星豹蛛Pardosa astigera染色体组型分析

摘    要:首次报告星豹蛛的染色体形态结构、数目和性染色体组成。实验结果表明:星豹蛛染色体数目为:雄体2n=28,雌体2n=30,性别决定机制属于X_1X_2O型。X_1为全部染色体中最长的,X_2为全部染色体中最短的。全部染色体均为端着丝粒,这个结论可以被C-带标本所证实,且C-带带纹大小及染色深浅均无明显差异。G-带处理得到了稳定的、有重复性的带纹。

Abstract:This paper reported the chromosomal number,chromosomal form and structure and sex-chromosome components of Pardosa astrigera. The experiment material were collected from the vegetable of the suburbs of Shijiazhuang. The cytological data were mainly obtained from mitosic metaphase of the embryo cells. The result shows the chromosomal number of Pardosa astrigera is as follows: the somatic cell have 28 chromosomes in the male and 30 chromosomes in the female. It is considered that the mechanism of sex-determination is of the X1X2O type. The X1-chromosome is longest in the all chromosomes and X2-chromosome is shortest in the all chromosomes. All chromosomes seem to consist of telocentrics. This effect has been demonstrated by its C-bands specimen. No difference on the C-bands width and colouring depth of all chromosomes has been observed. In the specimen of G-banding technique stable bands has been obtained.
