| Abstract: | The paper presents gene expression profile analysis with DNA microarrays and compares two core technological platforms used for this purpose - high density oligonucleotide microarrays and cDNA microarrays. With this background recent results of papillary thyroid carcinoma analysis with DNA microarrays are presented. |
