| Abstract: | A procedure for isolating and directly sequencing recombinant bacteriophage lambda gt11 DNA templates is described. Approximately 250-300 bases of sequence can be obtained directly from the lambda gt11 template, eliminating the need for subcloning prior to dideoxynucleotide sequencing of clones. |
