| Abstract: | Duffy gene frequencies, determined in Senegal, are as follows: Fya=0,0171−Fyb=0,057−Fy=0,9772. A comparison made with European and African results confirms the prevalence of the Fy gene in Black populations. Such a study never was realized in Senegal. |
