实验性铬酸钠中毒大鼠肾溶菌酶变化的研究

摘    要:通过免疫组化和图像分析对实验性铬酸钠中毒大鼠肾溶菌酶变化进行了研究。结果显示:铬中毒后,近曲小管上皮细胞中溶菌酶变化最为明显。一次气管内注入0.008mg/kg铬酸钠2天后,近曲小管上皮细胞中溶菌酶含量即较对照组升高,并随着剂量的加大而进一步升高。一次注入0.98mg/kg铬酸钠后第2天即较对照组升高,二周内持续升高,第14天达高峰,随后随着肾损伤的修复逐渐降低。结果说明:溶菌酶可作为近曲小管上皮细胞损伤的一个早期敏感指标来研究铬等重金属的肾毒性作用。

Abstract:The chance of lysozyme in kidneys of rats treated by chromate sodium was studied by means of immunohistochernistry and image analysis. The most significant change of lysozyme was foulld to be present in the epithelium of proximal tubule. The large dose of chromate sodium, the higher the quantity of lysozyme compared with control group, the quantity of lysozyme increased on the second and third day after once administration of chromate sodium through intratrachea with the dose of 0. 98mg/kg and 0. 008mg/kg respectively, it increased further more within the following two weeks and reached to the peak value on the fourteenth day in the 0. 98mg/kg dose group. With the rehabilitation of epithelium of proximal tubule from the damage, the quantity of lysozyme decreased gradually. The results illustrated that the lysozyme could be used as an early sensitive marker of the damage in the epithelium of proximal tubule in the study of the nephrotoxic effects of chromium and other heavy metals.
