亚甲基兰法检测人白介素—2(rhIL—2)活性

摘    要:用亚甲基兰法、3 H TdR掺入法和MTT法 3种方法对 2 0批检品重组人白介素 2 (rhIL 2 )活性进行检测 ,结果差异不显著 ( p >0 .0 5)。与3 H -TdR掺入法和MTT法相比较 ,亚甲基兰法具有经济、快捷、对操作者无损害和对环境无污染等特点 ,是一种值得采用的重组人白介素 2活性检测方法 ,适合重组人白介素 2生产过程中中间品的质量监控。

Abstract:A new detection of biological activity of recombinant human interleukin 2 (rhIL-2) methylene blue method was established. As compared with H-TdR and MTT methods, methylene blue method possesses features of economic, rapid, convenient and no harmful to the operator, no pollution to the environment. Twenty batches of samples were detected with these three methods. The difference of the results was not significant (p>0.05). Therefore, it is a worthy method to adopt for detecting biological activity of rhIL-2, and suitable for detecting intermediate products during the production of the rhIL-2.
