Abstract: | MinE acts together with MinC and MinD to prevent placement of the cell division septum in the polar regions of gram negative bacteria, thereby ensuring that productive cell division occurs solely at the mid-cell. Here we report the backbone and side chain 1H, 13C and 15N resonance assignments for MinE from Neisseria gonorrhoeae. |
