Abstract: | The effect of sex hormones administered to pregnant women on the blood system of their progeny was revealed. The changes were noted in different portions of the system: the peripheral blood, bone marrow, spleen, liver. The sex hormones intensified the hemopoiesis in the bone marrow and the spleen of the fetus and inhibited it in the liver. The noted shifts were assessed as the process of acceleration of the functional maturation of the blood system maturation in the fetus. |
