| 摘 要： | 本文综述了国内外有关苏云金杆菌Cyt类杀虫晶体蛋白的分类、杀虫特性、作用机理 ;具有分子伴侣功能的 2 0kDa蛋白对cyt基因在大肠杆菌和苏云金杆菌中的表达的影响 ;以及利用Cyt类蛋白控制害虫对苏云金杆菌抗性的意义。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of Cyt insecticidal crystal proteins produced by Bacillus thuringiensis are reviewed,including their classification,insecticidal property,the mechanism of action,the effects of a 20kDa protein on Cyt1Aa crystal production in Escherichia coil and in Bacillus thuringiensis.Cyt insecticidal crystal protein is useful in managing the resistance to bacterial insecticides. |
