| 摘 要： | 青海省同德地区藏族人群经1980年、1986年、2000年及2004年乙型肝炎(HBV)血清学检测,其阳性率分别为33·22%、23·84%、17·84%及16·95%。初步认定同德地区藏族人群为乙型肝炎的高流行区。为探索该流行区乙肝病毒的生物学特性,对其基因型进行分析,以期为该地区制定HBV防治方案

| Abstract: | Tong-de area of Qinghai Province had been identified by seroepidemiology as the high infection area of hepatitis B virus where the Zang population inhabit.To formulate a preventive strategy against hepatitis,we investigated in this area the biological characteristics and the genotypes of hepatitis B virus(HBV).PCR was used to amplify HBV S and C genes of samples from Zang population. The amplified products were sequenced,the nucleotide identities were analysed(MEGA 3 software) and the phylogenetic tree was constructed.The results showed that S gene of most of the HBV serum samples clustered into genotype D while C gene of the samples clustered into genotype C which demonstrated that HBV genotypes mostly were recombinants of HBV C and D genes in Zang population in Tong-de area of Qinghai Province. |
