| Abstract: | In trials with various agar media and autoclaved stem pieces of weeds and cultivated plants, perithecia ofDiaporthe helianthi Muntañola-Cvetkovi et al., developed only on autoclaved stem pieces. The simple, useful culture technique for producing perithecia is fully described. |
