精纯抗栓酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

目的 观察精纯抗栓酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 １５６例经临床和头颅ＣＴ确诊的急性脑梗死患者，随机分为治疗组（８０例）和对照组（７６例）。对照组应用低分子右旋糖酐５００ｍｌ加复方丹参２０ｍｌ静滴，每天１次，连用１４天。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上，辅予应用精纯抗栓酶。两组均于治疗前后观察血液流变学、血小板计数及出、凝血时间。并于治疗前和治疗后２１天作神经功能评分，结合治疗后患者病残程度评定疗效。结

Clinical Observation on Effect of Pure Antithrobine in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pure antithrombine in treatment of cerebral infarction Methods 156 patients who were confirmed to have cerebral infarction through CT were divided into the treatment group(80) and the control(46) at randomThe control were given intravenous drips of dextran 500ml plus compound ginseng extract,once daily for 14 daysThe treatment group receiving the same dosage as the control,were given pure anticthrombinBefore the treatment,the records of blood rheology,platelet counts and time taken for bleeding and coagulation of both groups were keptThe nerve functions of both groups and their aftereffects were also evaluated after three weeks Results Clinical effect of the treatment group was 888% was much high,comparing to 684% of the control(P<001) After the treatment,the treatment group showed lower fibrinogen(P<0001) and some of the patients had longer time for coagulation,no difference in platelet count and time for bleedingConclusion Pure antithrombin is an effective and safe medicine for acute cerebral infarction because it can efficiently lower fibrinogen and reduce blood viscosity
