| 摘 要： | 发酵法生产长链二元酸相对于化工法而言有着无可比拟的优势。本文综述了发酵法生产长链二元酸的微生物源、产酸机理、产酸条件和产物分离技术等方面的研究进展 ,并简要介绍了其工业应用前景。

| Abstract: | Production of long-chain dicarboxylic acids by fermentation methods has incomparable superiority over one by chemical methods.This review summarizes recent advances in the studies on microbe,mechanism of producing long-chain dicarboxylic acids,conditions of fermentation,and separation of long-chain dicarboxylic acids.The industrial prospects of long-chain dicarboxylic acids is also introduced briefly in this review. |
