Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR), a cAMP‐activated Cl channel, is extensively expressed in the epithelial cells of various tissues and organs. Accumulating evidence indicates that aberrant expression or mutation of CFTR is related to carcinoma development. Malignant gliomas are the most common and aggressive intracranial tumours; however, the role of CFTR in the development of malignant gliomas is unclear. Here, we report that CFTR is expressed in malignant glioma cell lines. Suppression of CFTR channel function or knockdown of CFTR suppresses glioma cell viability whereas overexpression of CFTR promotes it. Additionally, overexpression of CFTR suppresses apoptosis and promotes glioma progression in both subcutaneous and orthotopic xenograft models. Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator activates Akt/Bcl2 pathway, and suppression of PI3K/Akt pathway abolishes CFTR overexpression–induced up‐regulation of Bcl2 (MK‐2206 and LY294002) and cell viability (MK‐2206). More importantly, the protein expression level of CFTR is significantly increased in glioblastoma patient samples. Altogether, our study has revealed a mechanism by which CFTR promotes glioma progression via up‐regulation of Akt/Bcl2‐mediated anti‐apoptotic pathway, which warrants future studies into the potential of using CFTR as a therapeutic target for glioma treatment.  相似文献

Monacolin K (MK) is a naturally occurring hypocholesterolemic agent that specifically inhibits HMG‐CoA reductase. As a natural source of MK, Monascus‐fermented products are of special interest; however, some Monascus strains could produce citrinin, which is a nephrotoxin, as a contaminant in Monascus‐derived products. A Monascus pilosus strain (MS‐1) that produces high amounts of MK, but no citrinin, was screened in previous investigations. Herein, liquid‐state fermentation parameters of the MS‐1 strain were optimized using statistical methods to maximize the MK yield with potato juice as a basic medium. The maximum MK yield (326.74 μg/mL) was predicted with 50 mL of medium in a 250‐mL conical flask containing 30 g/L sucrose, 38.75 g/L soybean flour, 0.00105 mol/L Mg2+ at pH 5.48, and 8% v/v seed inoculum precultured for 42 h at 30°C, incubated at 30°C for 3 days, followed by further incubation for 11 days at 24.7°C. The verified MK yield was 390.68 μg/mL and the MK yield increased to 565.64 μg/mL after 21 days of fermentation. No citrinin was detected in MS‐1‐fermented products. The results suggest that citrinin‐free MK can be obtained from natural medium through liquid‐state fermentation in an economical way. This method will be of practical value to the industrial production of MK.  相似文献

The caveolin‐3 (CAV3) protein is known to be specifically expressed in various myocytes, and skeletal muscle consumes most of the blood glucose as an energy source to maintain normal cell metabolism and function. The P104L mutation in the coding sequence of the human CAV3 gene leads to autosomal dominant disease limb‐girdle muscular dystrophy type 1C (LGMD‐1C). We previously reported that C2C12 cells transiently transfected with the P104L CAV3 mutant exhibited decreased glucose uptake and glycogen synthesis after insulin stimulation. The present study aimed to examine whether the P104L mutation affects C2C12 cell glucose metabolism, growth, and proliferation without insulin stimulation. C2C12 cells stably transfected with CAV3‐P104L were established, and biochemical assays, western blot analysis and confocal microscopy were used to observe glucose metabolism as well as cell growth and proliferation and to determine the effect of the P104L mutation on the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. Without insulin stimulation, C2C12 cells stably transfected with the P104L CAV3 mutant exhibited decreased glucose uptake and glycogen synthesis, decreased CAV3 expression and reduced localization of CAV3 and GLUT4 on the cell membrane. The P104L mutant significantly reduced the cell diameters, but accelerated cell proliferation. Akt phosphorylation was inhibited, and protein expression of GLUT4, p‐GSK3β, and p‐p70s6K, which are molecules downstream of Akt, was significantly decreased. The CAV3‐P104L mutation inhibits glycometabolism and cell growth but accelerates C2C12 cell proliferation by reducing CAV3 protein expression and cell membrane localization, which may contribute to the pathogenesis of LGMD‐1C.  相似文献

Introduction

Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is an aggressive disease with limited effective treatment options. The PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway represents an attractive therapeutic target due to its frequent dysregulation in CCA. MK2206, an allosteric Akt inhibitor, has been shown to reduce cellular proliferation in other cancers. We hypothesized that MK2206 mediated inhibition of Akt would impact CCA cellular viability.

Study methods

Post treatment with MK2206 (0-2 μM), cellular viability was assessed in two human CCA cell lines—CCLP-1 and SG231—using an MTT assay. Lysates from the MK2206 treated CCA cells were then examined for apoptotic marker expression levels using Western blot analysis. Additionally, the effect on cellular proliferation of MK2206 treatment on survivin depleted cells was determined.

Results

CCLP-1 and SG231 viability was significantly reduced at MK2206 concentrations of 0.5, 1, and 2 μM by approximately 44%, 53%, and 64% (CCLP-1; p = 0.01) and 32%, 32%, and 42% (SG231; p < 0.00005) respectively. Western analysis revealed a decrease in AKTSer473, while AKTThr308 expression was unchanged. In addition, cleaved PARP as well as survivin expression increased while pro-caspase 3 and 9 levels decreased with treatment. Depletion of survivin in CCLP-1 cells resulted in apoptosis as evidenced by increased cleaved PARP. In addition, survivin siRNA further enhanced the antitumor activity of MK2206.

Conclusions

This study demonstrates that by blocking phosphorylation of Akt at serine473, CCA cellular growth is reduced. The growth suppression appears to be mediated via apoptosis. Importantly, combination of survivin siRNA transfection and MK2206 treatment significantly decreased cell viability.  相似文献

Mechanical stress triggers cardiac hypertrophy and autophagy through an angiotensin II (Ang II) type 1 (AT1) receptor‐dependent mechanism. Low level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) is an independent risk factor for cardiac hypertrophy. This study was designed to evaluate the effect of HDL on mechanical stress‐induced cardiac hypertrophy and autophagy. A 48‐hr mechanical stretch and a 4‐week transverse aortic constriction were employed to induce cardiomyocyte hypertrophy in vitro and in vivo, respectively, prior to the assessment of myocardial autophagy using LC3b‐II and beclin‐1. Our results indicated that HDL significantly reduced mechanical stretch‐induced rise in autophagy as demonstrated by LC3b‐II and beclin‐1. In addition, mechanical stress up‐regulated AT1 receptor expression in both cultured cardiomyocytes and in mouse hearts, whereas HDL significantly suppressed the AT1 receptor. Furthermore, the role of Akt phosphorylation in HDL‐mediated action was assessed using MK‐2206, a selective inhibitor for Akt phosphorylation. Our data further revealed that MK‐2206 mitigated HDL‐induced beneficial responses on cardiac remodelling and autophagy. Taken together, our data revealed that HDL inhibited mechanical stress‐induced cardiac hypertrophy and autophagy through downregulation of AT1 receptor, and HDL ameliorated cardiac hypertrophy and autophagy via Akt‐dependent mechanism.  相似文献

In preimplantation mouse embryos, the Hippo signaling pathway plays a central role in regulating the fates of the trophectoderm (TE) and the inner cell mass (ICM). In early blastocysts with more than 32 cells, the Par‐aPKC system controls polarization of the outer cells along the apicobasal axis, and cell polarity suppresses Hippo signaling. Inactivation of Hippo signaling promotes nuclear accumulation of a coactivator protein, Yap, leading to induction of TE‐specific genes. However, whether similar mechanisms operate at earlier stages is not known. Here, we show that slightly different mechanisms operate in 16‐cell stage embryos. Similar to 32‐cell stage embryos, disruption of the Par‐aPKC system activated Hippo signaling and suppressed nuclear Yap and Cdx2 expression in the outer cells. However, unlike 32‐cell stage embryos, 16‐cell stage embryos with a disrupted Par‐aPKC system maintained apical localization of phosphorylated Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin (p‐ERM), and the effects on Yap and Cdx2 were weak. Furthermore, normal 16‐cell stage embryos often contained apolar cells in the outer position. In these cells, the Hippo pathway was strongly activated and Yap was excluded from the nuclei, thus resembling inner cells. Dissociated blastomeres of 8‐cell stage embryos form polar–apolar couplets, which exhibit different levels of nuclear Yap, and the polar cell engulfed the apolar cell. These results suggest that cell polarization at the 16‐cell stage is regulated by both Par‐aPKC‐dependent and ‐independent mechanisms. Asymmetric cell division is involved in cell polarity control, and cell polarity regulates cell positioning and most likely controls Hippo signaling.  相似文献

Ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury in cardiomyocytes is related to excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and can be modulated by nitric oxide (NO). We have previously shown that grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE), a naturally occurring antioxidant, decreased ROS and may potentially stimulate NO production. In this study, we investigated whether GSPE administration at reperfusion was associated with cardioprotection and enhanced NO production in a cardiomyocyte I/R model. GSPE attenuated I/R‐induced cell death [18.0 ± 1.8% (GSPE, 50 µg/ml) vs. 42.3 ± 3.0% (I/R control), P < 0.001], restored contractility (6/6 vs. 0/6, respectively), and increased NO release. The NO synthase (NOS) inhibitor Nω‐nitro‐L‐arginine methyl ester (L‐NAME, 200 µM) significantly reduced GSPE‐induced NO release and its associated cardioprotection [32.7 ± 2.7% (GSPE + L‐NAME) vs. 18.0 ± 1.8% (GSPE alone), P < 0.01]. To determine whether GSPE induced NO production was mediated by the Akt‐eNOS pathway, we utilized the Akt inhibitor API‐2. API‐2 (10 µM) abrogated GSPE‐induced protection [44.3% ± 2.2% (GSPE + API‐2) vs. 27.0% ± 4.3% (GSPE alone), P < 0.01], attenuated the enhanced phosphorylation of Akt at Ser473 in GSPE‐treated cells and attenuated GSPE‐induced NO increases. Simultaneously blocking NOS activation (L‐NAME) and Akt (API‐2) resulted in decreased NO levels similar to using each inhibitor independently. These data suggest that in the context of GSPE stimulation, Akt may help activate eNOS, leading to protective levels of NO. GSPE offers an alternative approach to therapeutic cardioprotection against I/R injury and may offer unique opportunities to improve cardiovascular health by enhancing NO production and increasing Akt‐eNOS signaling. This study investigates the mechanism of action behind the long‐term responses (12–16 months) of two BRAF WT melanoma patients to the AKT inhibitor MK‐2206 in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin. Although single agent MK‐2206 inhibited phospho‐AKT signaling, it did not impact in vitro melanoma growth or survival. The combination of MK‐2206 with paclitaxel and carboplatin was cytotoxic in long‐term colony formation and 3D spheroid assays, and induced autophagy. Autophagy was initially protective with autophagy inhibitors and deletion of ATG5 found to enhance cytotoxicity. Although prolonged autophagy induction (>6 days) led to caspase‐dependent apoptosis, drug resistant clones still emerged. Autophagy inhibition enhanced the cell death response through reactive oxygen species and could be reversed by anti‐oxidants. We demonstrate for the first time that AKT inhibition in combination with chemotherapy may have clinical activity in BRAF WT melanoma and show that an autophagy inhibitor may prevent resistance to these drugs.  相似文献

A series of naphthaldehyde‐2‐pyridinehydrazone derivatives were discovered to display interesting ‘turn‐on’ fluorescence response to Zn2+ in 99% water/DMSO (v/v) at pH 7.0. Mechanism study indicated that different substituent groups in the naphthaldehyde moiety exhibited significant influence on the detection of Zn2+. The electron rich group resulted in longer fluorescence wavelengths but smaller fluorescence enhancement for Zn2+. Among these compounds, 1 showed the highest fluorescence enhancement of 19‐fold with the lowest detection limit of 0.17 μmol/L toward Zn2+. The corresponding linear range was at least from 0.6 to 6.0 μmol/L. Significantly, 1 showed an excellent selectivity toward Zn2+ over other metal ions including Cd2+.  相似文献

Skeletal muscle is a highly plastic tissue. Overall muscle growth (hypertrophy) or muscle wasting (atrophy) results from alterations in intracellular signaling pathways with important regulatory steps occurring in the nucleus as well as in the cytoplasm. Previous studies have identified components of the Akt/mTor pathway as well as the p38 MAPK pathway as important for skeletal muscle hypertrophy and/or atrophy. The present study tests the hypothesis that MK2, a substrate of p38 which following phosphorylation, can be exported from the nucleus in a complex with p38, may be important for skeletal muscle growth. The expression of MK2 was examined in denervated mouse hind‐limb (atrophic) and hemidiaphragm (transiently hypertrophic) muscles. MK2 mRNA expression decreased after denervation in both atrophic (48% of innervated controls, P < 0.001) and hypertrophic muscle (34% of innervated controls, P < 0.01) but MK2 protein expression decreased only in atrophic muscle (32% of innervated controls, P < 0.01). The level of T205 phosphorylated MK2 increased after denervation in both atrophic (fourfold increase, P < 0.01) and hypertrophic muscles (almost sevenfold increase, P < 0.001) whereas the level of T317 phosphorylated MK2 (necessary for nuclear export) increased after denervation in hypertrophic muscle (nearly threefold increase, P < 0.001) but not in atrophic muscle. Logarithmically transformed relative changes in MK2 phosphorylated at T317 correlated well (r2 = 0.7737) with relative changes in muscle weight. The results suggest a role for MK2 in the regulation of muscle mass, a role which, at least in part, may be related to determining the subcellular localization of p38 in muscle fibers. J. Cell. Akt activation requires phosphorylation of Thr(308) and Ser(473) by 3-phosphoinositide-dependent kinase-1 and 2 (PDK1 and PDK2), respectively. While PDK1 has been cloned and sequenced, PDK2 has yet to be identified. The present study shows that phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-dependent p38 kinase activation regulates Akt phosphorylation and activity in human neutrophils. Inhibition of p38 kinase activity with SB203580 inhibited Akt Ser(473) phosphorylation following neutrophil stimulation with formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine, FcgammaR cross-linking, or phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate. Concentration inhibition studies showed that Ser(473) phosphorylation was inhibited by 0.3 microm SB203580, while inhibition of Thr(308) phosphorylation required 10 microm SB203580. Transient transfection of HEK293 cells with adenoviruses containing constitutively active MKK3 or MKK6 resulted in activation of both p38 kinase and Akt. Immunoprecipitation and glutathione S-transferase (GST) pull-down studies showed that Akt was associated with p38 kinase, MK2, and Hsp27 in neutrophils, and Hsp27 dissociated from the complex upon activation. Active recombinant MK2 phosphorylated recombinant Akt and Akt in anti-Akt, anti-MK2, anti-p38, and anti-Hsp27 immunoprecipitates, and this was inhibited by an MK2 inhibitory peptide. We conclude that Akt exists in a signaling complex containing p38 kinase, MK2, and Hsp27 and that p38-dependent MK2 activation functions as PDK2 in human neutrophils.  相似文献

Ghrelin is a physiological‐active peptide with growth hormone‐releasing activity, orexigenic activity, etc. In addition, the recent study has also suggested that ghrelin possesses the pathophysiological abilities related with type 2 diabetes. However, the ghrelin‐direct‐effects implicated in type 2 diabetes on peripheral tissues have been still unclear, whereas its actions on the central nervous system (CNS) appear to induce the development of diabetes. Thus, to assess its peripheral effects correlated with diabetes, we investigated the regulatory mechanisms about adipokines, which play a central role in inducing peripheral insulin resistance, secreted from mature 3T3‐L1 adipocytes stimulated with ghrelin in vitro . The stimulation with 50 nmol/L ghrelin for 24 h resulted in the significant 1.9‐fold increase on vascular endothelial growth factor‐120 (VEGF120) releases (p < 0.01) and the 1.7‐fold on monocyte chemoattractant protein‐1 (MCP‐1) (p < 0.01) from 3T3‐L1 adipocytes, respectively, while ghrelin failed to enhance tumor necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α), interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β), IL‐6, IL‐10 and adiponectin secretions. In addition, Akt phosphorylation on Ser473 and c‐Jun NH2‐terminal protein kinase (JNK) phosphorylation on Thr183/Tyr185 were markedly enhanced 1.4‐fold (p < 0.01) and 1.6‐fold (p < 0.01) in the ghrelin‐stimulated adipocytes, respectively. Furthermore, the treatment with LY294002 (50 μmol/L) and Wortmannin (10nmol/L), inhibitors of phosphatidylinositol 3‐kinase (PI3K), significantly decreased the amplified VEGF120 secretion by 29% (p < 0.01) and 28% (p < 0.01) relative to the cells stimulated by ghrelin alone, respectively, whereas these inhibitors had no effects on increased MCP‐1 release. On the other hand, JNK inhibitor SP600125 (10 μmol/L) clearly reduced the increased MCP‐1, but not VEGF120, release by 35% relative to the only ghrelin‐stimulated cells (p < 0.01). In conclusion, ghrelin can enhance the secretions of proinflammatory adipokines, VEGF120 and MCP‐1, but fails to affect IL‐10 and adiponectin which are considered to be anti‐inflammatory adipokines. Moreover, this augmented VEGF120 release is invited through the activation of PI3K pathways and the MCP‐1 is through JNK pathways. Consequently, our results strongly suggest that ghrelin can induce the development of diabetes via its direct‐action in peripheral tissues as well as via in CNS. J. Cell. Novel enantiopure 1,2,4‐trizole‐3‐thiones containing a benzensulfonamide moiety were synthesized via multistep reaction sequence starting with D‐phenylalanine methyl ester and L‐phenylalanine ethyl ester as a source of chirality. The chemical structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 2D NMR (HETCOR), and mass spectral data. All compounds were tested in vitro antiviral activity against a broad variety of DNA and RNA viruses and in vitro cytostatic activity against murine leukemia (L1210), human T‐lymphocyte (CEM) and human cervix carcinoma (HeLa) cell lines. Although enantiopure 1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione analogs in (R) configuration emerged as promising anti‐influenza A H1N1 subtype in Madin Darby canine kidney cell cultures (MDCK), their enantiomers exhibited no activity. Especially compounds 18a , 21a , 22a , 23a , and 24a (EC50: 6.5, 6.1, 2.4, 1.6, 1.7 μM, respectively) had excellent activity against influenza A H1N1 subtype compared to the reference drug ribavirin (EC50: 8.0 μM). Several compounds have been found to inhibit proliferation of L1210, CEM and HeLa cell cultures with IC50 in the 12–53 μM range. Compound 5a and 27a in (R) configuration were the most active compounds (IC50: 12–22 μM for 5a and IC50: 19–23 μM for 27a ). Chirality 28:495–513, 2016. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Activation of Akt/Protein Kinase B (PKB) by phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) controls several cellular functions largely studied in mammalian cells, including preimplantation embryos. We previously showed that early mouse embryos inherit active Akt from oocytes and that the intracellular localization of this enzyme at the two-cell stage depends on the T-cell leukemia/lymphoma 1 oncogenic protein, Tcl1. We have now investigated whether Akt isoforms, namely Akt1, Akt2 and Akt3, exert a specific role in blastomere proliferation during preimplantation embryo development. We show that, in contrast to other Akt family members, Akt2 enters male and female pronuclei of mouse preimplantation embryos at the late one-cell stage and thereafter maintains a nuclear localization during later embryo cleavage stages. Depleting one-cell embryos of single Akt family members by microinjecting Akt isoform-specific antibodies into wild-type zygotes, we observed that: (a) Akt2 is necessary for normal embryo progression through cleavage stages; and (b) the specific nuclear targeting of Akt2 in two-cell embryos depends on Tcl1. Our results indicate that preimplantation mouse embryos have a peculiar regulation of blastomere proliferation based on the activity of the Akt/PKB family member Akt2, which is mediated by the oncogenic protein Tcl1. Both Akt2 and Tcl1 are essential for early blastomere proliferation and embryo development.  相似文献

Leydig cell transplantation is a better alternative in the treatment of androgen‐deficient males. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived conditioned medium (iPS‐CM) on the anti‐apoptosis, proliferation and function of immature Leydig cells (ILCs), and illuminate the underlying mechanisms. ILCs were exposed to 200 μmol/L hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) for 24 hours with or without iPS‐CM treatments. Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometric analysis. Cell proliferation was assessed using cell cycle assays and EdU staining. The steroidogenic enzyme expressions were quantified with Western blotting. The results showed that iPS‐CM significantly reduced H2O2‐induced ILC apoptosis through down‐regulation of autophagic and apoptotic proteins LC3‐I/II, Beclin‐1, P62, P53 and BAX as well as up‐regulation of BCL‐2, which could be inhibited by LY294002 (25 μmol/L). iPS‐CM could also promote ILC proliferation through up‐regulation of β‐catenin and its target proteins cyclin D1, c‐Myc and survivin, but was inhibited by XAV939 (10 μmol/L). The level of bFGF in iPS‐CM was higher than that of DMEM‐LG. Exogenous bFGF (20 ng/mL) or Wnt signalling agonist lithium chloride (LiCl) (20 mmol/L) added into DMEM‐LG could achieve the similar effects of iPS‐CM. Meanwhile, iPS‐CM could improve the medium testosterone levels and up‐regulation of LHCGR, SCARB1, STAR, CYP11A1, HSD3B1, CYP17A1, HSD17B3 and SF‐1 in H2O2‐induced ILCs. In conclusion, iPS‐CM could reduce H2O2‐induced ILC apoptosis through the activation of autophagy, promote proliferation through up‐regulation of Wnt/β‐catenin pathway and enhance testosterone production through increasing steroidogenic enzyme expressions, which might be used in regenerative medicine for future.  相似文献

D2/D3 dopamine receptors (D2R/D3R) agonists regulate Akt, but their effects display a complex time‐course. In addition, the respective roles of D2R and D3R are not defined and downstream targets remain poorly characterized, especially in vivo. These issues were addressed here for D3R. Systemic administration of quinelorane, a D2R/D3R agonist, transiently increased phosphorylation of Akt and GSK‐3β in rat nucleus accumbens and dorsal striatum with maximal effects 10 min after injection. Akt activation was associated with phosphorylation of several effectors of the mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1): p70S6 kinase, ribosomal protein‐S6 (Ser240/244), and eukaryotic initiation factor‐4E binding protein‐1. The action of quinelorane was antagonized by a D2/D3R antagonist, raclopride, and the selective D3R antagonist S33084, inactive by themselves. Furthermore, no effect of quinerolane was seen in knock‐out mice lacking D3R. In drd1a‐EGFP transgenic mice, quinelorane activated Akt/GSK‐3β in both neurons expressing and lacking D1 receptor. Thus, the stimulation of D3R transiently activates the Akt/GSK‐3β pathway in the two populations of medium‐size spiny neurons of the nucleus accumbens and dorsal striatum. This effect may contribute to the influence of D3R ligands on reward, cognition, and processes disrupted in schizophrenia, drug abuse, and Parkinson's disease.  相似文献

A water‐soluble polysaccharide (APP‐AW) was isolated from Agrimonia pilosa and prepared to three sulphated derivatives (S1, S2 and S3). The results showed that pre‐treatment with APP‐AW, S1, S2 and S3 each at the concentration of 50 μg/mL for 48 hours was able to prevent cytotoxicity induced by 1 μmol/L dexamethasone (Dex) in MC3T3‐E1 cells via inhibition of apoptosis, which is in line with the findings in flow cytometry analysis. Meanwhile, the decreased ALP activity, collagen content, mineralization, BMP2, Runx2, OSX and OCN protein expression in DEX‐treated MC3T3‐E1 cells were reversed by the addition of APP‐AW, S1, S2 and S3. Moreover, APP‐AW, S1, S2 and S3 rescued DEX‐induced increase of Bax, cytochrome c and caspase‐3 and decrease of Bcl‐2, Wnt3, β‐catenin and c‐Myc protein expression in MC3T3‐E1 cells. Our findings suggest that pre‐treatment with APP‐AW, S1, S2 and S3 could significantly protect MC3T3‐E1 cells against Dex‐induced cell injury via inhibiting apoptosis and activating Wnt/β‐Catenin signalling pathway, thus application of these polysaccharides may be a promising alternative strategy for steroid‐induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head (SANFH) therapy.  相似文献
