摘    要:随着处理HgCl2浓度的升高,细胞膜脂质过氧化水平升高,细胞膜透性增大,CAT活性降低,SOD、POD活性升高,组织可溶性蛋白质含量升高。

Abstract:This paper researched the effect of HgCl2 on membrane lipid peroxidation,permeability of plasma membrane, activities of protective enzymes, superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD), content of soluble protein of maizeseedlings during germination.The results showed that with the increase of concentrationof pretreatment HgCl2, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, permeability of plasma membrane,activities of SOD and POD,contents of soluble protein increased,while activity ofCAT decreased.
