMJ diseases. Therefore SSRO could improve the stress distributions of the TMJ and relieve the symptoms of temporomandibular disorder (TMD).  相似文献

This article presents the distribution and status of bustards, which are listed as first-category protected animals according to the survey results during 1990-2002 in China. The Chinese populations of Otis tarda dybowskii are breeding in south-west of Heilongjiang Province, west-ern Jilin Province, east and middle Inner Mongolia, north Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Gansu Province. A few can winter in the south breeding-range. Its winter-range lies from the south to the Yellow River, as far as to Guizhou Province and Jiangxi Province. Its population number is about 200-300 or 500-800. The Chinese popula-tions of O. t. tarda are breeding in the north and west of Xinjiang. It is unclear about its winter-range, which is pre-sumed to be in south Asia. Recently we found individuals wintering in Chabuchaer and west Xinjiang. The popu-lation number is about 2000-3000. The habitat in breeding range includes steppe, grassland, desert grassland, and farmland. The habitat in winter range is the beach of rivers and lakes, meadows, meadow-grassland, and wheatland. The Chinese populations of Chlamydotis undulata mac-queeni are breeding in the fringe of the Jungar Basin, the banks of the Ulungur River, Balikun and south Turpan Basin in Xinjiang, west Inner Mongolia, and west Gansu. Northeast Mulei in eastern Jungar Basin of Xinjiang is the main breeding-range in the world. The bird uses desert and desert grassland as its habitat. Its winter-range is west Asia and south Asia. Its population number is about 2000. The Chinese populations of Tetrax tetrax are breeding in north Xinjiang, and China is located on the east border of its breeding-range. Its habitat is grassland and semi-desert, and its winter-range lies in south Asia. Its population in China is very scarce. In addition, we analyzed the causes of their endangerment and put forward protection tactics of Chinese Bustards.  相似文献

采用差速离心技术,比较研究了Cd在矿山生态型东南景天(Sedum alfredii Hance)根、茎、叶中的亚细胞分布.结果表明:矿山生态型东南景天对Cd具有很好的忍受耐和累积能力,非矿山生态型东南景天则不具有这种能力.Cd在矿山生态型东南景天根、茎、叶各部分的亚细胞分配满足F1(细胞壁部分)>F3(可溶部分)>F2(细胞器及膜)规律,且Cd在细胞壁部分的分配占绝对优势;同时矿山生态型东南景天地上部有很好的Cd累积能力.与众多超累积植物相似的Cd亚细胞分配规律和地上部的良好的Cd累积能力.对此植物的Cd亚细胞分布完全不同于非矿山生态型东南景天的情况作了比较分析,结果显示矿山生态型东南景天很可能是一种新的镉超累积种质资源.  相似文献

翼手目(蝙蝠)物种独特的飞行能力、夜间活动模式及相近的形态学特征,增大了科研人员在野外对其进行准确鉴别和调查的难度,因此翼手目物种的多样性和分布信息亟需综合多种调查技术开展广泛深入研究。2019年8月,作者在辽宁省朝阳市野外调查发现1种蝙蝠,经分子标记比对、系统发育关系重建及形态学数据鉴定为大耳菊头蝠(Rhinolophus macrotis),是辽宁省翼手目物种新记录。  相似文献

采用水培试验,结合亚细胞组分分离和化学形态提取技术,研究了茶树品种龙井43和迎霜不同器官的Pb含量,及其在根系亚细胞中的分布和化学结合形态.结果表明: 在Pb胁迫下,两个品种茶树根系的形态特征不同;龙井43新叶中Pb含量随营养液Pb浓度的提高显著增加,而迎霜的变化不显著.两个品种茶树根系亚细胞中Pb的含量分布及结合形态均存在差异,低浓度Pb处理下, 龙井43根亚细胞组分(除可溶物质外)中Pb含量均低于迎霜;而高浓度Pb处理下,龙井43根亚细胞组分(除细胞壁外)中Pb含量均高于迎霜;龙井43根中醋酸(HAc)提取态的Pb含量比例最高,其他化学形态的高低顺序为NaCl提取态>HCl提取态/H2O提取态>乙醇提取态;而迎霜根中NaCl提取态Pb成分比例最高,其他化学形态的高低顺序为HAc提取态>HCl提取态/H2O提取态>乙醇提取态.迎霜对Pb毒害的耐受能力强于龙井43.  相似文献

The ion content of compartments within cortical cells of mature roots of the halophyte Suaeda maritima grown at 200 mol·m-3 NaCl has been studied by X-ray microanalysis of freeze-substituted thin sections. Sodium and Cl were found in the vacuoles at about four-times the concentration in the cytoplasm or cell walls, whereas K was more concentrated in the cell walls and cytoplasm than in vacuoles. The vacuolar Na concentration was 12- to 13-times higher than that of K. The Na concentration of cell walls of cortical cells was about 95 mol·m-3 of analysed volume. The cytoplasmic K concentration within the mature cortical cells was estimated to be 55 mol·m-3 of analysed volume.  相似文献

基于一种新的特征提取方法——氨基酸组成分布,使用支持向量机作为成员分类器,采用“一对一”的多类分类策略,从蛋白质一级序列对四类同源寡聚体进行分类研究。结果表明,在10-CV检验下,基于氨基酸组成分布,其总分类精度和精度指数分别达到了86.22%和67.12%,比基于氨基酸组成成分的传统特征提取方法分别提高了5.74和10.03个百分点,比二肽组成成分特征提取方法分别提高了3.12和5.63个百分点,说明氨基酸组成分布对于蛋白质同源寡聚体分类是一种非常有效的特征提取方法;将氨基酸组成分布和蛋白质序列长度特征组合,其总分类精度和精度指数分别达到了86.35%和67.23%,说明蛋白质序列长度特征含有一定的空间结构信息。  相似文献

Building on the Weibull distribution, we develop a modeled time-varying density function of the incubation time between exposure to HIV infection and full-blown AIDS. This approach leads to a series of cohort-specific density functions that take into account the increasing impact of new therapies such as zidovudine (AZT). The resulting modeled density functions are studied in detail, particularly with regard to their modes and medians. The mode is sensitive to changes in the period incubation time distribution, with even a possibility of a bimodal distribution for certain combinations of the parameters that determine the rate at which the period median incubation time changes. An important substantive result is that when a period median incubation period slowly increases to some leveling off value, say m(x c ), then it is surprisingly early on that cohorts of infected individuals have a median incubation period very close to that ultimate value m(x c ).  相似文献

垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活多肽 (PACAP)和生长激素释放激素 (GHRH)均属于血管活性肠肽家族成员 ,且两者前体基因在脊椎动物的鸟类、两栖类、鱼类中由同一基因编码 ,而哺乳动物是由两个不同基因编码。已有几例关于鱼类编码PACAP和GHRH基因克隆的报道 ,而关于重要海水养殖鱼类石斑鱼的PACAP和GHRH基因未见报道。克隆了PACAP GHRH前体cDNA序列 ,该前体有两种剪接方式 ,包括一个长序列和一个短序列 ,其中长序列编码PACAP和GHRH ,短序列缺失 10 5个碱基 ,仅编码PACAP而缺失编码GHRH的外显子区 ,同样情况在虹鳟和沟鲶中也有报道。通过半定量RT PCR方法对石斑鱼PACAP GHRH前体mRNA在胚胎发育和发育早期以及各部位的表达情况进行了分析。胚胎发育分析结果表明 ,从神经胚期开始 ,PACAP GHRH前体mRNA大量表达 ,提示该蛋白质在神经发育或神经营养方面具有重要作用。PACAP GHRH前体基因在中枢系统的表达量远高于外周组织。在鱼类的眼和鳃发现PACAP GHRH前体分布。  相似文献

We have addressed two issues regarding the spatial distribution of three phytochromes in 3-d-old oat (Avena sativa L.) seedlings. Three monoclonal antibodies, GO-4, GO-7 and Oat-22, were used as probes. Each antibody detects only one of the phytochromes. The first issue is whether any of the phytochromes might be membrane-bound. To address this issue the abundance of each phytochrome in extracts prepared with either a detergent-free or a detergent-containing buffer was compared by immunoblot assay. The detergent-free buffer was formulated to extract only soluble protein, while the detergent-containing buffer was intended to extract both soluble and membrane proteins. None of the data indicate that any of these three phytochromes is membrane-bound in either a dark- or a light-grown seedling. The second issue is whether these three phytochromes are distributed differentially in 3-d-old dark- and light-grown seedlings. When seedlings were dissected into shoots, scutellums, and roots, all three phytochromes were detected in all three fractions from both dark- and light-grown seedlings. Each of the three phytochromes was most abundant in the shoot and least abundant in the root, except that in light-grown seedlings type I, etiolated-tissue phytochrome was more abundant in the root than in either the shoot or the scutellum. When the equivalent fractions dissected from different seedlings were compared, those dissected from dark-grown seedlings contained a higher quantity of each of the three phytochromes than did those dissected from light-grown seedlings, except that green-tissue, type II phytochromes did not differ significantly in the roots. At this level of resolution, no evidence was obtained to indicate a substantive difference among the three phytochromes in their spatial distribution. We thank Drs.
