根据229((?)(?)124,♀♀105)只实验室出生的幼鼠生长、繁殖和死亡观察根田鼠雄性和雌性的期望寿命(c_0)分别为3.040(即39周)和3.176(即41周);平均死亡率((?))分别为0.283和0.272,两者很接近。妊振期平均为20.6天,哺乳期在15—20天,产仔数平均为4.56只。实验种群经一世代后的净增殖率(R_0)为2.0456,内禀增长率(r_m)为0.0787/月。

STUDIES ON THE LIFE TABLE AND REPRODUCTION OF THE ROOT VOLE MICROTUS OECONOMUS

The root voles were trapped in November 1978 at Haibei Research Station of Alpine Meadow Ecosystem in Qinghai, and were reared in laboratory. The 229 animals bred during 1979-1982 were studied. The results are as follows:1. The breeding season of the population is in January-December in laboratory, and in May-August at field (Tables 4 and 6).2. The average litter size in laboratory is 4.56 with a range of 2-11 (Table 3) and in field 5.52 with a range of 3-8 (Table 6).3. The gestation period varies from 18 to 24 days (mean 20.6 days), and the lactation period from 15 to 20 days in laboratory.4. The mean mortality (qx) for all ages and both sexes calculated from Table 1 is 0.278.5. The mean longevity of the female in laboratory is 273 days, and that of the male 287 days.6. The mean life expectancy (e0) of the female in laboratory is 3.176 (9.56 months), and that of the male 3.040 (9.12 months).7. The intrinsic rate of increase (rm) is 0.078/month; The net reproductive rate (Bo) is 2.0456 per generation (Table 7).
