医院图书馆建立学科馆员制度的制约因素探讨

目的：探讨在医院图书馆建立学科馆员制度和开展学科化服务的必要性与可行性。方法：通过上海市三级医院图书馆的人员、信息服务基础、数字化资源建设及学科馆员设置比例等的调研数据,分析其影响医院图书馆开展学科化服务的制约因素。结果：目前医院图书馆开展学科化服务存在：大环境、制度、评估指标、人员素质、和数字化资源建设六方面的主要制约因素。结论：学科馆员制度设置和学科化服务的开展是医院图书馆发展的方向和主流。通过对制约因素的揭示,在现有的条件和状态下,可通过制度保证、完善评估机制和标准、人员的继续教育和资源共建共享等措施,逐步提高医院图书馆学科馆员设置比例,以提升医院图书馆服务水平。

The Discussion on Restricting Factors of Subject Librarian System Established in Hospital Libraries

Objective： To discuss feasibility and necessity of the subject librarian system established and also the subject services carried out in hospital libraries were discussed. Methods： By the survey data of Shanghai hospital libraries from the aspects of working staff, information services bases, digital resources building and the ration of subject librarian system establishment, the main restricting factors of subject services in hospital libraries were analyzed. Results： Currently, six main restricting factors such as environment, system, evaluation standards, quality of staffs and digital resources building affected the development of subjective services in hospital libraries Conclusion： The establishment of subject librarian system and subject services are still the trend and developing orientation of hospital libraries. Revealing the restricting factors, by means of system ensuring, assessment mechanism and criteria improvement, staff education continuing andresource sharing, the proportion of subjective librarians system will be increasing and the level of services of hospital libraries will be upgrade.
