三裂叶豚草和普通豚草的染色体核型研究

摘    要:本文对产自中国东北地区和南昌市的三裂叶豚草和普通豚草进行了染色体观察与核型分析,两种豚草的染色体数目分别为2n=24和2n=36,与前人的报导一致,染色体核型未见到报导。

Abstract:This pape deal with karyologyical studies on Ambrosia trifida and A. artemisiifolia from northeast China and Nan cang city. Two species of chinese data showed the chromosome number of 2n=24 and 2n=36, agreeing with the previous report. We did not find the detailed karyological studies on Ambrosia . The densely diffuse type in A. trifida and the complex chromocenpe type in A. antemisiifolia were showed in the interphase. The heteropycnotic chromosome were showed in prophase, the most of them were continuous type and gradient type. Their karyotype were formulated as K(2n)=2x=24=22m+2sm(2SAT) in A. trfida and K(2n)=4x=36=32m(4SAT)+4sm and belong to "2A" and "1B" of stebbins karyotype symmetry. The chromosome composition of relative length were 2n=24=2L+8M 2+14M 1 and 2n=36=8L+4M 2+12M 1+12S. Accroding to the karyotype, we considered the chromosome basic number as x=9.
