应激条件下心血管调节功能的模糊聚类和系统分析

摘    要:27名被试者在下身负压作用下,采用无创性心功能指标和模糊聚类分析、进行心血管调节功能状态分类,以系统分析的指标,对心血管调节功能状态评价。结果表明,三类人员中,以国Ⅰ类人具有良好储备和快速调节适应能力,表现为心泵与血管调节能力均优,Ⅱ类人是以血管调节为特点的功能良好者,Ⅲ类人反应过于灵敏和不稳定、储备与适应性差、血管与泵血能力弱、系统调节功能差。文中对系统调节功能与机体植物神经功能状态进行讨论,并认为交感神经活动强者有较好耐受性。采用数学方法和系统分析,对人体心血管谓节功能状态分类与评价,值得探讨。

Abstract:Twenty seven subjects were exposed to lower body negative pressure and their cardiac function indices were recorded by noninvasivc method.The cardiovascular function of the subjects were classified into three groups by Fuzzy cluster method. The evaluation of cardiovascular regulatory function were based on the systematic analysis.The experimental results showed- The first group of subjects were better in systematic regulatory function with better reserve, rapid regulation and adaptation, It mainly made a feature of better cardiac pump and vascular-regulation. The second group were also better in regulation, they showed higherperipheral resistance. The third group were bad in systematic regulatory function, they showed excessive regulation and unstable, poor in reserve and in vasal and pumping adaptation.We consider that the enhancement of sympathetic nervous activity will give better tolerance.It is worth while methods of mathematic and systematic analysis will go further into the classification and evaluation of human cardiovascular regulatory function.
