摘    要:研究表明:与白光对照相比,蓝光明显抑制水稻幼苗的生长,并使幼苗体内的自由态IAA、GA1、玉米素和二氢玉米素含量下降,ABA含量和乙烯释放量则明显增加。说明蓝光对水稻幼苗生长的影响与其体内激素状况有关。

Abstract:here are more evidences that cellelongation is affected by phytohormonesand light. Researchs on the interactionbetween red light and phytohormoneswere done and made a hypothesis thatphytohormones may be the second messenger in light act. But so far there isno reports about the interaction betweenblue light and phytohormones.Long-term effects of pure bluelight on the growth and levels of endogenous phytohormones were investigated. Compared with white light ordarkness, blue light suppressed thegrowth of rice seedlings (Fig. 2 ), increased the leaf angle and made leaf unfolding earlier and faster. Seedlingsgrown under long-term blue light irradiation had lower concentrations of endogenous free IAA (Fig. 3 ), GAl (Fig.5 ), zeatin and dihydrozeatin (Table 1 )and an increase in ABA content(Fig. 6)and rate of ethylene release (Table 2 ).Therefore,the morphological changes ofseedlings treated with blue light may bethe resulted from the changes of endogenous phytohormone levels in theseedlings.The activity of IAA oxidase wasincreased in blue light-treated seedlings(Fig. 4 ), it could be suggested the decrease of endogenous free IAA level isdue to the augmented oxidation by increased IAA oxidase activity.
