| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了以甜菜糖蜜为原料生产葡萄糖异构酶的新菌种游动放线菌Ｅ２１５的选育及工艺条件试验、菌种Ｅ２１５摇瓶最高产酶７７２单位，１０立升发酵罐产酶５７０单位，发酵周期７２小时，胞外酶含量１０％以下，产酶性能稳定。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the selection of the mutagenized actinoplanes E215 producing glucose isomerase with bet molasses and the experiments of technology condition. The highest activity of the strain E215 on a shaking flask is 772u/ml. The activity on 10L fermentation tank is 570u/all. A fermentting cycle is 72 hours. The extracellular activity is less than 10 per cent of the ail activity. The property to produce glucose isomerase is stable. |
