| Abstract: | Optimal radius of dendritic spine steam is calculated under constant synaptic excitation using three criteria: maximum of excitatory postsynaptic potential (EPSP), maximal rate of EPSP change due to little change of spine steam radius and maximal rate of EPSP change due to little change of synaptic conductance. |
