12个牧豆种源苗期生长及育苗技术初步研究

摘    要:从阿根廷引进12个牧豆种源种子,2003年7月在四川省汶川县薛城苗圃进行苗期试验。对牧豆苗期生长量(地径、苗高)、生长节律进行观测,并分析各种源之间的差异。同时进行的切根和切根除梢育苗试验表明,切根明显促使牧豆苗产生侧根和须根,根系发育明显好于不切根苗;切根除梢比切根未除梢显著促进地径增粗及提高侧枝发生率。

Abstract:Using 12 provenance seeds introduced from Argentina in 2002 as materials,the raising seedlings test of Prosopis abla was carried out at the Xuecheng Nursery in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province. The differences of biomass, growth rhythm and phenophase among 12 provenance seeds at the seedling stage were evaluated. At the same time,test on seedling production with cutting root and apical bud was also conducted. The results showed that the cutting root could promote the growth of root system, and cutting apical bud was good for increasing the diameter of stem and the percentage of lateral branch.
