| 摘 要： | 目的 观察降纤酶治急性离梗死疗效。方法 将病例随机分为：试验组３０例，应用降纤酶１０ｕ、５ｕ、５ｕ各加生理盐水１００ｍｌ表脉滴注，隔天１次，共３次，治疗前后监测纤维蛋白原（ＦＧ）；对照组１５例，用东菱克栓酶其剂量及用法与试验组相同，同时两组应用７０６代血浆等药物治疗。结果 试验组基本痊愈３４．９７％，显著步５３．０３％，进步４％，无变化３％，无恶化、死亡病例，总有效率达９３．９７％，无出血病例，对

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of defibrase on acute cerebral infarction Methords The test group of 30 cases were treated with defibrase in 10u,5u and 5u plus NS 100ml by intravenous drip for 3 times once every the other dayFG was observed before and after the treatment and FG variations were detected before and after the treatmentThe control group of 15 cases were treated with dongling antithrombus in the same way and dosageHowever,both broups used 706 plasma substitute and other medicine Results The recovery rate of test group was 3497%,marded improvement rate 553%,improvement rate 6%,nonimprovement 3%,without any aggravating or dead caseThe general effective rate was 937%There was no bleeding caseThe comparison of the test group and control group showed that there was no marded therapeutic difference between defibrase and donglin antithrombusBut test group showed marked difference in FG before and after the medicine was applied Conclusion Defibrase orived safe and effective for acute cerebral infarction |
