流式细胞术用于粘孢子虫分类学的探讨

摘    要:利用流式细胞仪测定了2种粘孢子虫的散射光(包括FSC和SSC)和自发荧光等物理特征参数;采用Cellquest软件对所获参数进行相关对比研究分析.结果表明,FCM可对单个物种分析乃至多个物种的区分鉴定,因此对不同种类的粘孢子虫的区分具有较明显的应用前景;本研究也将为粘孢子虫流式细胞数据库的建立奠定技术基础.

Abstract:Flow Cytometer(FCM)is applied to study the taxonomy of myxozoa in our present work.Our study has explored a new field of applying FCM into parasitology and this is the first report in the line of myxozoa parasitic in fishes.Some physical parameters including FSC,SSC and autofluorescence of two myxosporea,Myxobolus ampullicapsulatus and Myxobolus episquamalis,were acquired by FCM.Data acquiring and comparative analysis were carried out by the software,CellQuest of Mac.The result indicates that FCM can be eff...
