| Abstract: | Summary The Exactech blood glucose biosensor has been used successfully to measure glucose concentrations in fermentation broths. A highly sensitive linear calibration was obtained between the glucose concentration and the biosensor reading, which correlated well with a Reducing Sugar Assay. |
