| Abstract: | A multicomponent one-pot reaction involving propargyl glycosides, methoxy-substituted aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines using Cu(I) as catalyst is described, which provides an efficient and practical route to synthesize several quinoline-based glycoconjugates in good yield. |
